PART 2 – APRIL-JULY 2018 – Chronological Trail of Chaos

19 – 23 April 2018 – TERRENCE LEPAGE (Rogue CSIS) – OFFICIAL REPORT & TRUSTED REGAINED FATHER-SON TRUST BOND needed to SMEAR ME before REPORT of 23 April 2018

23 April 2018 – I called 911, it was intercepted we could hear two men in the background waiting for me to say Mark’s name when the operator asked – my heart sank – 911 is a central point of entry – fully monitored.

23 APRIL 2018 – CALLED 911 -OPP VIDEO Statement – I NAMED them – 9 MAY COURT replaced with FALSE WRITTEN STATEMENT – delivered to Court by CSIS Rep

I did a police video statement “I NAMED THEM” – returned home – it was quiet – I sat still on the sofa for 2 hours listening to silence.  A no contact order was mandated until court date 9 May 2018 – Meanwhile, Mark would live at his sister/mother’s house – in the viper’s nest.

On 24 April 2018 – Alone at home,  I set up an operation centre and started to go through the recordings I’d secretly taped since 22 January 2018 – I began the task of listening to each one of them and started to create a List of Recordings (recording name, description, date) – it took me 29 days to complete the list of recording compilation for period Jan to Apr 2018 >> List of Recordings – version 22 May 2018.

26 APRIL 2018

IN early morning hours (before bedtime), I published the first two pages of the new list of recordings – here they are: 20180202.0208-extract-22may2018.pdf   – Since they monitored, they read them.

Now they knew I was organized, had recorded and annotated and I was compiling a list of recordings – chronological trail of chaos events.

I BELIEVE BY DOING SO IT CHANGED THE COURSE OF ACTION >> From this point forward up until Court day (9 may) they would try to GRAB HIM (kidnap) several times >> On the 26, 28, 30 April &  7 May 2018.

Don’t let him see COURT -> hospitalize him, she would use her medical POWER OF ATTORNEY and I would be blamed for his demise “like she guaranteed I would pay/loose everything I owned and loved”.

By mid-day on 26th, 1ST GRAB ATTEMPT >> Guertin mother and son tried to grab him at the Shopping Centre in Orleans, Ontario – His sister gave the signal to his location.  I believe the fact they discovered I was organized (recordings) made them change course of action.

26 April 2018 – They panicked – Led to kidnaps, poison failed & last resort >> falsifying my police statement – I NAMED THEM ALL – He would most likely would be alive today – if the truth had come out.

26 April 2018 – GUERTIN Kidnap Attempt – MARK Testimony to Events (rec AUDIO included)

The kidnapping failed because his uncle Marc stopped them.  The man was sitting at the kitchen table when Mark left for the shopping centre – His uncle most likely overheard Nicole call Michelle and give the signal to Mark’s location.

The moment they realized I had recorded and I was putting a list together, the plan changed – NOW it was to make sure he never sees court (9 May 2018).   (don’t let him see court – institutionalize – she had Power of Attorney)

 

SO WHAT HAPPENED?

 I published what Guertin did from 2-9 February 2018, the first two pages of the newly created list of recordings. 20180202.0208-extract-22may2018.pdf

That might have sent them in a bind  – it might have made it difficult and risky to try to criminally charge me for abuse.

They saw the 2 pages.  Next day, Guertin tries to grab him at shopping centre- Nicole gave the signal   AND IT FAILED.

I BELIEVE they used the same routine used in 1992 . . .

in 1992, when they “rescued” him from his fiancee which they drove to homicidal rage, Mark went to live with Nicole.  Shortly after, he was admitted to the Royal mental health hospital.  I highly suspect Nicole might have fed him measured doses of poison to make him think he was going out of his mind, getting sick and on the brink of suicide. 

AFTER THE FAILED GRAB ATTEMPT on 26th, they played out the same routine to get him to agree to see a physician (organized with GUERTIN and Nicole Periard).  A simple matter of getting him to a hospital of their choice “their medical lair” – They could potentially turn around and blame me for abuse and poisoning (a feigned surprise discovery during blood tests or perhaps at autopsy – organized and invisibility)

28 APRIL 2018

Since the failed GRAB attempt, his health took a bad hit (WITHIN TWO DAYS sharp decline)- We suspected poison while at his sister/mother’s house.  Daily measured doses – it is one of his sister’s signature (tainting food and drinks) – extensive knowledge of pharmacopeia.  She energetically reminds me of Mrs. Collins in the Poison Soup scene in the Sixth Sense.

HIS DOTING SISTER got him to go to an urgent care clinic  – It became a grab operation using a physician who tried to convince him he had a blood clot behind the neck – The physician insisted he be urgently transported by ambulance to the hospital – the nice physician insisted – Mark refused and called me although the No-Contact Order until 9 May.

NICOLE PERIARD COORDINATED WITH GUERTIN to FIND A PHYSICIAN THAT WOULD BE CONSPIRACY.

28 APRIL 2018 – Physician in conspiracy with GUERTIN & NICOLE PERIARD – Trap for a new GRAB Attempt Operation – Then 30 APRIL 2018 – Another Attempt Using COURT – Both Failed

There was never a blood clot behind his skull as announced alarmingly by the physician on 28 April 2018.  It was suppose to scare him sufficiently to agree to get in an ambulance at the persistence / feigning caring by the physician.  Mark found him overly caring and so nice (he mentions it in an audio).

29 APRIL 2018

I TOOK HIM OUT OF HIS SISTER/MOTHER’S HOUSE – I breached the No-Contact Court Order – it was life or death, I couldn’t let him stay there – I had a very strong premonition he was going to die if he stayed here – he was getting worse (poison suspected).**

30 APRIL 2018

His mother announced the court was mandating he be institutionalized – a court order to finally grab him – – – we were done.  Game over.

But were we really?  I had the recordings . . .

2 MAY 2018 – I gave them an ultimatum and recorded it – read on

3 MAY 2018 – Day we knew they were conspiring together – All hell broke loose – Suicide Program – over 25 audio clips included

(audio included) > > 3 MAY 2018 – Seizure on the ground – I started screaming “LEAVE HIM ALONE” a guttural voice (captured on audio rec included) says: “FUCK YOU YOURSELF”

The GUERTIN and the Family were together – that was quite traumatic – on 3 May 2018, they all lost trust ship -> Family and Guertin.  IT SENT MARK ON A SUICIDE SPIN – TOOK FOUR HOURS TO SNAP OUT OF IT.

The next day we were stalked at the Bank.  Photos included.

4 May 2018 – Dangerous/Dubious Encounter “DE” at Scotiabank – photos included

I protected Mark as much as I could – On 7th may, I dropped him off at the Giant Tiger – As I drove away, I decided to turn around and survey the store (from outside parking) until he came out.  I crashed a kidnap operation.  I never had the opportunity to tell Mark about it – he would have freaked out – he was too weak and vulnerable to deal with it.

9 MAY 2018 – COURT DAY

I was told to leave the premises (court waiting room) or else I would be arrested – very brutal about it. I waited for Mark at the end of the highway (3-4 hours).

9 MAY 2018 – COURT DAY – Failed Kidnappings, Poison, Court Order Hospital – Last resort they falsified my statement – I NAMED THEM in VIDEO STATEMENT – they replaced with false written statement – throws me out of court house (verifiable information) – facial composites herein

10 MAY 2018

I called the Court Administrator – she assured me that my video statement was not destroyed.  There is nothing she could do but she stated she had my back.  I believe the court administrator and the constable  would attest to the fact they forged my statement by replacing it with a false written statement.

22 MAY 2018

NOW I WAS READY TO SHOW MARK  – SO WE COULD PRESS CHARGES TOGETHER.  THEY WERE RESPONSIBLE – The recordings substantiated / supported my video testimony given 23 April 2018.

BY 16 JUNE 2018

A few days earlier, I sat Mark down and made him read the List of Recordings.  He agreed to press charges on the GUERTIN for what they did – and he believed me that my statement had been falsified (9 May ’18) – the written statement was so horrific that he faced 5 years in jail.

On board – press charges.

By 22 June 2018, they came up with a new tactic to cancel us from going ahead and pressing charges.

It worked

By 22 June 2018, law enforcement visited to announce the Guertin duo had been arrested and deported to France – “get rid of the recordings – not necessary because they’ve been arrested”

22 June 2018 > > Mark didn’t want to press charges anymore – he believed it.  I didn’t.

22 JUNE 2018 – INTERPOL visits – GUERTIN duo arrested – Told to get rid of recordings & told I’m no longer monitored (false)

I did not delete the recordings.  Instead I worked non-stop starting to focus on specific pockets of time such as this one > 24-27 February 2018 Full Force Kill Program.

On 4 July 2018, Louis GUERTIN announced the SON committed suicide out of remorse – He cut his throat in the bathtub in a cheap motel in Paris.  I was blamed for triggering his suicide because of the things I uploaded – I had not deleted the recording material.

“My son killed himself because of what you wrote on the computer.  Get rid of the recordings like Interpol told you to do!.”

Although we believed his SON had committed suicide, I still didn’t delete the recordings.  Death is not a cure for innocence – still guilty and accountable and his mother MICHELLE GUERTIN was still alive.
