I very well remember the inner dialogue I seemed to have with Max (13 Nov 2016).  He pressured me to email someone in particular located in the UK.  He told he it would change the paradigm.  It sure did.  Overnight, they (the perps) stopped targeting my son.  They were high likely using neuro-technology.
