8 OCT 2022: LINKS HAVE INSERTED IN LIST OF RECORDINGS these are the recordings they heard and wanted destroyed – If they heard them then everyone should hear them too, here they are:

(1) List of Recordings (January to April 2018) in PDF, click here.  Total of 40 recs out of 149 – the other 109 recs have never been uploaded to Google Drive – they cover May up to Jan 2019.  However .mp3 clips have been extracted and inserted in Time modules (links below).

Originally created between 24 April to 22 May 2018.  In mid-August 2018, they thought I’d destroyed the recs only to discover on 29 August 2018 that I had not. There they are.  Recordings for May 2018 and forward have never  been uploaded online – only these ones.  They however discovered in Spring 2019 that over 100 additional recordings existed.

Clips were extracted so that the clips could be inserted in documents such as the Time Modules.

Time module documents are the chronological assemblage before investigation – they were done in 2019 –  “putting the material together”.  This is well before knowing the end-game – they are assembled like a witness / victim testimonial to events that occurred based on the recordings.

Key Discoveries – Points in time

1. 19 November 2019:  Through investigation,  I discovered that the family  knew Anton GUERTIN was not his biological son from the get-go  – That they were IN on the father-son cover for the human trafficking deal in 1979.  The family was not  blackmailed  in 2018 (as I previous thought) to go along with GUERTIN.

2. 14 May 2020: New alliance agreement with a third party by Fall 2015 – New allied partners used CSIS agents (not impersonators) at forefront –  CSIS employees or contractors.  CSIS is in position of authority to issue aerial instructions to Military and/or Police (flyovers).

GUERTIN very likely were seen as clients “saw themselves as clients paying for a service – participating in a double agenda >> my termination (new partners) in order to get Mark Smith (GUERTIN agenda)”.   At end of day, the new partners became the puppet masters, the ones in charge.

OR

They were told that Secret Service Intelligence were monitoring CHAMPAGNE and that the GUERTIN would be part of the homeland security program to capture CHAMPAGNE.  that would be a great lure because the GUERTIN were halted since July 2014.  So if homeland security took CHAMPAGNE away then they would get SMITH.  That would be a good lure to ensnare GUERTIN. 

GUERTIN were no longer in charge – New partners who use CSIS at forefront were Master of Operations (2016-2017-2018). in the alliance they came with gold  offerings such as “electronic monitoring” and other covert technologies.  The GUERTIN were very likely fed second hand Intel not first hand (raw monitoring) which is strategic and wise move. At some points, the seemed like programmed automatons – a lack of continuity – following orders – fed second intel “you can puppet people that way”  much better.
