17 October 2019 – A Cop said with unease “you see UFOS” – Sent him photos/videos of UAP sightings (included herein) – I Called Police because Investigative Material showed Family (Guertin in background) Abuse as early as 2009 – He had to remain single, I was the obstacle

I decided to edited this post to explain why I called the police on 17 October 2019. And also to re-publish in light of the  UAP (UFO) Report from the Director of National Intelligence released by the Pentagon in late June 2021.

So let’s start . . .

On 17 October 2019, I called police because of the Abuse from the family towards Mark and me  since we had started to live together in 2009.

The Incapacitation of Mark was on the table since 1992 but when he attempted suicide during holiday period 2006 – in 2007, he got the right psychiatric therapy and Mark thought the Family had changed.  Mark told me everything, confided in me which upset Nicole and his mother.

Prior to calling police, in late September 2019, I started to pull out points in time “interaction with the Family” and it came to show how abusive they’d been towards me let alone Mark Smith  – the reason is simple >> the moment he came back in their lives in December 2008,  I was to be removed from his life (break up)  – Uncanny when one thinks we met on 23 December and he comes back in their lives on 24 December 2008.

They wanted him to be alone  – if he had been they would have worked toward the “Mark Smith Incapacitation” operation very early on – Family in conspiracy with Guertin – Since he wasn’t alone (me), by creating chaos and conflict with whomever he was with, would be a priority – He must remain single.  Nicole was the tie with Guertin the conspiracy since 1990s.  They had broken his serious relationship in 1992 and now with me it seemed like another serious relationship –

The attempt to split us up started as early as September 2009 – we have a witness my former husband which they tried to use/rile up to create conflict between Mark, me and my former husband.

They tried to instigate conflict between my ex-husband and Mark.  She portrayed her own son as a low-life loser – not to be trusted – your x-wife is making a big mistake. The mission was to break us up. 

We had just moved in together on 29 May 2009.  My former husband liked Mark and saw through the deception – we talked about it afterwards – I remember his shocked comment “and that’s his family?” to which I responded:  “Yes Ron it is”.  wow.

After doing writing those past events in his life and then the moment I come in his life, I was so distraught that on 17 October 2019 I contacted the OPP.   They shrugged me off – not taking me seriously – siding with the family – and bringing back 18 January 2019 stating I had taken one month to contact the Family to inform them of Mark’s passing. <– you see what police reports can do? **

**In January 2019, Nicole already knew Mark had passed  – By calling police to confirm puts an official log in the police database – My name is associated to it.  The report could read something like :  “confirmation deceased – date 16 December 2018 Mark Smith – sister distraught just discovered/wants confirmation – he died 4 weeks & 2 days ago.  It would support a false narrative I abused the Family  – a narration that fed the Champagne smear campaign with local police in full bloom by mid-summer 2018.

From a legal law perspective, there are two police call logged (21 December 2011, 18 January 2019 and perhaps the false written statement of 9 May 2018) – the 2011 rumor was running in August 2018 with local police when in reality, on 21 Dec 2011, Nicole replaced a fourth person on site “making belief she was there when I went to visit” – She dished out a dramatic story of violence with Theresa and Bobby nodding affirmative – Jean-Paul was sent to his room the moment he tried to tell the cops it wasn’t true  — He was too weak and they shut him down – Family sent to his room – Before I left I told him (fourth witness can attest):  “Jean-Paul they can’t wait for you to die”  –  He confided a month later it validated what he already thought.

As well as the fourth witness that Nicole replaced, there was an outside witness. She warned the two constables before they responded (entered).  Afterwards, when the police officers came to my house, they quickly realized I didn’t know about the swap.  I named the four people on site (Jean-Paul, Bobby, Theresa & fourth person).  It confirmed the fourth witness presence and also confirmed that the outside witness information was true.

The fourth witness didn’t stay on site to greet the police (drug related) but spoke with the outside witness before leaving she said “Nicole is coming and she’s calling the cops  – i have to go”.   That witness was in the house when I visited.  For several years, she is no longer associated to the family.

2011 Full details > trying to have me charged for criminal violence >> 20111221-FAMILY-Call-POLICE-on-ME-FALSE-ALLEGATIONS-to-have-me-arrested – -the cops didn’t believe it – no charges.

All to say >> Since mid-summer 2018 Nicole’s false narrative of 2011 was the one believed by local force – always been against his family, look what happened before Christmas 2011 she came in brandishing a baseball bat, right mom? –  Jean-Paul was sick – abusing my elder parents – well, at least they gave her a trespassing ticket – mom was so distraught, right mom?  Bobby was there, hey Bobby tell them . . . 

We lost credibility by mid-summer 2018, here’s an instance:

• 18 August 2018 >> Mark called local OPP – the cops shrugged us off – claimed Mark was with the biker gang called 81 percenter – The cop said since I’d been with Mark I’d only caused trouble for the family **– please listen to: 20180818b-3-3.19-OPP-NO-HELP-Lyn-Champagne.mp3 – we were on our own.

SUMMER 2021 discovery of character defamation for false flagging (OPP, other FAMILY members, community as well as online community) >> 11 DEC 2021 >>2018-2019 – BOBBY LAVERGNE, NICOLE PERIARD, her Son RICHARD & GUERTIN – Character Assassination DEFAMATION LIST included >> It led to Isolation – No Help

In addition, the false written statement of Court 9 May 2018,  gave opportunity to write negative narration of me being against the Family  -> it has multiple pages (I held it in my hands) scanned through it  – Highly suspect it was written by Nicole Periard (handwriting) – Mark was facing 5 years in jail – there was talk of satanism  – The genuine statement is a video (officer and I never wrote anything other than sign a one-pager confirming the video was the truth) – I had named them.  But since the false statement was tabled in court, is it not logged as part of the case file?  Court Administrator on duty and Constable will attest it was a video.

By January 2019, Nicole knew when Mark died, she didn’t inform the Family – Michael was close to Mark and she made sure in mid-summer 2018 to break up the two brothers apart – Michael would have fought for Mark.

Nicole Periard part of the conspiracy knew fthe moment Mark was admitted to the hospital to the time of his death <– She kept it to herself – had she been clueless – she would have behaved normally and reacted the moment her Hospital connection would have contacted her now it was out of character – part of the conspiracy to incapacitate him – they pushed him to his death.  She was in conspiracy to commit fraticide (murder of one’s sibling).

Nicole Periard performed on 18 January 2019 by calling police – another police logged call.  “you see we told you about Lyn Champagne and what she does to our family . . . poor Mark my brother” *sniff*  it substantiated the long-standing defamation and false narrative about me.

Other family members were horrified to discover he died one month later – she knew all along as part of the conspiracy circle since 1990s.  Make belief she was shocked. <– pure evil.  She betrayed innocent family members – robbed them of Mark.

BUT >> In October 2019, I hadn’t uncovered yet that the FAMILY was in conspiracy since 1979 – They knew Anton Guertin, Michelle’s son wasn’t Mark’s child from the get go – The Family (Jean-Paul & Theresa)  sold him to the Guertin to get him out of their lives – the initial point of contact with Guertin was Jean-Paul Lavergne father – Mr. Lavergne Senior.

On 17 October 2019, I recall, the police officer with shrug of unease said . . . “en plus tu vois des UFOs” (you see UFOs) . . . to which I replied matter-factually:  “bien oui, en plus” (yes on top of that)- as if it was used to undermine my credibility.

By early September 2017, the SON had started calling in mid-July and Michelle GUERTIN since end of August who stated being an ACTING DIRECTOR at CSIS had undergone cancer surgery.  I was pressuring to meet her that was the excuse used to avoid me.  She would be on convalescence and we would see her in the new year “what a brave woman I thought” – – in fact here’s what Michelle GUERTIN did when she came crashing in our lives in January 2018 >> 1-30 January 2018 – 1st MONTH with DEMONIC GUERTIN DUO.
