Part 10 – Why did they want Mark Smith in the first place?

Here’s what I think . . .

They had financial assets running under his name – It was likely something illegal because what’s the purpose of hiding it.

The point of entry was through Mr. Lavergne Senior (organizer for selling him in 1979) – I strongly suspect that some deal was struck greater than just getting paid one lump sum – I believe the GUERTIN ran a financial portfolio in partnership with old man Lavergne and just before the old man died, the GUERTIN secured their holdings by using Mark’s name.

Year 1992 was the point in time when GUERTIN’s secured ownership of Mark Smith then called Mark Trepanier.  From that point forward, they kept him under control.  When they first lost control, they hit him with a metal pipe to render him unconscious as means to a medical entrapment (Guertin).  When that didn’t work they triggered suicide during Christmas 2006.

On 15 January 2007, while on the verge of dying (suicide), a stranger called 911 – didn’t know his name, most likely just his nickname “Poochie” – he bypassed the 911 name alert set up by GUERTIN, the 911 alert (his name) notified his sister Nicole PERIARD.

In 2007, he received ethical treatment and the family had to confess to psychological abuse – His grand-mother held the ace card, “fess up or else I tell the medical professionals about the human trafficking sell in 1979″ >> read this to know more >> 2007 – Family Confess to Abuse After Mark’s Suicide Attempt – Grandmother Chenier Contact Treatment Centre << In addition, this people admitted in my presence what they did (January 2009) – In no position to deny because of that human trafficking blackmail key that his grand-mother held over their heads.

On Christmas Eve 2008, Mark showed up unannounced on their doorstep, thinking they regretted what they had done in the past . . . but it was just an act they performed in 2007 with medical professionals (who had been the mediators pressuring Mark to have them charged.  Now just imagine for a moment if Carmen Chenier Grandmother had told them about 1979 – In 2007, she most likely did not because she thought the GUERTIN were a thing of the past but she held that ace card which if why the family confessed to other horrible abuse incidents.

We met the day before he attended (unannounced) their Christmas Eve gathering.  The universe sure works in mysterious ways.

We started to live together by June 2009.  From that point forward, the family were abusive in our household, attempting to split us up – even involved my former husband  They wanted him alone so that the grab operation for termination could carry out just like it did before his suicide attempt (Christmas 2006).

By mid-July 2014, I had enough of these people so I did something that ultimately kept them away from us, go to section 2014 >> 2009, 2011, 2014, 2015 – FALSE FLAGS & CHAOS by Family with Guertin lurking in background.

By Fall 2015, a new partnership was formed with high powered people who used CSIS agents and mainstream resources from the Intelligence system – I might have been the point of entry for discovery of the GUERTIN agenda >> Primer #1 >> Electronic monitoring for Crime Operational Intel.  Keep in mind, I’ve been targeted for a long time.  When they rediscovered  me, the GUERTIN agenda was most likely seen as the ideal solution to terminate me once and for all. The last kidnap coup against me was while I was in Cuba.  Cuban Secret Service attempted to kidnap me twice – the order came from Canada >> DECEMBER 2004 – CUBA – TWO KIDNAP ATTEMPTS by CUBAN SECRET SERVICE – FAILED – 2nd Try Exposed They Were Following Orders from a Canadian Government Source.

From 2016 to 2018, new partners (CSIS) first choice was to eliminate me as a means to isolate Smith so that GUERTIN could then incapacitate him (they use medical) and subsequently terminate him – The GUERTIN follow a scripted routine using medical protocols and procedures . . . and ultimately that’s what they did in mid-December 2018.  Throughout 2018, they incriminated themselves to the point that both Michelle GUERTIN and her SON faked their deaths.  The Son was killed off (fake suicide) on 2 July 2018 and Michelle GUERTIN on 4 September 2018 >> when  Mark wanted to press criminal charges against her and his family.

In our mind, the SON had committed suicide because I hadn’t deleted the recording material as ordered by INTERPOL + OPP on 22 June 2018 and more. Mark died thinking that man was is real child – He died thinking the SON killed himself because of me.

In July 2012, old Mrs. Lavergne died and the Lavergne Estate came to be.  The Family told Mark he had a large inheritance and they dangled that carrot up to his death.  Old lady Lavergne was bedridden since 2011 and in March 2011, the GUERTIN and FAMILY started preparing for her eventual death. 

Michelle GUERTIN prides herself at being efficient.  Indeed.

Jean-Paul Lavergne (step-father) was clueless GUERTIN were in contact with PERIARD (step-daughter) – It was most likely organized that he should start to be sick – must die before Mrs. Lavergne senior –  On 21 December 2011, I told Jean-Paul they couldn’t wait for him to die – Theresa Lavergne talked too much and I paid attention. 

Also on 21 December 2011, I told Bobby Lavergne, to stop selling ecstasy to young girl as a means to have sex with them – a pedophile.

On 21 December 2011, the family freaked out and called police on me claiming I had been there to beat them up with a baseball bat – Jean-Paul in horror tried to stop them, he was too weak. 

In January 2012, he confided that he knew they wanted him dead, my statement  validated what he already knew.  He died on 6 June 2012, three weeks before the old lady.  The family showed relief that he had died before her,  I was not the only one who noticed.

Also in preparatory for the old lady’s death, Michelle GUERTIN forged a warrant for Mark’s arrest but in the process they planned a false flag so that I would be blamed for it and at the same time would get Marcel Trepanier busted with coke – The goal was to have me outcast – break up – it failed, go to section 2011 >> 2009, 2011, 2014, 2015 – FALSE FLAGS & CHAOS by Family with Guertin lurking in background and also  False Flags 1983 & 2011 GUERTIN Fraudulent Warrant

The GUERTIN MOST LIKELY HAD SOMETHING RIDING UNDER THE LAVERGNE ESTATE USING HIS NAME.

In their quest to eliminate me, it got so bad that on 23 APRIL 2018, I called 911.  While on the line with the 911 operator, we could hear two men in the background.  They were waiting for me to say his name.  When I did, the two men acknowledged  “ok yeah ok bye yeah” and got off the line.  My heart sank.

On 23 April 2018, I gave a video police statement.  When they realized I was organized several kidnap attempts were tried as well as threats of using Court to  institutionalize him  (A GUERTIN special) >> FIVE Kidnap Attempts – 1 April to 7 May 2018 – Photos and audio included

Since 27 February 2018, I protected him with my life – That’s the day we knew they want both of us DEAD.

Since they were unable to kidnap him, the last resort was to falsify my police statement (court administrator at the time was Sylvie Labonté and the officer was Constable Marc Leblanc, OPP).  I TRULY BELIEVE THESE TWO PEOPLE WOULD ATTEST TO THE COURT FORGERY “Falsifying my statement” – they barred me from Court premise in order to pull it off. The Constable may not have been in conspiracy, he found out after the fact.

Mark was facing 5 years in jail.  The perfect grab.  The name of the Crown Attorney who agreed to work in conspiracy is Rafael Feldstein, L’Orignal, Ontario.

What they did not bank on was that I waited over four hours by the highway for him.  I held that false putrid false statement in my hands.  They fabricated evidence and then slapped the one-pager the constable and I had signed to attest my statement was truthful – another forgery – no scruple – for further details go to >> 23 APRIL 2018 – CALLED 911 -OPP VIDEO Statement – I NAMED them – 9 MAY COURT replaced with FALSE WRITTEN STATEMENT – delivered to Court by CSIS Rep

In Fall 2018, while he was at home sick, BOUVIER from CSIS came in like the cavalry – The SAVIOR claiming that the black helicopter flyovers were for his protection.  BOUVIER (CSIS) announced he would represent him in court for the FAMILY ABUSE suffered since children (as per pending charges 2007 – treatment centre) which would include what they did in 2018.

In reality, another court case was in progress.  I strongly suspect they character assassinated Mark Smith in order to cut him off legally from the family.  In the process, they also character assassinated me to substantiate why the FAMILY was divorcing him.

Most likely that legal dissociation was to have whatever was running under the Lavergne Estate released to the family (Jean-Paul Lavergne’s Estate, executrix Theresa Lavergne), to detach it from his name so that the GUERTIN could recover what they had running under his name set up since 1992.

By mid-November 2018, BOUVIER (CSIS) announced that Mark had won his case of family abuse and to WAIT for his signal.  Mark trusted BOUVIER above everyone else.  By 29 November 2018, I made the decision to call for an ambulance, Mark was in dire need of medical assistance.

In our minds, hospitals were now safe because the GUERTIN were dead.  What a farce.

From 29 November to December 10, 2018, Mark was recuperating at Montfort but the moment they realized we were about to discover what they did, the GUERTIN got a physician to work with them and announce Mark was in last stages of cancer.  Since it came from a doctor, there was no way to dissuade Mark that it was a lie.  The next day (12 Dec 2018) he was transferred to Bruyere palliative centre.  On 13 December 2018, he demanded that I take him out of there.  He wrestled the nurse when she tried to inject him with cancer related medication.  Three days later he was dead.

Back to after 1992

From 1993-2007, they tried to keep him under control.  At first, using his sister then it was through an organized marriage.  When he tried to leave, he was hit with metal pipe – he was suppose to fall unconscious – another organized scheme.  Michelle GUERTIN refused to have his wife charged with assault.  Nicole and Michelle chose Cynthia Rosebush to marry him.  A woman with crack cocaine addiction, four children and hepatitis C.

Then in 2006, they lost control and when they did the family triggered suicide.  Someone who didn’t know his name called 911. If his name would have been said, Nicole PERIARD (sister)  would have been alerted then a chain of action would have ensued.

What’s the point of controlling him after 1992?
If they couldn’t control him then he should die?

AND THIS IS WHERE I SAY, MICHELLE GUERTIN DID SOMETHING WHEN SHE HAD THE POWER OF ATTORNEY – IT WOULD HAVE TO BE FOR FINANCIAL GAIN, what else can it be?

Why enslave him and then control him from afar?

Well, if a cash operation, gain of some sort is riding under his name which doesn’t exist “Mark Trepanier”, you don’t need him around now do you – just control him and it seems as if after 1992 it was convenient if he died.

The suicide failed (January 2007) -By 2009, the game was back on but now I was in his life.  The GUERTIN use the legal and medical system to do their crimes – The medical is their ensnarement net for termination – “make it seem natural using the medical system”.

THE START POINT – 1979

They bought him in 1979 – Family got a well garnish envelope in a Christmas card. GUERTIN and Family agree to go along with the story that he had fathered Michelle GUERTIN’s child.

So the youth believed it and now the GUERTIN owned him – but only the GUERTIN see it  as entitlement  – Very likely, the family was just happy that someone was taking him and they got paid for it too.

What can go wrong?

The GUERTIN looked rich, she was studied law, a well educated “generational” family from France, true or not is not the point here but >> Mark did go to France and spent two weeks with the GUERTIN family – vineyards and chateaux

How did GUERTIN and his parents meet and come to agreement?  It was organized by Jean-Paul Lavergne’s father Mr. Lavergne (senior).

A few months earlier, Mr. & Mrs. Lavergne senior welcomed Mark to live with them – after a week avoiding being pedophiled by their 20 year old daughter and the Lavergne’s not stopping her, Mark refused to live with them. 

And now Mr. Lavergne Senior was selling him to the GUERTIN.

a) Did Mr. Lavergne get paid once and they all went on their merry way?
or b) Did they have an on-going financial partnership, vested interests?

From 1979-81, it wasn’t about sex, it was about bonding with the baby “you are the father”.  Then by age 16, she couldn’t control him nor was she in a position to go after him. He was a minor but old enough not to be bothered by his family or GUERTIN.  So he went to live with Marcel Trepanier.

In 1983, he turned 18.  Shortly after, Marcel and Mark got arrested with counterfeit money.  Marcel did time, Mark got weekends.  She was his saving lawyer.  She insisted he moved to Toronto.  He refused.  She lost control.

Why wanting so much to be his handler?
Why wanting to keep control – close to her (Toronto)?
What was the incentive to continue the charade of fatherhood?

In 1982, Marcel and Mark were most likely set up to get caught so that she could come in and “save him”.  What is damning here, is that in 2011 she forged a warrant to have him arrested for missing two approved weekends in 1983 . . . yes-s 28 years later – she forged her own case because there would be no danger for objection or rather suspicion.

Then nine years later, in 1992, GUERTIN and FAMILY were back in his life – predators turned saviors again.  Why do I say back in their lives?  because Mark had not kept contact with GUERTIN nor the SON.  In addition, Mark stayed away from his family.  They had been abusive since childhood – He was hoodwinked by his sister because he had never really known her.  IN 1992, she was in her early twenties.  Last time he had been around her, she was a child.  But she had a relationship with Michelle GUERTIN, to know more, in my opinion  >> 14 SEP 2022 >> GUERTIN / PERIARD – RELATIONSHIP ENTITLEMENT

One has to wonder why 1992?  Maybe Senior Mr. Lavergne was on the verge of dying, updating his will and/or perhaps it was time to protect GUERTIN assets running under Lavergne portfolio. I don’t know.

Why go through all that effort and time to gain legal custody and ownership of his life (POA)?

In 2018, one might think it was a thing of the past . . . however, in March 2018, she shouted she would institutionalize him using the POWER of ATTORNEY she held since 1992 and to reinforce his sister as his legal caretaker.  He freaked out – he never trusted her again. He hated her.

3 March 2018 – After midnight she called in a fury shouting she would use her POA to institutionalize him – They made him sick until 3am

Her actions on 3 March 2018 was a stupid move because they lost possibility of reeling him in using her handler status.

3 March 2018 – Use of Power of Attorney for forced hospitalization – Her own Initiative? or  Peeved with New Partners?  Was she frustrated with Promises & Delays Since January 2018?

The GUERTIN use the legal and medical systems to incapacitate, neutralize and euthanize their victims.  The need to grab Mark Smith was always to institutionalize him.  Then provoke health decline and make his death look natural  . . . dies at the hospital.  The GUERTIN follow a routine.

THAT’S HOW THEY FINISHED HIM OFF IN DECEMBER 2018.  They follow a routine hiding behind medical protocols and procedures.

What did they have running over his head? It high likely ties with the Lavergne Estate.

The man was clueless because they didn’t enslave him with the typical human trafficking/enslavement ways we usually think of.

However, it seems that after 1992, if they couldn’t control him then they wanted to institutionalize him as their way to eventually euthanize him under guise of an imaginary illness.

Why in the hell did they want this guy, why did they want him dead?

On 15 December 2018, a few hours before he died, I cut off a pony tail of his hair (6 inches).  I was careful not to contaminate it and it has been preserved in a safe place >> 6″ strands of hair, click here to see it.
