In 1992, GUERTIN organized an action plan to break up Mark Smith’s relationship at home, then make him think he’s going out of his mind and get him to consent to be institutionalized in a mental hospital. The operation took a few weeks. His sister Nicole PERIARD aided and abetted.
The operation needed a doctor at the hospital to agree to be part of the conspiracy. This doctor was in conspiracy – knew they had broken him – was IN on IT – he (or they) will get to try out psy techniques to compartmentalized his psyche (mk-ultra type).
Right into 2018, Mark never suspected that they had created the chaos in 1992, at the time, he saw them as his saviors “the ones that really care” and he willingly appointed Michelle GUERTIN as Power of Attorney “as if she was saving his life” – the guy was 27 years old – with his girlfriend (fiancee) lived pay check to pay check – rental – Nicole PERIARD was appointed as his legal caretaker.
In 1992, while at the hospital, he developed a psychiatrist-patient relationship with Dr. Bryan Alexander Boyd. This physician psy experimented on Mark or rather should we say he tried out unethical psy techniques and created multiple personalities, triggers, including- trust fixation for certain people “handlers – controllers”. Instead of mentally healing, he created a monster. He became an alcohilic, substance abuse, sold drugs, bouts of rage and played with guns.
In September 2018, Dr. Boyd admitted that Mark had been experimented on a lot. It’s quite the story. That was a mistake.
Throughout the years, Dr. BOYD high likely remained the point of contact for institutionalization during grab / kidnap operations. I got the impression they were also after him in early 2000 before 2007.
Since Fall 2017, they were on standby for each grab operations – It’s step 2, once grabbed was ready to receive him (Boyd) and here we were almost one year later.
WHAT WAS THE PURPOSE to INSTITUTIONALIZE HIM IN THE FIRST PLACE IN 1992?
Was it to get Power of Attorney and then sign papers on his behalf? Represent him and set up things – illegal operations under his name. I don’t know.
But if you need to use someone’s name to set up things, it’s mostly likely illegal operations.
Possible scenario >> BY 1992, GUERTIN already had financial portfolios / hidden operations running under Lavergne portfolio with Lavergne’s consent since 1979 or shortly after.
Perhaps in 1992, old man Lavergne was on his death bed and updating his will? Mark was his step-grand-son.
With Power of Attorney she could secure their investments/illegal operations under Mark’s name – With POA, she could represent him / sign legal documents on behalf of Mark TREPANIER (baptismal name).
It’s interesting to note that after acquiring POA, they did everything they could to have him remain incapacitated and when it became impossible to control him, they would re-try to bring him down “hit on the temple with a metal pipe” (2002-2004) and when that didn’t work, they triggered him to commit suicide (Christmas 2006).
WHEN I MET DR. BOYD on 10 SEPTEMBER 2018
During the appointment, Dr. Boyd was very nervous, unprepared – I thought he was impersonating being his new general practitioner – a new doctor. At end of appoint, I would learn he was his former psychiatrist (1990s) -> impersonating being his new general practitioner.
He was there to greet & grab as part of a grab operation.
But, what are the odds, for the first time in 9 years I decided to accompany Mark in the room, I stopped a grab operation.
MICHELLE GUERTIN FAKED DEATH – LOUIS GUERTIN CALLING EVERYDAY FOR FIVE PAST DAYS . . .
By 10 SEPTEMBER 2018, for past five days LOUIS GUERTIN was calling daily insisting that Mark attend the fake funeral of Michelle GUERTIN – they faked her death on 4 September 2018. A LURE.
Dr. Boyd was there to greet him – It was a grab – they already had a bed at the institution – Mark was entered in the system as one of his patients since 1990s.
1992 – THE BREAKUP THEY CREATED
In 1992, Michelle GUERTIN successfully portrayed herself as his EX, the mother of their child. Successful, powerful, rich and sexy, upper class woman who wanted him “because she’s madly in love with me”.
With the help of the SON, at the time 13 years old, she re-emerged in his life – The purpose was to pit Mark and his fiancée against one another. They targeted the girlfriend – she was already the jealous type – They leveraged it.
Getting calls from GUERTIN, created romantic conflicts and bad fights.
Here’s one of two trigger songs – this one is called “Lips of an Angel” and what’s ironic is that the lyrics are exactly what was going on – more ironic is that Tanya, his fiancée looked like the young woman (slim long blond hair) in the video and the older woman looks like Michelle GUERTIN. Tanya hated this song but she would come to hate even more the next one.
Then the ex-girlfriend GUERTIN offers him a dream chance to be part of a Much Music video. One week in Toronto.
He took the bait. He accepted. Stayed one week with GUERTIN – slept with her but refused to remain in Toronto. When he came back, his fiancée was livid. And the two trigger songs playing – their both in their twenties.
SHE REACHED HOMIDAL RAGE – One morning she pointed a shotgun in his face – threatened to cut up his private parts, etc. They created a monster out of his girlfriend.
After a week, he called GUERTIN and his sister NICOLE PERIARD to rescue nd help him escape this insane x-fiancée.
Michelle GUERTIN saved him most likely threatening the girlfriend. Her father might have gotten involved.
As far as he was concerned right into 2018, GUERTIN had saved him. He trusted them 100% – control over him to accept anything they said as being true.
Here’s the music video called “Love don’t live here anymore” — He’s the guy playing guitar – but they are just lip sync-ing and faking playing instruments – Mark doesn’t play guitar. This is the guy before his life will be turned upside down sealed with a “time to live” ticker.
On 30 April 2018, he asked that I to never to let him listen to those songs again “there a spell on those songs” <– that’s one way of putting it – in reality they were psychological triggers set in 1992 <– GUERTIN psychiatry medical crimes.

They use the same psychological tactics 2 to 9 February 2018 – the period I call Facebook Cheaters Program with this song “Love don’t live here anymore”. In the mornings, Mark would play “Love don’t live here anymore” – sing-a-long – bobbing/rocking back and forth to the song as if in another reality.
Soon after, the SON would call followed by Mark’s mother then he would pack his stuff getting ready to move out.
In February 2018, he was still shocked when he would recount what his 1992 girlfriend “Tanya” said about “his” SON >>> “Hey Mark! tell her that “your fucking son” there . . . she should have called him Damien” – in 1992, the Son was 12-13 years old.
After 1992, his life was always in danger.
