  8-9 months of prep to execute – (1) Secure family loyalty via blackmail – took a few months; and,  (2) Time it took for SON to establish a trusted relationship with “father” Mark SMITH.  All for that fateful day of 12 OCTOBER 2017  PLAN A: My removal that failed.

  Although it failed, their foundation was secure –> (1) Family compliance was safe  (2) The SON was still trusted  (3) Michelle GUERTIN was off recovering from (fake) cancer surgery.

• He trusted her and SON with his life.  Heir to his (fake) inheritance was the SON.  No one could criticized/questioned the SON or  Michelle GUERTIN.  I was the outsider.

October 2017 – Disorganized – Retaliation using Sex Perversions and Black Helicopters for 35 days.

A NICELY EXECUTED CRIME OF PASSION DONE AT A DISTANCE. 

Who would suspect foul-play & do a little bit of research, perhaps check phone logs, my journal log entries, check the computer?   No one.  Crime of Passion – Open/Shut case.

(Side Note:  They showed experience at doing this.  I’m talking about the Director(s) of Operation.  We were not their first.  The GUERTIN were coached mouth-pieces.)

BEFORE 9 NOVEMBER 2017 – WHERE WE STOOD

After 12 October 2017, the SON turned nasty, gaslighting, create doubts about me .  Used the established trust with SMITH in a twisted pervert manner.  As if they were retaliating / pissed off  — > Pushing sex to prove my loyalty. The SON was vulgar, gaslighting under guise of therapist. For several days, pushing sodomy.  Vulgar. Crass.

26 OCTOBER – Start of black helicopters for 35 days (ended 29 Nov 2017)

They successfully fed me the perception flyovers were related to projects with MUFON. There was no added value other than to twist my reality.

So now I had black helicopters with the SON gaslighting pushing sexual perversions under guise of a doctor to prove my loyalty.

At the time, I worked a lot with the UK Coordinator for Connecting Consciousness, a Russian fellow with UK citizenship.  I started to notice a pattern –> Each time I would exchange with him, a black helicopter would fly over within 22-24 minutes.  Three texts in a day?  no problem, they flew by for each text.

When I saw the pattern, I leveraged it as means to stop SMITH from listening to the SON.

• When it got too intense, I would send a text, wait 15-17 min., then warn SMITH to stop because in a few minutes, a black helicopter would fly by to check on me – When the helicopter arrived, I would go outside and give them the signal that I was OK.  I told him they were protecting me.  Did he believe me?  Yes, he bought it.

  First time, SMITH chucked it off but after second, third time and so forth, he took it seriously.  Fear.

  It put a damper on the SON”s influence to gaslight. SMITH didn’t want to play much anymore.

  The SON had to be careful not to lose or lessen the trust he had worked so hard to establish (daily since end August 2017)

THEY WERE SCREWED.  Checkmate.

I BELIEVE THAT THEY EVENTUALLY CAUGHT ON AS TO WHAT I WAS DOING – FLY OVERS STOPPED 29 NOV 2017 (fall 2017).  

AFTER MID-SEP 2018, IT’S AS IF THEY HAD STOLEN MY IDEA OF PROTECTION –> “CSIS was protecting SMITH via black helicopters while BOUVIER (CSIS) was in COURT fighting on behalf of SMITH for the release of his (fake) inheritance & abuse charges against his family” (fall 2018).

• WHAT DO YOU THINK THE HELICOPTERS THOUGHT THEY WERE FLYING FOR?

WHERE WE STOOD . . .

BLACK HELICOPTERS GALORE – SON IS LOSING STEAM –> CAN’T USE PERVERSIONS ANYMORE (STOPPED).  HARD TO GASLIGHT SMITH, NOW IT’S TAKING TOO LONG.

• In early evening, I was in a SKYPE video chat with a CC Member, a friend.  For the first time ever, I told someone about the VOICE PROJECTION incident that had occurred on 19 JUNE 2016 and uploaded a photo of Inanna, Sumerian goddess of love and war, click here.

• On 19 JUNE 2016, a VOICE that came from a corner of the room, said loud and clear:  I NA NA.  It seemed to come from the figure projected on the wall that I called “ABRAM” who had appeared suddenly on 2 JAN 2016.  The next day (20th) when I turned on the lamp, the bulb fizzed out.  I believe that the tech used to do the voice projection impacted the lamp connected next to the wall figure of “ABRAM”.

• DO I THINK IT WAS SUPERNATURAL?  NO.  I think it was them using neuro-tech.  How would they know about ABRAM’s location in the room?  Because I took a photo (smart phone) for the first time on 3 JUNE 2016.

For the record, Mark SMITH didn’t know about 19 JUNE 2016 voice projection incident nor did he overhear/see my online video chat of 6 November 2017.  He also didn’t know about my Google Drive uploads in early October 2017.  This is important to note here as it played out in what was to follow.

9 NOVEMBER 2017 – 10-10:30am – The Start

Mark at wake up immediately came to see me.  He was almost groveling at my feet, in worship.  This 35 second video conveys the intensity.  It reminded me of a love spell.  This video shows exactly how it was.  Unnatural to say the least.

 

HOW DID THEY DO THAT?  –> STAGED MANAGED LUCID DREAM

His friend THOR the Alien projection, ushered him in a room.

• SIDE NOTE:  This staged dream projection character called THOR (An alien) started appearing in his dreams (lucid) by late Spring 2017 – On 26 July 2017, they used that character to deliver via SMITH, a condescending message meant for me.

  Then on 9 NOV.  I had a AHA!  The perps used the content of my online conversation and uploads to Google Drive –> to fabricate the scene. That’s when I knew it was neuro-tech done by humans New Partners (CSIS) network and that the alien called THOR was a projection – their mouth-piece.

So the alien projection called THOR brings SMITH in a room and . . .

A reptilian female with my facial structure was having sex with a bald guy with loop earrings who was dressed like an Ancient Egyptian High Priest on an altar.

On each side of the female, there were two small greys suckling at each breast.

When THOR ushered SMITH in the room, both male and female stopped, turned and fixated on SMITH.  The moment they made eye contact, Mark SMITH was imbued with feverish sexual obsession for me, his “goddess”.

IMMEDIATELY I KNEW NEURO-TECH HAD BEEN USED ON THIS GUY.  ALSO KNEW NOW THAT THOR WAS A PROJECTION MANAGED BY A HUMAN (THUG).  I STILL DIDN’T KNOW SMITH WAS PRIMARY TARGET, I THOUGHT I WAS . . . ACTUALLY I WAS (REMOVE ME).

I REMEMBER THINKING “GEE THOR YOU HAD TO USE MY ONLINE CHAT MATERIAL (THREE DAYS AGO ON 6TH)  INCLUDING MY UPLOAD ABOUT HEAVY METAL INCIDENT OF 1983 WHICH HAS THE SEX SCENE OF FEMALE WITH HIGH PRIEST DOING IT ON AN ALTAR.

THIS WAS A STAGED MANAGED DREAM –> MADE BY OR FOR THEM.

(FEAR and SEXUAL OBSESSION / INTENSE CRUSHES “IN LOVE” (honey pots) are the easiest and most powerful PSY emotions to implant in targets as means to control them.)

I STAYED AWAY FROM SMITH NO MATTER HOW MUCH HE BEGGED.  HE WAS OF SERVICE, POLITE, POETIC, “CAN’T LIVE WITHOUT YOU, IF LIVING IS WITHOUT YOU-U . . . ” TYPE OF SITUATION.

HE MEANT IT.

I WAS NOT GOING TO HAVE SEX WITH HIM.  I STAYED AWAY.

IF I HAD SEXUALLY ENGAGED . . .  he would have been eating out of my hand – trusting me – emotionally connected “if you leave me, I will kill you and kill myself”.  He would have probably in the process, killed the dogs.

THE BETRAYAL IMPACT WOULD HAVE BEEN PROFOUND.

SIDE NOTE:  By 25-26 DECEMBER 2017, Nicole PERIARD and her toddler grand-son got in the picture.  Suddenly, PERIARD was super nice with me (out of the blue so I thought).  She was putting her 2 year old grand-son on the phone every day around noon hour and she would say:  “It’s FIN!”  and the baby would get on the phone laughing excited screaming FIN FIN FIN.  I knew something was wrong but I played along because the innocent child meant it.  That’s quite a story by itself.   She was grooming/training the toddler to perform at my funerary service.  A means to distance herself that she was part of the killing team.

Then she stopped doing it by 18 January 2018 at same time GUERTIN went quiet – planning laser shot 22 JAN 2018.

On 7 JANUARY 2018,  Michelle GUERTIN crashed our lives, the SON played the poor frighten man-child.  Together they couldn’t effect a CRIME OF PASSION because I HAD NOT FED THE OBSESSION, SO THIS IS WHAT THEY DID INSTEAD:

MICHELLE GUERTIN CAME IN WITH HORRIFIC DISINFORMATION THAT I WAS A DANGEROUS INDIVIDUAL, CSIS HAD FILES ON ME – I WASN”T ENGAGING SEXUALLY WITH HIM BECAUSE I WAS PLANNING TO TRAP HIM ONCE HE GOT HIS (FAKE) INHERITANCE.

MICHELLE GUERTIN WAS THERE TO SAVE HIM.  “Oh Dad I’m afraid for you but mom know everything, don’t worry – Be careful dad.”

Then it changed to . . .

Come and join your real family (GUERTIN) –  Michelle GUERTIN assumed the role of the EX, mother of their SON.  Apparently I was a gold-digger.  Gaslighting his judgment.  He trusted her.  She declared her love for him.

In moments of despair, Michelle GUERTIN claimed they had been married in France when he was 14.

Bottom line: They tried to play out the same routine they had done in 1992 when the SON (12-13), a willing participant to break up MARK’s relationship (with Tanya).  In 1992, they triggered TANYA into homicidal rage.  They rescued him, institutionalized, psychologically re-arranged.

This time, they were doing the same routine but in reverse –> GET HIM to reach homicidal rage so that he bashes me and then he falls to pieces in their arms if he doesn’t kill himself.

By 18-19 January 2018, they quieted down – I thought they were finished.  But no no no, on 22 January 2018, he was lased / hypnotized to assume the persona of a hardcore jail dude and apparently I had ratted him out.  I was the informant.  While he was incarcerated, I partied away.

On 22 JAN 2018, with the laser shot and phone call, they artificially created the alternate persona needed to execute the CRIME OF PASSION.   They cheated.

It failed because next day, I broke the trance – When I did, he had his first of 10 seizures to come. Laser shot affected his health.

22-24 January 2018 – Lased through Window – Ex-Con Personality w/t False Memories Who Wanted to Kill Me – Broke Trance Next Day – First Seizure – Day after I broke the trance (psychological spell), I sexually engaged.  Two days later, Michelle GUERTIN was enraged, the demonic hag came out of her skin.  “Gee, isn’t that what you all wanted . . . sex?  oh I see . . . it was too late because he was no longer obsessed . . . aw shucks.”

I would venture they have had a great rate of success in the past.  I think of Julie Phelps and the suicide of her husband.  He cut his throat in front of her.  This couple was psychologically manipulated with neuro-tech (e.g. laser shots, etc.).  Once he was suicided, they came after her under guise of Secret Space Program  (same imposters than us).  She loved them until she realized they were not what they said they were.  She got out of Canada to get away from them.

OPERATION CRIME OF PASSION – STOPPED (23 APRIL 2018).
