QUICK RECAP – OCTOBER 2018

Court was in progress.  Enthusiastically, BOUVIER (CSIS) dished out positive daily Court updates.  In our minds, it validated that Mark was winning.

On few occasions, some family members called saying nasty things which, in our minds, validated that BOUVIER (CSIS)  was fighting in Court for Mark and hitting them hard . . . The Court would rule in Mark’s favor – It was a sure dunk.

• Nicole PERIARD’s son Anthony, on 20 January 2019, confirmed they had been in Court during Fall 2018 but claimed not knowing why.  I didn’t want to press it and have him totally clam up on me.  My next question was if he knew good old jovial Mr. BOUVIER to which her son immediately said he did and right after admitting knowing BOUVIER, he assumed a body posture and like a grown-up said:  “After all we don’t know if it was his SON, a DNA test was never done.”

  PERIARD’s son is autistic and he literally imitated the ONE he saw and heard say it.  The question if he knew BOUVIER (CSIS), triggered the last statement.  He most likely heard it from BOUVIER.  I believe this perp became PERIARD’s handler after they had tweaked her in compliance in 2017.  He remained her point of contact.

  Her SON also slipped up by admitting that both Michelle and her SON Anton GUERTIN were NOT DEAD.  Keep in mind both faked their deaths after we threatened to press criminal charges (the SON on 2 July 2018 and Michelle GUERTIN on 4 September 2018).

On 19 October 2018, I was apparently profiled in Court.  BOUVIER (CSIS) claimed I had passed with “flying colors”.  They did the inversion.  Soon after,  4-5 black helicopters passed on the south side of the house westbound and one directly above our heads.  That helicopter violently tilted on opposite side when I raised my hand to salute it  – Instinctively, pilot tried to shield himself (obvious).  He high likely thought I was pulling out a weapon.  In February 2019, OPP told me I was entered in criminal databases – A non-investigative subject.

• I don’t have a criminal record, no affiliation to organized crime or association with dubious people – I don’t drink, do drugs or pharmaceuticals.  A tax-paying Canadian citizen with good credit.  I used to have above top secret clearance, worked in critical governmental agencies (IM/IT SEC). I have no scary skeletons in the closet.

By 30 OCTOBER 2018,  Mark SMITH wanted to view the VIDEO police statement I’d given on 23 APRIL 2018.  The statement they had replaced on 9 MAY 2018 with a false written statement of horror – total inversion.  Later that day, I went for errands and was surveilled/stalked.

I asked BOUVIER (CSIS) if he wanted to read my detailed account of that stalking.  He did.  Then later, I asked if he wanted to see another detailed account of another stalking?  He said yes.

I sent him detailed account of stalking of 12 OCTOBER 2017.  He freaked.

1 NOVEMBER 2018

I sent him the stalking details for stalking of 12 OCTOBER 2017 –> When I was hunted down in a store.  I sent him detailed account how the stalking went down.  The individual tried every way to make contact with me.  I kept evading him – when he lost me in the store, he hunted me down. 

• The purpose of this stalking/encounter was PLAN A my removal – they were really confident it would have worked.  By this time, the SON had fostered sufficient trust with Mark.  If I had disappeared, SMITH falling to pieces, would have run immediately to the SON.  Job Done in October 2017.

  Interestingly after the failed attempt (12 OCT 2017), a few days later, the SON became nasty – instigating / gaslighting Mark with the notion that the way for me to prove I wasn’t after his (fake) inheritance would be by having sex.  The SON dished out perversions such as anal sex as mean to prove my loyalty.  Fuck you it wasn’t going to happen.  It’s quite the story and how I stopped it.

One hour after sending it (just raw handwritten notes taken later in evening of 12 OCT 2017 – not the post above), BOUVIER (CSIS) called, seemingly upset.  He asked that I never send him account details of stalking incidents.  He was stern about it.  It felt as if I was being scolded, I had done something wrong.

His reaction puzzled for a long time.  Why would CSIS not want to know about the stalking on 12 OCTOBER 2017?  Why is that?

• What I didn’t tell him at the time is that the individual who hunted me down was re-encountered on 18 APRIL 2018.  This guy was wearing a jacket with a CSIS logo on upper sleeve.

• Also, I didn’t show him the facial composite.  I send him the raw account that I’d written up later in evening of stalking day. Fresh.

Incident of 30 Oct 2018 didn’t bother but 12 OCTOBER 2017 sure did. 

I call 12 OCTOBER 2017 incident –> PLAN A:My Removal.  I strongly suspect he was to lure me to his vehicle which had illegal dark windows (black) – Strongly suspect there was people in there to effect a 3-second organized abduction, he was the driver – Planning/prepping for this removal started in mid-July 2017 (refer to post >> July – October 2017 – Digest of Events).

They had Mark distracted outside for at least 20-25 minutes.  But when he finally joined me, the hunter eyes like saucer stopped in his track – We made eye contact.  Then the tables turned around –> I pursued him with Mark trailing behind me.  The individual’s reaction was very unusual (disturbing).  The hunter at the cash with his little bottle of tomato juice stood there stationary facing a wall (the cashier was gone)  and when I spoke to the teller, the hunter jerked at each of my syl-la-bles, what did I shout out?

VI    SONS    POUR   L’ EF   FI  CA  TY!” (Let’s aim for efficiency) – The perp was back to me (15 ft away) was facing a wall, stationary as if frozen in place and jerked at each syllables while I was fixated on his qoph (back of neck).  It’s in the post below.

When he unfroze, he turned his head and stared at Mark (who for some reason couldn’t see this guy)  I saw Mark deflate as if lifeforce was being sucked out of him or something was being inserted in him?

Then the perp ran (trotted) to his vehicle and I followed, keeping pace with Mark trailing behind with the grocery, clueless.  His vehicle looked like a Dodge Ram or Hummer with black tinted windows – I sensed there were people in the vehicle.

It was a Thursday.

BOUVIER (CSIS) announced that COURT was finished and Mark SMITH had won his case!  We were so happy.

So what’s next?  When do we meet?

Poor Mr. BOUVIER announced he was very sick (influenza), that the FAMILY had contaminated the COURT room – everyone was sick because of them.  So out of compassion, Mark agreed to wait on following week to wrap up everything.

Next week came along and BOUVIER claimed to not be better . . . My stance was –> why doesn’t someone else in his office take over for him?

BOUVIER announced that his wife gave him a flu shot . . . excuse me but that didn’t make sense, no point being injected with a flu shot while you are in full bloom influenza . . . but hey! BOUVIER claimed his wife was a doctor.  Shhh!  it’s a doctor.  Mark SMITH believed in the words of any doctor as word of gods whereas I did not / do not.

Then as the week progressed into the next week, BOUVIER claimed not being better and that his wife the doctor gave him a second flu shot . . . wow . . . ok something is wrong here.  But Mark bought it hook, line and sinker. . . . shut up Lyn his wife is a doctor.  Right.

Last contact with BOUVIER (CSIS) was on 23 NOVEMBER 2018.

• 5 NOV 2024 >> 8-23 November 2018 – BOUVIER (CSIS) Announced Mark Won His Case & Stopped Contact – Mark Waiting For Signal To Get Medical Attention

SINCE SEPTEMBER 2018, MARK SMITH WAS WAITING ON BOUVIER FOR SIGNAL TO GET MEDICAL ASSISTANCE.

23 NOVEMBER 2018 – LATE EVENING

23 November 2018 – This face superimposed onto Mark’s face as he lay in his bed – It happened twice – It was very clear. 

It didn’t know I could see it because I didn’t react but I sure made it a point to observe it so that I could do a facial composite.

Demonic ugly human creature didn’t know I could see it.  Wow.

Instead of reacting, I let it talk as I witnessed the facial superimposition.

First thing that came to mind was 3 MAY 2018  >> the guttural voice that responded to me with “fuck you, yourself” – Another thing that came to mind was  “how often have I had sex with it”.

I even pondered on the possibility that the perp on 12 OCT 2017 had transferred this entity into Mark when he stood motionless at the cash and then suddenly intensely stared at Mark.  When he did, I saw Mark deflate – Life force manipulation of sort?  I should have shouted:  “MARK! HEY MARK!”  to break the hold or transfer.

I also pondered / explored the idea that MAYBE the only way OUT for this creature was >>  you need the human host Mark SMITH to die.  Maybe that’s why Mark was getting sicker as time progressed, even more so after September 2018.

Keep in mind, that sickness started after he was laser shot on 22 JAN 2018.  Could the laser shot have also transferred this demonic entity into SMITH?  I’ve pondered about this but I truly sensed that this demonic entity entered in October 2017.

Then in full bloom after the staged managed dream on 9 NOVEMBER 2017 – It persistently wanted to re-enact the staged dream’s scene of having sex on an altar – Wanted me to assume the role of the reptilian female. It was so intense (he was feverish), that I had to remove from sight a few decorative dragon masks I had on display.

The psychological spell lasted for over two months.  I never gave in no matter how much he begged.  I stayed away.  Interestingly,  the high priest pharaoh in the staged dream who was sexually engaged with the reptilian female who had my facial features, he fit the description of the perp who hunted me down on 12 OCT 2017 right down to the ear ring loops.

I know how this sounds but it happened.

• November – December 2017 – Digest of Events

Again, they thought I would have fallen for it . . . you know, sexually engage – foster a lover relationship so that when JANUARY 2018 came along they could then shock him for deep betrayal and effect the crime of passion they so wanted to execute (my death, his suicide).  The obsession to do a crime of passion ran through January, February and 19-23 APRIL 2018.  It was New Partners (CSIS)’s obsession.

26 NOVEMBER 2018

Since 23 NOVEMBER 2018, we hadn’t heard from BOUVIER (CSIS).  Mark was confident that all was fine . . . still waiting on BOUVIER (CSIS) for the OK to go to the hospital.

I did a test and texted BOUVIER using Mark’s smartphone.  Usually, he responded within 20-30 minutes.  He never responded.

29 NOVEMBER 2018

Enough was enough.  I by-passed BOUVIER and MARK and I called 911 for an ambulance.

In my mind, if both GUERTIN were dead, then hospitals were safe.  In reality, they had both faked their deaths. 

• On 20 JANUARY 2019, I would discover they were alive and well.  Nicole PERIARD’s son who they sent to blanket a sense of innocence, well . . . he talked too much.

• Since 27 FEBRUARY 2018, we both knew that going to hospitals were traps. A few days later (3 MARCH 2018), Michelle GUERTIN called shouting she was going to have him forcefully removed and institutionalized . . . There you go, the demon-hag told us exactly what we had figured out on 27th.

• Mark’s biggest fear was to wake up strapped to a bed at her mercy (voiced on 3 March 2018).

While on the phone with her, I got the impression he’d been through this before – 30 minutes later he had a seizure.  The SON also gas-lit him to believe he was psychologically unfit.

Back to 29 November 2018 . . .

So I called for an ambulance.

As the two paramedics were about to transfer Mark into the ambulance, a grey helicopter arrived and hovered above the North side tree tops – Mark saw it and immediately showed relief stating that BOUVIER knew he was going to the hospital, all was OK “phew”.

The older paramedic noticed and immediately passed a look like a cartoon villain clearly showing he was in league with them.

Now at the time, I became alarmed because that was the same helicopter I had seen on 6 APRIL 2018 soon after I had ceremoniously named Michelle GUERTIN the Heartless One as my substitute – My stance was “if I was slotted to be killed, she would die in my place”. 

I made a big thing out of it using Enochian magick and writings, then right after I did, a black raven fell in the fireplace (video in post below) I told them it was acknowledgement from the Ancient Ones that the ceremonial rite had worked – It was sealed – I made sure they knew and sure enough, soon after the grey helicopter flew by.

Next day, apparently Michelle GUERTIN was freaking out.  LOUIS GUERTIN called threatening me and my children – Threatened to send the Templars to deal with me.  Remember Louis?  I do.

Louis GUERTIN outraged shouted “Do you know who I am?”  hahaha oh dude, there are so many comebacks to what I think you are . . . not who you are but WHAT you are.

• 6-9 April 2018 – Used Superstitions Against Them >> Enoch Language Seal Michelle Guertin as My Substitute & Identified as the One Laughing at Mark Dead | Led to Louis Guertin threatened my children – Boasting “Do you know who I am?” Yes, you are a Satanic Oppressor

I THOUGHT THE HELICOPTER WAS TIED TO GUERTIN – In APRIL 2018, we had no notion that New Partners (CSIS) was on-board – we were clueless.

And here was Mark all happy and relieved to see it?  And the older paramedic showed evil?  My heart sank.

GUERTIN WERE DEAD RIGHT?
STOP BEING PARANOID.

At the hospital, they immediately took his vitals and rolled in the X-RAY machine to x-ray his chest.

And there it was . . . the marking left by the laser shot on 22 JANUARY 2018.  Clear, crisp, for all to see.

THIS BECAME THE WHITE ELEPHANT IN THE ROOM THAT NO ONE WANTED TO ACKNOWLEDGE.  

The laser shot started seizures and progressive health decline which they leveraged by gaslighting, shocking – sitting back via electronic monitoring, gauging when to call back (time between calls varied from 5 minutes to 40 minutes) increase stress, misery, shock after shock . . . reveling in his sickness.

Mark was admitted to Montfort Hospital, Ottawa, Ontario.  Within a few days, he had recuperated.  I visited every afternoon (1 to 4-5pm).

12 DAYS LATER . . .

10 DECEMBER 2018 – the turning point

When I arrived for my daily visit, a lady related to the FAMILY on Theresa’s side tried to make contact.  Unfortunately, I scared her away.  She was very nervous and in retrospect, wanted to speak to me.  In my mind –> if family had lost in COURT why would anyone from that family want to speak to me.

I freaked her out and she left.

In early evening, I wrote about it online to warn BOUVIER (CSIS) that family wanted to speak to me.

THAT WAS A BIG MISTAKE.  How naive of me to believe that CSIS was safe.  While he was in the hospital, I continued to have black helicopters fly over the house.  Meanwhile, my neighbor across the street, thought his farm was under surveillance –>> cannabis harvest season.

11 DECEMBER 2018

When I arrived at the hospital, Mark announced that the doctor told him he had stage 4 cancer and it was better he be transferred to a palliative centre.

Now folks, he’d been there for 12 days, no cancer medication, no cancer diagnosis then suddenly >> you are dying Mr. Smith.  Bullshit.

• I strongly believe that BOUVIER (New Partners CSIS), warned the GUERTIN who then launched the premeditated start to his death – Get SMITH to believe he MUST go to the palliative centre, that’s where they will finish him off – none the wiser.  The FAMILY will never contest as they are in conspiracy.

Mark SMITH shut me out completely.  Made it impossible for me to question, consult the doctors.  It was a done deal.

Next day on 12 DECEMBER 2018 he was at the palliative centre.  How odd to see someone walking about, in good shape, settling in and having believed he was dying . . .  He trusted doctors like GODS whereas I didn’t / don’t and for very good reasons.

13 DECEMBER 2018 – DAY 2 – PALLIATIVE CENTRE

On this day, he was agitated.  The (killing) nurse came in the room with a big smile and a syringe in hand. The moment she tried to shoot him up, he grabbed her wrist, the syringe flew in the air and landed on his lap.  He shook her “OH NO YOU DON’T YOU FVCKING CVNT! !@$**#*$&”  then he turned to me while still holding her wrist and shouted “TAKE ME OUT OF HERE . . . I’M NOT DYING . . . FVCK TAKE ME OUT OF HERE NOW!”

The (killing) nurse had this fvcking smile on her face, as he shook her, she reminded me of those bobbing head dolls you put on your car’s dashboard.  It was disturbing to see her in action.  I would recognize her today (5’1-2″, hair cut similar to video below, ash blond (dyes her hair), 47-53 years old (2018), plump, blue eyes, body type: apple shaped not pear shaped).

As he had a tight grip (wrist) and shaking her violently, her expression and head bobbing reminded me of this few seconds video.  I thought she was high on something but I think as a killing nurse who was/is in her element/her killing territory, she knew that he couldn’t escape his fate . . . providing I didn’t extract him from there.

I SHOULD HAVE TAKEN HIM OUT OF THERE THAT DAY.  BY LEAVING HIM THERE, HIS FEAR OF BEING TRAPPED IN A HOSPITAL AT THE MERCY OF GUERTIN CAME TRUE.

I WILL VENTURE HE EXPERIENCED DEEP ABANDONMENT WHEN I LEFT THAT DAY.
I SHOULD HAVE TAKEN HIM OUT OF THERE.  THAT WAS THE LAST TIME WE SPOKE.  HE WAS ANGRY AT ME.

By next day, he was comatosed “unwakable” and on a ventilator . . . wow . . . what happened overnight?

THEY WOULD HAVE RUSHED TO SHUT HIM DOWN . . . BECAUSE I HAD THE REPUTATION OF EXTRACTING HIM FROM DANGEROUS PLACES – HOSPITAL OR NOT DID NOT FAZE ME – I AM NOT BLINDED BY PEOPLE WHO CLAIM TO BE DOCTORS (SINCE CHILDHOOD). 

SO THEY SHUT HIM DOWN BEFORE I COULD MAKE THE DECISION TO REMOVE HIM.

KILLING NURSE ADMINISTERED A HEAVY DOSE of MORPHINE based medication. 

THE JOURNEY TO EUTHANASIA.

15 DECEMBER 2018

In full bloom coma on a ventilator.  Doctor announced there was no point keeping him on a ventilator so it was removed.

Then suddenly, I had the urge to cut 6 inches of his hair.  As if pushed to do it.  If that bio-sample was forensically analyzed, I will strongly venture it would not show cancer.  I also have another bio-sample taken 24 JANUARY 2018, two days after the laser shot (22 JAN).

Six inches of hair (pony tail) equals to 15 months of forensic analysis which starts in Fall 2017.  The bio-sample of 24 January 2018 is a marker in time.

In early morning hours of 16 DECEMBER 2018, he was dead.

GUERTIN DO ORGANIZED MEDICAL CRIMES.  THIS WAS ONE OF THEIR MASTERPIECE.

NEW PARTNERS (CSIS) DIDN’T KILL HIM, THEY AIDED AND ABETTED AS WELL AS THE FAMILY, PRIMARY CONTACT >> NICOLE PERIARD.

THERE’S MORE TO THE STORY, FULL DETAIL >> 13-16 December 2018 – Panicked He Wanted Out, They Shut Him Down – Organized Killing Nurse Willing – He Was Dead Three Days Later

I will venture that the killing nurse might,  at one point, have been caught euthanizing patients on her own volition.  But instead of reporting her to police, they kept her onboard for special cases meant for termination such as Mark SMITH.  She’s the killer doing their bidding.

Here’s episode 1 (Dexter: Original Sin)  the video below has been set to start when they encounter a killing nurse and how she operates.  It sure reminded me of Mark SMITH’s situation.  She keeps trophies of her victims, a scrap book with their obituaries or perhaps mementos the victim might have left in their room . . .

. . . like Mark SMITH did BECAUSE I NEVER RETURNED to pick up anything  including an electronic display screen that showed photos (like a little screen saver) . . . that would be worth keeping for a serial killer.

Interestingly, they never called me to come and pick up his stuff – I get the sense the killing nurse might have some thing(s) that belonged to him in her house including thing(s) from her other kills.

Worth the watch (20 minutes). 

Imagine how she (Bruyere Palliative Centre) must have felt –> A serial killer in a candy store with carte blanche who has gotten the approval of people in power in the medical system – – – – now imagine during the COVID frenzy.  Whoo-wee . . . kill them, blame it on COVID, the palliative centre gets a bonus for each death declared as COVID and will not investigate.  Wonderful.  A serial killer in a candy store . . . she must have been in her glory.

I wonder if she keeps trophies?  I bet she does.

Open your eyes.  Mark SMITH was not her first nor her last.  She was gladly following orders for people like GUERTIN – also not their first kill.

Killing right under our noses.

THIS CASE MIGHT BE THE FIRST TIME THIS KILLING NURSE AND GUERTIN ARE BEING EXPOSED for what they do.

20 DECEMBER 2018

24 DECEMBER 2018

On Christmas Eve, midnight, I sat alone on the sofa and out loud said:  “Merry Christmas”.

Within 2 minutes or less, a black helicopter passed very low above the house (walls vibrating, dogs barking).

Perhaps it was to continue to support the illusion that they were protecting us, well me actually as Mark was dead since 16 DECEMBER 2018.

The CSIS protection illusion bubble via black helicopters was busted in mid-February 2019.  They were not protecting us, they were surveilling us and not in a good way “not friendly”.
