10 AUGUST 2018 — > “Delete the recordings and the inheritance will be released” – I did.
- What they didn’t know –> On 6 JULY, I had strong premonition this day would come. So, at the time, I did a full backup in an obscure subfolder. Never returned – out of sight, out of mind.

Keep in mind, that deleting 40 some recordings and several files – was a big thing. At the time, uploading was time consuming (2018) – I didn’t have high speed, lived in a rural area.
By 14 AUGUST, the condition changed –> “If you want your inheritance you must move out, it’s the only way”
BOUVIER (CSIS) and Mark’s mother Theresa LAVERGNE worked together.
- First caller, Mark’s mother angrily demanded he moves out – She was panicked, belligerent and vulgar “you’re no longer my fvcking SON!”. Fear.

They knew there was no inheritance. Blackmail was hanging over her head as well as her daughter (Nicole PERIARD) –> “get your son out of there or else“.
On 14 AUGUST 2018, BOUVIER (CSIS) played mediator, weaving the narrative – Pitting FAMILY against MARK and vice-versa.
BOUVIER (CSIS) the middle guy, tweaking both sides.
On 26 AUGUST 2018, Mark SMITH will no longer want to take his calls. After 26th, a series of events would lead them to fake Michelle GUERTIN’s death.

On Friday, 17th, I was scheduled to meet someone to pick up (fake) sigils (occult material) which were tied to a psychic clearing I had done on 22 JANUARY 2018, the day of the laser shot and day I knew they wanted to kill me.
The meetup was scheduled on Monday (13th) for pick up on Friday (17th). They overheard and intercepted telephone calls and texts.
One hour before I was scheduled to leave, LOUIS tried to stop me – forbade me as if he had authority over me. He called at least twice perhaps three times.
MARK sided with LOUIS, parroting his anger with sighs of frustrations.
My first thought? I had an internal smile because it showed that all that monologuing done throughout the week at hit a nerve.
Since I knew they knew, during the week, several times a day, I monologued “talked to them”.
- I told them they had mocked the MASTER SIGIL on 22 JANUARY 2018 by trying to have me killed, laser shooting him – triggering a killer persona with false memories – Trying to do a Crime of Passion? yes-s. Laser shot led to 10 seizures and progressive health decline (SMITH).

Told them in various creepy ways –> It knows what you did, who/what you are, you have no idea what you’ve done, it’s coming for you, it’s out of my control, etc.

These statements were monologues / lectures and were delivered with an ominous tone, sometimes scolding and whispers next to devices.
Why did I do that? To freak them out.
Although LOUIS didn’t have first hand monitoring intel, his monitoring contact fed LOUIS who was in his fear. Persistent that I don’t go. Angry that I wasn’t following his orders. Incredible. I wonder what second hand intel his contact fed him?
So I went to pick up and met my contact outside her house.
–> Black helicopters hovered low close by. The lady didn’t pay attention but I sure did.
When I got home, I continued monologuing “I have the SIGILS LOUIS, etc.”
MARK got sick – BOUVIER and FAMILY provoked.

By this time, they likely realized he wasn’t going to leave by demanding it – Even using the (fake) inheritance as bait wasn’t working –> “Leave if you want your inheritance”.
A new approach would have to be used – On this day, they did.
BOUVIER (CSIS) and Louis GUERTIN convinced SMITH, that based on intelligence and police reports, I was a serious threat. His life was in danger.
Important to note that Mark was given a “special” phone number for police which I believe was direct line to people on standby tied to New Partners (CSIS). He hid that number from me as per BOUVIER’s advice.
By early evening, BOUVIER and LOUIS made him sick.
Sick No. 25 – 18 AUG 2018 – Weak, vomiting, bedridden – Family
ALSO in EARLY EVENING . . .
BOUVIER (CSIS) called asking what did I plan to do with the sigils. In response, I toyed with him – I continued the charade “my monologues”.
- Things like >> They know what you did – They know what you are – They are watching you – No escape for the wicked – Listen shhhh . . . listen can you hear them in your mind? There’s no place to run, no place to hide” . . . I most often ended with a soft ominous laugh. Creepy.
In mid-evening, outside, I had a small fire going. BOUVIER called to ask what I was burning – What was I throwing in the fire?
- They could see me (satellite) putting paper in the fire. I was actually burning the 22 little papers (3″ x 2″ in size) scribbled in Arabic.
When BOUVIER (CSIS) asked if I was burning the (fake) SIGILS – I replied >> “Maybe, maybe not . . . “
But I kept the MASTER SIGIL of 22 JANUARY 2018 – As I wrote in post >> 10-14 AUGUST 2018 (end of post), the items were not sigils – I just made belief they were to have them react and LOUIS GUERTIN sure did.
- FYI: The master sigil is actually a sacred icon (sanskrit) which I possess today. I could take a photo of it and post it here but out of respect for this sacred item, I will not.

On this day, BOUVIER (CSIS) warned Mark it was in his best interest to leave to protect his life.
SMITH agreed to move to a safe house (a trap) and I would be arrested for psychologically abusing him.
Killing two birds with one stone.
There were two (imaginary) threats –> (1) Family had rallied with a Biker gang who were after him and (2) I was also an enemy as per BOUVIER.
“Mark you can’t run to your family and you can’t stay at that house because of her (me) – CSIS will protect you, come . . . I’m on your side Mark”
“Thank you Mr. Bouvier”
BOUVIER had convinced him to go in hiding to a (un)safe house.
After he hung up, Mark announced he was leaving next day at 7:30am – Someone from CSIS would pick him up:

, - Soon after, Mark barricaded himself in his room to get ready for next day’s 7:30am departure.
Mark threatened to make a phone call to the special number BOUVIER (CSIS) had given him and have me arrested that evening.
That freaked me out –> special number? By-passing mainstream law enforcement.
- REMOVAL UNDER GUISE OF ARREST (NO REAL PAPERWORK) IT’S AN ABDUCTION aka KIDNAP. TERMINATION.

Make it seem like a suicide in a jail cell?

In 2016, suicide had been their first choice – Then during the Full Force Kill Program (FFK – 24-27 FEB 2018), they demanded I kill myself – demanding impatiently because I strongly suspect the program prior to FFK, they were planning a crime setup (yes-s arrest under false pretense) and I strongly believe they would have pull an organized suicide in jail cell which is why both GUERTIN (mother and son) were frustrated and demanding it. - .
If not suicide then perhaps human trafficking?–> Far far away.

There’s also medical experimentation – psychologically re-arranged.
. - The point was to make me disappear and have no one from the outside question – no investigation.
I just couldn’t sit there waiting and let it happen.
This is what I expected–> He would leave next morning and two guys with badges would show up with a fabricated arrest warrant and order me “come with us” (resistance is futile).
I had to do something and I did.
In SKYPE, I reported the murder of two police officers
involving his FAMILY including another death that was premeditated but closed off as a drowning “Barney”

Around 4am, Mark woke me up and told me he had a stroke.
We should have been able to call 911 but we couldn’t – – I asked and he refused.
- WHY not call 911? –> The moment, we would have, they would have organized the ambulance ride. Since 27 February 2018, we both knew 911 was a show-stopper.

In addition, sometime in August, around this time, someone had called 911 and was called Mark SMITH. Nicole PERIARD (sister) was alerted and excitedly calling all hospitals. It was so disturbing behavior that one of their cousins called MARK to let him know.

Did PERIARD call our house to check if it was the right MARK SMITH? Of course not.
Being alerted / notified by the underground gossip mill of 911 call centre. Aberrant.
He was sick from 4-5am –He canceled his 7:30am morning departure – I took care of him.
Interestingly, they didn’t reschedule nor think of taking control and tell him we will take care of you (medically, don’t worry about GUERTIN) – That was a missed opportunity.
Instead they completely dropped it.
- For a few days, I pestered BOUVIER for follow-ups on deaths reported on 19th in SKYPE. He dodged my questions – But the safe house lure and threat of arrest stopped.
I believe reporting the deaths of these police officers on SKYPE might have changed the course. As if by exposing it online, it had hindered their plans to use these measures again.
This was the last time these tactics were used in that manner.
Instead it changed to have so-called CSIS Operators calling late at night, asking if he was safe and guaranteeing a safe house next morning.
- “Are you safe tonight Mr. SMITH? We have a safe house for you”
“Can you talk? just say yes or no”
“Is she next to you?”
Here’s a time (post below) in late AUGUST 2018, when they called right after I had published a quote on the Frontpage of a Spiritual Website, the quote was:
“Greatest threat to humanity and this planet is thinking someone (else) will save us”
Within 5 minutes, Dring! Dring! –> “Are you safe Mr. SMITH?” The so-called operator didn’t want to let go. It led to sickness.
I truly believe the quote was the inspiration to call . . . monitoring in real-time, how about that.

BOUVIER (CSIS) called mostly every day to maintain the narrative. It would escalate targeting the family as the ones to watch out for.

On 23 AUGUST 2018, he called to announce that he had heard (INTEL report) some family members were planning to do home invasion. BOUVIER (CSIS) recommended that we leave all the porch lights on.

Mark was afraid. I secured all points of entry. Light porch on. Alert.

Was it true? no.
By the 25th, MARK didn’t want to take BOUVIER’s calls . . . they heard in-house, they knew.
BOUVIER was about to crash like all the others. Only LOUIS would be left and this guy wasn’t good at playing the role.
Sure enough, by 26 AUGUST 2018. MARK avoided BOUVIER (CSIS).
- A very symbolic date because a year earlier, on 26 AUGUST 2017 was the day I had pinpointed the day the mind-war specialist “The Director” had come in full-time – It was quite an entrance.
