The individual in the photo knew I was waiting to take photos.

How would he know?  As we waited in the car, the monitoring team could hear us via our smartphones and knew our location -> not moving, parked.

It took  14-18 minutes for this guy to come out of the bank.  You can’t stay and linger any longer in the lobby of a bank, you’ll attract attention.

HOW DID WE ENCOUNTER THIS GUY?

After  horrific 3 MAY 2018 (day before), when we uncovered FAMILY & GUERTIN were together, next day (4th), MARK wanted to cancel his BELL Mobility Phone recently acquired  on 17 April 2018 for security reasons of eavesdropping by GUERTIN (so he thought).  Keep in mind, we were clueless of New Partners (CSIS).

And as we drove to the Bank, Mark was on call with a BELL IT Security Supervisor.  Why security?  because of the suspected monitoring.  The so-called Bell Sup. told him that a few months ago a female had been monitoring him, he even went so far as to mention something I said in the house . . . Mark immediately thought of Michelle GUERTIN and closed it off – satisfied.

• Excuse me? I had a problem because he didn’t have a BELL mobile phone a few months ago.  The statement mentioned by the so-called Bell Sup. was said  on 24 JAN 2018 while I was alone in my room.

HOW DO I KNOW THIS GUY WAS ASSOCIATED TO NEW PARTNERS (CSIS) TEAM?

After 16 September 2018, BOUVIER (CSIS) who had come in as Savior with Black Helicopters for Mark’s protection, claimed he had impersonated the Bell Supervisor . . . then bragged >>  “I did a pretty good paki accent hey Mark?  . . .  you see, CSIS has been protecting you from afar for a while . . . “

BOUVIER (CSIS) was referring to this day (4 May 2018).

Gee thanks BOUVIER.  It confirmed.

Back to 4 May 2018 .  .  .

On that call with (apparently) BELL Mobility, BOUVIER was stalling him “keep him on the line”.  Mark was still on the phone as he walked into the bank . . . They knew our location but stalled until someone would come on site.

Meanwhile, I waited in the car.  Then I saw this guy enter, brisk walk, determined.  As per Mark, he headed directly for him, confrontational leaning into Mark who was sitting down (on the phone).

I got out of the car >> I came in perhaps 3-4 minutes after he entered, when he saw me he desisted and got in line for a teller – texted someone.  With hostility he stared at Mark, I immediately positioned myself in between the guy and MARK and stared at him.  Go ahead fvcker do your grimaces at me.  From that point forward, he look away, head down – ignoring us.

• On 29 April 2018. after extracting Mark from PERIARD’s house, I was primed and very alert.

Once finished at the bank, we returned to the car, I told Mark we would wait for this guy to come out and I would take pictures.

Here’s the thing  . . the monitoring folks overheard and knew – it took this guy at least 14-18 minutes to exit . . . notice how he doesn’t look too happy –  he knew I was waiting for him.

Because I journaled “handwritten”  not online, the monitoring folks didn’t know I kept notes, track/record of what they were doing/did. 

Perhaps if BOUVIER (CSIS) had known I logged stalkings, he wouldn’t have bragged how good he was at doing accent impersonations and claiming CSIS was surveilling for a while.

• About “online” journaling . . . you know “keeping diary electronically” . . .  On 2 March 2016, I started journaling and  was testing out if I wanted to do ONLINE log entries or handwritten.  After testing the practicality of online, I decided it was easier to go “handwritten” – or else I would need to print my online notes in order to preserve them – too much overhead.

• At the time, I didn’t know I was monitored.  Chuckles, they used my online journaling of 2 March 2016 to start doing sightings at night.  Why?  because the online notes written on my smartphone was about crafts and more.

2 January 2019 – Individual was bald, click here – this individual was re-encountered on 10 January 2019.  Two encounters.

5 April 2019, at Subway the man was bald – that’s the day I announced I would meet and greet next time I encountered any one of them, click here.  It would be the last time I’m stalked openly.

Fall 2018 – This face superimposed onto Mark’s face as he lay in his bed – it did it twice – was very clear.  It didn’t know I could see it because I didn’t react.

Instead of reacting, I let it talk as I witnessed the facial superimposition – click here for more details. One of the things that immediately came to mind was “how often have I had sex with it”

Although I was stalked by bald men, I find bald men can be attractive, go figure.

What I don’t find attractive are men with long hair and beards – But in retrospect, I’m glad I stopped pressuring Mark to get a hair cut because if he had, we wouldn’t have that 6 ” of hair strands cut on 15 December 2018, a few hours before he died.

That length of hair equals 15 months of forensic analysis.

ADDENDUM

On 30 October 2018, I asked BOUVIER (CSIS) if he wanted to see my notes narrating stalking I had earlier that day.  He agreed.  Looked at it.  Didn’t comment.

Then I asked him he is wanted to see another one?  He said Yes.

I sent him my notes for PLAN A: My Removal on 12 OCTOBER 2017.  Within 20 minutes, he called with a warning to never send him anything like that again.  Make sure you don’t.  I was puzzled why he was scolding me, why was he so stern about this?  wouldn’t CSIS want to know?

• On 18 APRIL 2018, I re-encountered the 12 OCTOBER 2017 dude, he tried to hide his face.  As he was stuck in a car waiting for his partner, I stood 4-5 feet away putting gas in my car.  I had time to stare at him and notice he was wearing a jacket with a CSIS logo on upper sleeve (left arm).   BOUVIER (CSIS) freaking out because I sent those notes ONLINE?  Why is that?  I have a few theories and the one that stands out is that October guy might have told them a different story WHY he failed on that fateful 12 OCTOBER 2017 – My notes detailed how it really went down . . . uh-oh.  Awkward.

And to think that the next one I was going to send him was this one for 4 MAY 2018.
