Control Factor (2003) Movie About Illegal Unacknowledged Special Access Programs

This 2003 movie depicts aspect of the illegal Unacknowledged Special Access human experimentation and government weaponization ‘Program’ sequel to MK ULTRA.  It was released more than 20 years ago as science fiction.

(At end of this post, I’ve listed incidents related to MARK SMITH Case where neuro-technology was high likely used on SMITH, my son and myself.)
