SUMMARY

Since the botched kidnap on 1 APRIL 2018, the SON was distrusted.  He couldn’t call anymore.  Michelle GUERTIN couldn’t call since 3 March 2018. They were screwed.

On 18 APRIL 2018, only fake private investigator, Terrence LEPAGE was still trusted. The SON was ushered back in Mark’s trust.

How?  LEPAGE announced on 23 APRIL 2018 he would have the final report from investigation he started 13 FEBRUARY 2018 . . .

“THE SON WAS NOT THE THREAT TO HIS LIFE, HE WAS JUST A WEAK MAN. HIS MOTHER WAS BEHIND IT ALL.  SHE CONTROLLED HIS PURSE STRINGS.  HE WAS HARMLESS.”

That’s how the SON was re-introduced.

Later that day, I went to town and stopped for gas.  I encountered the individual who tried to lure me on 12 OCTOBER 2017 (Plan A: My Removal) – He had a CSIS logo on his left arm upper sleeve.  He tried to hide his face but it was too late – He was sitting in a car waiting for his (CSIS) colleague.

Next day (19th), his mother announced that two CSIS agents came to her house to do a bug sweep.  How interesting that they felt they had to justify why they were in town – That was a stupid move.  It would have been better not to say a word because they showed association with the Family and the GUERTIN.

ABOUT TERRENCE LEPAGE, New Partners (CSIS) shill.

I strongly suspect Terrence LEPAGE character was Luke BOUVIER (CSIS).  Why would I think this?  –> After mid-September 2018, BOUVIER boasted being good at doing voices with accents.

Terrence LEPAGE had a slight British accent which Mark trusted because of his great grand-father who was British and protected him until “papa” died – Mark was 12 at the time – Character LEPAGE kept calls short and sweet.

BOUVIER told us that he had been the one who had impersonated the Bell IT Supervisor in May 2018.  The BELL guy had an Indian accent (India).

ABOUT 13 FEBRUARY 2018 . . . 

Terrence LEPAGE was ushered in Mark’s life on 13 FEBRUARY 2018.  That was the day after midnight when I had uploaded in SKYPE, two incriminating recordings, I told them I had more, that I knew they monitored, to please stop & thank you.

• 10-15 February 2018 – “Reliable Source” Program – Gang Leaders & CSIS Intel > Lyn Champagne Dangerous to Mark, Son & Michelle Guertin – Triggered Gangster Personality | 13 FEB – Recordings Stopped Gangster & Reliable source becomes LEPAGE

LEPAGE was brought in for damage control.

They gave the illusion of stopping but on 16 February, I uncovered they were planning to set me up as means to forcefully remove me from home.  A crime setup (frame).

Why had I uploaded recordings and messaged them?  –> To counteract / change the game –> Since 10 FEBRUARY, I ran high risk of being killed (knives, machete, sword) and perhaps a suicide would ensue (crime of passion)  – If he didn’t kill himself, they still had him (murder first degree) and I was out – Job done.

23 APRIL 2018 – Terrence LEPAGE announced that his investigation started on 13 FEB 2018 was finished.  I was officially the threat to his life.

ON 23 APRIL 2018, they successfully triggered pure hatred for me.  I knew that in next few days I ran high risk of being killed so I called 911. 

At the police station, I gave a VIDEO statement, a No-Contact Order was set and Mark went to stay at his sister/mother’s house “the viper’s nest”.

SINCE FALL 2017 and MORE SO in JANUARY 2018, the goal was to eliminate me as the means to isolate him and get him to run to his SAVIORS  >> Michelle GUERTIN and the SON with his sister Nicole PERIARD as family point of contact.  Since Fall 2017, I counteracted them.  And here we were four months later. They had lost capability from 2-18 APRIL 2018 to influence him – in fact they couldn’t call anymore. GUERTIN unable to do the job by themselves.

By 18 APRIL 2018, New Partners who used CSIS assisted / opened the door to bring back the SON in trust.

MUST HAVE THE SON BACK IN OUR LIVES – if not they would have had to find a way to kidnap him but I was always there as his body guard – never left the home without me after their failed kidnapping on 1 April 2018.

On 23 April 2018, I had to call 911 or else in the next few days, Mark would have done the inevitable “killed me or injured me sufficiently to get me in an ambulance “ride to hell into their hands”.  These people were/are highly influential in the medical world and were able to direct ambulances, 911 calls, medical transfers, etc.  anything to do with the medical world.

If he didn’t bash me in or kill me, they had convinced him I had brainwashed him to “hate his SON” – he was ready to have me charged with psychological abuse.

The GUERTIN “owned” him since 1979 – the family sold him – Mark was clueless he was tricked to believe he had impregnated Michelle Guertin who was already pregnant – they trapped the boy (13 year old) by making him think he was to be a father – the son was born in early December 1979.   The real father of the child as well as Michelle Guertin’s father were in the conspiracy.  Interestingly, Mark was slotted to be sold at birth (1965) but was rescued by his great grandfather – click here for the beginning.  The 1965 and 1979 Sale involved Senior Mr. Lavergne – he was the point of contact for the sale finalization in 1979.

IN 1992, Michelle GUERTIN and her SON including NICOLE PERIARD (Mark’s sister) broke his life and he had to be institutionalized in a mental hospital.  The SON was 12-13 years old at the time and knew Mark wasn’t his father.

By 1992, the SON  participated in breaking Mark, a man he once thought was his real father.

In 1992, Mark  saw them as his saviors unknowing they had caused the life problems in the first place.  This is how they acquired Power of Attorney and legal custodianship (Nicole).  That was the pure enslavement key – that secured ownership and directly tied to the future Lavergne Estate.

BACKGROUND EVENTS that led to 18 APRIL 2018

From 2 to 18 April 2018, the GUERTIN had lost trust key – as the month progressed, further and further was the SON able to call and influence.  By 10 April 2018, he stopped calling – Last attempt was Louis GUERTIN trying to sucker in the kid back in Mark’s life.  It failed.

In fact, on 12 April 2018, LOUIS called to retract what he tried to use on 10 April 2018 to gain sympathy – it was a stupid move because now he sounded like a liar . . . wait a minute . . . he was.

On 18 APRIL 2018, I had a chance encounter with the individual who tried to lure me to a vehicle on 12 October 2017 – He was wearing a CSIS jacket (logo) – That was an unexpected encounter – not what they wanted.  It was synchronicity “thank you”.

Through investigation 2020-21, I’ve concluded they came to town that day to strategize what to do to get back in the game.  THEY NEEDED THE SON TRUST BOND to be RE-ESTABLISHED – new strategy started the SAME day (18 April 2018).

18 APRIL 2018

The SON had lost total trust key since first week of April 2018 – He regained full trust on 18 APRIL because the trusted source >> Terrence Lepage vouched for the SON.  Make the KID perceived as a weak man under the psychopathic influence of his evil mother Michelle GUERTIN.  Mark felt sorry for the BOY and let him back in his life.

Terrence Lepage was actually part of the CSIS rogue team (discovered through investigation 2020-21).  On 13 February 2018, at recommendation of Michelle GUERTIN, he was hired as a Private Investigator to look into who was doing trouble in Mark’s life.  It is quite the story for period 10-15 February 2018.

That’s when I told them I recorded and knew they monitored.  That’s when they blamed innocent people of wanting to kill me (told them I knew and they changed tactics.  They came up with this new Private Invesgator story to cover their asses) – click here for full details for that period.

On 19 April 2018 . . .

First call that morning was Theresa Lavergne (Mark’s mother) . . .

She told us one hell of a story . . . . Two CSIS agents showed up unexpectedly at her house the day before (the day I encountered two CSIS agents), claiming they were there to do a BUG sweep. <– where they trying to give me the perception they were in town on the 18th in order to do bug sweeps?

It does not work because the family did not live in Rockland, Ontario anymore – they were expulsed from the community on 31 July 2014.

Here’s what she told us >> The two CSIS agents walked around with devices.  She told us a cook-a-ninny story that sounded like a cartoon episode of Go-Go-Gadget or a scene from the movie Ghostbusters.  The CSIS agents confirmed they were NOT TAPPED BY CSIS but did not know who  ->> “all an act to dissociate themselves – make it seem the family is innocent – clueless to the agenda at hand – reason I encountered two CSIS agents the same day”. **

**Interestingly, we knew since winter 2017 that NICOLE and THERESA’s phone landlines were tapped by CSIS – Throughout Winter/Spring 2017, Theresa openly told everyone who called that their phone line was bugged by CSIS because NICOLE was under investigation <– the period when they gas-lit NICOLE using the content of this 13 July 2014 email.

By late Spring 2017, she blamed me for all her legal problems with CSIS – Michelle GUERTIN came to her rescue as legal counsel “CSIS bad guy – GUERTIN – good guy” – By early summer 2017, she was on-board that the SON be re-introduced in MARK’S Life – she hated me and willingly agreed I be used as “KILL BAIT” to get Mark.

AFTER MARK’S MOTHER CALLED . . .  Second call was TERRENCE LEPAGE

He assured Mark that his son was harmless — The poor boy was just confused under the influence of his narcissistic mother.  Help me daddy, i’m sorry.

On 18 APRIL 2018 shortly after hanging up with LEPAGE – as if on  CUE, the SON called and instead of Dad it was now Dad-dy using whiny baby talk.

Mark believed Lepage >> “my son is not a danger – the grab attempt on 1 April 2018 was his mother’s fault”.  The son was back in our lives.  Poor boy manipulated by his mother “Mitch”.

The father-son trust bond was re-established “KEY” -> FATHER WILL LISTEN TO A TRUSTED SON <– It needed to be regained in order for the son to have MARK side with him as he would portray me as the threat agent/psychological abuser  – it would then support the OFFICIAL REPORT (23 April 2018) – validation.

Since 13 February 2018, LEPAGE was on the job investigating who was creating problems in Mark’s affairs “what a farce, I could not criticize mother and SON GUERTIN”  –  And although, it took a while to get the job done, the final OFFICIAL Intelligence report would be delivered on Monday 23 April 2018.

It would confirm who were the people or the person  after Mark since mid-February 2018 (reliable source program) – the definitive report “imaginary threat” >> me, the one who had been protecting him since 27 February 2018.

By 20 APRIL 2018, the SON convinced MARK I had brainwashed him for the past few weeks (2-18 April 2018).  I HAD KEPT HIM AWAY FROM HIS SON .  . . HAD MADE HIM BELIEVE HIS SON WAS A THREAT.

In reality, the SON trust had been broken because Mark had realized on 1 April 2018 that the son had conspired to have him kidnapped (LURE PROGRAM) <– that was forgotten.  Mark believed Terrence Lepage >>  MICHELLE GUERTIN was blamed for coercing the SON to go ahead with the LURE “kidnapping” operation . . . not his fault – out of his control.

I WAS BLAMED FOR MAKING HIM DISTRUST HIS PRECIOUS SON – BLAMED FOR SUCCEEDING IN MAKING HIM THINK I HAD TRICKED HIM TO THINK HE HAD FIGURED IT OUT ON HIS OWN <– psy warfare specialist skillset.

AND NOW AT THE ADVICE OF HIS SON, MARK WANTED TO HAVE ME “ARRESTED AND CHARGED” WITH MENTALLY ABUSING HIM . . . HE HAD FIGURED IT (wow) – Had I been arrested, the FAMILY and GUERTIN would have supported his claim.  The family would have smeared me wit lies and bullshit  “poor poor Mark – evil Champagne”.

I BELIEVE MY INCARCERATION JUST ONE DAY WOULD BE SUFFICIENT AS THE MEANS TO DO AN ORGANIZED SUICIDE OPERATION OR TRANSFER ME TO ANOTHER COMPOUND TO SEXUALLY TORTURE AND KILL. 

Three attempts were done to have me arrested on false charges:  16-23 February 2018, 20-23 April 2018 and 19-20 August 2018.  Although the charges would not have stuck, it was only the means to take me away in order to eliminate me – they would have used the Suicide excuse.  Case closed.  No one would question it.

IF MARK WAS TO AWAKEN, IT WOULD BE TOO LATE.  “She killed herself in her jail cell – SHE DIED TOO LATE MARK”.

HE WOULD BE PUTTY IN THEIR HANDS – GRAB HIM,  RENEW POWER OF ATTORNEY ‘get what they need from him”, then dispose of him as he would be falling apart – easy to get rid of.

BY 21 APRIL 2018, MARK was on their SIDE . . . For the past two weeks,  I had psychologically twisted him to despise his SON . . .

Anyone who criticized his son was at risk  I was in serious danger – I had succeeded to convince him the SON was dangerous “demonic like his mother”   When in fact, Mark had realized it on his own for the past two weeks.**

**In 1992, with his fiancee the SON created bad tension . . . In early February 2018, Mark was appalled/still shocked as he recounted how Tanya (fiancee) had called the SON “your f&cking son” something like:  “Hey Mark . . . Tell her . . . your f#cking son, she should have called him Damien!” <– The name of the little kid in the movie The Omen – the anti-Christ.

At the time, the SON was 12-13 years old and willing to destroy a man who he once thought was his real father.  IN 1992, the kid was in conspiracy with his mother and Nicole Periard – all in the name of securing medical POWER OF ATTORNEY and LEGAL CUSTODIANSHIP.

MARK WAS CONVINCED I HAD BRAINWASHED HIM AND PURPOSELY KEPT HIM AWAY FROM EVERYONE  . . ESPECIALLY HIS SON.

On 20-21 April 2018, the SON was back in full bloom in our lives.  AGAIN, just like in Fall 2017, the SON was pressuring that we have sex. In 2017, the SON pressured under guise of being a doctor, pushing night after night for ANAL SEX <– using smooth voice of a sociopath.

On 20-21 April 2018, at one point I shouted:  “Hey Anton, so the abuser should have sex with the abused?!!”.  Perverted demonic troll-boy.

WOW . . . they were back in our lives and NOW THEY WERE FULL BLOOM “not going to fail this time kind of attitude”  after all they had been at it since January 2018 – I had counteracted them over and over again.

On 22 April 2018, at wake up, I told Mark I would refresh my LATIN.  I boasted out loud how I used to speak Latin as a young child, in fact, my aunt Noella, a nun was very impressed that a 5-6 year old should know LATIN without having been taught . . . I went on and on about it.

By afternoon, I told them I would write them a LATIN poem – they eavesdropped as I went online and researched Exorcism ritual texts – I monologued that the poem would be laced with exorcism passages . . . just for them -> fucking demonic creatures.

 By mid-evening, I had written the exorcism latin poem.  I spent the rest of the evening into 23 April 2018 1-2 AM reciting LATIN verses.  Oh, believe me, they heard  it all.

Did Mark find it unusual?  Of course not . . . he understood that when someone is refreshing/learning a new language, one must recite out loud.  He was clueless that I was reciting exorcism passages. Chuckles.  It didn’t affect him.

I stopped around 1-2am on 23 APRIL 2018 and went to bed.

BY 23 APRIL 2018, TERRENCE LEPAGE the Private Investigator called to report that I was the mastermind who was out to terminate/trap MARK once his inheritance was settled.  It confirmed what they had told him 10-13 FEBRUARY 2018.

IT WAS ME ALL ALONG!!!!

23 APRIL 2018 – early evening – Terrence Lepage called to dish out the “OFFICIAL REPORT”

I was formerly blamed for MARK”S troubles – The official intelligence report confirmed I was waiting for his share – That I had a network of people on stand-by.  Once his share was finalized,  I would trap him including his SON and his mother.  In addition, LEPAGE confirmed that I was into online sex / had a live porn site.

He called me a “Goddess” 

Mark was shocked and fuming rage  shouted:  “You think you’re a Goddess! @(##%@“.

I ran to the bathroom and started to upload recordings to a WhatApps group comprised of three military police.  Unfortunately, I did not lock the bathroom door and he barged in.

I looked guilty as I tried to upload recordings to the Whatapps group.  He tried to grab my phone – pulled and pushed but was unsuccessful – I forcefully pushed him aside, he almost fell in the iron bathtub which would have been dangerous for him – how ironic it would have been to have me arrested for assault.

I am able to defend myself – I’m quick, nible and fluid like water – I will instinctively retaliate if cornered and I did.  I pushed him forcefully he fell back and I ran away.  The reason I freaked is because of the open HATRED on his FACE >> DANGEROUS >> and threat to break my neck like a twig >> SAME PERSONALITY AS ON 22 JANUARY 2018 “The Strangler Killer”.

With phone in hand, I ran to the forest and called 911 BECAUSE they had achieved to have him reach homicidal rage – What they had been seeking since early January 2018 <– so confident they would have had the job completed within a week or two – here we were four months later.

While on call with the 911 operator, we could hear two men in the background waiting for me to say his name.  Once I did, they acknowledged one another yeah ok yeah bye and got off the line.  My heart sank.

911 not even safe.  We were caged in human-animals – monitored from all aspects.  Nowhere safe to seek shelter – genuine safety – Nowhere.  Trapped animals.

BUT CALLING 911 saved my life – Because in the coming days, he would have done the inevitable >> kill me / render me unconscious which would have meant being terminated in the ambulance or hospital

OR

So enraged that he would have gotten me arrested and charged with mentally abusing him – – the FAMILY AND GUERTIN WOULD HAVE SUBSTANTIATED THE CLAIM.

I WOULD NO LONGER BE A PROBLEM – PERMANENTLY CLOSED OFF.  MARK WOULD BE TOTALLY IN THEIR HANDS – AT THEIR MERCY.

Although Mark was charged with Assault, he did not assault me.  However, I knew that the game had moved up to a dangerous level.  I believe that in the next few days, they would have succeeded in getting him to gravely assault me or kill me.

I went to the police station and gave a video statement of events.  That video statement was not presented in court.  Instead, they wrote a statement of horrific information and presented it in court on 9 May 2018 – The Crown Attorney was in conspiracy.  His name is Raphael Feldstein (L’Original, Ontario).  Before they barred me from Court premises, he did everything in his power to avoid meeting me. He agreed to go along with it.

They had the AUDACITY to use the one-pager the constable and I signed to state that the VIDEO statement was the truth.  They FORGED and FALSIFIED my police statement (the Court Administrator Sylvie Labonté and the Constable Mark Leblanc would confirm this under oath).

You see, they thought I would never discover what they did (falsification).  They barred me from Court premises – they thought I left.  But I waited over 4 hours for Mark at the end of the highway.  I HELD a copy of the false statement in my hands – I saw it and I saw the one-pager that the constable and I signed – they attached it on top of the forgery.  The next day, I spoke with the Court Administrator and the truth came out.

Here’s the irony . . . just before the statement started I told the constable how impressive it was that he spent 9-12 minutes explaining how important it was to tell the truth – – – I was amazed at that procedure and here’s what I told him >> Many here need to learn how to tell the truth – many here (on this planet) need truth bracelets (truth collars).  I find it prophetic considering they falsified the statement and these demonic people are “crass” in high positions “hoity-toity psychopaths” – ugly and repulsive out of their human sleeves – stench is horrible.

It was very difficult to seem convincing trying to explain what Michelle and Anton GUERTIN had been doing for the past months.  I sounded like an abused person trying to cover an abuser.

The constable kept trying with different questions to pierce as if I was covering.  I kept saying “people are the cause” I even mentioned (LOUIS GUERTIN and his Templar (Freemason) threats)  – I mentioned sporadic phone calls – Tweaking – Misinformation.  I did say I had recordings – they created the conflicts via misinformation.

A no-contact order was issued until his first court appearance (9 May 2018) ->>  For the next two weeks he would be living with his sister/mother <– in the viper’s nest.

While living there, two GRAB attempts failed – in addition he was getting sicker than he was at home – poison is suspected (NICOLE PERIARD signature).  Without notice, I took him out of there on 29 APRIL 2018  and brought him home to safety.  I breached the no-contact order in order to protect his life.

• 26 April 2018 – They panicked – Led to kidnaps, poison failed & last resort >> falsifying my police statement – I NAMED THEM ALL – HE SHOULD BE ALIVE TODAY – They made Local Law an accessory to premeditated murder

• 28 APRIL 2018 – Physician in conspiracy with GUERTIN & NICOLE PERIARD – Trap for a new GRAB Attempt Operation – Then 30 APRIL 2018 – Another Attempt Using COURT – Both Failed

• They did not want him to appear in COURT (9 May 2018).  My video statement including the recording material were incriminating.  They had illegal access to my video statement and also access to anything I uploaded to Google Drive.  They tried a total of four kidnap attempts from 26 April to 7 May 2018.

  I convinced him to plea not guilty – I named them – I will be there in Court – I had a flash drive in hand ready for Crown Attorney.

  The false handwritten statement was planned at the last minute.  I was barred from Court Premises, ordered to leave.  The constable was absent.  The forged statement was so awful that he was facing 5 years in jail.

  The reason why the constable called it an assault is that I had a small nick on the side of my cheek.  The nick may have been caused by the zipper of his sleeve jacket “as we struggled trying to grab my phone before I pushed and ran” – But the nick on the cheek was very likely from a branch in the forest – I ran to the forest in the pines on the north side of the property.

IN MAY 2018

We discovered on 3 MAY 2018 that the family was in conspiracy with GUERTIN all along.  Mark was devastated and went in suicide mode – it took several hours to snap him out of it.

The shock knowing his mother was in conspiracy, brought him to his knees.  He had a seizure.  We have over 3 hours of recordings and pulled out over 25 clips from these date-stamp audios:

• 3 MAY 2018 – Day we knew they were conspiring together – All hell broke loose – Suicide Program – over 25 audio clips included

• 3 MAY 2018 – Seizure on the ground – I started screaming “LEAVE HIM ALONE” a guttural voice (captured on audio rec included) says: “FUCK YOU YOURSELF”
