BRIEF RECAP

After 21 SEPTEMBER 2018, the new strategy no longer to grab SMITH.   The tactic had changed.

They made us believe that they were going to criminally charge the family – No point going after GUERTIN, Michelle GUERTIN was dead including the SON (2 July 2018) – Two faked deaths.

BOUVIER (CSIS) announced he would represent Mark in Court to fight abuse case against the family, who apparently, were also holding up the release of the (fake) inheritance.

CSIS ANSWERED THE CALL  – Move over OPP and RCMP because CSIS the real saviors had arrived – The eagle had landed.

THE FAMILY DID GO TO COURT BUT HIGH LIKELY THE CASE WAS INVERTED BY PROFILING MARK SMITH AS A VERY BAD INDIVIDUAL AND ME AS THE INFLUENCER / PSYCHOLOGICAL ABUSER (projecting what they were onto me – classic).

THIS WOULD BE THE WAY TO LEGALLY DISSOCIATE WHATEVER WAS RIDING OVER HIS IDENTITY “Mark TREPANIER” (baptismal name), RELEASE  AND TRANSFER TO GUERTIN. 

• In 2007, he finally found his BIRTH CERTIFICATE (Treatment Centre) – Last name: SMITH.  His mother had kept this a secret as well as (lawyer) Michelle GUERTIN.  In 1992, when GUERTIN got Power of Attorney over his life, he was going under Mark TREPANIER.

  Since (2001) new legislation on valid IDs, his mother and Michelle GUERTIN made it a big mystery.  He was living on the fringe . . . no bank account, no driver’s license, etc.  You need your cert, sir.

  About registered name SMITH – His great grand-father (George Charles SMITH) saved him from being sold at birth by registering himself as the father (behind backs of the buyer or middle man >> doctor) – fait accompli tactic.

How do I know FAMILY went to COURT in Fall 2018?

• On 20 JAN 2019, PERIARD sent her autistic SON to snoop . . . thinking I had a soft spot for her kid  (big mistake).  It was easy to make the kid talk while making sure he didn’t clamp up –>  keep him off-guard – He told me FAMLY went to court, also told me that Michele GUERTIN and the SON were not dead,  that he knew “good guy” BOUVIER  and alluded that the SON might not be Mark’s biological son << asking about knowing BOUVIER voluntarily triggered that reveal  – Anton GUERTIN was not his SON.

As days went by, I wanted to trust Bouvier . . . that he was really from CSIS – I  kept rationalizing:

“If it wasn’t for the flyovers, I wouldn’t believe it”.

Since 16 SEP 2018, black helicopters “wall vibrating” flew over the house in sync with BOUVIER (CSIS)’s phone calls as well as in-house conversations, either to shut me up (questioning) or to give a sense of safety which might be coupled with a CSIS operator call or BOUVIER.

How I perceived it –> CSIS had that level of authority to command fly-overs “on-demand” and I trusted CSIS because I used to work in critical agencies with above Top Secret clearance and CSIS people were inter-colleagues – I believed we shared common values and ethics.   How naïve of me.

Since we were monitored, I didn’t record much as it raised suspicion, they knew when I recorded.  Why would I record, if CSIS is protecting MARK?  What was I up to?  hm?

15 OCTOBER 2018

Court was in progress – BOUVIER (CSIS) dished out daily Court reports –> BOUVIER is Mark’s legal representative in case MARK SMITH VS FAMILY (Lavergne)”   – Every day BOUVIER reported how the family was bashing us in court.  

BOUVIER (CSIS) made it sound very credible  – He claimed Mark’s case file read like a book 6-8” thick against FAMILY.  “Mark, we are going to win!  You should write a book after this is all done.”

Well BOUVIER (CSIS) I might just take you up on that.  You’ll be infamous, pal.

Day before (Sun. 14 OCT),  BOUVIER (CSIS) had announced that I would be profiled in COURT on Friday, 19 OCTOBER 2018.

I WANTED TO BE THERE.

BOUVIER (CSIS) assured me it was just a formality – no need to be there.  Mark was winning, the FAMILY had no legs to stand on.  Don’t worry.

He made light of it.

Next day (15 OCT), BOUVIER (CSIS) came back with nasty Intel reports about me.

Apparently, I was now under investigation.

His family were calling him dishing out nastiness – Somehow calls slipped through the screening process as claimed by BOUVIER.  Bullshit.

Michael Trepanier (brother) made up a story defaming me as being promiscuous when I played music (harmonica, vocal) at establishments such as The Rainbow Blues Bistro in Ottawa.  After that call, he started to have a panic attack –> 20181016-1-After.call.Mark.panic.attack.mp3

The monitoring took advantage of this –> Immediately BOUVIER (CSIS) called to report people associated to his family were planning to do a home invasion – That increased the panic attack – lasted +/- 15 minutes –> 20181016-2-Mark.sick.in.progress.mp3.

Occasionally, a female operator from CSIS would call to check if he was OK or else they would come and get him within 30 minutes.  After BOUVIER (CSIS)’s call, this would have been opportunity to have the so-called CSIS operator call – I have no record that they did but still . . . Good opportunity to leverage.  Amp it up boys.

• MARK was scared, easy to breakdown, weak, shaky and BOUVIER (CSIS) leveraged it.

  I had to take over home security, put him to bed safe – At night, I secured the perimeter.  Invisible trip wires were set up –> if one tried to spy through windows  (think of the laser shot on 22 JAN 2018) – I made it impossible to get close to spy through main floor windows without getting caught.

  I also believe BOUVIER (CSIS) about the home invasion – Alert. Ready.  Thinking out of the box.  MARK SMITH was falling to pieces, depending on me to protect him.  I’m all we had.

While (fake) sympathizing, Bouvier often assured that it wouldn’t be long and reassuringly –> “Mark, please tell Lyn my wife is a doctor and she said providing blood doesn’t come out of his eyes, nose and ears.  Trust me, my wife is a doctor.  I know I know *sigh* it won’t be long, we’re working as fast as we can . . . *chuckles*  your family only have a 1 inch file we have 6 to 8 inches thick file (a book), don’t worry Mark.”

• Con BOUVIER (CSIS) was very convincing as he was able to fake empathy and compassion.  I wonder if he practiced in the mirror?  Most psychopaths do . . . especially tone and eyes expression and that’s why when someone tells me  “ohhh I can read someone by their eyes . . .”  sure – bullshit.
  .
  I rather say –> “you can read someone by their eyes when they think you’re not looking at them”.  That’s why a seasoned con/hustler will maintain that expression of innocence until the targeted audience is totally out of sight – not fall out of character.

17 OCTOBER 2018

In mid-evening, I experienced a dark yellow flying orb – three dimensional, looks solid, appears out of nowhere at the same time as a drone passes.

By 8 AUGUST 2016, I started to take the Yellow Orbs seriously (good guys) – During the Suicide Program (me), I was on the back porch sobbing – Animated Re-enactment –>  CLICK HERE

Here’s an interesting time when i had mental downloads with flying orb – 17 SEP 2017 – Messages were:

(1)  Do not do divination << this was high likely to tell me that they could leverage and fabricate paranormal experiences – so don’t dabble in anything and open the door for them.
(2)  They are trying to cattle people back into slavery  << today I understand the message (since Spring 2022)  but at the time I didn’t (no clue).

One evening in 2018, with GUERTIN in full swing in our lives, MARK was very belligerent.  At one point, he went outside on the back porch with the dogs – Suddenly I heard Ba-bang! He immediately came in the house limping, he had fallen and hurt his back.

When he was outside, a light neon green Orb, 3D, the size of a tennis ball appeared out of nowhere and was thrown like a FAST PITCH directly at him.  Surprised, he tried to shield himself and tripped.

It shut him up for the rest of evening.  Mark was wary of orbs. Fearful.

Those who generated yellow and green orbs were most likely not from New Partners (CSIS)’s camp.

After 2018, I continued to see flying orbs as close as 15-20 ft and perhaps 30-40 ft off the ground.  They are mostly white witih a neon blue-ish tinge and a jaggered charcoal rim – Since 2016, all occurrences have been documented.  Most recent orb sighting was on 26 September 2024.

By 2018, I highly suspected ORBS were man-made NOT extra-terrestrial nor supernatural  –>  It’s technology in the hands of humans.

It’s most likely a human sitting somewhere on Earth (satellite view) – And each time, I see one,  I smile and acknowledge in salutation while looking up  (sat view).

My stance is that it be technology or not, is not important what matters is the intention behind it.  Then, I document it –> date/time, location and proximity – I also report on what I was doing before or earlier online.

The grand day of profiling me in COURT . . .  BOUVIER (CSIS) told us he would call when it was over – not to worry just a formality.

By 4pm-ish, he announced that I had passed with flying colours!!  ALL GOOD.

And to bring the point across how good it was, a trolley of 4-5 black helicopters passed on the South side of the house.

And as if that wasn’t enough, one of the black helicopters passed super low over the house.  We were standing on the back porch and as it passed right above my head (25-35ft?), I raised my arm to bring my hand to my heart – a salutation.

And the moment,  I started to raise my arm, the helicopter violently tilted the opposite side as if to shield itself from being shot at  –>  INSTINCTIVELY (QUICK REFLEX), HE THOUGHT I WAS PULLING OUT A WEAPON TO SHOOT AT IT?!!

But I dismissed it because I believed BOUVIER (CSIS).

I would come to discover in MID-FEBRUARY 2019 that I was a person of interest and NOT IN A GOOD WAY.   So obviously, they were made to believe I had guns (wow never used one in my life).  Apparently, I was in criminal databases (as per OPP).

• February 2019 – OPP asked “Where did I get combat training?” Huh?! || At end of day, I failed to protect Smith because I was tricked by CSIS via BOUVIER – The OPP officer asked my daughter (Military Police) –> where was I trained?  My daughter was flabbergasted by the question  HUH?  Trained?  My mom?  No!

• 6 February 2019 – Called CSIS – Said my Name – They HUNG UP | 12 Feb: OPP Station Walk-In| SKYPE “What bullsh!t did you CSIS use to command FLY-OVERS?” | Neighbor Thought his Farm Under Surveillance

I’m sure that they tried very hard to find REAL dirt on me – I have no criminal record, good credit, pay my taxes, stable, responsible, used to have Above Top Secret clearance, don’t drink nor do drugs, no illicit affairs, no scary skeletons in the closet, etc.

SO THEY HAD TO MAKE IT UP.

AS I SAID,  ON 19 OCT 2018, I PUSHED ASIDE MY GUT FEELING THAT THEY HAD SMEARED ME – I WANTED TO BELIEVE THAT I HAD INDEED PASSED WITH FLYING COLOURS WHICH WOULD HAVE BEEN THE CASE IN A “NON-FRAUDULENT” COURT CASE.

AFTER MARK WAS KILLED (16 DEC 2018) BLACK HELICOPTERS CONTINUED TO FLY OVER – ONLY BY MID-FEBRUARY 2019 WOULD I DISCOVER THEY HAD MARKED ME AS A NON-INVESTIGATIVE SUBJECT – PUT ON WATCH LIST (DEATH LIST) IN CRIMINAL DATABASES.

AFTER DISCOVERING VIA OPP, WHAT THEY HAD DONE TO MY REPUTATION . . . THE BLACK HELICOPTERS STOPPED.

SO I HAVE TO THANK OPP FOR THAT ONE.
I’M HOPING THAT BY NOW I AM NO LONGER IN DATABASES AS A PERSON OF INTEREST.  DOING SO WAS TO CLOSE OFF THE MARK SMITH AGENDA.

THEY COULDN’T KILL ME?  THEN THEY SMEARED ME TO DEATH.  I WILL VENTURE IF I TRIED TO GET OUT OF THE COUNTRY ON HOLIDAYS, I WOULD BE DETAINED OR ARRESTED UNDER FALSE PRETENSE.

REMEMBER CUBA 2004?  BEFORE NEW PARTNERS (CSIS) JOINED GUERTIN (2015), THE LAST ATTEMPT TO GET ME WAS BY OFFERING ME A FREE TRIP TO CUBA AND ONCE THERE THEY TRIED TWICE TO (1) KIDNAP and (2) DETAIN ME.

But there was nothing in databases and files to keep me and that’s after numerous calls made by Airport Staff to official sources to check if I was wanted anywhere.

I have concluded that when they failed the first grab attempt (Wed. 28 DEC 2004), they didn’t tell their Canadian source that they had failed.  Cuban SS high likely assumed they would succeed at the Cuban airport – there you go job done.  I will venture if they had told their Canadian contact of their first failure, then the Canadian source would have had time to rig databases as means to detain/remove me using airport.

On 6 FEBRUARY 2019, I called CSIS, the moment I said my name, the operator responded:  BY-Y-y-YE in a sarcastic melodious tone and immediately hung up.

I was shocked for a few days.

To close off this post, the ongoing COURT case was high likely to divorce him from the family by profiling him as a very bad individual and to include me in the mix as the influencer and psychological abuser – a badass undesirable who needed to be surveilled.  By doing so, dissociating legally from SMITH (Trepanier), it would remove his name from any thing tied to LAVERGNE Estate – returned to the FAMILY who then can release to GUERTIN.

As for me –> We couldn’t kill you?  So we will smear you to death . . . at one point in time, someone else will kill you because they will believe you are dangerous.

That’s where I stood.

NOTE:  Eventually, I might be called to go abroad to work on Humanitarian Projects.  If so, before I go, I will need to MAKE SURE that I’m safe to leave and return to Canada – To make sure that all false information has been removed from police databases so that they don’t try to get me using Airport like they tried in CUBA.
