By 16 September, BOUVIER was our PROTECTOR and the aerials were double-bonus protection. It reminded me at the end of an action movie when the bad guys are caught (or dead) and the military, FBI, local law enforcement are everywhere <– the calvary comes to the rescue.  twice three times a day – most likely one by mid-evening (depending on the intel reporting) – low over house / vibration and loud / in line with commander Bouvier before – during – after calls –  in line with encouraging calls from BOUVIER.

At first no mention of going to COURT to fight for us.

On 15-16th, they came under illusion of protection – After all, Mark would be multi-rich soon – many characters were out to get him – life contracts on his head (not too far from the truth, life contract ownership Guertin 1979) – Bouvier gave the illusion GUERTIN and Family were simply greedy for his large share from Lavergne Estate and but now they were exposed by CSIS – they got caught.

At first I would voice out > “Finally, the right people at the right time in the right position (of authority). “

Then few weeks later >>  “. . . if it wasn’t for those flyovers Bouvier . . . . I wouldn’t believe you “**

**September-December 2018 >> It was a costly operation once THEY took over – imagine the rewards afterwards – What’s really at the end of the mission?  important financial gain and power of influence? >> After all, Louis Guertin boasted being very important in the Brotherhood – now high likely in their debt and perhaps generational life-tied. 

MARK AGREED TO BEING MONITORED

By the 16-18 September 2018, Mark with relief,  agreed to be monitored 24/7 from all COM points.  He also agreed that our movements in the house be monitored – surveillance 24/7 ** . . . for his protection.

I remained a suspicious person of interest.  If surveilled house movements, then also safe from me.

**On 22 June 2018, he believed the Interpol agents when they said “you are no longer monitored”   (by the bad guys >> Guertin duo arrested, etc.) – I knew it wasn’t true.

In Mark’s mind, they were activating monitoring for our protection.  “now it’s the good guys” –  BOUVIER in charge, the project manager – we were his priority. 

Why would you have issues Lyn?  why?**

**Don’t criticize or question Bouvier or else you will be the person of interest in the next bad Intel report.  And the chain effect?  > cause for next sickness episode.

IN REALITY >> We’ve been monitored since 2015 and progressively into 2016.  Since 2017, monitoring gathered information was used as INTEL to strategize (and action)  – it has come from a satanic human intelligence (Psy Ops  experienced/seasoned/esoteric) – activation point in summer 2017  with the entry of fake son >> “Hi Dad, I’m ba-ack** – – just got in Montreal.  Did my mother call  you?  No?  She will.  Bye Dad.”  To foster father-son bond until new year 2018.

** In 2017, last interaction with the kid had been close to 15 years ago.

On 9 September 2018, It felt like the GUERTIN were not dead.  Same intelligence.

After 12 September 2018, Louis Guertin stopped calling pushing Mark to attend funerary services – Frankly, to go beyond one week would potentially jeopardize the death cover.  She was killed off on 4 September 2018.

On 15 September 2018, BOUVIER from CSIS – full time protection – Bouvier brought with him the aerial cavalry >> daily numerous low black helicopters fly-overs for our protection.**

**I used to say, if it wasn’t for the flyovers I wouldn’t believe it.

16 SEPTEMBER 2018

By this time (16th), Mark’s brother (Michael) had turned violent toward us – especially me over short period of time. **

**I discovered (direct from Michael in June 2021), his sister Nicole Periard told him, in August 2018,  if I saw him I would shoot him on sight (no wonder he openly hated me).

Within a day or two, Bouvier outreached claiming Mark needed to be protected because too many people were after him – the family, the bikers and others we didn’t know about (imaginary threat).

BOUVIER 24/7 for Mark’s Protection – Mark was relieved and grateful they were monitoring all COM points including physical location at all time and in-house movements** >> the whole surveillance package  (A waste of resources all in the name of committing a crime and premeditated homicide).

**One morning ( 17 -19th), I was at the counter making a coffee while Mark was talking with Bouvier – They were talking about monitoring and at one point, Mark confirmed what I was doing.  Bouvier (something like) > > she’s making herself a coffee, right?  and Mark excitedly and relieved confirmed I was standing up at the counter making myself a coffee.  PLeased that Bouvier had  visual at all times in our house.

So that means, being able to see in-house movements – what one is doing.  knowing when you shower, toilet, sleeping, eating, like an animal in a cage.  That’s being fully monitored – we were the human-animals in the proverbial dungeon.  When outside, satellite Intel on location.  Totally pinned down – no escaping.

Fly-overs coincided with in-house discussions and Bouvier’s calls / texts as validation of assurance (protection . . . don’t worry) –

It reminded me of fly-overs from 26 October-29 November 2017 but this time, as per Bouvier, it was for our protection.

• The kind of Email Attachments that got fly-overs in November 2017 | I learned to leverage/control fly-overs as means of protection against Mark provoked by Anton Guertin (fake son) <– I would tell him: “you see Mark each time you are belligerent, they fly over” (I was provoking fly-overs by emailing people.  Without fault 20-25 minutes later, they would fly over the house – Mark would quiet down.)  I believe they caught on by 29 November 2017.

In next recording, I alluded to CSIS  – – During summer 2017, she claimed being an Acting Director  at CSIS –  At time, common sense >> With all she’d done to us why had CSIS stalled in apprehending her?

James (Fortin) his parole officer at the time due to April 23 incident 5 year jail sentence looming.  . . . Bouvier said he’d spoken with James. He warned Mark not to say anything to James Fortin.

When we went to Mark’s parole appointment, an OPP officer showed up and waved – Mark responded:  “you see how much we are protected.” Everyone smiling and nodding.

They convinced us we (rather Mark) was a high security risk due to the large inheritance (Lavergne Estate).  Bouvier claimed horrific contracts on Mark’s head – And we had stalkings while running errands.

E-monitoring team knew our worries, doubts, fear and hopes – thus knew when to show up to offer a sense of reassurance.  We were totally convinced they were protecting us.

**If I questioned, I was deemed suspicious <–looming over me since February 2018, the false police statement (Mark had to take my word for it) then after 22 June, 2 July (kid’s suicide), and in August with those nasty Intel report which included me as a threat, etc.  Pushing my luck, shut up.  I remained under scrutiny – Bouvier kept me in check.

About the Biker threats  . . .

After pondering why were bikers pissed off? -> a trolley riding and staring – not my imagination.  Then the SKYPE were I mention the bikers . . .

Perhaps someone from the e-monitoring team had shared my bad-mouthing (selected insults against bikers)  <– pick and choose audio takes  –> get the bikers really pissed off.

By mid-evening (16th), I decided to publish / write about my 1970 Bad Experience at age 11  – uploaded it to SKYPE.

Intel reporting about bikers ceased and no more drive-byes staring at the house in unison.  Was it the publishing or more to give OOMPH to the perception of being totally protected by CSIS and the aerial surveillance – I would say the latter.

Up until 20 September 2018, they tried everything to make him leave (e.g. bad Intel reports about me, safe housing protection against family, biker threats, etc.)  – each time leaving was cancelled because he would get very sick.

• Item 36 from List-sickness-to-death.pdf – by the 20th, he was rundown too weak to continue use the leave key – He needed medical attention – He was talking of dying at home.   I was adamant as I feared being charged with neglect – we both knew that going to a hospital would be dangerous as they seemed to have control over that environment as well as the LAW environment.  We were on our own.

In this next recording, Mark and I were arguing – It felt just like the past same energy signature.  At one point, I retorted  “Gee, this is about the time for Anton to call any second now….”. Mark (6:20 rec) replies “don’t talk about my dead son … I’m calling LUKE BOUVIER to tell him how you’re …..”.

Bouvier and Louis Guertin had first trust.
I was under constant surveillance – kept in check.  how?  If too much questioning or probing, I would be used in nasty lintel reports which in turn provoked sickness – –

Bad Intel on me to trigger sickness.

Diabolical.

21 SEPTEMBER 2018 – new game plan

Bouvier announced he would represent us on Abuse Court Case against Family while Mark waited at home in need of medical care. They were being charged via CSIS.
