After one week of fostering false sense of protection, like in an action movie . . .

Bouvier (CSIS) announced he would represent Mark Smith for Abuse Case Against his Family.

I wanted to trust Bouvier – I would rationalize:

“if it wasn’t for those flyovers – I wouldn’t believe you Mr. Bouvier”.  CSIS had authority to issue orders for surveillance and numerous fly-overs.

These were military grade helicopters – some were OPP.    For drones, these are mostly US, we have a limited number (Canadian Military).

CSIS HAS THAT AUTHORITY.

I was always a person of interest.  Mark had a special number he could call – he was told never to share it with me.

Since we were monitored, I didn’t record much it raised suspicion <–  Because they know when we record, take pictures, use notepad, text, call (everything we do with our IPhone).

Bouvier became Mark’s CSIS contact, bodyguard, lawyer, our spoke person, the man of the year,  He was a hero – and a God to Mark who trusted him %100 over anyone else.

21 SEPTEMBER 2018

By end September, Bouvier was in court representing Mark on Abuse charges against his Family. The Guertin were deceased (we believed it).    CSIS had been openly in the picture since early 2017 (via Nicole Periard <– the family gossip throughout Winter/Spring 2017 >> Nicole had CSIS on her back – her phone line tapped by CSIS). **

1. Everyone who called their landline (mother/sister) were warned the line was tapped. Bouvier worked for CSIS. 

2. Another recurrence during daily chit-chat was how Michelle Guertin and CSIS visits were driving Nicole to have anxiety episodes – CSIS and Michelle Guertin – sometimes Nicole would have to go to the clinic to get a shot after a CSIS visit.  Theresa made fun of it – very open about it.

**If there was a real Court  – It was high likely a case inversion where the family was divorcing/dissociating Mark from the family  – – – I would be profiled as a sociopath who had Mark under control through psychological emotional brainwashing.

Bouvier was very sympathetic – don’t worry Mark – we’re here.  Such conversations usually warranted a flyover soon after comforting assurance.  Often when dispensing a bad Intel Report he would inform us not to worry “tonight expect more aerial surveillance” .

He would fight the abuse case against his family while Mark was bedridden waiting at home – Bouvier dispensing daily Court Updates by early evening. Encouragingly,  Bouvier: they have no chance in Hell  – And Mark with heart-felt relief and gratitude would thank Mr. Bouvier – He came to love this man right into his deathbed.

Bouvier was able to sustain deceit for over 115 consecutive days – fake caring and compassion.

BOUVIER made it seem as if Mark Smith was his main priority and friend.  Mark felt loved, protected like a “sacred object” – two people in Mark’s world – Bouvier and Mark – the rest was outer  circle – they kept me in questionable reports and cause for sickness – off-keel never fully trusted.

on 21 September 2018, I expressed sense of urgency, Mark’s health – medical attention please hurry.

Running story for many weeks to come >>   “Private hospital in the USA – Stem cells – $273K – 6 weeks recovery – my wife is a doctor”

I remember stating:  “But he doesn’t have a passport and he has a criminal record”. Bouvier assured us the Prime Minister’s office had approved going to the States.  It’s CSIS after all.  Mark believed it.**

• **Mark you will be super rich, different class .  Don’t worry – it won’t be long.  With stem cells, 5-6 weeks recovery in private hospital.  Lyn and the dogs can stay in an adjacent cottage provided for patients’ family while you recover.”

Meanwhile, Louis Guertin retracted in the background – Apparently, Louis Guertin and his brother Daniel had lost the generational chateau – and the new owner allowed them to live on the ground in the humble guest dwelling –

Also Louis apparently had been excommunicated by the Brotherhood.  Life was hard because of crimes his sister and nephew committed.  They are dead now. Leave the poor man alone.

OCTOBER 2018

To question was a sign of suspicion and most often brought on a Bouvier call against me and fly-overs.

Inheritance Share Status – The story – >> Release was in final stage – Around her death time, hold ups were due to Michelle Guertin not giving up pass codes to release the money – And now hold ups?  Mark’s family were blocking the release by contesting the Will apparently Bouvier had drawn for MARK SMITH’S Estate – I was the sole beneficiary.

The Will drawn by Bouvier was supposedly done at same time as the divorce with Cynthia Rosebush in August 2018. We never got to the see the documents –  They would be released after Court was done – pushing to see them raised suspicion.

But the family is contesting (as per Bouvier)

Bouvier’s daily court updates involved smear campaign about me – Mark grew suspicious again. Bouvier reported I was going to be profiled in Court on Friday 19 October 2018 –   I called that week the “Bash Lyn” week.

I couldn’t understand why I wasn’t called to appear.  All week suspicious questionable character Intel reports caused conflict – Bad Intel from family members who were defaming me.**

**Interestingly, Michael Trepanier was apparently in Court all week on stand blackened my character.  When in fact, Michael was never in Court during Fall 2018 period (as per face to face conversation in June 2021) <– Michael didn’t know what I was talking about.  What Court? – they went to Court, huh?  But since we didn’t speak after August 2018, we believed it.  The disinformation dispensed by Nicole Periard** during summer 2018 divided the two brothers ensuring Mark and Michael would never communicate.

Divide and Conquer.

She propagated disinformation within the family circle and entourage.  She did tremendous damage.  For instance, Michael and Mark were close since childhood – Today 2021, Michael seeks closure for the death of of his brother <<- clueless to what really happened.

Michael doesn’t have Internet.  This site would tear him apart – probably enrage him.

One of Nicole’s signature >>  Calling the cops just to set up someone is one of her strong suits, creating non-founded sex scandals “character defamation”, instigating conflict among people to the point of creating life endangerment, etc.

An abuser (recorded at Children Protection Services) – danger to children / sexual in nature, psychological mind games and beatings –

Another signature >> A tendency to play role of caretaker “she should not work in care homes – the sick, elderly and children”  – Excellent knowledge of pharmacopeia <– poison

Another signature >> Common knowledge in family circle & entourage >>  Do not eat nor drink anything Nicole offers you, you might be her next victim,  You will be sick (many testimonies).

February 2011 >> Marcel & Michael > On a typical Friday night, coke, weed, pills, booze  — Theresa called our house with false claims of harassment against Marcel Trepanier – She was begging me to call the cops.

• The point was to get them busted and Mark flagged with the false arrest warrant set up for 2 missed weekends in 1983 (a warrant for 28 years ago? ) – his two last weekends – Approved – Guard had it on the roster list.

These women can set you up to send you or use use to send others to jail.  Michelle Guertin also has that signature.

At one time in history, we called these people > wicked witches – dark alchemists – satanists.

On 13 July 2020, I lost Facebook access, 10 minutes after sending the link to this website to a few people on Facebook among them Nicole Periard – Facebook was revoked to protect her. <– Who has that power of authority?

On 19 October 2018 by 4pm, a trolley of helicopters low slow south side westbound and Bouvier simultaneously calling to announce in Court I had passed Court Profiling with “flying colors”.  **

Then within few seconds, a very low black helicopter flew above the house – as it passed I raised my right hand to my left shoulder and with instinctive reflex the helicopter tilted.  I was puzzled, it was as if the pilot thought I was pulling out a weapon. 

The reflex was indicative the pilot was protecting her/himself  from being hit.

So I passed with flying colors ? . . . yes flying colors but not the right colors

Character assassination to utterly obliterate by any means necessary.  Scandal, public humiliation, extortion, theft and murder.  Ruthless and will go to any length to vanquish the victim(s) without regard for collateral damage.  (A quote from Raymond Reddington character from The Blacklist, (black lister no. 34), S4:E13).

What did they use?  Exploratory > > Among other things, perhaps the false written statement of 23 April 2018 tabled in court 9 May 2018 – perhaps a twist to the 21 December 2011 incident fabricated by Nicole Periard, Theresa Lavergne, Bobby Lavergne.

**Being absent in Court and being profiled . . .
On 9 May 2018 court appearance for 23 April 2018 charge against Mark >> they ordered me to leave court premises or else they would arrest me (baffling – I was the complainant). While absent, they tabled in Court a false written statement replacing the video statement given 23 April 2018 at the OPP station. This is verifiable information (two credible witnesses -> Court Administrator and OPP Constable).

To table the false written statement, they took a photocopy of the one-pager, OPP Officer and I had signed on 23 April 2018 attesting the video statement was true and affixed the signed one-pager (loose page) on top of the false written statement.

My point is, by being absent, they manipulated the Court system – is that what they did again in Fall 2018?

Now that I’d pass with “flying colors” – Mark wanted to marry me – it was short-lived – that thought was cancelled out.

He was very sick (reached a scary point) – Please Bouvier hurry up now – what was the delay now?  This was a clear case of Abuse, please . . . .  And letting him wait during an Abuse case?  I didn’t understand why the client Mark Smith had to wait at home – inhumane and it’s an abuse case?

I was helpless – Mark ignoring me and confident in Bouvier.  Wasting away in a bed.  21 September 2018 seemed so long ago.  WHY WAS CSIS NOT DOING ANYTHING . . . The Court wasn’t valid reason – it didn’t hold up – my words had no power.

**They heard the audio and mocked it –  For past few year, they’ve sat back and e-listening to the cruelty and suffering then used it as psychological Intel – gauging how to increase chaos  in order to bring the man to the point of no return. 

1 NOVEMBER 2018

Since last week of October, I was pressuring Bouvier to show Mark  the 23 April 2018 video statement – let him see it – to get rid of all doubts because it would surface in conflict once in a while.  Let him see it.

In mid-afternoon (30th day before) while running errands (Walmart), I was stalked – It had been a while . . . I immediately thought >> pushing for video statement is cause.  In early evening, I wrote about it and sent it to Bouvier  20181030-walmart-encounters.pdf.

Then I asked if he wanted to see more?  He agreed.

So I sent writings about 12 October 2017 dubious encounter (with a CSIS person re-encountered 17-18 April 2018)  – Bouvier was upset – He told Mark to tell me IT WAS IMPORTANT NOT TO SEND HIM ANYMORE OF THESE KINDS OF DOCUMENTS – Not happy at all and strict about it “as if it was a security risk” <– my first impression – then security risk form who?  you’re CSIS.

MID-NOVEMBER 2018

Bouvier announced COURT case was over – Mark had won.  But there was a hold-up, Bouvier was very sick.  Apparently the family had contaminated the court premises (yes Mark believed it).  I questioned.

Week 1: Bouvier claimed his wife the doctor gave him a shot (after having influenza? yes).
Week 2:  His wife the doctor gave him another one.

Why wasn’t someone else in the CSIS office taking care of this?
Something was wrong here.

 23 NOVEMBER 2018 >> Bouvier last contact with Mark.

26 NOVEMBER 2018 >> I sent him a text via Mark’s IPhone – well knowing he would read it ->> his pattern:  he would call shortly after such texts. This time no reply – nothing – Mark was OK with that? – Mr. Bouvier knows what he is doing. 

This attitude carried for next two days – getting annoyed with me when querying if any news from Bouvier – On 28th, late evening I decided I was calling 911 next morning.

29 NOVEMBER 2018 – I called 911. When he was being transferred from one gurney to the ambulance gurney (outside), the distinct grey pearl helicopter hovered above the North side treetops.

Mark looked at it and winked with weak smile >>  “you see Bouvier knows” – And at that moment, the older paramedic seeped being in on it.

First time I noticed that helicopter was on 6 April 2018.  It flew by in reaction to in-house activities and associated to GUERTIN – . . . And here it was on 29 November 2018 hovering and Mark comforted by its presence associating it to Bouvier.

At Montfort Hospital, they rushed him to ICU – they brought a portable X-Ray machine – this is what the X-ray of his chest looked like 20181129-Lung-29nov2018-1.JPG.png –

In the photo, you will notice a marking at the bottom of the left lung – It’s the laser shot on 22 January 2018.    

29 NOVEMBER – – 11 DECEMBER 2018

He stayed at Montfort Hospital and was fed antibiotics intravenously – He slowly regained color and wits.

10 DECEMBER 2018

Day BEFORE transfer to Bruyere Palliative Centre – trigger

During daily visit, I noticed a lady who looked related to Theresa Lavergne (Mark’s mother) and she became agitated when I noticed her.  Not hostile – more so anxiety – rapid heart beat – very nervous not out of fear – she sought me out and when she saw me she froze because . . .

. . . with today’s perspective, I truly think she wanted to talk to me.

In mid-evening, I put together a sketch and uploaded & texted Mark’s IPhone to let BOUVIER know that I had had a strange encounter with someone who seemed related to his family >> 20181210-D.E.-montfort.jpg

Why would I report it to Bouvier?  Because Mark had won is Abuse case against the Family.   Why were family members stalking me at the hospital?

11 DECEMBER 2018

In afternoon while I visited, Mark announced the doctor that morning had informed him he had terminal cancer (no specifics) – Mark accepted without question –  Mark was scheduled to be transferred to Bruyere Palliative Centre to die.  He agreed to anything any doctor said – it’s a doctor, so it must be true.  I was in no position to question – trying to find out more specifically what type of cancer was a non starter . . .

Doctors avoided me – each time I tried to meet with one, they were not available, not on site.  If he had cancer, he would have been a good candidate to fight it because he was in stable condition, regained vitality, definitely did not look like someone who had a terminal disease.  Too healthy looking and conscious to have terminal cancer but if he did he would have been in first stages – the cancer key it was a lie to begin with.

They stopped the antibiotics (late afternoon 11 Dec)  and transferred to Bruyere.

I believe that by reporting seeing/encountering someone from the family is what triggered to move him the Palliative centre – diagnose with terminal cancer  – – it would work because the cancer medicine dispensed at Bruyere would kill him off – especially the pain medication <– contributed to his death.

The man did not have cancer.  He was in fact, regaining stability with the antibiotic.  A sign that if he had had cancer, he would have responded very well to treatments.

While at Bruyere, I noticed people (staff) looking through the facing windows into his room – sneaky looks – too long direct gaze with me <– they were inexperienced spies, they were spotted immediately >> 20181210-12-to-16-NOTEStofile(Montfort2Bruyere).jpg

13 DECEMBER 2018

Mid-afternoon, at daily visit – – >Just as the nurse was about to inject (most likely) Fentanyl  in the pain box (intravenous),  Mark quickly grabbed her wrist, the syringe landed on his lap as he shook her (by the wrist), he shouted No! no you don’t !  he was angry at the nurse – she just had the look of an angel of mercy “Nurse Nightingale” demeanor – not resisting him just that fake shush (tut tut) gentle look – it didn’t dissuade him, he wouldn’t let go, he didn’t trust her.  And he was strong – shaking her via wrist.

He turned to me “Babe, take me home, get me out of here now, take me home”  while still wrist in grip.  She played no resistance with the grace of an angel.  He continued demanding I take him home – I looked at the nurse and she (something like):  “in last stages, it’s normal that he resists and thinks he can go home”  – still with an air of angel grace.  I had to pry her wrist free – he :  NO NO NO fuck you NO.  Angry at the nurse and annoyed with me.

“Miss Nightingale” attitude of calmness >> She injected the content of the syringe in the pain box.

He was quick, he was strong and he was aggressive, he didn’t trust that nurse (that was obvious) – He was resentful and angry at me when I left at the end of the visit – fuck take me home babe fuck.
This would be the LAST TIME I see Mark conscious.
That was our last exchange before he died.

14 DECEMBER 2018

Since 29 November 2018, I visited daily  – But on 14th there was a major snow storm (we lived 50Km away) – I didn’t visit.  I spoke to the nurse – no mention to change of state – he was sleeping when I called.

15 DECEMBER 2018

In early afternoon, as I was getting ready to leave to go to the hospital, a doctor called to announce since yesterday he was in a comatose state – they were going to remove Mark’s breathing apparatus.  I asked them not to do it – I would be there within an hour – spend time with him then I would remove the breathing apparatus – not them.

On the 13th, Mark was fully aware and strong and now as per doctor Mark was in comatose in terminal phase.

On the 15th, in coma state, I tried for a good while to wake him up. (again I noticed people from facing windows watching us – turning away (not quick enough) and returning gave (inexperienced at surveillance).

Within two days he went down significantly.  Unnatural.  Then I got a strong impulse >> I MUST cut 6″ strands of his hair and carefully bagged it (to avoid contamination) <-  my heart was pounding in my chest.  Do it, don’t question it.   20181215-Hair-Strand-Mark-Smith.png.

I spent a few hours with him then disengaged the breathing apparatus (4pm-ish) – no point lingering further – Mark would do the same for me.

The hospital was a trap, he was right all along.

He died 12 hours later on 16 December 2018 at 04:22am.

On 13 December 2018, he was vibrantly pissed off – quick, conscious wit.  Babe FUCK take me home, get me out of here”  and YOU (the nurse)  as he shook her wrist FUCK YOU.

That was our last major exchange.

Mark high likely didn’t have cancer  –  Bodily samples are available upon request >> (1) 6″ strands of hair cut on 15 Dec 2018, (2) personal hairbrush (full of root hair strands), (3) semen collected 24 January 2018 and (4) blood sample collected May 2018 after spending time at his sister/mother’s house <– poison suspected).

He was sent to Bruyere Palliative Centre on 12 December based on a forged/false diagnostic in order to kill him off quickly and discreetly – no suspicion.

Taken off antibiotic last day > 11 December 2018 – and TREATED like a terminal cancer patient.

He died within four days of admission to the Palliative Centre (16 December 2018) –

CANCER PAIN MEDICATION

Fentanyl warning: Decreases breathing rate warning. Fentanyl can make you breathe more slowly. This can lead to breathing failure and possibly death <–  breathing ventilator is recommended to avoid death.

Mark died thinking he won his case.  Grateful for Bouvier (CSIS) –  He died thinking his son was his biological child – who committed suicide – He thought Michelle Guertin was also dead.  He died thinking I was safe.**

**In March 2019, I discovered I was black-listed –  Discovery via an OPP constable and substantiated by my daughter (military police). After Mark died, ongoing aerial surveillance was not protecting me they were watching me >> I was branded a security threat? a criminal?

NICOLE PERIARD, A DISINFORMATION AGENT WHO ANNOUNCED to OUTER FAMILY CIRCLE AND ENTOURAGE MARK SMITH DIED OF STOMACH CANCER and SOME PEOPLE WERE TOLD HE DIED OF LUNG CANCER – due to dirty water in his cannabis smoking apparel “bong” (FALSE).

It begs the question, where did Nicole Periard get the information?

They (family) were not around us (him) during the last months of his life ESPECIALLY not when he died.  We didn’t trust them since 3 May 2018 – day of discovery conspiracy with Guertin.  They were agents of chaos and fear to his life – abuse case against them (so we thought with Bouvier).   We had no contact with these people.

How did they learn he died?

I visited a family member on 18 January 2019 (audio rec) his brother Michael – After the visit, he called his mother/sister’s house.  Nicole sent police to my house to confirm his death.   No one asked the cause of death nor did I mentioned it.

MARK DID NOT DIE OF CANCER

It was made to seem as if he had terminal cancer (final stage) –  A justification to dispense medication for terminal cancer patients**  – Medical support staff wouldn’t question – Approved by physician.

Cancer terminal diagnostic was used to send him to a palliative centre, to be treated like a terminal cancer patient – He died within four days of admission (12-16 Dec 2018).

He had passed away four days ago . . .

I was stalked at the grocery store – I openly took photos directly in front of the stalker – what are you going to do?  an evil grimace? “knock yourself out”  click click I don’t care. Here they are:

24 DECEMBER 2018 – few minutes before Christmas

Mark was gone . . . Christmas was his favorite holiday.

As I sat alone on Christmas Eve, around 11:57pm – just a few minutes before Christmas, a low black helicopter flew over the house / vibration and loud – reminiscent of the past.

At the time, I thought they were protecting me – I voiced out  “Merry Christmas, be well in heart-mind” – I didn’t feel alone.  Although under false pretense of protection (unknowing at the time), it was a good feeling.  Thank you.

As Christmas day passed, I wondered why Bouvier hadn’t shown up yet nor called.  I assumed Bouvier would contact me after Christmas holidays.

Observation:  If they via Mark had succeeded in rendering me unconscious and sent to a hospital in early 2018 (refer to case overviews 1, 2, 3), I truly believe I would not have survived >> Once in their grip (hospital territory), they would have made it seem I died of my injuries or paralyzed for life.  Subsequently, Mark would have been arrested and institutionalized for life.  Two birds one stone – Job done. None the wiser.

I ponder/wonder why they turned around on 9 February 2018, to make it a point to attempt to have him bash me in – in fact they expected him to shoot me – I came to call that period “Reliable Source” Program (10-13 Feb 2018) – it ceased when I uploaded Recordings in Skype and told them I knew they monitored.

• Since he was back in town 2009, I believe they thought Mark had guns at the house just like in the past >>  They hadn’t had contact with him for past few years – he changed when he almost died of alcohol poisoning (15 January 2007) –
• On 9 February when they cancelled his leave, they increased their chances of success (to shoot me) by using past association with two gang leaders – people he ran with in the past – the disinformation line was >> they’d heard I was planning with a my network of people to get them all once he got his share – everyone knew people like me you shoot that in the head get rid of it – It would trigger him to shoot me – But folks, there was a one problem:  He didn’t have a gun.  No guns in our house.
• Why would they think we had guns?  Because after 1992 (mid-1990s to early 2000s) Mark had and dealt associated with illegal guns and was renown to pack -The Guertin knew everything he did, they never stopped him nor did his caretaker sister Nicole Periard – an alcoholic who played with guns and had gang association including his ex-wife Cynthia Rosebush.
• I will venture to say it’s why GUERTIN was so confident in January 2018 when they she crashed in our lives  – Nicole was anticipating this elimination to be quick (within few days) – It’s easy to shoot someone out of anger/passion > There’s the crime of passion GUERTIN so much tried to provoke –  bang bang >>  Impulsive act – easy.
• Now let’s back up to 22 January 2018 >> Why post-hypnotic laser shot on 22 January 2018?  the post hypnotic personality I nicknamed “The Strangler” was a jail dude, tough, who beat everyone while in jail, a killer – – – In that state of mind and if we had guns in the house . . .  He would have shot me.  Since we didn’t have a gun, he would have broken my neck like a twig.  I truly believe, in coming days, it would have succeeded if I hadn’t broken the post-hypnotic spell the following day (23rd) <– there’s a 911 call for that day.
  
• Just to give you a sense of intensity and  cruelty, here are the first notes (in the recording material) after the first week with demonic Michelle Guertin – 20180115-FIRST-ENTRY-PROBLEM-CONFUSION-SIGN-LIFE-DANGER.pdf<– if he had still been packing, he would have shot me – no doubt about that.
• In January 2018, they thought he was still packing like the past but after he stopped drinking alcohol  (16 Jan 2007) which they wish he hadn’t (Guertin and sister Nicole) Mark became a law abiding citizen.
• The reference to having weapons in our house was a recurring theme even when we indicated we had no weapons right into fall/winter 2018.
• Nicole has seen guns, has been around guns.  In fact she had one brandished in her face in mid-1990s for her wickedness (chaos and ruining people) <– I heard the stories (witness available).
• Although we have always denied having guns, it was like falling onto Nicole’s deaf ears.  Mark must have guns, we don’t believe you Lyn – the same with alcohol, we don’t believe Mark doesn’t drink.
• During summer 2018, Nicole warned people if I saw them I would shoot them on site. <– which is how she reeled up family members to be openly aggressive with Mark and me (it worked – I was to be bashed in the face with a baseball bat and people were looking to beat Mark) <– Here’s a good example of the kind chaos and people destruction Nicole would do even before this case.
• The other disinformation Nicole spread about me  >> Apparently, I was a retired cop who had a mental breakdown – who had become “trigger happy”  bang bang.
• On 19 October 2018, with BOUVIER (CSIS) >> when the black chopper passed low over the house, it titled (reflex) because the pilot thought I was pulling out a gun to shoot at it.  The gun factor has played in this case throughout 2018.

For the record, once more >>> We do not have guns nor have we ever owned guns and I would have forbidden guns if Mark had suggested getting one.  —  Also I have never handled a gun other than a pellet gun and arcade.

After 23 April 2018, the ‘to have him bash / kill me” tactic was dropped    – After the 23rd, there was no man left standing in their circle who was trusted to be disinformation agent – Furthermore, the 911 call of 23 April 2018 cancelled that tactic – To try again would have surely pushed me to call 911 again – putting at risk first call of 23 April 2018 where the video statement was falsified to cover the fact I had named them.  

If I called 911 a second time, recording material would be ready for hand off which in turn would have exposed the fraud done during Court  and worst because I documented all the times they tried to grab him or she used her Power of Attorney deceitfully acquired in 1992+ (to have him institutionalized via Court (30Apr-2May 2018) <– curtailed with a 2 May ultimatum (Drop the medical BS or else the recordings come out), then we have the  family in conspiracy 3 May, 9 May falsifying my statement by replacing it with a written statement of abomination that had him up for 5 years in jail, etc.  So calling 911 the first time (23 April 2018) saved me from being killed and/or rendered unconscious & shipped to a hospital.  

After 23 April 2018, when we had stalkings the moment I would show up next to him, they would retract “stand down” Mark even noticed.

After Court case for 23 April 2018 was over, they concentrated on Mark Smith. 

From  August to October 2018, Bouvier’s Intel Report treated me as a suspicious character – instead of being enraged and wanting to bash me in, Mark became afraid of me. “don’t come any closer or I’ll call 911 . . . ”

Another time, after hang up with Bouvier, he started to vomit violently – I never did find out what Bouvier had told him that evening.  The point with Bouvier was to put the fear of God in him so that he would leave – when they couldn’t get him to leave anymore (too sick)  – the game plan changed to CSIS Protection with Flyovers and a week later >> Fake Abuse Case against the family in Court what we wanted to do since 29-30 August 2018.

A quick glimpse in 2019

2 January 2019>> 17 days ago Mark passed away, Bouvier hadn’t contacted me yet.

By mid-afternoon, I went for errands and to my unpleasant surprise, I was stalked – hostile – It truly sent me on a bad loop.    Confused – that burst the Bouvier (CSIS) bubble.  Something was terribly wrong.

A month later I contacted CSIS – between 3-9 February 2019.

As requested, after stating my name, the operator without hesitancy** responded in a sarcastic melodious tone:  By-y-y-y-e and hung up.

**“He didn’t have to look it up as if expecting a call from Lyn Champagne (me)”

That was another bad loop.  Very bad.  Bouvier from CSIS . . .  By-y-y-y-e — and flyovers continued.
