PERIOD OCTOBER TO DECEMBER was about making Mark wait at home while we thought BOUVIER (CSIS) was representing him in Court for FAMILY ABUSE pending since 2007 including 2018.  We thought both GUERTIN mother and son were dead.  Based on BOUVIER Intelligence reports, Mark had many enemies.  Daily frequent flyovers in line with intelligence report delivered by BOUVIER were for our protection.

Interestingly, on 19 OCTOBER 2018, apparently I was being PROFILED in COURT – I wondered why I was not asked to be there . . . but trusted BOUVIER.  As I would say often . . .

“if it wasn’t for those flyovers, I wouldn’t believe you BOUVIER”

on that day, around 4-4:30pm, BOUVIER called to say I had passed with FLYING COLORS <– nothing negative about me “no criminal record nor dubious associations”.  THEN A bevy of helicopters passed on the south side west bound >> it emotionally conveyed “I HAD PASSED WITH FLYING COLORS”

THEN, a black helicopter passed low over the house – since i had passed the court profile “good character, etc”, I raised my right hand to salute and when I did, THE HELICOPTER IN REFLEX TILTED.

I found that odd – – – “ .  . . the pilot thought I was pulling out a weapon <– that was the first thought that came to mind.

In February 2019, when I discovered the flyovers were not for our protection, I thought of 19 October 2018 . . . “holy shit, that pilot thought I was pulling out a weapon”  . . . .  so try to imagine what horrific misinformation was said about me in order for the pilot and FLYOVERS to occur daily “on demand” by BOUVIER (CSIS)  – I WAS BLACKLISTED.

THE ABOVE PDF file was created on 1 November 2019 – At the time, it was still not in my consciousness that the family was IN on IT since 1979 – nor had I yet delved into period 1992 <– when GUERTIN secured Power of Attorney and appointed medical legal custodianship to Nicole Periard family rep.

On 19 NOVEMBER 2019, I uncovered the family was complicit since early March 1979.  Old man LAVERGNE organized it with GUERTIN – the family (Theresa Mark’s mother and her husband Jean-Paul Lavergne) agreed >> as a means to get the Youth out of their family unit – They likely did not know about the hidden arrangement between old man Lavergne and the GUERTIN – As far as the family was concern, “just get the kid out of our way”.

On 19 November 2019, it was a shocker because it was not in my consciousness “not even a doubt moment” until it was uncovered.   Up to that moment, I thought the family had been coerced / blackmailed to participate.

What made me discover their complicity since 1979?  Events during period 16-27 February 2018 and 3 May 2018 –  And the 1979 photo uploaded to SKYPE on 22 February 2018 <– Throughout the experience, I believe that photo was and remains the most incriminating piece of evidence >> sufficient to provoke the Full Force Kill period 24-27 February 2018.

On 2 JULY 2018, when I published pieces of that time period, Louis GUERTIN announced (on 4 JULY 2018), that the SON had committed suicide on 2 JULY 2018  because of the material I had published on the Internet.

The infant was born on 7 December 1979 –  The boy thought Mark was his father – Mark changed his diapers and more.  Later on, they spent summer weeks together – the boy was 8-9-10 years old.  Then he didn’t see the boy for 2 years.

In 1992, the boy was complicit with his mother and Nicole Periard.  The strategy was to use the boy (12-13 years old) who knew by then that Mark wasn’t his father.  The boy was key “Dad” to break up Mark’s relationship with Tanya.  In 1992, they riled her up to homicidal rage and when it was reached they RESCUE him from her.

Mark moved to his doting young sister Nicole, who he didn’t really know as he had been away from the family while she grew up and was now married.

Once there, she high likely poisoned him in measured doses . . . just like they replayed on 26-28 April 2018 to have him go see a physician who would insist he be rushed to the hospital – The physician announced a fake diagnosis of blood clot behind his skull – ticking bomb “you must go . . . let me call her an ambulance immediately”.

28 APRIL 2018 – Physician in conspiracy with GUERTIN & NICOLE PERIARD – Trap for a new GRAB Attempt Operation – Then 30 APRIL 2018 – Another Attempt Using COURT – Both Failed

In 1992, Mark (27-28 years old) was clueless and thought he was going out of his mind, feeling unwell . . . at their suggestion “you’ve been through trauma Mark” >>  he agreed to be committed to the Royal Mental Hospital in Ottawa.

Since he was clueless to what they had done, he trusted them with his life.  He assigned Michelle Guertin with Power of Attorney and appointed Nicole Periard as his legal custodian (family contact).

The boy participated actively to destroy the man he once thought was his father.

In 2017,  the boy now a man was 37-38 years old.  He again agreed to actively destroy the man he once thought was his father.

The SON made himself complicit and in conspiracy to kill Mark Smith.

. . . During period 2-9 February 2018, Mark told me about period 1992, his unfortunate experience with Tanya . . . . how they rescued him from her after he came back from doing the Music video “Love don’t life here anymore”.

. . .  He was still appalled/shocked when recounting she called his SON “your fucking son”

“. . . . yeah Mark . . . tell her she should have called “your fucking son” . . . Damien”  <– The boy who was the Anti-Christ in the movie “The Omen” was called Damien.
