When BOUVIER (CSIS) came in with the aerial calvary and claims that Mark was under the protection of CSIS, Mark wholeheartedly agreed to be fully monitored by CSIS.

What a farce . . . We were already monitored, in-house voice-outs, online comms, satellite feed on the property but Mark didn’t believe me whenever I mentioned it.  Little did he know, that I communicated with the psychopaths via SKYPE, in-house voice-outs – Without that capability (especially Internet), I wouldn’t have been able to change the course – They kept that a well guarded secret from him . . .

. . . BUT NOW IT INCLUDED >> infrared body movements in the house.   Think about this >> any movement you do in the house is seen – no privacy.

MARK  with relief said something like >> “Oh thank you Mr. BOUVIER, thank you CSIS . . . .  aren’t they great babe?”  – After he died (16 DEC 2018), for several years, they continued to monitor me.

How interesting that globally people are now awaken to that threat.  Trust me . . . I’ve lived it and in my case, they wanted to kill me – monitoring is the golden tool “the must have”.

As I used to say often: “we were the human-animals in the proverbial dungeon (observed at all time)” – tracked, surveilled, leveraging our activities to advance the kill / grab agenda.

SO WHAT LED TO THIS on 20 September 2018?

For past few days, BOUVIER (CSIS) had dished out very bad intel against me – Mark wanted to leave.  If I remember correctly, I was threatened to be arrested again.

But I started to notice the same deceptive behavioral patterns (BOUVIER and the SON) – Energetically felt like the SON – a déjà vu.

In the recording below, I said “. . . Oh, Anton where are yo-ou, you should call now“ and Mark replied “Don’t you talk about my dead son” . . . . “I’m calling Luke Bouvier!” 

In the audio (link below), you will notice that I had no remorse  – Yes I sounded erratic . . . Wouldn’t you?  after fending off / counteracting psychopaths since mid-October 2017  who were trying to kill me / make me disappear and for almost a complete year on 20 September 2018.

The degenerate “SON” (and his mother) humiliated me, coerced for sex perversions, provoked/tweaked to get me killed days in days out,  repeatedly demanded that I kill myself as if him and his ugly mother were entitled, most likely promised by New Partners (CSIS) since 2016. Malice. No conscience.

On 2 November 2019, I didn’t know yet that the family was in on it since 1979 and even more so since 1992 (psychiatric re-arrangement of Mark SMITH for the GUERTIN agenda).  This would be uncovered on 19 NOV 2019 – it wasn’t in my consciousness until I uncovered it  >> 19 November 2019 – Investigation opens up >> Realization FAMILY not Blackmailed in 2017-18 But In Conspiracy Since 1979 – In 1992 Full Participation in Psychiatric Legal Enslavement to Serve GUERTIN Agenda

On 14 MAY 2020, I uncovered NEW PARTNERS (CSIS) were the real DIRECTORS of the operation – the Strategist aka “Master-Handlers” who took over for GUERTIN full of promises on how they would terminate me and no one would have to get involved . . . . they were opting for suicide.  It backfired.

They took over in 2016 >> 14 MAY 2020 – Discovery Directorship of Operation was New Partners (CSIS) – GUERTIN fed second-hand monitoring Intel – Extension arms of Strategist like Programmed Demonic Puppets

But on 20 SEP 2018, since they heard everything, they must have thought I suspected they had faked his death.  I didn’t – I picked up on the same behavioral pattern – Two different people at forefront but directed by the same Strategist.

On 21 SEP 2018, BOUVIER (CSIS) announced he would represent Mark in COURT for family abuse.  BOUVIER Mark’s ultimate savior.

Key here is the (fake) INHERITANCE >>  It  was dangled like a golden carrot since Fall 2012 brandished by the FAMILY – full of stories.  In 2016, Michelle GUERTIN made belief she was handling his case for the release of the inheritance.

They don’t exactly lie. . . it wasn’t an inheritance but rather something under his name (without his knowledge) that was most likely locked in the Lavergne Estate.

In Fall 2023, I saw an episode from the series “The Mentalist”,  and the perps kept a guy in the hospital (sick on purpose) in coma state so that they could use his identity for money laundering and conduct illegal operations.

I suspect there was something like that running over Mark’s identity but it was locked in the LAVERGNE Estate and when old Mrs. Lavergne passed away in July 2012, they needed  to contain Mark SMITH.  I was the obstacle.  If they had seized him, they would have use the psychiatric system and eventual death.  No comebacks because the FAMILY was in on it.

Given the degree of malice, evil and relentlessness, I strongly believe whatever was running under Mark SMITH’s identity was most likely crimes against humanity.  KEEP IN MIND, the GUERTIN ran in human trafficking and pedophilia circles JUST LIKE old man LAVERGNE.  A sort of Dark Web  before the Internet existed.

In Fall 2018, they went to COURT and instead of presenting the abuse case in Mark’s favor, they did the reverse.  I will venture, they dissociated Mark from the FAMILY in the process they smeared me.  And whatever was running / locked under LAVERGNE Estate was released and transferred to GUERTIN . . . and a cut for New Partners (CSIS) of course.

It must be very lucrative considering the time, effort and cost to get it done.  Too bad they wasted so much time attempting to terminate me as means to isolate SMITH and grab him.  New Partners (CSIS) was responsible for the delay. I was their pudding whereas Mark was GUERTIN’s prize.

Because of their obsession with terminating me, they went down the dirty rabbit hole.  Obsessed in doing a crime of passion (Fall 2017 to April 2018) . . . then by Summer 2018 up until 20 SEP 2018 >> safe houses, make him leave, I’m a threat to his life, get me arrested via setups high likely to do an organized suicide in a jail cell.  Then 21 SEP 2018 >> COURT >> the new tactic. No longer need to grab him – do the COURT thing-y and get rid of him (organized medical crime – GUERTIN signature)

By 21 SEPTEMBER 2018, BOUVIER (CSIS) dished out the next hurdle for the release of the (fake) inheritance . . .

This is about the time they STOPPED trying to get him to leave using various scare tactics such as safe houses, going into hiding, making him afraid of me, threats of arresting me.

BOUVIER (CSIS) >> “Mark, your family is contesting your inheritance.” 

MARK >> “oh Mr. BOUVIER go get them . . . Abused since childhood” 

BOUVIER (CSIS) >> “hahaha ok Mark don’t worry, they don’t have a leg to stand on but you can’t go to the hospital until the Court case is over – you will win! hahaha . . . Meanwhile, we’ll continue to keep on eye on Champagne, a suspicious character. we don’t trust her, be careful ok Mark”
