Four days after Mark was killed . . .

HOSTILE STALKING (20 December)

I was in Orleans, Ontario at a Metro Grocery Store – This individual followed me throughout the store, kept eyeing me with hostility – From one aisle to the next without a cart, nothing in his hands mostly kept them in his pockets.

When we got to the meat section, I had enough, so I turned around, stared at him, took my smartphone and took snapshots – Oh please yes look directly in the camera pal, I don’t care.  Strike a pose.  He walked towards me and I went click click.

He stopped within 3 ft stared at me with hostility (2 seconds – it’s long), I stared back.  No one spoke. He then turned around and left. 

 

 

 

 

 

I noticed his hands in his front pockets.  I was looking for any unusual bulge (gun, knife, syringe for a jab and grab.)

If Mark SMITH was dead, why was I being stalked?

My thinking at time:

1/ The FAMILY had lost in COURT and they had local gangsters stalking me.  (Wrong assumption.)

REALITY?  He was most likely working for New Partners (CSIS).

2/ Why was BOUVIER (CSIS) not contacting me?

• I was clueless New Partners (CSIS) were the driving force behind the SMITH Operation since 2015.  I had  cognitive dissonance to think that CSIS people would ever be in conspiracy with the GUERTIN.  Was I ever wrong.

  On 6 FEBRUARY 2019, I was shocked when the CSIS operator (phone) immediately with sarcasm said:  “By-Y-ye” then hung up after I said my name.

3/ Were they still after me because of the recordings and other material or they hadn’t been able to terminate me?
I kept track of what they had done – it’s all on this website.

4/ In my mind >> “But the GUERTIN are dead, right?”
(They were not dead, they faked it >> discovery on 20 JAN 2019).

By 20 December 2018, I was tired. 

Since October 2017 they had been IN MY FACE (out of the shadow) –> It became life threatening (in my face forefront)  by 6-7 January 2018.

By 22 JANUARY, I knew they wanted to kill me.  After Mark SMITH was laser shot, sickness was triggered.  Laser shot caused health decline.

FEBRUARY 2018 was very dangerous to be killed.

By 27 FEBRUARY 2018, I realized they not only wanted me dead they also wanted Mark SMITH.  He was the primary prize.

For Mark SMITH, I would say his starting day (Ground zero sickness trigger) is 22 JANUARY 2018.  Next day was the start of seizures and rapid health decline as they hammered viciously at us.

Their Golden Tool?

• Since 2016, full blown electronic surveillance  –> in-house conversations, online (all communications), satellite feed on property, gps tracker,  infrared red in-house highly suspected since mid-September 2018.

We were the human-animals in the dungeon observed 24/7  – Don’t want to comply?  You will be punished for your defiance.  Now die stupid animal. 

Although we were only TWO targeted HUMAN BEINGS, it was/is still a CRIME AGAINST HUMANITY. 

They showed experience – organized – we were not the first ones.

They reminded me of Ian GARVEY in the (Netflix) series “The Blacklist”. Garvey is the main antagonist of season 5  –> He is number 13 on the Blacklist.

GARVEY was a corrupt and high ranking US Marshal who used his position to conceal his involvement in a powerful drug cartel – Who used government resources to find people, to surveil, set them up, oppress, enslave or kill when required.

• Electronic monitoring in-house was key to gauge when to call and ignite shock via gaslighting.  Then hang up, listen to chaos and call back to enhance it.  Mark SMITH would have up to 11 seizures which affected his overall health.

FEBRUARY 2019 – Digest of Events – Shocking discovery about CSIS. Learning I was a non-investigative subject (in databases).  Since they failed at terminating me, they marked me.

Can’t kill her, then smear her.
