On 11 DECEMBER 2018, THEY DISCOVERED THAT A FAMILY MEMBER “on Theresa’s side” TRIED TO MAKE CONTACT AT THE MONTFORT HOSPITAL
THEY IMMEDIATELY MADE ARRANGEMENTS “PLANNED OUT” TO HAVE HIM TRANSFERRED TO PALLIATIVE CARE – OUT OF REACH – NO LONGER AT MONTFORT – CHANCES OF OUTER FAMILY CONTACT “WHISTLEBLOWER” WAS MITIGATED.
On 12 December 2018, Mark Smith was transferred to a palliative care centre under false pretense of “terminal cancer diagnosis”.
MARK SMITH DID NOT HAVE CANCER
On 13 December 2018 >> HE WAS INJECTED with a regular regimen of Fentanyl or Morphine and perhaps other substances for terminal cancer patients – He was treated as if he was in last stages of cancer – on his death bed “palliative care”.
On 15 December >> pronounced dying- ventilator removed.
On 15 December 2018, I cut 6″ strands of his hair. One cm = one month – It will prove he did not have cancer – hair sample has been stored, preserved and remained uncontaminated to this day. Forensic analysis will also show the damage done by laser shot on 22 January 2018 including poisoning suspected 26-29 April 2018 by his sister.
HE DIED at 04:22am on 16 December. He was killed off using medication as means to “euthanized” him.
What follows is the narration of events that led to his premeditated death using the hospital as killing ground.
What they did.

PREFACE
On 27 FEBRUARY 2018 >> After three relentless days of cruelty, he fell to the floor in full seizure – I profoundly realized we were slotted to be killed.
At the time, I thought they wanted to kill him too – They did . . . but first, they needed him alive most likely to secure Power of Attorney >> renewed under his legal name “Mark SMITH” – Since 1992, the Power of Attorney was running under his baptismal name “Mark TREPANIER” – They had financial assets locked under the Lavergne Estate using the wrong name.
Once done then he would be very likely terminated. Since they use hospitals as their MEDICAL killing grounds – he would have been “euthanized” -> their signature and preferred choice just like what they did between 13-16 December 2018 – it seems natural – no one would question. Surely not the Family because they were in on it since 1979 and more so after 1992-93 – Nicole Periard being the family linkage in conspiracy.
From 27 February 2018 until November 2018, we avoided hospitals -Each time someone called Mark Trepanier or Smith was signaled on 911, NICOLE PERIARD (Family) and GUERTIN were alerted and well before 2018 time period.
After 1992-93, Mark avoided hospitals well knowing his sister was always alerted. In 2007, someone called 911 behind his back – the stranger saved his life as he was dying “committing suicide”. His name was not known and that’s why it went unnoticed at the 911 call centre <– highly monitored hub used to advance medical crimes – if you are a targeted medical individual, 911 becomes the alert hub.
I am sadly astounded how many people do not realize “are in denial” to level of evil in this world.
Using the medical signature is reminiscent of NAZI medical scientist “same philosophy” . . . 75 years ago the Nuremberg code was created to address MEDICAL CRIMES which are considered “Crimes Against Humanity”.
Most who carry that signature appear benevolent “unsuspecting”. Medical crimes are carried out in secrecy and invisibility “pulling the wool over everyone’s eyes” – killing with a false kindred smile in hospice sanctuaries.

By mid-November 2018, as per BOUVIER Mark had won the Family Abuse case. BOUVIER had worked hard on this case – we were grateful. He announced he was very sick with influenza.
He asked for few days’ off and would come back to us.**
**With outrage, he told us that the family had contaminated the whole court room. He delivered a story that the “black” female judge who had several children at home was appalled by this FAMILY abuse case. She was also very sick. He told us how much compassion she had for Mark. Everyone including the judge were sick.
Folks, this man Bouvier was a smooth operator – the art of manipulation (emotions). Days in, days out able to fake compassion and care. Mark bought it hook, line and sinker and I not so much.
During 2019 investigation, I counted over 110 consecutive days with this satanic individual able to play this perverse psychological game of care and compassion.
In mid-November, I questioned . . . “get someone else in your office to release his share and get him safely to a hospital”. You need to go to the hospital – I could not help anymore. I did not have the medical resources at home – Mark was in serious need of medical attention but in stable condition. I took care of him 24/7.
Mark was waiting for BOUVIER to approve safe passage and stay at the hospital – waiting for his call.
Why was BOUVIER stalling?
My rationale was . . . The threat agents were gone . . . Both Guertin were dead (son, 2 July and mother, 4 September 2018) – Nicole Periard was no longer in position to exercise legal authority as medical custodian.
Right?
Move it! Since they overheard in-house discussions, Bouvier called to announce it would not be long now, please be patient – just a few more days.
He informed us his wife who was a physician had given him a flu shot <– I found it odd. Flu shot? While you have the flu? But I dismissed it.
By 21-22 November 2018, I was seriously questioning what was the delay . . . GET SOMEONE FROM YOUR OFFICE TO TAKE OVER PAL. It did not make sense.
And the answer was >> his wife “the physician” had given him a second flu shot. They heard my in-house comments that it did not make sense anymore.
BOUVIER had MARK’S TRUST OVER ME. WHEN I QUESTIONED FURTHER, IRRITATED and SHORT-FUSED, MARK DISMISSED ME.
The last contact Mark had with BOUVIER would be on 23 November 2018.
Mark was still waiting for BOUVIER’S OK to get medical attention. Getting angry at me for criticizing BOUVIER.
BY LATE NOVEMBER 2018, here’s what I strongly believe was the agenda . . .
By mid-November 2018, the FAMILY-GUERTIN ORGANIZED COURT CASE was over.
Under false pretense, they legally dissociated MARK from the family. They portrayed him as the most despicable person on Earth. They very likely profiled me as an instigator who had brainwashed him.
For instance, the 9 MAY 2018 FALSE WRITTEN STATEMENT had profiled us as Satanists and God knows what else. Then twisting the 21 December 2011 incident where Nicole PERIARD attempted to set me up as a violent individual “misleading justice” (we have two witnesses).
And God knows what else they concocted in both our cases as false character profiles . . . It would not surprised me if they even used some of the videos and audios I had secretly taped <– because when taken out of context, he would be profiled as a dangerous individual “look your Honor . . . “.

Although I do not have these audios anymore THEY WOULD HAVE THEM – only problem with these audios? he often named the two gang leaders but not in all audios – these audios contained threats of sexual torture, dismemberment and garbage disposal.
They had these recordings because on 13 February 2018, I uploaded them to SKYPE to show them I recorded and if they did not stop, they would succeed in getting him to kill me.
They character assassinated MARK in order to validate why the family was divorcing / dissociating him from the FAMILY Unit.
THERE WOULD BE NO NEED TO GRAB HIM ANYMORE . . .
THIS WAS IMPORTANT >> WHATEVER WAS LOCKED UNDER THE NAME “MARK TREPANIER” WOULD BE UNLOCKED/RELEASED to the FAMILY “JEAN-PAUL LAVERGNE ESTATE” MANAGED BY THERESA LAVERGNE, EXECUTRIX.
ONCE DONE, the EXECUTRIX WOULD HAND OFF TO GUERTIN.
The FALL 2018 Court case, was a total inversion of events – – –
In Fall 2018, we thought BOUVIER was representing Mark in court for FAMILY ABUSE pending since 2007 including the 2018 abuse – we thought both GUERTIN mother and SON were dead – we thought the SON was his biological child.
IMAGINE IF THIS CASE HAD REALLY HAPPENED AS IT SHOULD HAVE – THE TRUTH.
THEY DID THE TOTAL INVERSION WHILE A VERY SICK MAN WAITED AT HOME IN NEED OF SERIOUS MEDICAL ATTENTION.

BACK TO LATE NOVEMBER 2018 . . .
Last contact with BOUVIER was on 23 November 2018.
On 26 November 2018, someone called. It sounded like Anthony Bedard-Trepanier-Periard (Nicole’s son) – As if trying to make belief he was someone else “wrong number”. I texted LUKE BOUVIER (LB) on Mark’s Phone >> 20181126-Lyn-2-BOUVIER-by-Txt-Mark-phone.mp4.
Normally, the man immediately called back. On 26th, he never did.
NOW I WAS WORRIED, SOMETHING WAS VERY WRONG.

Here’s what was very likely going on . . .
First off, Mark listened to BOUVIER not ME.
>> So let him decline to the point of no return where he is on the verge of dying and ideally dies at home.
I would be charged with abuse and neglect which would validate the “organized” FALL Court Case. I would be jailed and subsequently they could organize a suicide operation in jail – they would get rid of me. Permanently closed – No chances of come-back.
The “organized” Court case, done behind our backs, would validate the perverted profile they slapped onto me – the neglect and abuse to Mark would seem true. Also, a validation as to why they dissociated / cut him off from the FAMILY. The “organized” Court case would seem to be the truth.

29 NOVEMBER 2018
Bouvier had not called since 23 November – Mark was still insistent we wait for BOUVIER’s OK to go to the hospital.
I called 911 behind his back. I rationalized hospital were no longer a trap because . . .
- The threat of GUERTIN was gone – both were dead.
- The family was in no position anymore to intervene – Mark had won his family abuse case.
But I had the nagging feeling that something was not right . . . why was BOUVIER not in contact anymore? Mark seemed to be OK with it – Bouvier knew what he was doing . . .
I shrugged it off as paranoia . . . you know, being on the run since January 2018 . . . then making that conscious decision to protect Mark since 27 February 2018 “keep him close to me”. . . then how about falsifying the written statement of 23 April 2018 and no one was doing anything about it . . . must be paranoia so I thought.
I called 911.
AND THEN MY HEART SANK . . .
As Mark was being transferred into the ambulance, the grey pearl helicopter I had first seen on 6 April 2018 tied to GUERTIN hovered above North treetops** – When Mark noticed it, he had a sense of comfort and with a assuring smile “see babe, it’s going to be OK”
Then to make things worst . . . The older paramedic noticed Mark’s attitude and instinctively seeped “Being in on it”.
911 is/was compromised.
Other experiences with 911 >> On 23 APRIL 2018, while on line with the 911 operator, two men were on the line waiting for me to say his name. Also, throughout 2018, Nicole Periard was immediately alerted when anyone called Mark Treparnier or Smith was signaled at the 911 Call Centre.
There was no escaping them . . . Then I tried to rationalize . . . . but had he not won his Family abuse case? Why would GUERTIN still be around? Were they not dead?

29 NOVEMBER 2018 – MONTFORT HOSPITAL
He was admitted to the ICU and medical professional took chest X-RAYS.
The lungs were clear other than a distinct demarcation at the bottom of the left lung. It was the 22 JANUARY 2018 laser HIT – it looked like this >> 20181129-Lung-29nov2018-1.JPG.png. **
While at Montfort, he was stabilized – properly re-hydrated, intravenously fed antibiotics.
All medical discussions were done in my absence. Medical decisions made without my opinion – left with unanswered questions – Mark dismissed me and went along with everything the physician said.
Each time I would try to get in contact with the physician NO ONE would return my calls nor wanted to meet with me “as if avoiding me”. It was frustrating.

11 days later . . .
10 DECEMBER 2018
My daily regular visiting hours were 1-4pm. On this day, as I was going to the Parking lot, I recognized a family member “on Theresa’s side”. The lady wanted to talk to me but since I thought Mark had won his Family Abuse case, I perceived it as a stalking. The lady was so nervous, scared and fidgety, I misunderstood her intentions.

Then I made the mistake to text Mark’s phone with a message explaining the encounter. Here’s why it was a mistake . . .
NEXT DAY . . . 11 DECEMBER 2018
At daily visit, Mark announced the physician told him he had terminal cancer, last stage. He would be transferred to Bruyere palliative care during the day.
Mark did not question it, he accepted it face value.
They waited for me to leave – visiting hours are over. He was transferred in the evening.
12 DECEMBER 2018 – First visit at Bruyere Palliative Care Centre
Although he was not getting antibiotic (like Montfort), he was in stable condition. He was not yet fitted/attached with an intravenous medication “box” <– injections.
13 DECEMBER 2018
During my second day visit, the nurse came in the room with a syringe – She was about to shoot the content into the intravenous medication “box“ and as she leaned forward, Mark quickly grabbed her wrist and with a scornful look (to the say the least) shouted “Oh No! you-u don’t!”
He was angry and did not trust her at all. He was so forceful that the syringe in the air and landed on the blanket.
Still holding her wrist -angrily shaking her, he turned to me and shouted “Take me home . . . please don’t leave me here. . . babe, let’s go! Take me home now!”
And turned back to her with a hateful look still holding her wrist – she did not resist – she stood there with an angelic smile “cool calm and collected” – the syringe flat on the blanket below his knees.
I struggled to release the nurse’s wrist – he resisted me, he was strong – He was not letting her go. And she maintained that unwavering smile throughout the ordeal – I found it odd behavior – unnatural “are you high on something or what?”
Once released, still smiling, she said with a smooth voice: “oh it’s normal, they get strong at the end. . . ” in a matter-of-fact manner. She creeped me out but I shrugged it off.
The MEDICATION was CANCER PAIN MEDICATION . . . Fentanyl? Morphine? HE DID NOT WANT IT.
SHE HAD THIS KIND OF BENEVOLENT EXPRESSION “look in the eyes” that look with that goddam smile – UNWAVERING throughout the incident even while being shaken – tight grip of her wrist.
I know today she was in conspiracy, well knowing what she was doing by dispensing the prescribed medication ->> An Angel of Death.
HE was not her first nor would be the last one on her watch . . . she followed orders from physicians – not on her own initiative.
Once released, she shot the syringe in the box. **

That day, throughout my visit, he insisted/persisted that I take him home immediately. He was angry and I left leaving him there.
Mark was very intuitive, he knew something wrong was going to happen. I SHOULD HAVE LISTENED.
He was pissed off at me because I left him there.
Our last exchange before he died.
14 DECEMBER 2018
I did not visit him that day due to heavy snow storm – We lived 50 KM away from the hospital.
15 DECEMBER 2018
In late morning, the physician called me at home to announce he would be removed from oxygen because he was dying – there was no point to keep him on the oxygen ventilator.**
**Remember the medication that he did not want to take / to be injected on 13 December 2018? It was cancer pain medication – Fentanyl or morphine. With heavy dosing, the patient cannot breathe on his own and it also causes heart failure. He was out of it – overdosed.
I visited him in mid-afternoon, he was in a comatose state. I could not wake him up no matter how much I tried.
While I paced in his room, I noticed the people in the building on the other side of the court yard where peering into his room. They were spying on my movements in the room – the individual made the mistake of making eye contact and he seeped – lack of experience in spying unanimously – he got caught.

Out of the blue “cut hair now hurry”, I was filled with a sense of urgency to cut 6″ strand of his hair before the ventilator was removed and afraid to get caught.
**I felt pushed to do it and afraid to get caught – AND GEORGE CHARLES SMITH “papa” came to mind.
On 12 September 1965, George was afraid to get caught completing a birth registration application – afraid to get caught by the medical staff. The child had no name was slotted to be sold by next day – he stopped the sale by registering the child that day – he registered himself as the father. He wanted to call him MARCUS but too afraid to ask anyone so he named him MARK.
The fear to get caught by medical staff “feeling one is doing something behind their backs . . . just like George felt.”
. . . ok, George . . . and I cut.

In wee morning hours, the nurse called me to announce Mark had passed away – she estimated he died around 04:22am.

They were not dead at the end of the day, they did get him. If he had recovered at Montfort . . . wow. What do you think would have ensued? He thought he had won his FAMILY ABUSE CASE – We though the GUERTIN WERE DEAD . . . take it from there.

Mark’s favorite holiday was Christmas.
As I sat alone at home, I looked at the time it was just about to turn midnight – as it did, I said out loud “MERRY CHRISTMAS MARK”
Within 1-2 minutes, a helicopter passed low above the house – loud and house vibrating.
In response, I voiced out MERRY CHRISTMAS . . . They were still maintaining the illusion of aerial protection.**
**I only would discover first week of February 2019 >> those black helicopters were DEFINITELY NOT for our . . . well, NOT for MY PROTECTION – he was dead and they had continued to maintain the protection illusion.

With 6″ strands of hair, forensic analysis results would show he did not have cancer – he did not have any disease that led to death.
Six inches worth covers a period of 15.3 months (one centimeter = one month).
It means it begins in Fall 2017 before the laser shot on 22 January 2018 – Two days later, semen was collected on 24 January 2018, another piece of forensic material to be analyzed.
Another marker is the family poisoning 26-28 April 2018 – would show in hair analysis
Mark stopped smoking cannabis in mid-May 2018 which would be another marker and he was again laser shot in early July 2018.

A recurring signature . . .
Another story about misdiagnosis for their dark agenda – (1) 26-28 April 2018, poison the target just sufficiently to manifest illness symptoms that seem to require medical attention. (2) Get him to a physician who will dish out a false diagnosis (blood clot) and (3) insists he calls 911 for ambulance immediately.
Here another one . . . 1992 – After breakup with Tanya – they saved him “ever grateful”. He lives at Nicole and starts to feel unwell – poison used as a means (like April 2018) requires finesse, it is like fly-fishing – Thinking one is going out of his mind, physically unwell >> consider it a meltdown >> Ottawa Royal Hospital . . . . “we care for you Mark, doting sister and Mitch, mother of my SON – They have my back.”

In my case, the 2009 forged letter . . .
It was leveraging a fake terminal diagnosis experienced 2003-04 (test results archived in the health database) – Two double whammies >> once in 2003-04. And, second time in 2009 all in the name of reviving the 2003-04 death diagnosis.
Forging a letter to make a target think, s/he is in need of urgent medical attention. If believed, the target would be treated for a fake diagnosis. Wrong medication which over a short span of time, would make it seem as if the target was naturally declining under guise of the fake illness.
Here’s my story and how it fits into this case:
