At first, I struggled on how to start this post . . . should I first write what was going on in the background (SMITH Operation) or should I immediately write about the sighting and body marking that ensued?

At the time, I had no idea there was an agenda to get Mark SMITH and first choice to isolate him was by removing me.

I believe these experiences were to give the perception the (fake) Secret Space Program had an interest in me.

On 12 OCTOBER 2017,  PLAN A: My removal played out using SSP Lure “come join us”.   They tried again on 9 MARCH 2018.

31 MAY 2017 – SIGHTING and BODY MARKING

I was just about to go bed when I suddenly had this thought  >>  “Look now KID!” (a man’s voice, rough).  It  meant launch ISS LiveCAM app on your Iphone and hurry up you’ll see something (video link below).

Throughout 2017, I experienced several times “Hurry kid! Look now!” moments and have captured most sightings on video.

I chuckled when the ISS Camera crew cut the feed.  At the time, I thought it was extra-terrestrial.  I sent greetings and wellness and eventually went to bed.   I felt supported because I had just sent the first call letter to all Canadian Connecting Consciousness members.  Sure made me smile.

Next day, as I was getting dressed, I immediately noticed a triangular marking on my abdomen.

As an isolated incident, the body marking would not have been sufficient to make a psychological impression, but coupled with the sighting before bedtime it sure did.

Branded / tagged  like an animal.  I was insulted.

Today, I believe the marking was done by a faction  working on behalf of  New Partners (CSIS) who, by 2016 were lead directing strategists in the Mark SMITH Operation – By late 2015, they took over for GUERTIN and their solution to isolate Smith was by terminating me.

In this enhanced image,  we see what looks like a first attempt to mark  but they missed the first time.

New Partners (CSIS) had enough clout to have recourse to those who have that tech (like sub-contractors), definitively above GUERTIN’s pay grade. 

New Partners used CSIS for assets and resources, the operational side – technology and henchmen doing their bidding – just like in the movies when they use intelligence agencies (e.g. CIA)  to do covert illegal operations.  But this was reality not a movie.

The sighting then followed by a marking was, in my opinion,  to do a psychological impression. 

 

In August 2017, the marking was still visible.

ONE HAS TO ASK . . .

(1) IS THE PARTY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE MARKING ALSO RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SIGHTING?

OR,

(2) DID THE PARTY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE MARKING, PIGGY-BACK ON THOSE WHO DID THE SIGHTING? 

BOTTOM LINE:   IS IT THE SAME PARTY IN BOTH CASES OR NOT? 

Sighting was recording using my smart phone online ISS CAM LIVE app.  Electronic monitoring was active (1st detected Fall 2015).  I think they leveraged the sighting.

Since I was having these “Look Now Kid!” moments and in situations not to their  advantage, one has to think that the thought to look now (ISS) wasn’t their doing.

As it relates to other “Look Now Kid!” moments, the next occurrences were on 5, 7 & 17 July 2017.

BACK TO 31 MAY 2017 . . .

Let’s assume the sighting was done by those who did the marking . . . Who authorizes, manages and controls this?  This is not chump change.

Whatever they had riding over Mark SMITH’s head (identity) must have been very lucrative. They went to great length, time, cost and effort to carry out this operation.

• If you have to hide what you’re doing under someone else’s identity, it is is most likely criminal.  Based on GUERTIN and New Partners (CSIS)’s modus operandi, it’s most likely crimes against humanity (e.g. pedophilia network, human trafficking, weapons, money laundering, etc.).

Until 27 FEBRUARY 2018, I had no idea they wanted Mark SMITH.

–> Since Fall 2015, New Partners (CSIS) were behind many of the anomalous experiences. 

Even on SMITH >> 21 November 2015 – Mark said aliens laser shot him (leg) – I say it’s man-made >> New Partnership’s Doing – His mother seeped knowing – photo included | 2018 – Leg Problem – Walking with a Cane

For me, sightings started 6 March 2016.  For 2016, I documented 148 sightings.

In 2017, I counted 227 sightings.

Most of these sightings were star-like objects or close proximity flying spheres which would appear a few seconds after I stepped on the back porch, as if in tune with my thoughts and appearing exactly in the direction I was looking . . . night after night.  Wow . . . they can read my mind . . . sure kid.  Reality was:

They had satellite feed on our property.  Easy to fabricate what seemed like synchronicity or making me believe it was telepathy (after I would send “greetings”).

By May 2017, sightings and supernatural like experiences escalated. 

At the time, I thought it had to do with Connecting Consciousness – After all, we had revived it in Canada.  Since 15 MAY 2017, I was the Canadian Country Coordinator.

Why did I go to bed so late on 31 MAY 2017 (3am-ish)?

• I had just finalized and sent out the first call letter to Connecting Consciousness (CC) members.  It was a big thing because CC Canada had been abruptly closed off on 25 February 2017.  Membership twindled from 80-90 members to 18.
  .
  So the sighting felt like support for what I was doing.
  .
  The marking felt like an insult.

In May 2017, experiences escalated.

They most likely wanted me to think the sightings and the marking were due to my involvement with Connecting Consciousness. 

In order to maintain secrecy and invisibility, blaming CC was  convenient.

“She (me) will think she is being singled out by Extra-terrestrials which is why the Secret Space Program wants her (me) on their team as a valued asset.”  Right (haha).

IN MY OPINION, REAL REASON WHY THEY WERE DOING THESE EXPERIENCES?

A psychological coup to play with my perceptions.  To get me to believe that I should be part of the  Secret Space Program so that when they would fake being from SSP, I would fall for it.

“ohhh what a honor”  sure (it’s fake).

They impersonated SSP.
By March 2018, I was openly calling them Secret Space Posers (SSP).

• When they played out PLAN A my removal on 12 OCT 2017, the perp had a vehicle similar to a Hummer with very dark windows. If I had fallen for it, it would have been easy to lure and shove me in the vehicle.  I would venture there were people in the vehicle waiting for that moment – organized.

• What they didn’t know is that I didn’t respect the Secret Space Program . . . I knew it was fake (Mickey Mouse).  They reminded me of Corey Goode and other bullsh!tters on the Internet.  Impersonating SSP was a faux-pas to say the least.
  .
  But after 12 OCT 2017 (failed PLAN A), I never told anyone what I thought of SSP, so they tried a second time on 9 MARCH 2018.  I refused to join.  The SON was disappointed.

  8 March 2018 – “LURE Program” – Welcome to the Brotherhood Mark – I refused to join SSP – Mark told to ignore me until he joined them – make sure he does not change his mind – 4 weeks to go

WHAT WAS GOING ON IN THE BACKGROUND . . .

By mid-MAY 2017, they had finally reeled in Nicole PERIARD to agree to play out the same routine as they (GUERTIN) did in 1992.  They needed her to re-assume her role as family contact, as legal care-giver which was set up in 1992 with Michelle GUERTIN who had Power of Attorney over SMITH’s life.

• THEY HAD A LOT OF BLACKMAIL MATERIAL ON PERIARD “dance and prance Nicole” and she did >> 13 JULY 2014 Email Becomes Future Pay Off in 2017 for New Partners (CSIS) to Blackmail Criminal Nicole PERIARD Into Obedience BEFORE SON Crashed In Our Lives

The plan was to have the SON come in Mark’s life to foster father-son trust bond – To reach the point >> “My son is my best friend, my child, my son the doctor”. 

By mid-October 2017, Mark was confiding in the SON.  “My son loves me and wants me in his life.”

The SON started to call by mid-July 2017 – short calls.  Then by 26 AUGUST 2017, it was daily.  I believe that the Director of Operations came on board full-time on the 26th to coach the SON.

So it took from July to 12 October to gain father-son trust bond which meant once I disappeared, Mark would immediately rely on the SON and Michelle GUERTIN.  Job done.

How do I know Nicole PERIARD was on-board by 31 MAY 2017? 

In early MAY 2017,  PERIARD thought she was giving CSIS the 13 JULY 2014 email that listed some of her crimes.  The email listed the aliases she used to defraud.

She thought CSIS was seeing the email for the first time?

After she gave them a copy of the email, she called our house and said that she didn’t have a choice to give them a copy  . . . that I was in serious trouble with CSIS.  To which I replied, tell your CSIS contact to call me.  Of course, they never did.

BOUVIER (CSIS) was high likely her CSIS point of contact, her handler.  On 20 January 2019, her son Anthony admitted knowing BOUVIER from CSIS.

The 31 MAY 2017 experience, one of many, was high likely psychological preparation for October 2017 PLAN A “lure under guise of SSP”.
