Nicole ran under many last names: BEDARD, TREPANIER, LAVERGNE, BRADLEY, SMITH, CHENIER, TRETANIER – with various first names – even used the old Mrs. Lavergne’s name: Anita Lavergne.
PERIARD would steal candy from a child. In fact, a child abuser recorded at Child Protective Services (Prescott-Russell, Ontario). I’ve asked: “how come she never gets time for the crimes she does?” Mark shrugged his shoulders.
Interestingly, after mid-September 2018, when BOUVIER (CSIS) came in as SAVIOR, he named all the last names she used – spurted them out no problem – that was from the 13 July 2014 email.
Michelle GUERTIN made Nicole PERIARD her sidekick in the Mark Smith enslavement case.
Perhaps in early 2017, when they were tweaking NICOLE PERIARD . . . perhaps egg was also on Michelle Guertin’s face for protecting PERIARD from prosecutions which in turn could explain why they suddenly stopped abusing us after the 13 JULY 2014 email.
That 13 July 2014 not only incriminated PERIARD but most likely brought GUERTIN out of the shadow as lawyer who pulled strings to save PERIARD.
