After they killed him (16 Dec 2018), the continued to surveil and monitor (for several years to come).
Since they were unsuccessful to terminate me, New Partners (CSIS) put me on a watch-list and in criminal databanks – I continued to be electronically monitored and surveilled by air (black helicopters). This was discovered in mid-February 2019 thanks to Ontario Provincial Police (OPP).
- 6 February 2019 – Called CSIS – Said my Name – They HUNG UP | 12 Feb: OPP Station Walk-In| SKYPE “What bullsh!t did you CSIS use to command FLY-OVERS?” | Neighbor Thought his Farm Under Surveillance
. - February 2019 – OPP asked “Where did I get combat training?” Huh?! || At end of day, I failed to protect Smith because I was tricked by CSIS via BOUVIER – Portrayed me as some type of combat-trained badass with weapons. I have no criminal record, pay my taxes, have good credit, don’t drink nor do drugs and pharmaceuticals; for several years, had above Top Secret clearance (Government of Canada).
Keep in mind, I was targeted well before I met Mark SMITH (23 Dec 2008). I was New Partners (CSIS)’s prize. Last attempt prior to SMITH case was 2004, then 2003 and 1999.
- I believe the primary target was my father Gilles “Champ” Champagne.

What is one of the tale-tell signs (my father)? In 1999, they pulled a coup 2 days after my father passed away. They go after the family – I’m the only one left.
Is it over? That would be foolish thinking as they are relentless and will patiently wait for next opportunity to come along . . . And now they are surely pissed off. They sure were in 2004 for failing and being exposed -> Then 2015, the SMITH case came along and in their minds it was a slam dunk.
Their first choice to grab this guy. GUERTIN’s wet dream, was by removing me permanently – Everyone would get what they want. GUERTIN got their prize.
So you can appreciate why it was/is key to expose what they did.
