After mid-September 2018, BOUVIER from CSIS came in with the aerial calvary claiming that CSIS was protecting us – He came in as the SAVIOR.  When I questioned too much, he would call to give false assurance and at the same time we would experience, a black helicopter over the house . . . like this >> 20180916-[T011.05-01.37s]-OVERHOUSE-FLYOVER-TOO-MUCH-QUESTIONING-TALKING-ABOUT-CURRENT-SITUATION.mp3 and this is what it looked like when outside, CLICK HERE (.mp4).

Keep in mind, since 30 AUGUST 2018, we wanted to press criminal charges against the GUERTIN and FAMILY.  A few days later, they faked Michelle GUERTIN’s death.  The SON faked suicide on 2 JULY 2018.

By mid-September 2018, we believed the GUERTIN were dead.  So the charges of abuse would be against the FAMILY.  It was to include the 2007 pending file from Treatment Centre and what had transpired during 2018 which included recordings.  We knew since 3 MAY 2018, the FAMILY was in conspiracy with GUERTIN.

On 21 September 2018, BOUVIER announced that he would represent Mark in court for the life-long abuse caused by the FAMILY.  We believed him.

Mark was so relieved he had a NEW SAVIOR.  Anything BOUVIER (CSIS) said was considered the word of god.  Mark agreed to be monitored from all aspects >> ONLINE, SATELLITE FEED on the property and now it would include INFRARED for movements in the house.  Little did he realize or rather want to accept that we were already monitored since 2016.  The new addition was the infrared in-house view >> 16 September 2018 – IN-HOUSE SURVEILLANCE of BODY MOVEMENTS | 6 JAN 2023 >> US gov’t can now legally use technology to spy in citizens’ homes, cars

In my mind, I couldn’t understand why BOUVIER (CSIS) made Mark think he couldn’t go to a hospital – After mid-September 2018, MARK NEEDED MEDICAL ATTENTION – In our minds, hospital were now safe because the GUERTIN were dead – wow.

SO WHY WAIT?

BOUVIER (CSIS) trivialized it by stating not to worry  (now think about this, they are sitting back e-monitoring hearing the suffering and they don’t give a shit – in fact, they are highly reveling about it – what kind humans are they?  psychopaths from hell . . . sorry I digressed).

BOUVIER (CSIS) emphasized that once the COURT case was over, Mark would be rich and get special treatment in a U.S. private hospital that the normal folks, like you and I are not privy to receive “hahaha”  yes-s that bothered me at the time.  Don’t get me started on the fact that some humans think they are above others (Eugenics 101).

I remember telling BOUVIER (CSIS) >> “yes but he will need a passport and he has a criminal record (1983 & 23 April 2018)”. To which BOUVIER (CSIS) replied >> “Don’t worry, we have a letter from the Prime Minister Justin Trudeau that will give special permission to go to the United States – after all, Mark will be a multi-millionaire once his inheritance is released but just after he has won his case in COURT against the family . . . won’t be long”.

30 OCTOBER 2018

This was the 8th anniversary of the death of Carmen Chenier, the grand-mother who the FAMILY and GUERTIN feared.  She died on 30 OCTOBER 2010.  They feared her because she blackmailed the FAMILY to confess to the abuse they had done to Mark SMITH (childhood up until 2007 provoking suicide).

For past week of 30 October 2018, I had been pressuring BOUVIER (CSIS) to let MARK SEE the video statement done with police on 23 APRIL 2018.  Yes, the statement they forged / replaced in COURT on 9 MAY 2018 (major attempt to black-ball me as means to have SMITH turn against me and run to GUERTIN – grab attempt failed).

DURING PAST WEEK, I PRESSURED BOUVIER (CSIS) TO SHOW MARK THE REAL STATEMENT that was done on 23 APRIL 2018.

. . . AND NOW MARK WANTED TO SEE IT and was now pressuring BOUVIER (CSIS).

In early afternoon of 30 October 2018, I ran errands . . . at this point, Mark was mostly bedridden. I took care of him 24/7 . . . waiting for COURT to end as per advice of BOUVIER (CSIS).

BOUVIER (CSIS) of course ignored Mark’s request to see the VIDEO Statement (23 APRIL 2018).

Later that evening, I was so discouraged to see MARK going down and BOUVIER (CSIS) making him wait. . . . it was illogical.

THERE IS NOTHING WORSE THAT SEEING SOMEONE GOING DOWN AND  BEING POWERLESS TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT.

MARK TRUSTED BOUVIER (CSIS) OVER ME.

Keep in mind that at the time, I trusted that we were not being hoodwinked.  I had a bad feeling but I kept pushing it aside rationalizing >> IT’S CSIS, IT’S LAW ENFORCEMENT!  If it wasn’t for the flyovers of black helicopters then I would have been more doubtful.  CSIS would not be on their side, they are criminals, come on now . . . . right?  Right?

Now folks I haven’t listen to this audio since 2019 – I don’t want to listen to it again.  It gets me upset, still today, KNOWING that they electronically monitored, heard it and just sat back and mocked.  In fact, most likely rooting for the demise of this guy.  What kind of human does that?  BOUVIER (CSIS) has more air time (consecutive days) than the GUERTIN at forefront.  This piece of shit had no qualms gauging the decline of another human being.

Nothing personal it’s only a job, right BOUVIER?  This monster has more than 110 consecutive days at forefront – no problems destroying another human via gas-lighting, false sense of security, etc.

And that’s where we stood on 30 OCTOBER 2018.

Then on 31 OCTOBER 2018, I asked BOUVIER (CSIS) if he wanted to see my handwritten log entry for the stalking (day before), he was amused, said YES.

Then I asked him if he wanted to see another document about about stalking.  Amused, jovial BOUVIER said yes.

After seeing the document, he would tell me to NEVER again send him anything like that document again.  The document was the narration of the PLAN A Lure to make me disappear on 12 October 2017.  BOUVIER scolded me for sending it over the internet . . . He was no longer amused, how about that.

In my mind, wouldn’t CSIS want to see this?  what a farce considering they were part of the criminal agenda and used a CSIS guy to do the job on 12 OCTOBER 2017 – how do I know?  because I re-encountered this guy on 18 April 2018 and he was wearing a jacket with a CSIS logo on upper sleeve.
