BRIEF RECAP:

Since 26 AUGUST 2018, Mark avoided BOUVIER (CSIS) but was conflicted because he believed BOUVIER (CSIS) was the key to the release of his (fake) inheritance – the dangling golden carrot. That’s how they kept him hooked.

A week after the (fake) suicide of the SON (2 July 2018), BOUVIER was introduced at forefront by Louis GUERTIN. In reality, this character was involved as early as 2017 (detected thru investigation). He was most likely part of the team who came knocking at Nicole PERIARD’s door in early 2017 –> CSIS was all over her – It was openly known – it was a big thing – I believe he was her CSIS contact throughout the SMITH operation.

Three days later, on 29 AUGUST, MARK wanted to report (police) his FAMILY for intimidation and biker threats but more so, to have them criminally charged as he should have done in 2007 –> Treatment Centre staff pressured him to do so – Mark stopped them because he believed the family was remorseful – Main family characters were Theresa and Jean-Paul LAVERGNE including Nicole PERIARD.

I told him I still had the recording material in Google Drive. He asked that I take initiative. I worked until next morning to finalize the List of Recordings – At 4am, all hell broke loose in the house. Three minutes earlier I’d just finished (03:57AM), I was done. Unnatural but not supernatural – the joy of being monitored.

That’s where we stood on 30 August 2018.

Late that morning, LOUIS announced that “his sister” Michelle GUERTIN had died at 04:44am that morning. To make it convincing, people claiming to be high-ranking Knights Templar called – Last caller claimed to be an OPP Officer – I asked for his email address to send him material, he hung up. At end of day, we believed she was dead.

Just like we believed “his” SON had killed himself on 2 JULY 2018. Interestingly in both fake deaths, circumstances surrounding recording material was most likely the trigger (See post link at end “Points in Time When Recs Changed Course”)

From 5-11 SEP 2018 – LAST GUERTIN LURE – LED BY LOUIS GUERTIN –> For next 6-7 days, LOUIS called daily insisting that MARK attend her (fake) funerals. As days went by, LOUIS became sinister.

They must have been desperate because . . .

On 10 SEP, his former psychiatrist (90s) attempted a meet & grab. It failed because for the first time in 9 years I decided to enter the room.

Mark thought he was going to meet his new physician (physical). The fake doctor was so disoriented that at first I thought this guy was impersonating being a doctor – in a sense he was. He freaked because my presence caught him by surprise. The plan was high likely to subdue SMITH, shove him in an ambulance and bring him to the psyche crib.

In addition, at the end of the appointment, outside in the hallway, this perp slipped up and admitted that Mark had been psychologically experimented on “a lot”. He is one of the psychiatrists who conspired with the GUERTIN (1990s) to mentally re-arranged SMITH for them.

14 SEP 2018, seemed to be a crowning moment – On that day, I flipped when BOUVIER (CSIS) reported that someone had reported me to CSIS for psychologically abusing SMITH. It led me to write many things in SKYPE – For one, I announced that I was keeping the recordings then I went after the FAMILY (SKYPE screenshots in post below).

4-14 September 2018 – Last GUERTIN-Led Grab Lures – New Partners (CSIS)’s New Psyop That Got Mark Killed – They Tricked Us

So the lures to leave had failed. It would be the last time we hear from any GUERTIN. Louis had been the last one standing but after failing to lure him to her (fake) funerals, he was sent in the background as a destitute frail old man. The lure with Dr. B.A. Boyd was also a GUERTIN lure BOYD was high likely always the point of contact once they would have grabbed him – The guy on stand-by who had finally shown himself.

On this day, BOUVIER (CSIS) came claiming CSIS would protect MARK from this point forward. To bring the point across (our perception), black helicopters would fly over the house (walls vibrating) – Flyovers often coincided with BOUVIER’s calls or when I questioned too much (doubts) by flying over it assured Mark he was safe and it shut me up, it might be followed by a call from BOUVIER depending what we say (in-house monitoring heard everything).

Electronic monitoring in real time was/is the golden tool – I know you the reader already knows this but when you live it for an extended period of time (years) and the agenda is to destroy, it’s quite the life experience – caged human animals. May you never live this.

Apparently, Mark the future multi-millionaire had enemies – powerful people and since throughout 2018, we believed the Knights Templar were monitoring us, protecting GUERTIN, threatening our lives, we automatically assumed they were the ones after SMITH and tied to GUERTIN, the so-called generational Templar family.

On 17 SEP 2018, Mark agreed wholeheartedly to be monitored every which way possible (CSIS Protection) – Although I told him several times we were monitored in-house, online and satellite feed on the property since 2016, he dismissed me but when BOUVIER (CSIS) offered in-house view (Infrared) and all the other monitoring technologies, which were already in place, Mark was elated and relieved –> CSIS would watch over him 24/7 and me –> total loss of privacy – now if only they could have read our minds – see our thoughts & emotions, hm . . .

17 September 2018 – IN-HOUSE SURVEILLANCE of BODY MOVEMENTS | 6 JAN 2023 >> US gov’t can now legally use technology to spy in citizens’ homes, cars

On 19 SEP, BOUVIER told Mark that I was hard to control – in the context of a nasty Intel report on me – It was so disturbing that Mark wanted to leave – It would be the last lure attempt – It failed because by this time he was too vulnerable, weak, crying and defecating on self – The House was his home for the past 9 years – His refuge.

On 20 SEP, I had enough of being profiled as dangerous/suspicious – BOUVIER had replaced GUERTIN, more precisely like the SON – same energy – It felt like the past when “the SON was alive” – At one point, I shouted (something like): “Oh Anton where are you-u? You should call no-ow. . .” (audio in post below).

Mark immediately retorted “don’t you talk against my dead son, I’m calling Bouvier!” – Mark got sick and he didn’t want to leave – too vulnerable. Ironically, the one he feared (me) took care of him for the rest of the evening.

21 SEPTEMBER 2018

THIS IS THE DAY, THEIR STRATEGY / ACTION PLAN CHANGED.

Instead of tricking him to leave, they wanted him to stay at home while BOUVIER (CSIS) claimed he was going to COURT to represent Mark and fight the family for psychological abuse since childhood – Apparently, the family were contesting that he gets his (fake) inheritance.

This was like an answer to a prayer because since 29-30 AUGUST 2018 Mark wanted to have the FAMILY criminally charged for life-long abuse but we didn’t know where to go – all venues were blocked (refer to August 2018 – Digest of Events).

Also, BOUVIER (CSIS) announced that while COURT was ongoing, MARK had to wait at home before getting medical attention. In my mind, it didn’t make sense –> If CSIS is protecting this guy how come he can’t go to the hospital?

I was dismissed.

MARK SIDED WITH BOUVIER – HIS NEW HANDLER WHO HE TRUSTED 100% RIGHT TO HIS GRAVE.

Instead of attempt to seize him, or terminate me then seize him, they came up with a way to use COURT to, and here folks, I can only conclude because I haven’t investigated fully what EXACTLY they did in COURT. I know the family Theresa LAVERGNE (Mark’s mother) and Jean-Louis LAVERGNE (Son of Old Man Lavergne) did go to COURT, perhaps also PERIARD (not sure).

How do I know they went to COURT? Because PERIARD’s SON Anthony Bedard-Trepanier confirmed it on 20 JANUARY 2019.

What I believe they divorced SMITH out of the FAMILY. In the process, they profiled me in COURT as a dangerous person – Everything to show cause for “divorcing” him, disowning him from the FAMILY. They would have profiled him as a dangerous individual with severe mental illness, a scammer, undesirable controlled by me, the abuser.

21 September 2018 – Mark in Bad Shape – The Psychopaths led to his Health Descent – New Strategy in Motion – CSIS-LED – GUERTIN faded in the background

I know they profiled me in COURT on 19 OCTOBER 2018.

By legally dissociating from Mark SMITH, whatever was riding over his head that was locked into the LAVERGNE Estate would then released – no more ties to the undesirable Mark SMITH. Then once released, the asset(s) can then be transferred to GUERTIN.

Everyone gets paid.

If what I wrote above is what went down then it means they didn’t have to kill him anymore.

On 10 DEC 2018, someone (outer family circle) wanted to talk to me . . . I would have found out some truths “unraveling a few threads” – But the monitoring team found out (my fault) and alerted the GUERTIN.

The next day, they made SMITH believe he had terminal cancer and had to be transferred to a palliative centre. BOOM! He had been hospitalized since 29 NOV 2018 and out of the blue suddenly he’s told he has terminal phase cancer. Bullshit. But Mark believed in the words of doctors as if they were gods. I had no say. Doctors avoided me.

On day 2 of being there, he wanted to leave – As he wrestled the nurse, he shouted for me to take him out of there “Take me out of here i’m not dying #$%$&”. He knew that nurse was overdosing him – I had to free her from him – After I left, they comatosed him and he died 3 days later.

Keep in mind, this case is PRE-Covid. Thank goodness because if it had been during the heights of COVID, it would have been the ideal mis-diagnosis to isolate him and then claim he died of it. By isolating him, I would not have been able to get a bio-sample few hours before he died – no one would believe me that they staged his death.

ON 21 SEPTEMBER 2018, we were hoodwinked to believe CSIS was going to bat for us, protecting and representing Mark SMITH in COURT for life-long family abuse.

When they (CSIS) came in as Saviors in September 2018, they made it seem they were protecting Mark (and me) from Templar (Freemasons) who were the force behind the GUERTIN and now SMITH had to deal with the family who were against him getting his (fake) inheritance.

FROM THIS POINT FORWARD, I didn’t record much. Everything was monitored, recording secretly was no longer secret – It would be perceived as bad suspicious behavior.

WHY RECORD IF CSIS IS PROTECTING HIM?
