Take a step back before surrendering to involuntary emotions “flying off the handle”, become the observer of your thoughts, your emotions, your perceptions – get yourself out of the duality of involuntary impulses – be third party to yourself “the dispassionate observer” – Be the being in human BEING – Human pre-occupations are impermanent / external to  real you.

Chuckles . . . I will always remember, during the Worthlessness Program (26-30 JAN 2018), when hag Michelle GUERTIN was directly lashing at me with accusations, worth and decreeing my fate.  I didn’t feed her psychopathy.

I believe on 1st or 2nd day she was trying to illicit an emotional response by putting me down claiming I was a “wannabee” as it related, of all things, to my family name “Champagne” and lineage.  I responded:

“Yes, you are right, I am a “wannabee” <2 second pause> “I want to be mindful each time it’s now and it’s now right now” as I pointed to my imaginary wrist watch then I calmly walked away.

That statement put a sock in her voice box for the rest of the evening.
