1/ Killing Nurse – Bruyere Palliative Centre, Ottawa – 12-16 December 2018 – 13 DEC 2018, as he held the killing nurse’s wrist and shook her vigorously, syringe flew in the air, he turned to me shouting to take him out of there – He was strong insistent – it was quite the scene. That would be the last time I see him conscious. They started the kill process most likely after I left. Died three days later “killed/euthanized”.

5/ Nicole PERIARD – 2013 – Operated for the GUERTIN Agenda – Btw 26-30 January 2018, GUERTIN blamed me. I highly believe they operated her to make it coincide with a comment I made two weeks earlier which was “Nicole for once needs to regurgitate her shit” – Within two weeks, she had an unexpected colorectal operation, affix with a fecal bag for life and rectum sown. GUERTIN persistently insisted I was responsible – she knew too many intimate details. Pure evil.
6/ Marcel TREPANIER & Candy (girlfriend) – 2013 – Terminated for GUERTIN Agenda because MARCEL would have gone after them – He hated Michelle GUERTIN with passion and high likely suspected the SON wasn’t Mark’s child. Candy (girlfriend) investigated, got too close to the truth and died the same way 3 weeks later.
7/ Jean-Paul LAVERGNE – 2011-12 – Must die before his mother (93) – they gauged his descent so that he dies before the old lady – her death released the LAVERGNE Estate – like I told him on 21 DEC 2012 >> “Jean-Paul, they can’t wait for you to die” PERIARD panicked – came on site and called police claiming “I was going to beat them up with a baseball bat” – When police came, they kept him in his room – In January 2012, he confided that it confirmed what he already suspected
8/ Doctor Michelle – 2008 – Assigned to Mark after Treatment Centre – She’s his doctor – She invited him (patient) to live in her home – Lured to mind-fuck – he escaped her. Seen again in 2010-11 – organized.
9/ Using COURT to Institutionalize – 3-6 MARCH 2018 – This was a faux-pas – She lost the trust key held since 1979 – I suspect she when behind the Director’s back – It’s cancelled three days later (6 March) by introducing LOUIS GUERTIN as the one who stopped her “Louis the Savior” – LOUIS does the next program, called LURE PROGRAM (8 March 2018) – Three weeks later, they would botch a kidnap (1 April 2018) – SON no longer trusted.
10/ Using COURT to Institutionalize – 30 APRIL to 3 MAY 2018 – They dropped it after I told them (something like) >> “drop the medical bullshit or else the recordings come out” (audio included)
11/ Forging medical letter targeting me – 18 DEC 2009 – GUERTIN attempted to trick me to believe I needed urgent treatment from a new physician for a serious illness based on false test results (test results are available upon request).

1/ KILLING NURSE – 12-16 December 2018
Although she’s the last one encountered (last call – death) – the last one on the list (13 DEC 2018) . . . let’s start with the KILLING NURSE at Bruyere Palliative Centre – she was the one who administered the lethal injections.
View this short clip below. It is similar to how it went down for Mark SMITH. The difference is that HE held her wrist and shook her so much that the syringe flew in the air. He was strong, no ventilator, standing up, etc. and while he held her wrist and shook her he screamed “TAKE ME OUT OF HERE I’M NOT DYING! FUCK BABE TAKE ME OUT OF HERE” that’s the last time we spoke. They shut him down soon after – most likely after I left that day. HE died three days later.
Would I recognize her? absolutely. Mark was not her first nor would be her last. What a great place to work, a palliative centre, when you are a killer. She is one and I will venture was glad to do GUERTIN’s bidding.

We have properly preserved two bio-samples (one taken a few hours before he died, the other on 24 JAN 2018). This was premeditated murder.

>> We have a physician most likely PERIARD’s regular doctor who was willing to trick Mark to believe he had a life threatening blood clot behind his skull – It was a means to make him agree to let that physician call an ambulance. That perp was persistent. It didn’t work. Mark refused because two days earlier, Michelle GUERTIN and the SON tried to abduct him at a shopping centre (26 APRIL 2018) – Going to the hospital was a GUERTIN trap and he knew it. POISON to make him unwell and agree to see his sister’s doctor was given to him by his sister. Make him sick enough but not too much to make him agree to see the doctor she organized with GUERTIN (or vice-versa).

4/ Then we have the compromised 911 call system
911 calls – In August 2018, someone called Mark SMITH was named on a 911 call. Nicole PERIARD was immediately alerted and was calling local hospitals – she was so excited that it was disturbing enough to have a cousin come to our house and tell us. PERIARD never called us to find out if it was Mark. And why would she? it would show that she got alerts and Mark seemed to already know this.
911 call – 23 APRIL 2018 – As I was on the phone with the 911 operator, we could hear two guys in the background. The moment she asked Mark’s name, they stopped to listen – I paused feeling dread. The moment I said his full name, the two guys on the line said: “yeah ok . . . bye . . . yeah bye” and they got off the line. My heart sank.
911 call – 29 November 2018 – call for ambulance – two paramedics. When the grey pearl helicopter hovered closeby on the edge of the property, Mark look at it then with comfort said “It’s OK BOUVIER knows” and at that moment the older paramedic showed sinisterism with a slight side smile “being in on it” .
Mark was relieved BOUVIER knew he was going to the hospital. My heart sank because that helicopter was first seen on 6 APRIL 2018 and at the time I thought it was GUERTIN (after I did things to get a reaction . . . I sure did >> I got that flyover and next day Louis GUERTIN called enraged with threats). BOUVIER? Distinct Pearl Helicopter? what?! GUERTIN are dead, right?
911 call – 15 JANUARY 2007 – Suicide – A stranger who didn’t know Mark’s name, called 911 – Mark was dying (suicide) – provoked by FAMILY. But if his name would have been uttered on the 911 call, PERIARD and GUERTIN would have been alerted and send an organized ambulance. Since the suicide was provoke, they were banking he would have died. He was saved by a stranger who didn’t know his name. How about that.

5/ NICOLE PERIARD’s high likely UNNECESSARY INTESTINAL OPERATION in 2013 . . . which happened two weeks after I voiced out in front of people (who told her) >> “for once Nicole needs to regurgitate her shit”
Two week later, out of the blue, she needed unexpected emergency surgery . . . must be true if a doctor said so, right? Only thing is it was out of the blue and unexpected . . . but Nicole trusted doctors like GOD – don’t forget there were perks when you know GUERTIN such as pills, feel-good injections (she loved those). Then being in the know in the underground seedy side of local hospitals “the dark circuit” – Nicole PERIARD saw herself as an equal in the circuit >> Bah! they would never pull a medical stunt on me Nicole Periard hahaha never. A fool. She was just a means to an end for GUERTIN to serve the Mark SMITH agenda from day 1 (1990s).

Between 26-30 January 2018 >> Michelle GUERTIN persistently wanted me to assume responsibility for Nicole’s emergency operation by stating I was responsible for cursing Nicole PERIARD and that I should be arrested for it. There you go >> the start of wanting to arrest me.

MARCEL TREPANIER >> Theresa (MARK’S mother) age 14 (1965), slapped false FATHERHOOD cover on 16 year old Marcel TREPANIER. Mark is the biological son of one of his great uncles, one of the son of George Charles Smith. With time Marcel came to suspect/know but loved the boy like is own – “you don’t mess with Marcel’s sons because Marcel will come after you” – that was well known. Marcel had a tough reputation – not afraid of much. He HATED Michelle GUERTIN.
2013 – MARCEL TREPANIER who apparently did bad cocaine. It was so unusual that CANDY his girlfriend was blamed by entourage. He was recuperating in the hospital then oopsie by day 4 or 5, he died BOOM! – that was super odd.
Candy started to investigate and most likely got too close to the truth and she was killed the same way three weeks later.
TWO SUSPICIOUS DEATHS.
These were not run of the mill drug addicts. These were seasoned drug users. Candy was killed because she got too close to the truth.
It was important to remove Marcel because he protected Mark and me from the family. . . oh, and he HATED Michelle GUERTIN with a passion. I truly believe he knew that the SON wasn’t Mark’s biological child which would have made it impossible to come back at forefront in our lives.
Marcel wasn’t afraid of much and would go to great lengths to protect us – The Family (Theresa and PERIARD) including GUERTIN feared this guy – Kill him off, right GUERTIN? using your fucking organized medical crime minions.
Marcel despised Theresa and Nicole. They actually tried to set him up to get busted using me as blame factor in February 2011 and it failed terribly As Marcel used to tell me in French: “stay away from these two fat cunts” don’t you worry Marss I know what they are.
Candy would be alive today if only she hadn’t poked / investigated.

Then we have JEAN-PAUL LAVERGNE – After Mark’s false arrest for missing two weekends (ahum . . . 28 years ago – defense lawyer Michelle GUERTIN) – she forged a false warrant using her own case 1983. But OH OH WAIT >> suddenly Jean-Paul had a sudden dramatic health decline.
They were high likely gauging his death to occur before old Mrs. Lavergne. GUERTIN PLANNED TO KILL JEAN-PAUL using the medical system – making sure he died before the LAVERGNE Estate existed (death of old Mrs. Lavergne).
When he died on 6 JUNE 2012, Theresa Lavergne and Nicole PERIARD were relieved that he was dead. Other people noticed. They even mentioned it was a good thing that he died before his old mother (93 years old).
He was provoked to become sick (Nicole PERIARD might have aided and abetted here she’s good with poison) and then given pharmaceuticals that enabled his descent.
On 21 DECEMBER 2012, I told him in front of Theresa, Bobby Lavergne (son) and new girlfriend >> “JEAN-PAUL THEY CAN’T WAIT FOR YOU TO DIE” – Theresa made the mistake of confiding too much information to Mark.
After I left (after saying the above to Jean-Paul), Nicole PERIARD came on site and called police claiming I was there to beat everyone with a baseball bat. She dished out a dramatic story-lie, insistent that I be arrested immediately

A so-called doctor who went by the name “Doctor Michelle” . . .
In 2008, When Mark came out of Treatment Centre (Elliot Lake) he went to live on Cornwall Island with the Mohawks. He was an out patient to a local hospital and a female “Doctor Michelle” was assigned to him. Now this female paid a lot of attention to him. Today we know it was a lure . . . she invited her patient “Mark” to live in her home. yes-s.
So he goes there but stayed only for a few weeks. Why did he not stay? Because she had room-mates “nurses” and when they would come from work, they started honey potting him including “Doctor Michelle”. They would parade, cock tease wearing flimsy transparent baby-dolls and alluding to sex orgies, etc.
He felt betrayed by this so-called Doctor Michelle. He left.
Now you would think that’s the end of so-called ‘Doctor Michelle”?
Some time between 2010-11, Mark had been prescribed Seroquel – He didn’t need anti-psychotics but Dr. Levasseur (Clarence-Rockland ON) was devastated/alarmed by the content of his medical record – A New doctor for ODSP benefits.
Keep in mind that Dr. BOYD for GUERTIN had re-arranged him, then marked him as dangerous, volatile with multiple personality disorder. The new guy LEVASSEUR, gets the new patient – can only go by the file content. Mark told me that Levasseur seemed scared of him but he didn’t know the content of his medical file – it just puzzled him at the time (he talked about it when he came back to the car after the appointment)..
Now, keep in mind that at the Treatment Centre, then living on Cornwall Island, a First Nation community and for almost a year, he experienced sweat lodges, spiritual connections, meditative states, finding his BLACKFOOT roots, knowing is native name “Grey Wolf”, reincarnation, a dry island “no alcohol nor drugs”) – It totally changed the guy.
No more alcohol nor drug since 15 JANUARY 2007, the day he almost die from suicide (provoked by FAMILY).
A stranger called 911 not knowing his name. Alleluia! NO fucking alerts to GUERTIN network (eg. PERIARD and first point of alert ding ding ding then follow the notification protocol). And that’s why he escaped them on the day he almost died – a gift from Divine Universal Creator.
But psychiatrist in Clarence Rockland, Dr. Levasseur was going based on the medical records tarnished/fixed for GUERTIN – he prescribed Seroquel. A year later, he wrote in his medical file that he had been misdiagnosed. That’s how he perceived it unknowing the background situation (organized).
So let’s get back to Doctor Michelle and Seroquel . . .
After a month or so of ingesting Seroquel, he decided to stop. He didn’t need it, it made him unwell psychologically, emotionally and physically. When he stopped, he experienced withdrawal symptoms similar to heroin. Chills, fever, shakes, vomiting, bad, etc.. So after 4 days of sickness, we decided to go to Montfort Hospital in Ottawa.
He was admitted in their computer system / entered in the health system – And we headed to the waiting room and sat.
After 15-25, guess who showed up?
When she saw him she had this smile on her face then when she noticed me, she slightly gasped. Immediately, Mark got agitated “that’s her! that’s doctor Michelle, we gotta go . . .fuck it” and we quickly left.
I believe, once she saw he was in the hospital system, she was alerted and told to head to the waiting room.
Was her name really Doctor Michelle? Must be because other people called her by that name.

9/ FIRST ATTEMPT to use COURT >> 3 MARCH 2018 – 3 MARCH 2018 – Michelle GUERTIN Threats To Use LEGAL For Forceful Hospitalized (Psychiatric) – Basically Told Us What Was the Plan All Along
10/ SECOND ATTEMPT to use COURT – 30 APRIL 2018
COURT SYSTEM TO INSTITUTIONALIZE – Using Legal for an organized medical crime – Failed
On 29 APRIL 2018, I extracted him from his sister’s grip – I breached the No-Contact Order and took him out of there. He experienced two kidnap attempts and poison suspected by his sister for one of the grab ops. After the 23 APRIL 2018 incident when I called 911, a No Contact order was set until COURT 9 MAY 2018. He was sent to live at his sister’s house until Court – I breached the order because a man’s life was at stake.
Next morning, 30 APRIL 2018, Mark was told COURT would demand a psychiatric evaluation – We knew where that was heading. That was a GUERTIN move, any evaluation would be rigged – the goal was to institutionalize him then finish him off. In addition, as if things weren’t bad enough, a kidnap was attempted later that afternoon. That was the third kidnap attempt since 26 APRIL 2018.
In early morning hours of 26 APRIL, I uploaded the start of a List of Recordings (just 2 pages), that afternoon, GUERTIN themselves tried to grab him (he hadn’t seen then in person for over 10 years), then another attempt using a physician on 28 APRIL and poison highly suspected by his sister for 28 APRIL’s grab.
SO NOW THEY HAD US CORNERED like sitting ducks >> 9 MAY 2018. I had to do something.
A few days later, on 2 MAY 2018, at wake up, I knew exactly what to do, I voiced out and recorded a message for them that basically said >> “DROP THE MEDICAL BULLSHIT OR ELSE THE RECORDINGS COME OUT”
Glory Alleluia! By next morning, on 3 MAY 2018, it was canceled. Mark never knew that I had given them an ultimatum.

3 MAY 2018 – No more COURT ordering an eval. Wonderful. But now the FAMILY was in panic. So much that on this day we discovered that FAMILY was with GUERTIN. It sent MARK on a suicide run – Took several hours to snap him out of it (many audio clip in post below)
At one point, he fell to ground having a seizure – I screamed “LEAVE HIM ALONE!” a few times then got angry and voiced out several things “get out of our lives how dare you you putrid creature. . . ” Then I shouted “FUCK YOU” – Within 1-2 seconds, a guttural voice responded “FUCK YOU <slight pause> YOURSELF” >> now this was not heard at the time but when I reviewed recordings in Spring 2019 to my amazement, I heard it. (it’s in the second post below)
I want to give recognition to late Father Amorth (late exorcist). On 1 MAY 2018, I had a profound connection experience. Since the Court trap announcement (day before), we both felt heaviness of doom and gloom >> They had us – They were going to use the COURT. THE END (9 MAY 2018). DONE.
On 1 MAY 2018, Amorth and I connected.

6 MARCH 2024 – Update
11/ 2009 – 7 months living with Mark – The GUERTIN tried a medical organized crime onto me.
As I mentioned before, we started to live together on 29 MAY 2009. From that point forward, the FAMILY did everything they possibly could so that our relationship wouldn’t work. They even involved my former husband.
In December 2009, GUERTIN had unauthorized access to the Provincial Health database >> my medical record. They leveraged test results in my file as means to make me believe I needed urgent care from a NEW physician.
>> They forged a medical letter using my former physician’s signature who I hadn’t seen since early 2005. To this day, I have preserved the forged document ensuring that I don’t touch it too much. I strongly suspect it still has the prints and some DNA from the person who folded the letter and more. Here’s a copy of the letter, click here. (they did a poor copy/paste of my former physician’s signature – when you see the document in person you see the lines – poor forgery).
THOSE TEST RESULTS were false >> terminal illness, going to die in 18 months – I took the meds for one week only but if I had taken them religiously, I probably would have died within the prescribed 18 months. THEY DIDN’T KNOW THE RESULTS WERE FALSE.
Just imagine for a moment if I would have fallen for it (GUERTIN’s ploy 2009).
You get a new physician . . . . gee . . . it seems as if the GUERTIN can influence everyone in that medical system in ONTARIO. After all, there would only be a select few who would accept new patients – organized – it’s easy. Another problem they had with me and the medical system, is that I wasn’t in the system since July 2008.
I had not renewed the provincial health card. They needed me BACK in the compromised medical system. Because if I’m not in it, then they can’t do much to tarnish/create false content for a medical file.
To this day (2024), because of GUERTIN, I refuse to be that compromised Health system database – There are no entries since those false test results (2003-2004). If I renewed that health card, GUERTIN will be alerted and that gives them something to leverage – My personal threat risk assessment says “DO NOT GET BACK INTO THAT COMPROMISED SYSTEM” until I have confirmation the GUERTIN are no longer a threat.
So the last time, I consulted a mainstream medical professional was in early 2005. For past 20 years, I have healed and cured self of any ailment I might have had by using nature’s pharmacy, good emotional core and psyche – mind-heart folks, that’s where it counts to keep your immune system strong and working for you. I do not take chemical pharma products. The last time I had the flu was in mid-May 2009 – that’s the last time I was ever sick.
In APRIL 2018, Michelle GUERTIN was bitching because she couldn’t find medical information on me . . . bitching as if she was entitled to it. Fucking amazing isn’t it. Pure evil demonic psychopaths – crimes against humanity.
Back to 2009 >> So that “new” physician would have run with the diagnosis of the test results and high likely would have fabricated other false diagnosis to make me take pharmaceutical (kill me)
But those 2003-2004 test results were false and part of another organized crime that occurred in 2003 but GUERTIN at the time didn’t know BECAUSE New Partners (CSIS) wasn’t on-board yet, not until 2015.
About 2003 – Organized diagnosis that I only had 18 months to live . . . that’s what the GUERTIN leveraged unknowing at the time that the results were false, trickery from another source high likely linked to New Partners (CSIS) – yes-s well before GUERTIN was in my life.
And get this . . . On 29 NOV 2017, when I uploaded the story behind this medical deceit . . . all flyovers in Fall 2017 stopped.
I think it was a knee jerk reaction to stop flyovers (Black helicopters) – – -> two criminal units coming together and realizing . . . “Hey we did that in 2003 . . . what!!? you leveraged it in 2009?!!” wow what a small world. uh-oh, she’ll figure it out . . . we better stop the flyovers.” << just a theory folks.

They were after this guy well before I came along in his life on 23 DECEMBER 2018 . . .
In early 2000, after his ex-wife Cynthia Rosebush lost control of him – GUERTIN wanted him dead. When ROSEBUSH realized she was losing grip, she hit him with a metal pipe while he was showering. He was supposed to fall unconscious then call an organized ambulance – get rid of it. He didn’t fall in the shower as expected and he walked away for good. He couldn’t never understand why his “savior” Michelle GUERTIN didn’t want to pursuit criminal charges against Rosebush.
Chuckles, well Mark it was organized my friend, that’s why.
After holiday 2006, Family provoked suicide – almost happened on 15 JAN 2007. Then when he became an out patient in 2008, the games resume >> As an out patient, they assigned a doctor called “Doctor Michelle” – A doctor honey potting and playing psychological mind-games. He freed himself from her psychological hold in early Fall 2008. (see entry about “Doctor Michelle” above – it was organized.)
No long after he met me – We met on 23 DEC 2008. And he returned on FAMILY’s doorstep (surprise) on 24 DEC 2008 – last time they had seen him was in 2006.
Meets me one day before he returned on their doorstep . . . hahaha (not funny).
We started living together on 29 MAY 2009 . . . let the games resume. Now they had an obstacle >> me. Now must get rid of me.
They tried from summer 2009 up to 13 JULY 2014, the day I scared them away.
Then by FALL 2015, allied with NEW PARTNERS (CSIS) – the name of the game to remove the obstacle was TERMINATE ME (2016-2018).
