WHAT’S the CONNECTION between 1983 and 2011?
She fabricated documents to have a warrant issued for his arrest on 11 March 2011 for two missed jail weekends in a case SHE defended in 1983 . . . 28 years earlier which also involved Marcel Trepanier.
In 2011, she was suppose to come in as the SAVIOR LAWYER but she didn’t because I was suppose to be blamed as well as Marcel Trepanier. Since it failed, she let him do excessive jail time and made herself unreachable.
380(1) Fraud – Section 137 – Misleading Justice – Fabricating Evidence
Criminal Code section 137 – Every one who, with intent to mislead, fabricates anything with intent that it shall be used as evidence in a judicial proceeding, existing or proposed, by any means other than perjury or incitement to perjury is guilty of an indictable offence and liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding fourteen years.

HERE’S THE STORY
In 1979, Mark listened to Michelle GUERTIN “his new family, the older woman, mother of his SON”.
It lasted for 1 1/2 years. She lost control after 1981 when she moved to Toronto.
He went to stay with Marcel Trepanier, the one who, in 1965, was tricked to believe Mark was his biological son.
Mark was a child of incest. He was the son of one of George Charles Smith’s sons<– a family secret – Mark suspected “Uncle Louis Smith” was his real father.
In 2007, Mark discovered >> when he was one day old, George Charles Smith had registered himself as his father in order to protect him from being sold – His young mother (14) was offered $10-15K by local doctor >> Same circle as old Mr. Lavergne who initiated the human trafficking deal with GUERTIN in 1979.
YEAR 1983
By 1983, he had broken emotionally free from Guertin. She regularly pressured him to move to Toronto – He refused – No longer intimidated – He was free (18 years old) – She had lost him.
Meanwhile, he had a good relationship with Marcel Trepanier “real father or not” didn’t matter to Marcel – Marcel was good to him and Michael (biological son).
In 1983, GUERTIN would reel him in by coming in as his Savior – how?
They had to cause a crime setup that would put a wedge between Marcel and Mark. Then, (2) Marcel would be blamed “Bad influence” and (3) she would come in as Savior Lawyer and she did.
They were set up to get caught with counterfeit money – Marcel was blamed and branded as worst father of the year and went to jail. Mark got off with weekends in jail. thanks to his Savior, the mother of his SON, his defending lawyer.
He was grateful – it solidified trust – She demonstrated that he should not have strayed away from her – He needed her – He couldn’t make it on his own – dependency – handler.
It was a semi-successful false flag operation >> because he didn’t move to Toronto to be close to her. He was grateful and trusted her – wasn’t attracted too old.
She always portrayed herself as “his”Ex”, the mother of his SON” right into 2018. After 1992, he trusted her over everyone else – but that trust was shattered on 3 March 2018 when she shouted she would use her Power of Attorney to have him forcefully hospitalized, click here to know more.
When I asked, where did Marcel get the counterfeit money? Mark responded: “I don’t know, he suddenly had it”.
Marcel went to jail whereas Mark, because of his brilliant lawyer, got off with weekends. Marcel was branded “bad influence”. Because of it, Mark would stay away from Marcel for over 10 years.
After she saved him with only weekends, he was grateful but did not stick to her – she couldn’t handle the “wild horse” – She would bid her time until 1992 when the next major false flag would happen (1) create bad situation (2) save him (3) institutionalize him having him eat out of her hands >> Power of Attorney over his life and appointing his sister Nicole PERIARD as legal caretaker.
In 1992, she secured POA – They broke the man – after his stay in the mental institution, he developed numerous addictions. They fragmented him.
1992 is when the “Time to Live” ticker went ON – They would terminate him when time came to cash out (financial gain riding on his head).

1983 & 2011 what do they have in common?
A false flag operation using / fixing the 1983 case in 2011 as means to come in as the Savior after making me and Marcel Trepanier the blame factors in the false flag operation “yes you read right”.
In Winter 2011, they were already planning to isolate him by breaking us up. A false flag where I would be blamed and we would separate and at the same time, end any relationship with Marcel Trepanier.
Carmen Chenier, his grand-mother had died on 30 October 2010, she protected / shield us from them (Nicole PERIARD and Theresa LAVERGNE).
After her death, the predators came out >> GUERTIN and PERIARD.
Carmen Chenier went to her grave with the secrets – If she had known what they were up to, she would have come after them while she was still alive.
She held four aces in her hands – She kept them all in check. The GUERTIN would have never dared show their faces or attempt anything while she was alive.

In 2011, here’s what GUERTIN did . . .
Four months after Carmen’s death, they started two agendas:
(1) “break our relationship in order to isolate him” and (2) start progressive health decline of Jean-Paul Lavergne <- he had to die before old Mrs. Lavergne and he did.
In March 2011, Michelle GUERTIN fabricated documents to have a fraudulent warrant issued for missing the last two weekends in 1983 . . .
And 28 years later (11 March 2011), Mark was arrested and would do excessive jail time. This is quite the story and was a means to break our relationship and get Marcel busted.
Brief explanation as to how they planned it . . .
A week or two before (11 March 2011), Theresa Lavergne (Mark’s mother) called our house in dramatic distress and demanded, implored, begged that I call 911 on Marcel Trepanier while she stayed on the phone with Mark.
I didn’t call 911 instead I called where he was and discovered it was a lie – nasty.
But if I had called 911, Marcel would have been busted including other people and CPIC would have showed the arrest warrant for Mark was under “Mark Trepanier”. I would have been blamed not Theresa.
I would have been outcast from the trusted family circle <– the people who stayed away from Theresa Lavergne and Nicole Periard. <– renown for setting up people using police.
I didn’t call 911 on Marcel but the arrest warrant went ahead. Two weeks later, on 11 March 2011, police knocked at our door for two so-called missed weekends of 1983 . . . 28 years later.
The false flag failed. I supported Mark throughout the jail ordeal.
She used her case – the one she defended in 1983 that was a safe move because IF it hadn’t been her case, the 1983 defending lawyer would have been contacted >> “Your client for case xxxx (1983) missed two weekends, they weren’t approve 28 years ago, . . .”.
He called her repeatedly and left messages – Michelle GUERTIN was unreachable.
She was suppose to come in as Savior but it had failed – she hated him, let him go to jail. At least she got that out of it.
Mark did excessive jail time starting mid March 2011: 18-22 consecutive days in jail – Weekends (10-12?) – House arrest (November-December 2011).
ON 21 DECEMBER 2011, NICOLE PERIARD called police claiming that I had come to see Theresa and Jean-Paul and threatened to beat them with a baseball bat. In reality, I had just left their house after telling Jean-Paul Lavergne: “JP, they can’t wait for you to die” <– in January 2012 he confided to Mark and me >> it validated what he suspected – he died 5 months later.
We have two witnesses to this false pretence of calling police with false allegations – SHE gave a dramatic performance insisting I be brought to the police station and criminally charged – the two police officers didn’t believe her – there’s a report in the system. Two independent witnesses – names available on request.
It’s quite the story.
IMPORTANT
About same time as this went on, Jean-Paul Lavergne suddenly became very sick “out of the blue” – prescribed numerous pills – i strongly suspect they caused him to be sick “decline pushed by wrong medication – done on purpose” as the old Mrs. Lavergne was in the midst of dying.
It became important that Jean-Paul Lavergne died before his ailing mother “the release of the Lavergne Estate”. He died three weeks before his mother – Nicole PERIARD and Theresa LAVERGNE openly expressed relief that he had died (6 June 2012) before his ailing mother (July 2012) Why is that?

Marcel Trepanier hated Michelle Guertin – dangerous.
Throughout the years, I think Marcel might have found out the SON wasn’t Mark’s biological child. A tight circle of family, knew – people talk, right? right. However, no need to tell Mark “let bygone be bygones”.
After all, the GUERTIN were a thing of the past . . . “no news – not bothered by them” . . . When in fact, they were lurking in the background in regular contact with Nicole PERIARD and Theresa LAVERGNE.
IN 2013, I strongly suspect Marcel got killed because of it – Three weeks later, his girlfriend (Candy) was killed because she started to investigate his suspicious death <– they killed her the same way they tried to killed him – within few days, he was finished off at the hospital, their medical lair. His girlfriend was blamed “curiosity killed the cat”.
Marcel would have fought for us – he was possessive of Mark and me. Marcel trusted me 100%. He would have been bad trouble if he had been alive in 2018.
