GUERTIN had unauthorized access to my medical records stored in the Ontario provincial health database.

Someone had to fold it and put it in an envelope. Were they wearing gloves? Most likely not “too confident”. It would be interesting to check for fingerprints and DNA on that piece of paper – It has been preserved/stored carefully since 2009.
I received it as registered mail. The signature was a copy slapped onto a photocopy of a photocopy – they did a poor cut & paste job.
Mark and I came together in May 2009, they were already planning for the future by December 2009 well before new partners (CSIS) came on board (fall 2015) – When they realized Mark was in a serious relationship, they tried to break it up, the family psychologically abused with GUERTIN lurking in the background >> 2009, 2011, 2014, 2015 – FALSE FLAGS & CHAOS by Family with Guertin lurking in background.
Here’s an excerpt from the forged letter:
“in reviewing your medical record, as you and I did the other day, it has become evident to me that you are unwilling to comply with the medical advice that I have given you for the treatment of your condition. it is extremely important that you continue this treatment.”
. . .
“I urge you to find another physician as soon as possible . . .”. . . as the letter says >> UNWILLING TO COMPLY with MEDICAL ADVICE . . . . EXTREMELY IMPORTANT I CONTINUE THIS TREATMENT . . . . Get a new physician . . .
ONE PROBLEM >>I could not have consulted any medical professional because I didn’t have a health card – my health card had expired in July 2008 – not renewed.
In addition, the condition they referred to was a false diagnosis . . . no wonder they recommended a new physician who most likely would have ran with the false diag as a mean to poison me (you know . . . give you pharmaceuticals for a serious terminal condition you don’t have . . . . wait a minute . . . that’s what they did to Mark Smith as means to kill him 11-16 December 2018) It seems to be a recurring GUERTIN medical crime signature – false diag then I feed you meds that ends up killing you.
FALSE DIAGNOSIS . . .test results in health care database . . .
In 2003, I was told I was in terminal stage for myocardial ischemia – Told I had 18 months to live (dead by February 2005) and then was given pharmaceuticals to take. Here’s the thing . . . one week after that diagnosis, I stopped taking the pharmaceuticals . . . .
Now imagine if I had taken the pills, I will venture that would have caused serious cardiac problems. I stopped because I followed my intuition . . . It took 11 months to discover it was false – imagine taking those meds for 11 months.

My FATHER and I seem to be on someone’s hit list since I can remember . . . since childhood, Someone or some faction above the intelligence agencies – someone who uses those agencies as henchmen. The CUBA attempts are a good example of power of authority – CUBAN Secret Service doing the bidding for someone in CANADA.
In APRIL 2018, again GUERTIN attempted to access my medical record but she couldn’t find me in the provincial health system – We know about April 2018 because she complained openly “as if entitled to know my medical file” – an arrogant psychopath.
Why couldn’t she find my medical records? Because I never renewed my provincial health after the 2009 forgery.
If I was to be admitted to hospital, I would fear for my life because they have the resources to induce symptoms of diseases and as a result treat me for something I don’t have . . . like they did to Mark Smith (11-16 December 2018).
We were not their first – Organized Medical Crimes – GUERTIN – Experienced – Crimes Against Humanity – Pure evil.
What they did not know in 2009 . . . the test results were false.
In 2003, I was falsely (maliciously) diagnosed with 18 months to live – we discovered 11 months later, it was false <– that info would not be in the provincial health database – you know like a memo that specifies the test results are false.
If they did not know which I’m confident they didn’t know in 2009 . . . well . . . they sure found out on 29 November 2017.
How would they find out? Because I wrote about the 2003-04 “false diagnostic 18 months to live” and also wrote about my son’s kidnap meant for termination.
All black helicopter daily frequent flyovers for 35 consecutive days stopped after emailing the docu-presentation >> 2003 – 18 months to live.
Throught investigation and putting the whole picture together, think of it this way:
New Partners (CSIS) responsible for (1) 2003-04 false diagnosis and (2) My son’s kidnap for termination
GUERTIN responsible for forging 2009 letter using the test results in my medical file (unknowing they were false test results).
Wouldn’t that be a “holy shit” moment?
One thing for sure, flyovers did not stop because they had compassion for my experience in 2003-04 nor for my son’s kidnapping and three days of torture.
They most likely stopped flyovers either because I narrated events they were involved in.
I’ve been targeted since childhood, I was targeted before I met Mark on 23 December 2008 – well before the GUERTIN came in my life and that where the NEW PARTNERS (CSIS) come into play . . . high likely why the first choice by New Partners (CSIS) was to satisfy their need to eliminate me.
Once gone, GUERTIN would take over and carry on with the GRAB Mark SMITH part. The GUERTIN didn’t need New Partners (CSIS) once Mark Smith was isolated – I was the obstacle – New Partners (CSIS) would remove me.
Their mission was to eliminate me as early as 2016 – then super confident on 12 October 2017 with PLAN A: Kidnap/Terminate – And full blown crashing our lives daily by 7 January 2018 – no deviation.
Attempts to terminate me started in JUNE 2016 and stopped after 23 April 2018 – it equals 23 months.
And I will add the month of AUGUST 2018 when they reverted back to trying to remove me with BOUVIER (CSIS) at forefront.
23 months + 1 month = 2 years

Dr. Brulé was pivotal, pushy and we discovered it was not true “. . .get a new physician indeed – she does not play well with those who have medical hidden agendas”.
My medical records would show three test results were (1) myocardial ischemia – (2) LBBB – (3) LBBB. Test results 1-2 were done at the same centre. And the third from another centre.
SINCE TEST (1) WAS A MISDIAGNOSIS >>, TAKING ANY MEDICATION WOULD HAVE BEEN DETRIMENTAL and most likely a seemingly natural way to KILL ME “she succumbed to his/her illness . . . after all she was terminally ill”.
Doesn’t it not sound similar to Mark Smith – you know . . . diagnosed with terminal cancer, then fed medication as if he had cancer – He believed it because it came from the doctor – he didn’t look like a cancer patient . . . . then he died a few days later. I’m just saying.
Luckily in 2003, I took medication for only one week.
WHY? because I followed my intuition.
In 2009, GUERTIN needed me to react to the letter – be afraid got see a doctor “the word of god” >> health fear.
BUT FIRST, >> I would have had to renew my health card and then to find another physician – WHO WOULD VERY LIKELY “RIDE” ON THE FAKE TERMINAL ILLNESS USING THE TEST RESULTS . . . THEN TRY TO MEDICATE ME – and SOMEHOW the GUERTIN seem to be able to influence physicians to work with them in conspiracy – They seem to have a wide circle of influence – power of authority in the medical system – their crime territory.

WHY did I want my medical file?
To show that I was terminal sick, then I wasn’t. Since, in between tests, I had an experience with a light being, many thought that the ETs had healed me.
As well as narrating my experience, I included the kidnapping of my son that occur few days after my father died.
WHY WAS I PUTTING THIS DOCU-PRESENTATION TOGETHER?
FOR MUFON at their request – here’s why . . .
In March 2004, former husband and I experienced light beings in our house. In discussion with MUFON, they alluded perhaps Extra-terrestrials healed my terminal illness “fixed my heart in March 2004 . . . “.
By doing the docu-presentation, it clearly showed there was foul-play >> 2003 – 18 Months to Live. ETs didn’t heal anything because I still have a cardiac issue but it is not fatal.
The TERMINAL heart disease diagnosis of “myocardial ischemia” was the FRAUD – (quite the story as to how that was most likely pulled off).
The experience with the light beings was very likely to put a marker in time for the future . . . For the NOW moment in November 2017 . . . Future probabilities >> That I do this docu-presentation in November 2017 which would trigger a series of events like realizing the new partnership was part of the network that targeted me well before GUERTIN came along “the short version”.
Here’s food for thought >> It was not in GUERTIN’s consciousness to use me as Kill bait or execute organized suicide operations (2009-2014) until they allied with the new partnership network <– they became the master directors of the operation (2015-2018).
HOWEVER, GUERTIN DOES MEDICAL CRIMES – A common signature is to make the target believe they are sick “by covertly causing sickness“. Then lure them to their medical house of horror “hospital grounds” and, subsequently terminate them but make it seem like a natural decline to one’s death . . . succumbing to your illness – like they did with Mark Smith 11-16 December 2018.
While I was doing this document, we were experiencing frequent daily black helicopter flyovers – low above the house, everything vibrating and very loud.
Those flyovers started the day MUFON and I began exchanging emails on 26 OCTOBER 2017. I was recommending enhancements to their UFO online report form. Once that was done, I mentioned I’d seen light beings and the first time was while I was diagnosed with 18 months to live . . . . that why the docu-presentation came to be.

After sending it, daily flyovers stopped.
I bet 2009 false letter came to their mind. They tend to stop when it triggers in mind >> their secrets and invisibility factor will be compromised.
A recurring behavior which made them stood out at the end of the day.

**The next time we have them frequently and daily would be in mid-September 2018 when BOUVIER (CSIS) came in our lives as the SAVIOR – Flyovers would be daily from September-December 2018. We thought as per BOUVIER, the aerials were for our protection while BOUVIER was fighting the FAMILY ABUSE CASE on behalf of Mark.
I tested them – I sent risqué docu-presentations to try to revive the flyovers. Because I was also leveraging these fly-overs as a means to stop the SON from getting MARK enraged.
DID THEY STOP BECAUSE THEY KNEW I WAS MAKING BELIEF THE FLY-OVERS WERE FOR MY PROTECTION?

AT THE TIME (2017), I BELIEVED THEY HAD STOPPED BECAUSE THEY (New Partner group) WERE INVOLVED IN THE 2003 MEDICAL SCAM and MY SON’S KIDNAPPING – AND ALSO, in 2004 IN CONSPIRACY for the TWO KIDNAP ATTEMPTS in CUBA by Secret Service. PERHAPS BOTH PARTIES WERE INVOLVED AT DIFFERENT PERIOD – it is a small world after all, isn’t it?

WHEN I STARTED DOING THIS NEXT DOCU-PRESENTATION called “ENCOUNTERS WITH SHADOW PEOPLE” >> THE SON STOPPED CALLING – SAYING HE WOULD BE AWAY UNTIL THE NEW YEAR.
When in fact, they sat back and watched/monitored as I put it together.
AFTER ALL, it narrated events that tied the NEW PARTNERSHIP to the FAMILY.
The new “In the Shadows” document narrated several incidents for which they were responsible –> narrations of 2015, 2016 and 2017 involving “Shadow apparitions” <– their ego made the family be in the document in 2017 while I was doing the document – it let to discover that the new partnership was in conspiracy as early as fall 2015.**
**Other incidents point to their presence as early as Fall 2015.

I was four years old. My father clued in it was not a supernatural, it was technology based. He called is close friend Dr. Charles Katz, a German scientist who came over after WWII. My father spent three years in Germany after WWII as Sergeant, Canadian Air Forces.

ABOUT THE FLYOVERS – – 26 Oct – 29 November 2017
After posting “2003-04 – 18 Months to Live“ document, flyovers stopped.
In mid-September 2018, flyovers resumed “under guise of protection” with BOUVIER (CSIS) directing at forefront.
BOUVIER and co. became the SAVIOR and conveyed “SENSE OF FALSE SECURITY” with flyovers on demand – before and/or after BOUVIER re-assuring calls “fly-0vers to confirm the protection” also based on doubt discussions <– “you see Babe, we are protected – I told Bouvier I agreed to be monitored 24/7 – after all I will be filthy rich and there’s many people after me because of it.”
Mark was frightened and very sick – he did not know who were his enemies . . .
I’d often voiced >> “if it wasn’t for those flyovers, I wouldn’t believe you BOUVIER”.
By 20-21 September 2018, he would claim representing MARK for the family abuse suffered/pending since 2007 including 2018. Court representation.
“predator turned savior” >> HIS FAMILY, the GUERTIN and the NEW PARTNERSHIP GROUP. Those were the enemies.

But what I did take at heart was protecting the life of another human >> Mark Smith.
The fact of thinking one will die for 11 months out of 18 months, was one of the best gift in life – It would have pissed me off if they would have succeeded to kill me because they would have gotten away with it – that would have pissed me off . . . from the other side.

In fall 2017, he played Dr. Freud, the psychiatry role mix with Dr. Ruth with a sexual perverted twist – – smooth voice . . . “must be true. . . he is a doctor”. Persistent . . . smooth voice . . .pushing perversions such as sodomy as a normal and as sign of love >> if she loved you DAD, she would do it Dad. Trust me Dad, I’m a doctor.”
MEDICAL CRIMES are crimes against humanity . . . . and there are plenty of them in this case file.

(1) 26-28 April 2018, sister Nicole PERIARD poisoned Mark just enough to manifest illness symptoms that seem to require medical attention.
(2) PERIARD at forefront with GUERTIN lurking in background COORDINATED medical appointment >> a physician who dished out a false diagnosis (blood clot) describing it as a “ticking time bomb”.
(3) Physician in conspiracy insists he calls 911 for ambulance immediately.
(4) Although Mark trusted that physician who he had just met . . . but he refused because he didn’t trust GUERTIN who had assaulted and tried to grab him two days earlier (26 April 2018) – Mark had been evading these medical criminals since early 2000s and more so in 2018.
