After 25 August, MARK avoided BOUVIER.
They overheard our in-house conversations regarding BOUVIER. They read the mood “Uh-oh we’re losing SMITH ” and reacted accordingly.
Within a few days, BOUVIER would stop dishing out nasty reports against me and turned it to the family as threat agent. Apparently family had allied with a biker gang called 81% and they were after SMITH.
SMITH was baffled, clueless why they would be after him – We both concluded the biker gang was working for the family.
BOUVIER was apparently looking out for us, actively monitoring the situation, coming back with updates.
But I’m ahead of myself.
28 AUGUST 2018
Via Skype, I announced what I intended to do with recordings & supportive material.
- I told them I had 80 recordings (40 were uploaded). At the time, I hadn’t yet pulled out recordings for May 2018 and beyond. I would in early 2019 –> total over 140 recordings – In Spring 2019, It led to stalking, surveillance.
. - I told them the purpose of recordings –> “The purpose as you should have early on concluded is not to get Mark but to demonstrate / show / prove the psychological manipulation carried out on him and me.”

. . . and I will add to statement above –> Done with malicious criminal intent, extortion, coercion, gaslighting, intimidation, life endangerment (death) and enslavement due to constant monitoring to get an edge in the operation (intel – one step ahead at all the times). Experienced. Organized.
. - We were human-animals in the proverbial dungeon watched 24/7.
Trust me you don’t want to live like that.

. - The above documents were finalized in MAY 2018 while the operation was still active, unknowing of what was to come in the future –> The joys of living in linear time space “one day at a time”.
MARK didn’t know I communicated with them online – It started on 13 FEB 2018 a very dangerous time to get killed, butchered to death.
By 28 AUGUST 2018, BOUVIER (CSIS) COULDN’T RETALIATE . . . HE COULDN’T DISH OUT NASTY REPORTS ON ME ANYMORE BECAUSE MARK DIDN’T TRUST HIM.
Instead, BOUVIER (CSIS) started dishing out warning reports against the family who apparently had allied with a biker gang who as per BOUVIER, were coming for SMITH.
Since I didn’t respect biker gangs, I bad-mouthed them “a lot”. Often bikers would drive in front of the house, slow down and stare. I would venture this was not a coincidence.
A few days later, after sharing online why I disliked bikers, they stopped driving in front of the house.
What did I share?
Short version –> When I was 10 years old, the son (18-19) of Popeye Biker gang leader in Templeton, QC tried to pedophile me. I defended myself – I hurt him and he gave up.

On this day, SMITH realized Michelle GUERTIN was the cause for his escalated sickness. But in fact now it was FAMILY and BOUVIER (CSIS).
BOUVIER (CSIS) was dishing out the excuse that Michelle GUERTIN was in the hospital, mad as a hatter and she would not release the codes for the inheritance she had spread in various accounts. The ongoing narrative since July 2018.
It hit SMITH hard, he got sick – He was convinced he wouldn’t live long “am going to die”.
- Progressive health decline started day AFTER he was laser shot through the window 22 JANUARY 2018 – Ground Zero – started with a seizure and escalated.
. - Hits to his health always happened after they had gas-lit / tweaked him to the point of consumed emotional outrage, shock and/or high levels of anger/rage.

I called this pattern –> 5-stage “Conflict to Sickness” Cycle.
Like a boxer in the ring getting hit too much. By round 6-7, the target is weak. BAM! BAM! hit it more, yeah that’s it – “die or make it that he has no choice to go to the hospital.”

So he got sick – I made him comfortable then he asked me to pursue the release of his (fake) inheritance and to have Michelle GUERTIN, Theresa LAVERGNE & Nicole PERIARD criminally charged for abuse and life endangerment.
. . . and that’s when I told him, the recordings were intact. He was relieved.
We figured with the recording material, my police video statement given 23 APR 2018 and by pulling out the 2007 Abuse Casefile from two Treatment Centres, including his testimony and mine–> It was a slam dunk.
When FAMILY found out I WAS IN CHARGE, Nicole PERIARD shouted she was calling Michelle GUERTIN!
- “Huh?! Wasn’t Michelle GUERTIN in a mental hospital in France holding the secret codes to the inheritance!?”.
–> His mother shouted “Over my dead body!”
Theresa LAVERGNE and Nicole PERIARD were in panic state. Keep in mind, these females had dirt over their heads. Blackmailed to go along with the agenda.
Also, I would venture their CSIS Handler, BOUVIER portrayed me as a monster. BOUVIER the middle man, playing both sides – false flagging.
By 10pm, I started to review recording material more precisely the List of Recordings document that was finalized 22 MAY 2018 – My mission was to add missing information, cross-checking with recordings, do a few edits for better readability.
NOW THEY KNEW I WAS FIXING, PREPPING EVERYTHING – RECORDINGS WERE STILL ONLINE – I DECIDED IT WAS WISER NOT TO STOP UNTIL IT WAS COMPLETED.
My priority was to get them criminal charged. Inheritance will come after.
30 AUGUST 2018
MARK went to bed around midnight. I worked throughout the night. House quiet.
By 03:55am, I was almost done – Last entry was 22 APRIL 2018 – I just had to change the document footer from “22 MAY 2018” to “30 AUGUST 2018”.
I PRESSED SAVED AT 03:57am – FEW MINUTES LATER, MARK WOKE UP BY NOISE OF PEOPLE PARTYING. HE SWORE HE HEARD PEOPLE ABOUT TO ENGAGE IN FOREPLAY.
He heard giggles and conversation between a woman and a man – zippers going down, shuffling clothes, etc.
I’M CONVINCED THEY USED VOICE TO SKULL TECHNOLOGY (V2k) – ONLY THE TARGET HEARS IT.
IT WAS TOTAL SILENCE IN THE HOUSE.
He rushed downstairs, looked in all rooms including basement then concluded that the (imaginary) guy had escaped outside. He immediately ran out, searching for at least 20 minutes.
- If you read the entry for 22 APRIL 2018 (image above) . . . on 22 APRIL, I told them I was writing them a LATIN poem for exorcism – exorcise them out of our lives. In the entry above where it reads: “Oh no you don’t” >> the SON called as I recited Latin Exorcism Poem and tried to tweak SMITH to start conflict. I deflated it –> “tut tut oh no you don’t”.

Interestingly, on 23 APRIL 2018 they reacted very badly (I called 911 because I knew my days were counted) and also on 30 AUGUST they reacted when I did that entry around 03:50am.

Just like 3 MAY 2018, when I also recited a banishment litany, they reacted.

Perhaps I’m putting too much thought into it.
BACK TO 30 AUGUST 2018 – Soon after 04:00am

When he came down those stairs, he was pumped, enraged and totally convinced – fast-paced steps as he exited, decisive he would catch them.
Then came back inside to announce he was leaving – going to Cornwall Island.

He shut himself in the mudroom and laid down on the floor.
I was confused as to what had just happened – The last entry was 22 April 2018 (about exorcism and Latin poem) then I pressed SAVE and he woke up convinced there were people in the house about to engage in sex?

I left him in the mudroom and I went to bed with an ear opened – Sure enough, he began to be sick.
By now it was passed 5:30am.
Around 6am, I helped him to bed and laid next to him.
They were sitting back e-listening to the chaos, turmoil, sickness and suffering – I’m sure it made them feel good (could you do it? weeks into months? monitoring suffering and banking on it? They could.)
31 AUGUST 2018
OK, so everything was ready. Who should we contact?
- They were always one step ahead. The moment I would contact anyone they would know and close it off.
No one would touch us.
The more we waited, more time it gave them to re-organize.
Four days later . . .
On 4 SEPTEMBER 2018, they faked the death of Michelle GUERTIN. We believed it.
By mid-September 2018, BOUVIER (CSIS) gained SAVIOR badge.
As per BOUVIER, MARK was under the protection of CSIS and BOUVIER would go to COURT to represent in the criminal abuse case against the FAMILY who now apparently were blocking the release of his (fake) inheritance.
THERE YOU GO, JUST WHAT WE NEEDED. SOMEONE TO TAKE THE CASE TO COURT. WHO BETTER THAN CSIS. WOW.
I FELL FOR IT. MARK SURE DID. MARK PUT BOUVIER ON A PEDESTAL OF GLORIOUS HEROISM.
WHEN I DIDN’T BEHAVE / QUESTIONED TOO MUCH, BOUVIER RETURNED TO BRANDING ME AS SUSPICIOUS.
BOUVIER (CSIS) came in with frequent black helicopters flying super low directly over the house with phone calls CONCORDING with flyovers. (just like they had done in 2017, from 26 October to 29 November 2017.)
Black helicopters protecting Mark SMITH the future multi-millionaire who apparently had many enemies including his family.
I often voiced: “if it wasn’t for those flyovers I wouldn’t believe you BOUVIER”.
Funny but not funny >> My neighbor and his sons thought their farm was under surveillance – It was cannabis harvest time but they were not growing weed.
Under surveillance? Targeted? Keeping tab on farm activities? WTF. Not happy, worried. Paranoid. Two years in a row – Falls 2017 & 2018.
Time periods they will always remember.
In late February 2019, they learned the truth –> Mark SMITH.
On 17 October 2019, I met two constables. I told one of them about the black helicopter flyovers. No sooner out of my mouth, the constable responded “YOU HAVE NO PROOF!” (why so defensive?) to which I responded “SURE WE DO” – Talk to my neighbor and his sons across the street. The constable instinctively reacted, a “uh-oh” moment and clamped up.
That was disturbing.
