. . .  the 30th was two days ago . . .  then I thought what if I showed up on someone’s doorstep like a lawyer or police (but not OPP because they were fed misinformation about us – they believed the FAMILY and God knows who else . . . )  – I pondered different scenarios . . . just show up without an appointment —> I concluded it  would not have  worked . . . only in the movies, right?

Pressing charges became a pressing matter before they could start twisting the situation.  As days slipped by, I felt it weakened our position – any COM method I would used would be intercepted – It weighed heavy on my mind 24/7 – I would wake up at night trying to figure out the puzzle – how could I find help without them knowing – it boggled my mind.

Sadly, the reality >>  There was no one I could contact without compromise.  Any attempt would be twisted against us and most likely have negative repercussions.  Always one step ahead 24/7 e-monitoring & physical surveillance – in positions of authority.

Early September

Mark was weak, afraid and whimpering – unable to take any stress – And if pushed too much with bad Intel reports, his knees would buckle – whimper, moan, shaking and defecating on self . . .

Latest Intel involved family and bikers (81 percenters) – it had started a day or two ago.  I remembered period 18 August 2018 when OPP accused Mark of being associated to the 81 percenters. We were both baffled – what’s a 81 percenter?

Next few days, I told Mark if he was associated to biker gangs I wouldn’t be with him – drilled him.  I carried on . . . bad-mouthed, insulted, called them satanic and I went on and on  – and 24/7 monitoring heard it all.

By September 2018, when gangs of bikers drove by, in unison they slowed down and stared at the house. It carried on quasi-daily for a few weeks. 

The word  was that his former wife and her son Nicholas were high-ranking members of the 81 percenters <– a biker gang.  Apparently the biker gang wanted to attack us.

Bouvier convinced Mark to leave  – the Intel was something horrific about me –  They had stories of horror regarding satanism and sacrifice.

Bouvier’s Intel report discovered 81 Percenters bikers were after us –  In alliance with Family associated to his ex-wife Cynthia Rosebush and her son Nicholas who were affiliated to the biker gang.

Bouvier’s Intel report brought Mark spiraling down – In this audio, I’m telling Mark we have evidence against Michelle and Anton Guertin (although we thought he was dead.

Mark afraid bikers would attack (especially after night fall) – Ex-wife and the family were in alliance – Mark was slurring, weak, vulnerable –  we can hear it in his voice (the man is not on drugs nor alcohol).

Went to bed around 3am and then to wake up to a shocker.
… soon after wake up, would come the ultimate psychological point of RELIEF.

. . . In early afternoon, Louis Guertin announced Michelle Guertin had passed away that morning at 04:44am.  Michelle Guertin was dead.  We were relieved – she was out of our lives permanently.**

• **We could & would compare it to the end of a movie when the relentless Predator finally dies – the satanic witch vanquished.  She crashed in our lives to destroy us.  Major psychological impact on both of us  – especially Mark – the 1979 pedo-handler was dead as well as their son.  
  

An hour after announcement, an individual claiming to be OPP called and asked if we had final words for the family – I impulsively responded “yes, good riddance”. 

The individual warned I could be charged for such statement.  I responded (something like):  “please sir,  give me your email address and I will show you the chaos and destruction this woman has done in our lives” – the caller hung up.

Intel report for next days >> threats of violence from bikers and family in alliance.

Then, I noticed when bikers drove in front of our house, they would slow down and stare in unison – at first I thought it was my imagination.  It wasn’t.

What is going on here?

5-12 September 2018

Meanwhile, since she was killed off, Louis Guertin called daily to convince Mark to go to her funerary service (the ultimate GRAB).

For next 7-8 days, Louis persisted growing more insistent as days progressed.  He became pushy with noticeable angry overtones – Mark noticed.

At one point, Mark exasperatedly screamed > > “Why Louis??  I hated her!” **
**Frankly why not when his son died – it would have probably worked.

But her?  He refused –  They couldn’t get him to leave.

After one week, Louis stopped – funerary services excuse could not carry over a week – the deceased must be buried.  Don’t blow the death cover.

The FUNERARY ATTENDANCE GRAB Tactic would be the last time a GUERTIN is at forefront trying to instigate or lure him – – LOUIS’ signature was LURING just like in March 2018.

Whereas the other two GUERTIN mother and SON were at forefront instigating conflict and life endangerment – Once they realized, Mark was not going to BASH ME,  they progressed to increase sickness – most conflicts ended with bouts of seizures and convulsions.

They burnt their bridges for GOOD, mother and son, when they attempted to GRAB him on 26 April 2018 at the Orleans Shopping Centre.  The possibility of ever using the SON to foster trust was permanently closed off – they would kill the SON off using SUICIDE excuse in July 2018.

26 April 2018 – They panicked – Led to kidnaps, poison failed & last resort >> falsifying my police statement – I NAMED THEM ALL – HE SHOULD BE ALIVE TODAY – They made Local Law an accessory to premeditated murder

On 9 September 2018, as the evening came in it felt just like the past – he was pissed off and it would lead to sickness for the rest of the night – As if the GUERTIN were still around.  I could feel them  – But they were dead?  weren’t they?  Same energy, same patterns at the same time slots – programmed behavior running on automatic?  Louis was calling daily pressure to attend her funerary service.

• Before audio, he made sexual advances and I pushed him away – – To have sex while they listened? No thank you.  Mark became passive aggressive just like in the past when the son was pressuring we have sexual intercourse at specific time slots.
  
• Mark was convinced monitoring had stopped when, on 22 June 2018, Interpol agents announced we were no longer monitored.  I was chucked off as paranoid – he didn’t believe we were still monitored.  We were.

• 0:42 – 1:20 I’m saying “not to fall back in old behavioral pattern …” –“they are dead. We
  are free now”.
• I talk HOW THE DUO targeted specific time pockets (6-8pm – 10:00pm – 11:30pm –
  2am) – this rec. occurred between 7-8pm.
• He was depressed, feeling of hopelessness at specific time pockets – ingrained behavioral pattern.
• If one is scared and has been on the “psy-emo” run for over 10 months – people harassing non-stop –then outreaching to the wrong people impersonating authoritative figures of good reputation – who, in fact, were the same crime circle – LIttle did we know at the time, they were still around – we thought they were dead.
• @26:37 – I check on him – I knew it! He is sick – In French I say: “There not even here – and that energy is still here
• @30:40 I’m outside talking out loud – asking for divine help – “Shit, it feels like there still here but they are dead?!!

Sixteen (16) days ago, I announced we were pressing charges, the list of recordings had been updated/revised – and I was at a stall mate.

And this was ongoing >> Bad Intel reports family and bikers >> everyday negativity from wake up to bed time – BUT now the reports said someone had called CSIS about me –  I was back to being a suspicious character.

Enough is enough . . .

I was frustrated of being powerless to the cruelty and suffering inflicted onto MARK – They monitored and they were pushing SICKNESS – doing it on purpose  – destroy “the man” –

Using me this way >> If I moved/doubted/questioned/attempted probing, I was mobilized by being smeared in bad Intel reports which then led to sick breakdown.  Smearing me with horrific stories to cause emotional shock which always led to anger, fear, despair, betrayal >> triggers for sickness –>> List of Points in TIme – provoked sickness.pdf.

Bottom line: Stay quiet or else we will use you as point of nastiness and provoke sickness. Then sitting back and e-listening – perhaps a tinge or two of euphoria as he moans and cries and sick for most of the night.

ON 14 SEPTEMBER, I decided to speak out in SKYPE put it online >>  I wrote extensively to let them know:

I would keep the recordings (intuition) – Although Guertin duo were dead – it was the same energy “intelligence” –  Also wrote of family abuse and targeted his mother (Theresa Lavergne). Talked about the biker threat, etc.

One was not in position to antagonize the oppressors – be objective, not too sarcastic because who knows what twisted situation they could and most likely would create out of these writings, right?  damn right.

SO did they?  What happens next?  

Yes, by next day (15TH) in full bloom by 16th COMMANDER BOUVIER from CSIS BECAME OUR SAVIOR.  They came in with aerial protection – black helicopters.

THEY WOULD PROTECT US >> False sense of protection – We lived that false reality stream right into early 2019 – continued after Mark’s death (16 Dec 2018).

Then, sometime after February 2019, I discovered I was black-listed – was never for my protection – amazing isn’t it to have bought into that false sense of protection.

Here’s the thing, I will venture to say that the fly-overs had a different story – we were what?  Terrorists?  Spies?  Organized crime?  The fly-overs continued after he died ->> A threat to security “homeland”?  because frankly you cannot have the whole fleet IN ON IT >>> the crime at hand, right?  I came to learn I was in criminal databases.

It caused me to plunge even more to investigate.
Fuck you.  This one is for humanity – we were not the first nor shall we be the last – expose it.  Slave race attitude my eye.

Here’s a great example of another twisted situation >> 23 April 2018, I called 911, gave a video police statement – I named them.

Between 26 April to 8 May 2018 – mission was to grab him / incapacitate him – DO NOT LET HIM SEE COURT  – institutionalized before 9 May 2018 – she had Power of Attorney and Nicole Periard was appointed legal primary caretaker – set up since 1992+.  The legal net was already in place.

The Grab to Incapacitate had failed – and here we were on the eve of Court day (8th) – on the 7th May > I stopped a GRAB  at Giant Tiger – that was their last chance to incapacitate him (if he stayed in his apartment alone in Rockland) on  the eve of Court day. On 8 May 2018, I forced him to sleep at the house and we rode to Court together.

At last minute, they falsified my video statement by replacing it with a false written document  – In the false statement,  I accused Mark being a satanist  –

Although I didn’t read the content of the false statement,** Mark told me ample enough throughout the weeks that followed, to know that content profiled him into dark magick – being satanic and I was under his servitude < a mentally unwell female.

The false written statement was an inversion of my video statement where I named them – In my police statement I clearly stated they were satanic – I even took time to define the ideological meaning of satanic.

By falsifying my statement (swapping my video statement to a false written), he was facing 5 years in jail.  They tend to invert – mirroring what they are – the false written statement is worth analyzing it’s a reflection of their psyche.  Behavioral Science material.

That’s quite a twist.

Bottom line >> They were one step ahead and in position of authority and experienced at reformatting truth – authority not questioned – a source under cover of reliability.  Above  Guertin’s pay grade.

**on 9 May 2018, I was barred from Court premises – I waited for Mark at the end of the highway (a few hours) – when he arrived at the car, I asked enthusiastically:  SO! did you plea not guilty? Did you see the video statement?  I’m all smiles “you see I told you” expectation then he says NO!  and he hands me the hand written statement – He says:  “You said I was satanic?!”  What? Mark!  I didn’t write that — he was facing 5 year jail term.  So they were going to grab him that way.  A nightmarish twist of oppression one hit after the other – They came in summer 2017 but since October 2017 – one twisted horror after another.  Cruel. Getting off on it <– that’s another level  in category Crime against humanity.

While I held it in hand, I scanned the multi-page  not reading it – instinctive focused on graphology – A female wrote it dissimilar to my handwriting – multi-page the person used her own hand-writing – imitation was not important it was the content.

My heart sank – I refused to  read this for my well being <- this was a very low point in time – on 27 July 2018, his apartment was ransacked -his copy of the false written statement was removed.

Although I was ordered to leave Court premises – No one anticipated I would wait for him (+/- 4 hours) – 2km away.

IF I hadn’t been the one who picked him up – he would have never contacted me.  He would have returned to his sister/mother – and FALL TO PIECES – he would have been institutionalized within a few days – high risk of suicide.

The false written statement blackened him as a psychopathic predator.  Also it wouldn’t surprise me if they’d taken select videos or audios to substantiate allegations found in the false written statement.

• If I were them I would use this one >> 22 January 2018 video – and to answer how did they get it?  easy.  Lyn  was so afraid that she sent a copy to her sister-in-law Nicole Periard –
• After all, Nicole is legal primary caretaker since 1992+ under Michelle Guertin guardianship (power of attorney).  Right Nicole?  Nicole nodding affirmative. And that’s why, Your Honor, we recommend a court order to institutionalize him in a mental health centre.
  

Less than hour ago he was laser shot through the front window and Guertin called – – – very  quiet discussion ‘hm hm ok hm hm yeah ok ok bye”  – in this video he just hung up with them –

• This is the first time I secretly recorded.  They’d been at it days and nights since 6-7 January 2018.

They called shortly after and he was a different personality “The Strangler” – he talked like a tough prison guy – the guy never did time other than weekends in 1983 and that false sentence alot of jail time in 2011 –  But this guy thought I had set him up to go to jail, and now he was back at home – in his house which I had used after I sent him off to jail – I had parties and an active social life online.

Back 9 MAY 2018 >> he hands me the false statement in the car . . . I noticed the one-pager the Constable and I signed on 23 April 2018 confirming the video statement I’d just given was the truth – a loose page photocopied and affixed as token of authentication to the false statement they wrote and made it fraudulently seem as if the Constable and I had signed it – then they tabled it in Court.   <– that’s how they made it look legal.

How do you compete with that?

The Constable and the Court Administrator (which I contacted 10 May 2018) are two reliable witnesses who would testify to the validity of the video statement and more.

Did I read it?  No.  Why not?  I was too stunned and vulnerable to read it and I knew if I did, I would risk becoming emotionally consumed, haunted, unwell with their abomination.  Master twisters – They were relentless and dangerous.
