APRIL-MAY 2018 >> Funny Surveillance Incident – Watcher Caught By Surprise – Busted

Some time in either mid-APRIL or MAY 2018 – Surveillance – Walmart Rockland ON – Mid-afternoon

Several face to face encounters with a watcher (surveillance) as we each come down the aisle in opposite directions many times in the store.

About the watcher >> This guy was military – mid-thirties. Not a thug which most likely meant he was told something else why he was tasked to surveil. Not IN on it –> the truth (Smith agenda).

What’s the give-a-way on how I picked up he was surveilling me?

• The give-a-way is the split second stare/look of recognition he had when we made eye contact – He recognized me, he should as he was tasked to follow/watch me through the store.  This is a common mistake most of them do, especially the younger ones (inexperienced).  I tend to pick up right away (empath) they seep intent/emotion shows in eyes.

  Watchers have to learn how to not give away that they are surveilling, ignoring too much (no eye contact) is also a dead give-a-way.  A watcher must be able to make normal eye contact without conveying their intent (harder to do than you would think ).

Sometimes I engaged with those who stalked or surveilled – this is one of those instances.

Story:

I’d been in the store for a while, we kept encountering one another and now I was in the pet food aisle, cat food section, I took what I needed for Mark’s 9-10 outside cats and here comes the guy who by now I knew was watching me,  here he comes walking down the aisle.

What will he do?  continue or stop and browse in the pet food section?  let’s see what happens . . .

And just as I’m about to leave the cat food section, he stopped awkwardly in front of the cat section next to me 2-3 feet away – Oh yeah?  So I stalled and stayed rummaging through the stuff in my cart.

He took one can in hand (small one like Friskies) then fiddled with it as if lost in thoughts with the little can. I doubt he wanted to buy cat food – another common mistake watchers do is not having a cart or a cart with 1-2 items only.  He didn’t have a cart.

Just as he was about to walk away because frankly you can’t really stay in front of the pet food and stare at the display, right?  Right.

So just as he was about to leave, I asked him about his cat.  Might as well engage.

I got the sense that he didn’t expect me to address him . . . so  he answered (paraphrasing here) >> With roll of eyes, he said his wife had 9 cats outside and he was buying food for the cats.

(wow . . . just like Mark . . .  sure pal)

I looked at the little can in his hand and then we made eye contact – Awkward  – He tensed as I gave him a knowing grin  – His stare conveyed “That’s my story and I’m sticking to it”.

By then he knew I knew it wasn’t true and that I knew he was surveilling me.  Busted.

I didn’t see him after that. Most likely left store.

9 outside cats just like Mark – one small can to feed 9 cats.
I caught him by surprise.

Here’s a question:

If he was not IN the know about the SMITH agenda, I wonder what he was told as to why I needed to be surveilled?

Note: Three days after publishing this post, I strongly suspect I was watched/surveilled in a store.  The two watchers opted to use the no eye contact approach.  Perhaps they read the post and wanted to show that they could watch/surveil without being detected?  Two older gentlemen . . . However, I did say in this post that No Eye contact can also signal surveillance.
