6-7 FEBRUARY 2019 – I called CSIS General Public Inquiry Phone Line

At first, the gentlemen was neutral, following protocol he asked my name.  When I answered LYN CHAMPAGNE, without hesitancy, mockingly & melodiously responded – BY-Y-Y-YE.

In panic state, I responded “HEY! HEY! WAIT !”  and he HUNG UP.

That was very disturbing – up until that moment, I was sure there was misunderstanding – I was in denial regarding CSIS “can do no wrong . . . I used to work with these folks . . . Inter-colleagues”.  Thus why I called CSIS before jumping to conclusions.

But his mocking response and hanging up sent me in a spin.  WOW…. CSIS . . . . even the general inquiry line was ready for me / ready to protect these CSIS Individuals who carried out the criminal agenda with / for GUERTIN & Family.

WE ARE IN CANADA . . . right?  How naive.  Yes but but . . . the fly-overs of military and OPP black helicopters . . .  what about it?  CSIS issued orders / point of coordination.

It took a few days to process – to get over it.  Shape up. Focus.

NOW IT CONFIRMED WHAT I FEARED TO BE TRUTH ->> CSIS was actively involved –  Coaching in the background but took over in September 2018 because the GUERTIN/FAMILY failed – too much incriminating information, they left a trail.  CSIS  completed the MARK GRAB/ELIMINATION Operation . . . cost and resources were not an issue.

Instead of a GRAB,  since they knew he needed medical attention, they made him wait while they were doing something else in court (dissociate Mark from the family in order to release assets without the need for Mark).  Then let him die.  But he wasn’t dying until they sent him to a palliative centre – within 4 days he was dead (12-16 December 2018).

You have to remember GUERTIN crashed in our lives in early January 2018 “full force gong ho” and very confident they would succeed within a week.

The family involved >>  Nicole Periard even trained her toddler grand-son to make belief they were close to me >> it would look good . . . to perform at my funerary service – Nicole was suddenly overly nice – the woman never talked to me since she’d known me in 2009.

The more GUERTIN tried, the more entangled they became – loosing grip on their prized catch “Mark” – So much that GUERTIN duo both had to be killed off and LOUIS GUERTIN had to be removed claiming destitution. 

The GUERTIN should have taken their man on 9 FEBRUARY 2018 – Second missed opportunity was 28 February 2018  – Instead they told him he could not leave – I was a danger to his livelihood – – – THEY gas-lit him with sole purpose to have him kill me <– a recommendation from their partner at CSIS.  That was a mistake.

On 27 February 2018 – in full seizure, I knew they wanted to INCAPACITATE HIM by having him first kill or seriously assault me (hospital trap “she succumbed to her injuries”) >> which would facilitate GRABBING HIM (jail, institutionalization) – “Mark you killed her” <<– Michelle GUERTIN to his rescue – Power of Attorney re-issued using his legal name.  They were aiming for efficiency because if he left “free will with no problems“, they would have to find a way to incapacitate him independently / without using me as bait for immediate mobilization of jail or institution.

After 15-16 September 2018, I often voiced  out / addressed BOUVIER (CSIS):  “Bouvier if it wasn’t for those flyovers I would not believe you”  –  . . . . AND most often, within few minutes, we would get a flyover and phone call from jovial Mr. BOUVIER (CSIS).  Here’s one of these moments 16 September 2018 >>

We believed the aerials were for our protection but more specifically that BOUVIER (CSIS) was legitimately representing Mark in Court for Family Abuse he suffered since childhood into 2018.  And what about the GUERTIN son and mother?  What about them?  We believed, they were dead.

BY 9 FEBRUARY 2019 – I knew CSIS was directly involved – snapped out of denial and those flyovers were definitely not for our protection.  They black-listed us as non-investigative subjects – threat agents – the total opposite of protection.

**During FALL 2018, my neighbor across the street, a large commercial farm, THOUGHT THE FLYOVERS WERE FOR HIS COMPOUND – PERHAPS SURVEILLANCE for CANNABIS GROW OPERATION – they are legitimate farmers.  He became paranoid and started to time them.  This is first hand information from the neighbor to me in January 2019.

9 & 12 FEBRUARY 2019 SKYPE-MESSAGES – Well knowing I was monitored, I took advantage of SKYPE >>  “What bullsh!t did you use to command fly-overs?”

“We were lulled in false security because these individuals impersonated CSIS High Security with helicopters, twins, drones on command “at the fall of a hat”  made to seem it’s for our protection while family abuse case in court proceeding –

Large sum from Lavergne Estate is reason for protection – people were out to get Mark and based on the family’s behavior after May 2018, he was right >> “people were out to get him”  greater than just the Family.

11 FEBRUARY 2019 – I did not want to contact OPP. 

WHY?  I was black-marked as early as August 2018 with OPP – We called them on 17-18 August for HELP – THEY WERE running with disinformation >> for example, the 21 December 2011 story “NICOLE PERIARD’s false allegations I was a violent person” –

In 2018 – NO HELP from OPP  – we were on our own – refer to CASE OVERVIEW II – Part 5.1 – 10-21 AUGUST 2018 – Recordings Deleted – Guertin out of the picture – Bouvier’s Intel reports Family violence replaced GUERTIN duo.

And >> 23 APRIL 2018 (I called 911)  >> my police statement was replaced with a forged written statement of perversion (in attempt to get him a 5 year jail term <– that should have worked)   – –

It would have worked if only I had not been the one giving him a ride after COURT – I had that false statement in my hands – they apposed a photocopy of the one-pager the constable and I signed on 23 April 2018 that certified the video statement was truthful – I named them – referred to “his son,  ANTON” –  Incriminating video statement.

INSTEAD OF CALLING OPP >>> I CALLED RCMP – the responder was genuine but insisted I contact OPP.  I tried in very few words to explain it was not a good idea.  I could not explain without sounding credible so I desisted. 

RCMP was not IN on it.  Although they could not help and encouraged me to contact my local law enforcement >> OPP.  RCMP was not INVOLVED – oddly felt great relief.

I took a day to figure out how I would contact OPP – After that CSIS call, I decided best way was to WALK in the OPP Station.

12 FEBRUARY 2019 – I walked in the OPP station.

I realized first line responders (Constables) were fed misinformation about us.   For example, the false written statement that replaced my video statement (23 April 2018) >> the constable who took the call and conducted the interview was not IN on IT (false written statement swap).   The written statement was high likely written by Nicole Periard (handwriting – multi page forgery).  Pure evil and that’s his sister?  yes.

The statement swap on 9 MAY 2018 (first court appearance) was a last minute tactic (8 May) because they (Guertin / Family / CSIS) were unable to GRAB Mark Smith during period 26 April to 7 May 2018 (four kidnap attempts).  I forced him sleep at our house on 8 May 2018, the Eve of the court day – took no chance.

By replacing the statement with a written version of perversion, they portrayed Mark a monster – facing 5 years in jail – it was last attempt to GRAB him (jail leads to renewed Power of Attorney) and guaranteed clean cut from ever contacting me again. Although I was the complainant, they barred me from attending Court – very hostile – threats of arrest.  But the 5 year jail stint failed because I waited for him by the highway for four hours after court.  I held that false statement in my hands – he believed me.

ABOUT THAT video statement forgery . . .

It was done “behind the back” of the Constable who also signed the one-pager that confirmed the video statement occurred / truthful on 23 April 2018.  So the constables are swept into the deceit – clueless – too late. Perhaps to speak out leads to lost employment – the machine is too big for one constable to stand up – I understand.**

**Now, think about how that constable felt/still probably feels considering it has been exposed on this website.  At the time (23 April 2018), I recognized this human had the calling.  Imagine, being used for what you despise and being powerless – that’s intense for someone who got the “calling” to serve and protect.

12 February 2019 >> When I walked in in the OPP station . . . 

. . .  the constable who responded to the call on 23 APRIL 2018 was sitting at the central computer table. He immediately put his head down, he turned beet red – head down, “”shaking his head”” side to side unable to look at me – carrying shame that did not belong to him – it belongs to FAMILY, GUERTIN and CSIS as well as the CROWN ATTORNEY who agreed to go with it.

I felt great compassion for this man.  The gull to mock and tarnish his values and ethics – no respect  – prostituting someone’s reputation / dirtying / setting up good people “shame on you CSIS”.

You see, when he responded to the 911 call on 23 April 2018, I knew I could trust him — he actually convinced me to make a statement  (thank you) – -> he said >>  ‘come on, we can do a video no need to write anything come on . . .’ .  During the interview he never made me feel stupid – He was genuine and respectful throughout the interview.

Just before we started the video interview,  I mentioned Mark’s son was involved/responsible.  The constable asked  “do you want me to contact his son?” to which I jumped “NO! His son is satanic!”  *chuckles* – Interestingly, he already knew the reputation of the family because that family was undesirables in the community – I am responsible for driving the FAMILY out of our community on 31 July 2014** – In the video statement, he brought up the fact that the family was abusive for past 10 years with me – he was very perceptive.

I MET WITH ANOTHER CONSTABLE in an interview room,  I learned I was a non-investigative individual – under aerial surveillance – I was entered in criminal databases (CSIS) – Mark was smeared as a very bad individual –   We were both black marked. **

**if Mark was also black marked it would help support a false court case where the family disowned/divorced him  (which would free any assets  “Mark Trepanier” locked in the Lavergne Estate)- Using forged/fabricated case files/misinformation to support the Family’s court case in Fall 2018 – total opposite of what we thought was going on >> Bouvier representing Mark for long-term family abuse and flyovers protecting us while the Family abuse case was ongoing in court)

That was a rude awakening.

Three people but two stood out >> Stalking hostile –  The wife and I made eye contact then instinctively she leaned toward her husband (main hostile) and said “C”est elle, hen?”  (It’s her, right?) – He didn’t want to respond because I was staring at them less than 20 ft away – They were stuck at cash – We were face to face.  When he did not respond to her, she looked at me again.  He blushed/fumed uneasiness – I was pretty candid staring fixated on both them.  When I got home, I immediately sketched them >> 20190215–stalking-FACE-COMPOSITES.pdf

And that female on 30 OCTOBER 2018 – was the same person who followed / surveillance on 22 FEBRUARY 2019 – she was detected because of her attitude thinking I would not recognize her – a fool.

A year ago, same time period  . . .

They had cancelled his leave on 9 February 2018.

The Facebook disinformation campaign started 2 February 2018 worked.  By the 9th, he was scheduled to leave next morning – he was all packed and ready to move.  The next morning (10th) they cancelled it >>  “Dad, we have a problem,  you can’t leave . . .”  

With great alarm and “gotcha” attitude, Anton & Michelle Guertin warned Mark that I had a network of people and we were coming after them – That’s why I was so agreeable for him to leave – “goodbye – have a good life” –  it was a trap.  “Do something Dad, she’s dangerous Dad”.

THEY CAUGHT ME — I HAD BEEN DISCOVERED !

IT MUST HAVE BEEN TRUE, because . . .

Their intelligence came from two reliable sources  –

(1)  Two lead individuals with close childhood ties  (innocent people – clueless)

(2) CSIS intelligence report

Mark would never second guess HIS SON and the mother of child “powerful Michelle Guertin” who, since 2017, boasted her close ties with CSIS.

The information was so shocking – I knew if I did not do something, I was in great danger to be killed or at least seriously assaulted unconscious (ambulance >> hospital trap – death).

If we had guns in the house now would have been the opportunity to take it out and brandish it in my face – shoot me gangster style – make the childhood KIN (uncles) proud.

I had to do something, I did or else I would die “one knows when death is imminent” >> On 13th, just past midnight I uploaded recordings on Skype and advised them (GUERTIN via the e-monitoring) >> I did not have a choice to record and to upload to Skype because “you are going to get me killed – please stop”.

Did they stop?  Yes and changed tactics >> set me up with a crime – drug smuggling from an Asian country.  I strongly believe that if it had worked, they would have organized my death via suicide in jail cell “make it seem as if I killed myself” – only needed one day in jail to successfully pull this off.

Mark would have ran into Michelle Guertin’s arms.  She had full trust in February 2018 – he would have re-issued Power of Attorney using his legal name without hesitation.  How efficient.

They failed because I uploaded incriminating information and photos – They were relentless (CSIS led) – again changed tactics to a time period I called “Full Force Kill Program” <– it was stopped because Mark collapsed in full seizure – > I KNEW THEN they wanted to INCAPACITATE HIM (27 February 2018).

AND FOLKS . . .  SINCE 9 FEBRUARY 2018, I WAS LOOKING FORWARD TO HIS DEPARTURE – OUT OF MY LIFE – OUR RELATIONSHIP WAS OVER – GO JOIN YOUR SON and MICHELLE GUERTIN.

BUT on 27 FEBRUARY 2018, from that point forward,  I made a conscious decision ->  “prime directive is life – protect the human” – realization that they were misleading/gaslighting in order to incapacitate him.  Now imagine, if we had discovered it was not his son . . . pure evil demonic people.  Depraved indifference to life.  That woman GUERTIN who since 1979 held trust and that man who made belief he was his son . . . played the game even when he was 13 years old (1992).  Despicable.

Don’t let me start writing about those who are from CSIS and participated.  Imagine sitting back e-monitoring days in days out, total indifference to the cruelty and suffering ongoing in-house – the chaos and decline they monitored and used as Intelligence (next best tactic) gauging to amplify and complete the operation.  You, the reader, please take a moment to think about that.  Closed.

As a result, I knew the hospital was a death trap and I advised him against moving out >> He was scheduled to move out next day (28th)  –  a second missed opportunity to get their prize – Few days later, Michelle  Guertin lost full trust and LOUIS Guertin took charge – Still failed – LOUIS became frustrated with me.

On 7 April 2018, LOUIS GUERTIN threatened my life and my children — Shouting I was the delay for the release of assets . . . You are wrong LOUIS >>  CSIS was the delay for the release of assets when they made you turn around and try to use me as KILL bait.

By mid-September 2018, the least they could do was to take over the OPERATION – They sure did – Bouvier (CSIS) at forefront.
