2018-2019 – Smear Campaign – Character Assassination – False Flags, Isolation & No Help

SMEAR CAMPAIGN 2018

By summer 2018, they made up horror stories pointing at me as prime instigator, the dangerous one who had brainwashed Mark SMITH and among other things, to explained his progressive health decline, he had contracted AIDS from me but there’s more and it’s detailed below.  Do I have AIDS or HIV, of course not.

Mark SMITH died 16 December 2018.  Black helicopters continued to surveilled me including monitoring.  In mid-February 2019, I would learn from Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) that I was logged as a person of interest, dangerous, entered in databases.

OPP Constable thought I was combat trained.

To bring it home  –> On 19 OCTOBER 2018, as a black helicopter passed SUPER low above me, I raised my right hand to my heart, the moment I moved, he violently titled on opposite side.  Instinctively shielding himself. He likely thought I was reaching for a  weapon >> 15-19 October 2018 – COURT Profiling Me – Black Helicopter Surveillance.

They profiled me as some sort of bad-ass and as such, entered me in criminal databases under surveillance.  OPP believed it. Black helicopter command most likely believed it too.

Hoodwinked to serve a criminal agenda involving oppression & killing people.

SUMMER 2018

BY SUMMER 2018, character assassination was a means to get people to stay away from us including local law enforcement.  Family members who were NOT in the know, were gaslit to hate and fear us.

This was coupled with intelligence gathered from electronic monitoring which made it possible to know our every moves – In-house discussions were twisted and counteracted.

We became targeted individuals – No ambulance, no police, no outside help.  When we tried to counteract, we were put down before we could outreach to anyone.

No one wanted to listen and help.  No one wanted us near them, especially me, the dark master mind who had subjugated Mark SMITH.

Family, more precisely Nicole PERIARD (sister), Bobby Lavergne (half-brother) and Theresa Lavergne (mother)  had spread rumors that Mark SMITH had AIDS because of me – Claim of AIDS was the excuse to explain why SMITH looked frail with significant weight loss and walked with a cane, a shell of a man.

I was blamed for his sickness which actually started day after he was laser shot through the window (22 JANUARY 2018).  Pure projection for what they were responsible.

• Here’s a table I call “Sick List” that shows by date, who provoked.  They leveraged sickness, caused it >> SICK-LIST-Mark-SMITH.PDF.  First 16 entries are caused by Michelle GUERTIN and the SON.  I also have audio recordings for most sickness incidents.

Before New Partners (CSIS)’s arrival in late 2015 –> Since 2013, Nicole PERIARD (Mark’s sister) had spread rumors I was a witch able to curse people with diseases.  That rumor started soon after PERIARD had an emergency “out of the blue” colorectum intestinal operation.  Today she’s affixed with a bag and her rectum sown shut.

• Mark SMITH claimed her problems came from constant anal sex.  Nicole and her husband bragged / boasted it was their preferred sexual practice and threesomes – it wasn’t a secret.  This would surely become a sore point for this couple, an insecurity for Nicole PERIARD –> if her husband, 12 years younger than her, had no more access to her “back door”.

Here’s what I think about PERIARD’s operation –> It coincided with a comment I had made two weeks earlier:  “Nicky is full of shit – she needs to regurgitate her own shit for once”.   Reason for that comment which someone heard and reported back –> Periard had instigated a fight between people, children were crying, a real mess.  That’s what led to my comment.

I strongly suspect this medical surgery was a GUERTIN special.

• Between 26-30 January 2018, Michelle GUERTIN insisted that I assume responsibility for PERIARD’S urgent operation.  Michelle GUERTIN threatened to have me arrested – persistent – She knew intimate details about Nicole PERIARD – Unusual.  Michelle GUERTIN talked too much.

  It was as if she had been waiting for this moment so she could finally dish it out – Medical crimes are a GUERTIN signature.

ABOUT THE WITCHCRAFT RUMOR 

I suspect Michelle GUERTIN was behind the witchcraft rumor.  A witch who inflicts disease and can cure them . ..  hm . . .wait a minute that sounds like something someone with ties to the medical system would think of of saying.  I strongly believe Michelle GUERTIN planted that seed in PERIARD’s psyche -Then PERIARD spread the rumor at large.

Throughout this case the GUERTIN used Witchcraft excuses and story-lines – a recurring theme.  They seemed superstitious and knowledgeable in the dark arts.

SUMMER 2021

In July & August 2021, I had several face-to-face meetups with family members who had been gaslit to hate / fear us in 2018.  in 2021, I uncovered a lot and so did they.

Nicole PERIARD separated the two brothers, Mark and Michael.  Mark went to his grave thinking Michael hated him but he didn’t know why.  Michael was made to believe I wanted to shoot him and Mark, his brother had sided with me.  Now imagine, the grief Michael felt in 2021 when he learned the truth.

In summer 2021, Mark’s niece Mary-Ann told me how in 2018,  PERIARD alluded to how I had brainwashed Mark – PERIARD recounted how I was brainwashed by the Secret Space Program (SSP) – Apparently I was brought covertly to Area 51 and psychologically manipulated.

SSP was a running theme with New Partners (CSIS) – again using the SSP thing and with PERIARD of all people.  BOUVIER (CSIS) was high likely her handler since May 2017.

Apparently, I was participating in MILAB Alien abductions, I was a super soldier, a hybrid reptoid.  Interestingly, it’s about the same smear campaign done in early July 2019 with a different group of people unrelated to SMITH case.  Certain people who were  psychologically manipulated by fake criminal SSP, started similar rumors a week after I had done a presentation about fake criminal SSP and more.

Revelations / Information obtained July-August 2021:

• Mark had changed his last name from TREPANIER to SMITH because he was in a Witness Protection Program – He had been an informant in a big drug bust.  In reality, he found his birth certificate which was a big secret kept from him by his mother, sister and Michelle GUERTIN.

• Mark had contracted AIDS from me – That’s why he had lost tremendous weight and looked very sick.  They propagated that rumor throughout the community. “they covered their abomination by blaming me” refer to Sick List by date & who provoked.

• I had brainwashed Uncle Mark “that’s why your Uncle is a lost cause we can’t help him because of her (me).” –  Reality was that I protected this guy since 27 February 2018 when I realized they wanted to kill me as means to get to him (isolate, grab, kill).

• I was going to shoot family members “Aunt Lyn is a retired police who had to retire early because she is mentally deranged . . . trigger happy”. Reality –> was never directly in law enforcement.  I was Chief IT SEC at one point in the Federal Government.  Top Secret Above clearance. Always in a Security position, Investigator in IT, Internal Affairs.

• They claimed I had violently tried to attack them on 21 December 2011 and continued to be a threat throughout the years, a  running rumor with local OPP – which in turn made it that the local police ignored our calls for protection in August 2018. No help.  2011 – GUERTIN w/t PERIARD – Organized Operations – Forged Arrest Warrant & 2 Attempts to Set Me Up – Reality was that on 21 DEC 2011 I warned (late) Jean-Paul LAVERGNE, that they couldn’t wait for him to die, confirming his suspicions.  The warning was said in front of Theresa, Bobby Lavergne, Jessica his girlfriend at the time and Jean-Paul.  He was dead 6 months later.

  In 2011, after I left, Nicole PERIARD  went on site, replaced the girlfriend who left (she had a bag of ecstasy in her purse).  PERIARD on site called police.  She dramatically dished out a horrific story of violence and insisted I be arrested.  Jean-Paul, then weak, tried to tell police it wasn’t true but family pushed him in his room and closed the door.

• They told people I would shoot them on sight  – Told my 13-14 niece:  “Aunt Lyn is going to shoot your Dad when she sees him – tell your Dad to be careful – Uncle Mark has sided with her (me)”.  << that’s what caused Michael to hate his brother Mark.  Since Michael was renown for carrying illegal firearms, I would venture PERIARD banked that he would shoot me first.  Did we have firearms?  Of course not – Never handled one in my life.

• I was a practicing Witch in the dark arts –  I had been brainwashed in a cult tied to “aliens” – I’d been manipulated at the secret AREA 51 base.  << that was priceless because it showed the involvement of New Partners (CSIS) with their fake SSP.

• She claims to see UFOS – > “ridiculed”  << Not so ridiculous after all, hm?  Disclosure is in the midst of happening (2026).

• Oh, I love this one >> I was a hybrid, a super soldier who worked in black budget operations << I shake my head as I write this, could the following docu-presentation have been an inspiration point for new partners?  This was published first time on 1st December 2017 (illustrated) >> 0-LIFEQUEST-2014-DREAM-security.walk.pdf  – It might have been the inspiration for the next false allegation about hybridization.

• I was part of a hybridization program in secret military underground bases <–PERIARD and her SON Richard and Michelle  Guertin alluded to it as early as 26-30 January 2018 as means to scare Mark and it worked.

  Between 26 October and 29 November 2017 I had used the story line that I was a reptilian hybrid as means to get him to stop listening to the SON – Most people fear reptilians, they drank the psyop kool-aid of good vs bad aliens and I leveraged it.   I told him that the black helicopters flyovers were for my protection against the SON and him >> Email Att’d that got fly-over house in Nov 2017 | I controlled fly-overs as protection from Mark & fake son |Sep 2018 >> Bouvier & Flyovers for our protection scam

• Why come up with this story line?
  .
  First off, the flyovers started when I got an email from a MUFON director in response to an email I sent the day before.  The nature of my email was to provide recommendations to improve the MUFON online public reporting form found on their website.  The fact that MUFON responded within a day made an impression on Mark – New Partners (CSIS) made it seem that the flyovers had to do with MUFON.  Here’s a black helicopter on south side of the house.  Notice the object flying next to it, click here.

  THEN I noticed that when I texted someone, without fail, within 22-24 minutes, a black helicopter would fly by low above the house.  So when it got intense because of the SON’s gaslighting, I would text someone (anything), then wait 17-18 minutes and warn SMITH that he better stop with his SON because in a few minutes a black helicopter would fly by to check on me.  Then, ta-da right on cue there it came.  I would then go outside make a hand gesture as if to say I’m OK. The claim of black helicopters protection made quite an impression on SMITH. It worked.

• On 9 November 2017 he had a Staged Managed Dream and I was portrayed as a reptilian female with my facial features >> 9 November 2017 – Use Neuro-Tech In Prep for Crime of Passion Planned JAN 2018.

• 9 MAY 2018 Court –> In the false handwritten statement we’re profiled as Satan worshippers.  MARK the dark magician and I, the enslaved one.

  Apparently, I had put 24/7 surveillance cameras in the house to keep track of Uncle Mark’s movements, the rumor was –> “that’s why he can’t go anywhere without her”.  Again, most likely projecting what they were doing >>  24 December 2015 – Tricked to Leave House – In-House Listening Devices and CAM Installation Suspected | 1 January 2016 – Family At Bay Since 2014 Back at Creating Chaos No Longer Afraid Of Me

  THIS IS CRUEL –> Apparently, I had 24/7 surveillance cameras on Mark SMITH while he was at Montfort hospital and at the Bruyere Palliative Care Centre.  This is something THEY would do.  Projecting suspected.

• THEY HIGH LIKELY SAW THE ALTERCATION ON 13 DECEMBER 2018 WITH THAT KILLING NURSE WHILE HE SHOUTED “TAKE ME OUT OF HERE!  FVCK TAKE ME OUT!” etc. (60 hours later he was dead).

IT BEGS THE QUESTION –> NICOLE HOW DID YOU KNOW HE WAS AT MONTFORT THEN AT BRUYERE PALLIATIVE CENTRE?

As part of the crime circle, this woman was alerted the moment he set foot at Montfort – And the camera story line would be something THEY would do – They most likely panicked when they realized he would recuperate.

ON 10 December 2018 (in the evening), when they learned that an outer family member tried to contact me, the next day (11^th)  he was tricked to believe he was dying of cancer.  I made the mistake of reporting the contact attempt by putting this together, click here and uploading it online, well knowing BOUVIER (CSIS) would see it – I trusted him, he represented CSIS.

• 29 November – 10 December 2018 – Bypassed BOUVIER’s WAIT for Hospital – Discovery Someone Wanted to Speak To Me Led To Accelerating Murder By Having Mark Moved To GUERTIN’s Choice Of Hospital To Do Deed – Safe

The doctors stayed clear of me – never available to talk with me.

On 12 December 2018, he was at Bruyere, palliative centre. He looked pretty good for someone with cancer . . . why?  because he didn’t have cancer.

On day 2 (13 Dec 2018), he wanted to leave and I should have listened.  

On 13 December 2018, as he held the wrist and shaking the “smiling & nonchalant” nurse who wanted to shoot him up with some sedative medication (morphine?) – He yelled , “No you don’t! you fvcking cvnt ##($^” she was overdosing him and he knew it.   He begged me to take him out of there.  I SHOULD HAVE LISTENED and FIGHT the HOSPITAL, he was dead 60 hours later.

• 13-16 December 2018 – Panicked He Wanted Out –  60 Hours Later Mark SMITH Was Dead

JANUARY 2019

After his murder, the charade continued in January 2019 >> Nicole PERIARD made belief she did not know Mark was dead – She made it seem I had been heartless and cruel by telling a family member of Mark’s passing, four weeks later.

• 18-20 January 2019 – After His Death, Continued Monitored & Surveillance -Events That Would Led To Full-Time Investigation – Safety In Exposure “Let It Be Known”

She already knew  but to cover herself, on 18 January 2019, she sent police to my house to confirm his death.  Afterwards she called family members to announced he had passed on 16 December 2018 – She announced he died of stomach cancer just like Carmen Chenier (grandmother)  then with time she changed it to lung cancer.

Nicole how come you used the false cancer diagnosis?

I audio recorded events of 18 January 2019 when visiting the family member – Michael Trepanier (brother) freaked.  When he saw me at his door, he still believed I wanted to shoot him – He threw me out of his house. 

Here’s the clencher . . . this person used to have firearms – odds are NICOLE believed he still had access to guns.  I truly think that she hoped he would have shot me thinking he was defending himself –  Mark and Michael used to have illegal firearms well before I knew them.

Another factor . . . Twenty years ago, NICOLE caused so much trouble that MICHAEL grabbed her by the hair and put a gun to her head. 

Do you think Nicole forgave him?

MICHAEL threw me out of his house and immediately called NICOLE.  She sent police to my house to confirm Mark’s passing which she already knew – Using police was her way to cover her involvement in his death and put a marker in the police system with my name on it.

FEBRUARY 2019

By 6 FEBRUARY 2019, I called CSIS.  The moment I said my name, the operator, without hesitation, responded:  “BY-y-YE” and hung up.

I was shocked.  Few days later I called RCMP who kept referring me to OPP.  I tried to tell RCMP that OPP would not help  nor CSIS because they were together involved in a crime.  I sounded like a nut-bar.

So I decided to physically go to the Ontario Police Station, walk in.  Here again I learned a lot.

• 6 February 2019 – Called CSIS – Said my Name – They HUNG UP | 12 Feb: OPP Station Walk-In| SKYPE “What bullsh!t did you CSIS use to command FLY-OVERS?” | Neighbor Thought his Farm Under Surveillance

THEY HAD PUT ME IN CRIMINAL DATABASES.  WOW WOW WOW.

ONE OF THE CONSTABLES, contacted my daughter who was a military police and asked her questions about me such as where was I combat trained.  What?!!  My mom?!!  (not IF I was trained but WHERE was I trained).

OCTOBER 2019

17 OCTOBER 2019 – I CALLED POLICE (OPP)

In late September 2019/early October 2019, I was working on time periods when the family was most abusive – It was so flagrant and dark that I called police on 17 October 2019 – the officers did not listen.  They continuously dismissed my claims they were complicit in his murder.

I asked both officers if they knew LUKE BOUVIER from CSIS.  No sooner out of my mouth, they both, like soldiers, stood straight and in unison said NO!  << wow, the body posture in unison and replying too quickly while looking straight ahead clearly showed that was a lie – In another setting, I should have told them:  “At ease men, at ease“.

At one point, one of the officers with a look of impatience, asked me to describe in five words how they killed him.

Well sir five words is not sufficient but sufficient enough to pull the wool over your eyes so that you continue not to listen and continue to protect criminals.

It seemed as though these two police officers were focused on 18 January 2019 – they already had made up their mind’s about me  – “horrible that it took 4 weeks to inform the family Mark had passed away . . . ” <— this was in the police database because NICOLE had called police 18 January 2019 to confirm Mark was dead – it was to put a marker for her innocence.

Then one of the officers with unease said:  “. . . yeah but huh huh you also see UFOs” to which I replied “yes in addition to this case . . . “.  Trying to discredit me pal?

Most of the UFOs (UAPS) experienced since 2016 were man-made – they appeared as small orange dots flying through the sky including tennis ball size fireballs  – they usually appeared after I went outside (within seconds <– Satellite watch on us)- – – each sighting (UAP) has been documented to include “appearance, time, date, location, in-house/online ongoings before, thoughts during, afterwards” –

I realized by 2018-19, they were fabricated <– what a good way to tarnish someone’s credibility – They faked it, then when one reports it, one is deemed unstable and ridiculed.  I didn’t report them, I documented them.

But here’s the thing, I also had/have videos and photos and over the next days, I emailed .mp4 and .jpg to the officers.  There you go guys . . .

Another misconception they had was events of 21 DECEMBER 2011 – When PERIARD replaced Jessica (Bobby’s girlfriend), called police falsely accusing me of violence – she replaced someone on the scene and made up a story “setup”.  >> 2011 – GUERTIN w/t PERIARD – Organized Operations – Forged Arrest Warrant & 2 Attempts to Set Me Up.

Thirty minutes earlier, I had told (late) Jean-Paul Lavergne >> “They can’t wait for you to die”,  then I left – In January 2012, he would tell Mark and I that it confirmed what he already suspected.  He was dead 6 months later (premeditated).

Events of 21 DECEMBER 2011 were twisted in 2018 to get local OPP to believe I was a problem to the family – On 18 August 2018, we call OPP for protection – Sergeant Flint (OPP) told me to shut my big mouth, I was the problem to the family and not the other way around – This officer was the one who accompanied the two so-called Interpol Agents on 22 June 2018 to announce the fake arrest of Michelle GUERTIN and her SON – For details about 2011, please read: 2009, 2011, 2014, 2015 – FALSE FLAGS & CHAOS by Family with Guertin lurking in background

Then we have summer 2019, where ladies, members of a spiritual group, were harassed / under the influence of  the Secret Space Program criminal faction.  They were convinced I was complicit in abductions with MILAB, Secret Space Program  <– it became a problem “Fear and Distrust” to the point I had to remove myself from the group by August 2019 in order not to divide the group.

By fall 2019, one of the ladies permanently left Canada for her own safety.  She escaped those, in CANADA, who pose as Secret Space Program >> That lady’s husband cut his throat in front of her shortly BEFORE that excuse was used to explain how the SON committed suicide (July 2018).  They used the same excuse – pure evil mocking a real suicide under the influence of SSP “suicide program” – – fake son fake suicide cutting his throat – effronté.

Hospitals are/were one of their crime territories.  They (GUERTIN) had carte blanche access to private medical information stored in the provincial database and the influence to get doctors to work for them

In mid-April 2018, Michelle GUERTIN was complaining she couldn’t find my medical records.  Complaining as if she was entitled.

Why couldn’t she find my medical records?  –> I was not in the provincial health database system specifically because of GUERTIN.

ADDENDUM

As a child, we lived in an all white neighborhood.  My father was  a professional jazz musician, composer and T.V. celebrity. He had a music studio in the basement.  Most musicians who came to the house were black Americans  – Jazz and Blues – This was the 1960s and Hull Quebec had several famous clubs, hotels  featuring big names – Out of town musicians came for diners, after gigs in early morning hours, rehearsals, etc.

Some children in the neighborhood were not allowed to play with me, to be seen with me.   We still played together, out of sight or on the lookout.

In the 60s, we stayed mostly outside, drinking from garden hoses, coming in when street lamps came on or until you heard a parent shout your name.  Different times.

But racism, prejudice, fear and judgement were well and alive in the 60s.

It built resilience. Thanks for that life experience.
