On 26 NOVEMBER 2018,  I did a test, I sent a short message using Mark IPhone – Get BOUVIER to respond.

When I heard the voice on the phone, I recognized Anthony Bedard-Periard son of Nicole PERIARD.  Her kid has a slight speech impediment – recognizable.

In the past, BOUVIER (CSIS) would have called immediately but this time, he did not.  Last contact between Mark and BOUVIER (CSIS) was 23 November 2018.

Mark was waiting on this guy for the signal to get medical attention – go to any hospital -BOUVIER (CSIS) convinced him that he had to wait until the Court case was over.

On 26 November 2018, after no response from BOUVIER (CSIS),  I started to worry,  something was terribly wrong – I kept rationalizing –> “but it can’t be, it’s CSIS” and fly-overs of black helicopters continued.

Although last time we’d heard from BOUVIER (CSIS) had been six days ago, on 23 November, Mark defended him, trusting BOUVIER (CSIS) most likely had good reasons.

QUICK OVERVIEW

On 29 NOV 2018, Mark was admitted to the Montfort Hospital – ON 10 December 2018, someone from outer family wanted to speak to me.  The moment New Partners (CSIS) found out, they alerted GUERTIN.

The GUERTIN had to get him to agree to be moved to another medical institution, a centre of GUERTIN’S CHOICE where they can exercise the termination.

The doctors convinced Mark that he was dying of cancer – He agreed to be transferred.  After being there for two days, he wanted to leave well knowing he wasn’t dying and that the nurse was over-dosing him.  They shut him up, induced coma,  and sped up his death.

29 NOVEMBER 2018

In my mind:

• Threat of GUERTIN was gone, we believed they were both dead.
• Threat of his family was over, we believed he had won his abuse court case against them.

On this day (29th), I overrode BOUVIER (CSIS) and called 911 for an ambulance.
Mark didn’t have a choice.

They heard the call via monitoring but also at the 911 centre which gave them the opportunity to insert a paramedic who worked with them.

• Since 27 FEBRUARY 2018, we BOTH knew hospitals and calling ambulances were a GUERTIN trap – That’s the day, as he was having his 4th or 5th seizure that I realized there was an agenda – He was the primary target – And to get to him, the plan was to kill me as means to isolate and grab him (he would have ran to GUERTIN) IF and only IF he didn’t kill himself after killing me.

• They also wanted him dead if not,  then grab, sequester, terminate.  Dead is better, less overhead and dissociated from them because no one would check the phone records – know what they did (laser shot start of sickness – 911 call day after 23 JAN 2018 archived).

• A few days after 27 FEBRUARY 2018  . . .

  On 3 MARCH 2018, Michelle GUERTIN, obviously out of frustration, called and like a dictator told us exactly what we knew since 27th, she was going to have him forcefully removed and institutionalized (psychiatric).  She threatened with Power of Attorney –> the 1992 legal medical enslavement she set in place when she was appointed POA for control over his life.

ONE OF MARK’S BIGGEST FEAR WAS TO WAKE UP STRAPPED TO A BED AT THE MERCY OF MICHELLE GUERTIN IN ANOTHER CITY OR ANOTHER COUNTRY.  

On 3 MARCH 2018, it was quite apparent that he had been through this with them before.  Audios exist.  You automatically pick up on it when listening to him talking back to Michelle GUERTIN and the SON.  This was not the first time.

27 FEB 2018, to close off with “organized” ambulances . . . 

• In August 2018, someone named “Mark Smith” was mentioned on a 911 call for ambulance.  One of Mark’s cousin called to warn us Nicole PERIARD had been alerted and was excitingly calling all hospitals.   Nicole PERIARD never called us to check if it was Mark.

Back to 29 NOVEMBER 2018

I called an ambulance . Took no more than 20 minutes to arrived.  As Mark was being transferred in the ambulance, a grey pearl helicopter hovered low on the North side of the property.  Mark saw it and immediately with relief >> It’s OK, Mr. BOUVIER knows.

Wow . . . I recognized the helicopter from 6 APRIL 2018 and at the time I thought it was GUERTIN.

On 6 APRIL 2018,  I did many things to counteract / get them to react and they did  . . . such as flying by with the pearl grey helicopter but at the time I didn’t know CSIS was involved, I thought it was  GUERTIN, helped by Templar (Freemason) organization.

On 6 APRIL 2018, earlier that day, the SON had tried to regain trust “back in our lives”  – It failed (my fault).  Since 1 April 2018, the SON was no longer trusted after he lured Mark to Ottawa and they botched a kidnap. 

Once the SON lost trust, they were screwed, at a standstill and they were free game to me because they were no longer in position to influence – they were cut off – couldn’t call and twist my things so I took advantage of it. 

So Mark saw the helicopter and immediately expressed relief, thinking BOUVIER approved, and right at that moment –> the older paramedic who had also heard/seen,  passed a sinister facial expression of being IN on IT like a cartoon villain – no hiding it (wow).

That was a kick in the head.  My heart sank.

Helicopter? Paramedic is with them?  But, the GUERTIN medical monsters are dead, right?  And the Family has lost the abuse case in Court, right?  And why was BOUVIER (CSIS) playing cloak and dagger?

STOP BEING PARANOID.

AT MONTFORT HOSPITAL . . . 

The staff was efficient.  They immediately examined him and rolled in the X-RAY machine to x-ray his chest area. The moment I saw the results, I immediately saw the clearly defined marking located in the lower part of his left lung and I knew it was caused by the laser shot on 22 January 2018.

And at that moment, in a flash, I relived the laser shot scene.  This short animation shows the timing of actions, click here to see it.

THIS is what started health decline.

• Soon after being lased, the SON called – After hanging up, SMITH was a hardcore ex-con recently out of a long jail sentence.  He’d just discovered I had been the informant who had sent him away.

  This was also the first time I recorded, the video started the moment I heard him hang up in the next room – After hanging up, he stormed in front room – A total different persona captured on video.  He was supposed to kill me.
  .
• There were four people for the laser shot job – Two perps on the front porch and two on the back porch.  They were aiming for his heart but as the laser shot was launched, at the same time, one of the perps was tripped by feral cats that Mark fed daily – there were approx. 9-12 cats.  The perp fell very hard, loud thump and the house vibrated.

  The shot missed his heart because he got up when the guy fell – So it hit the lower part of his left lung.  Mark’s dog Bella, was laying on his lap, when he got up, the dog got hit on the top of her head.  She died 1 month 1/2 later on 16 March 2018 @ 00:03 – she had a shrunken head.
  .
  When the perp fell on the back porch, I immediately ran to the central room.  Mark was in a “holy shit” state.  As he touched the lower part of his left lung, he said >> “Someone shot me through the window with a laser!?!!”.

  Soon after the SON called, I strongly suspect someone like DR. BOYD may have taken over (3-way line), after that phone call Mark was a different person with false memories.  A dangerous individual who had been deeply betrayed – I was an informant.

  Next day, I unintentionally broke the hypnotic trance.  When I did, he felt to the floor having his first seizure of 10 more to come.

X-RAY MARKING BECAME THE WHITE ELEPHANT IN THE ROOM.
Mark fully trusted the doctors. Doctors avoided me.  Mark shut me out.

There was no mention of cancer at anytime.  No cancer related treatment  – If he had had cancer they would have discovered it by day 2 or 3.  He certainly didn’t look like someone who had cancer.  

I visited every day from early afternoon until 5pm-ish.

12 DAYS LATER . . .

10 DECEMBER 2018 – the turning point

On this day, as I arrived at the Montfort hospital, a relative of Theresa LAVERGNE (Mark’s mother), tried to make contact.  The poor lady was so nervous that I misconstrued her behavior as suspicious.

In our mind, Mark had won his family abuse case so why would a relative want to speak to me?  As per Mark, it was just a question of time for BOUVIER (CSIS) to re-establish contact.

• In reality, this lady most likely wanted to tell me many truths – If I would have made contact, I would have most likely discovered that the Court case wasn’t what we thought or perhaps I would have discovered the SON wasn’t Mark’s biological child . . . the trap in 1979 (human trafficking) and much more.

I would have found out what they did and alerted Mark who was now recuperating.

So in mid-evening of 10 December 2018, I decided to report her . . . to BOUVIER (CSIS).

• With the relative –>  I wish I had shown a friendly demeanor but we took the Family abuse case very seriously, we were convinced 100% he had won.
  .
  So why would I want to make contact with his family?  In my mind, I perceived her as a stalker.

I reported her online and that was a big mistake via monitoring the GUERTIN were alerted – They have influence in the medical system.

BUT I WILL VENTURE THEY COULDN”T USE MONTFORT HOSPITAL SO THEY HAD TO CONVINCE HIM TO AGREE TO BE TRANSFERRED TO A PALLIATIVE CENTRE UNDER GUISE THAT HE HAD TERMINAL CANCER – A LOST CAUSE.

THIS WAS THE FIRST TIME ANY MENTION OF CANCER.  OUT OF THE BLUE.  AND HE FELL FOR IT.

GUERTIN do medical organized crimes and that’s what they did.  So first get your target to believe he is dying so that he agrees to go a hospital of their choice –> Bruyère Palliative Centre, Ottawa, ON.  A place where people go and die.

• From this point forward, GUERTIN didn’t need New Partners (CSIS)  – GUERTIN are organized and experienced.

• New Partners (CSIS) enabled by reporting.  After 23 NOV 2018, I will venture that BOUVIER (CSIS) felt he had done his job.  Perhaps they thought Mark was going to die at home which would have been ideal for them . . . why?  because then you can charge me for neglect.  The family will support the claim.
  .
• In addition based on what they did in COURT by profiling me as an undesirable character, it would support the claim of criminal negligence.
  .
• Picture this –> He dies at home and I’m charged – In jail for a few years – Wouldn’t that have been a great closure for them?  indeed.

NEXT DAY  . . 

11 DECEMBER 2018

Next day (11th), Mark announced that a doctor that morning had told him he was a lost cause.  He was diagnosed with terminal cancer, no return, no meds.

He bought in, lock stock and barrel.   

No questions asked because it came from a doctor “word of a god”

The timing wasn’t coincidental.  They had to do this because they knew we were about to discover it was all a scam >> GUERTIN not dead, Family Court not true, SON not his kid, BOUVIER (CSIS) is not his friend, they want him dead.

 

SPOILER ALERT:

DAY 1 – 12 DECEMBER 2018 – Afternoon arrival at palliative centre Bruyère in Ottawa.

DAY 2 – 13 DECEMBER  – He wrestled the nurse so that she doesn’t inject him.  As he held her by the wrist and shook her, the syringe flew in the air and landed on his lap – Then while still holding her tight and shaking her, he turned to me demanding that I take him out of their immediately.

I didn’t.  The next day (14th) we had a big snow storm and I didn’t visit.

They most likely RUSHED to comatose him BECAUSE I HAD A REPUTATION OF EXTRACTING HIM FROM UNDESIRABLE SITUATIONS, doctor or not – They knew I wasn’t influenced by someone who claims to be a “doctor”.

• And that’s since childhood and for good reasons which were even more validated in 2003 when I was tricked to believe I had 18 months to live . . .  Took 11 months to discover it was a lie – Thank goodness I DID NOT TAKE THE MEDS for a false/tricked diagnosis.  I strongly suspect that taking the meds for a terminal disease one didn’t have, would have brought on disease, disabling symptoms and most likely death . . . “awww she died within 18 months” – Right.
  .
  Just want to add –> I had to fake taking the meds so that my former husband would not report me.  Now think about this >> meds that have a little nano-bot inside so that the doctors know that the patient has taken the meds.  IMAGINE how devastating that would have been.  Does that kind of technology for meds exist?  of course it does — Check this out, you get a full demo  (few minutes, opens in a new tab)>> google-darpa-id-pill.MP4.

  Oh, and since I couldn’t trust my former husband . . .well, I did say former right?  I left him 6 weeks after being tricked I had 18 months to live.  Why did I not take the meds if I believed I had 18 months to live? –> It screamed within with a strong “yikes” emotion >> “DON’T TAKE THOSE MEDS!”  I followed my intuition.

By 15 DECEMBER 2018, I COULD NOT WAKE HIM UP NO MATTER HOW MUCH I TRIED.

Next day, he was dead.

On 15th, day before he died, I cut a 6″ strands of hair, preserved to this day.  If tested will show he didn’t have cancer.  That length of hair equals 15 months of forensic analysis.

Cancer was the excuse to have him agree to go the hospital of GUERTIN’S CHOICE where they knew they could finish him off.

The nurse at Bruyère is a killing nurse happy to do the injections that will kill people – She takes her orders from someone above, a doctor (i.e. wrong meds to induce health decline, inducing coma, overdosing breathing failure, the path to death) – I will venture that at one time, she got caught doing some kills on her own – And that may well be how they brought her into their circle.  Experienced serial killer.

Now try to imagine how many more she might have killed since Mark SMITH (13-16 DEC 2018).  Think of the “free for all” in health centres these past few years (C19) – Hospitals were/are paid for each PCR test done, paid if admitted for C19, paid if cause of death is marked C19 – The cash cow.  She must have felt like a kid in a candy store.

• Have you ever seen the television series called DEXTER?  It’s on Netflix and Prime (8 seasons).  Dexter has a code – In Season 1, Episode 3 “Popping Cherry” , his first kill happens to be a “killing” nurse  – She kept her victims’ obituaries in a scrap book, mementos of the people she murdered.
