2007 – Family Confess to Abuse After Mark’s Suicide Attempt – Grandmother Chenier Contact Treatment Centre

BY JANUARY 2009, LAST TIME FAMILY and MARK  HAD TALKED OF FAMILY ABUSE WAS THROUGH TELEPHONE MEDIATION WITH COUNSELORS AT TREATMENT CENTRE (2007).

The family admitted and confessed BECAUSE Carmen Chenier would have blackmailed them by denouncing the the 1979 human trafficking deal between Family and GUERTIN.

Carmen Chenier thought that GUERTIN situation was a thing of the past. She thought the trafficking deal was, at the time, just a means to get the youth out of Theresa and Jean-Paul’s lives – Jean-Paul the new step-father who couldn’t stand the youth. 

She never suspected that they were lurking in the background nor did she suspect her grand-daughter NICOLE PERIARD was the family point of contact – in conspiracy with Michelle GUERTIN.

After 1992, they most likely wanted him to die.  The family was in conspiracy – please refer to 1993-2007 – Maintaining Control – When out Control, Incapacitate – Seems it might have been OK if he died.

IN FALL 2018, THEY HAD TO DISSOCIATE HIM “DIVORCE HIM” FROM THE FAMILY (FRAUDULENT COURT CASE) BECAUSE HE WAS ALIVE.  THEY CHARACTER ASSASSINATED HIM IN ORDER TO SUPPORT THEIR CLAIM OF DISSOCIATION.

Was the Fall 2018 court case a means to remove any claims that might have been running under his name? most likely.  

IN DECEMBER 2018, Mark was recuperating at the hospital.  If he had not been tricked to believe he had cancer and sent to a palliative centre, there would have been hell to pay.  Imagine discovering what they had really done in court.

DAY 2 at the Centre, he demanded to leave.  That evening they comatosed him and he died 2 1/2 days later (16 DEC 2018) – overdosed – breathing failure.

HERE’S AN INTERESTING TID-BIT >>  When people asked why was Mark’s last name changed from Trepanier to Smith, NICOLE PERIARD told everyone (including family), that he was in the WITNESS PROTECTION Program.  That’s why his name was changed and WHY no one had seen him for many years. (sources verifiable).

HOW I STARTED TO LEARN DETAILS ABOUT FAMILY ABUSE

Mark and I met on 23 December 2008.

On 24 December 2008, he appeared in their lives unannounced – An unexpected visitor on their Christmas 2008 family gathering.

But first a bit context:

Last time he had been in contact with them was through mediation with the counselors at Treatment Centre after his suicide attempt in 2007.

They were most likely responsible for triggering suicide during Christmas 2006 – That’s why family abuse came out SO STRONG with counselors at treatment centre.  Carmen Chenier (grandmother) told them everything except the 1979 human trafficking deal between Family and GUERTIN.  That was her ace card.

By late 2008, Mark believed they regretted what they had done, he forgave them.  The last time, other than mediation, last time he had been in contact with them was during Christmas period 2006 – They had scorned and rejected him which had led to suicide.

Do you remember the first time you meet the parents of a new boyfriend or girlfriend? 

Here’s my experience and how I started to learn about their abuse.

In January 2009, I met the family for the first time – Theresa, Jean-Paul, Carmen Chenier sat at the kitchen table and Nicole was standing at the kitchen counter.

The first time I was introduced to Nicole PERIARD, she gave me her hand and said:  “Hi, I’m Nicky his sister.  I’m bi-sexual”  as she fixated eye contact with a buttery look  (gross).  I withdrew my hand – then she turned to her oldest son Anthony and said: “this is my son Anthony and he’s autistic”. 

Shortly after introduction, Mark smiling says:  

“tell her Mom how you locked the door when I was 13 years old – with my clothes in a garbage bag – I knocked and knocked, hey mom? 

Theresa Lavergne while nodding affirmative looked from Mark to me. She was very calm as if we were having a normal conversation. I must have had a quizzical look as I looked from one person to the other . . . then Mark continued:

Oh, it’s because I pushed Jean-Paul and when I came back the door was locked.” (Fall 1978)

And Jean-Paul Lavergne is nodding affirmative in unison with Theresa who are both looking from Mark to me.

Mark was smiling while looking at me nodding.

As long as they nodded and responded >> “mm mm yes Mark yes” . . . he moved on to the next “remember when” statement.

. . .  but you all ignored me, tell her mom! Hey Jean-Paul? you remember that?”

Mm mm yes Mark yes

Then turns to me still smiling: “It was cold I headed downtown, I lived in a cardboard makeshift shelter with a homeless man for two weeks”

Then while nodding turns to his grand-mother:

“Little Nanny (Carmen) found me –two weeks she’d been searching, right Lil’Nanny?”

. . . and ”you were mad at mom, right? you didn’t talk to her for many years, right lil’nanny?  hey mom?”

In reality, it took two weeks for Carmen to discover Theresa and Jean-Paul had threw him out of the house.   To have told him that truth would have been too hurtful.

Two weeks later, someone told Carmen >> I think she called there one day to talk with Theresa (which she might have been talking to on a daily basis at the time) but that day, young Michael who was 10 years old answered the phone and said something like:  “Grandma, Fat Albert is gone . . . Jean-Paul and Mom threw him out of the house”    Michael called his brother Fat Albert.

Carmen CHENIER did not talk to THERESA and JEAN-PAUL until 2007.

Then turns to me: 

“Mom and Lil’Nanny didn’t talk for years – only been talking for the past  year”  

Carmen Chenier “Lil’Nanny” re-established contact in 2007 (severed since fall 1978) because of the contact with the medical counselors and having to explain the emotional suicidal turmoil created by the life time of family abuse that’s why they talked – didn’t have a choice, right Carmen?.

Then he turns to Theresa and Jean-Paul  (about Old Man Lavergne):

“Yvonne, Jean-Paul’s sister at Old Man  Lavergne’s was waiting for me in dark hallways, spreading her legs masturbating and calling me – —  what a slut.”

Old man Lavergne wanted me to stay with them.  But after a week with that slut I couldn’t stay there, hey mom?  Remember that’s when I came back, hey Jean-Paul?

mm mm yes Mark mm mm

Still smiling, he continued >> “Hey mom! Tell her how Dr. MacIntosh wanted to buy me? Was it 12 or 15K?  It was a good family, hey mom?  But papa stopped it when he registered my birth certificate, hey mom?

Mark’s biological father was a great uncle on the Smith side. A child of incest.  One of papa’s sons.

Then turns to me: “Papa (George Charles Smith) stopped it – he was afraid to get caught by the doctors, he was shaking when he filled out the birth registration, hey mom?  tell her (me)!”

Mark with pride and emphasis >> “George Charles Smith registered himself as my father – that’s why we couldn’t find my birth certificate – You didn’t know papa had done that, hey mom?  (bullshit)

Then he turns to me “Papa named me – he wanted to call me Marcus, he didn’t know how to spell it – Papa was afraid to get caught by the doctors so he called me Mark”.**  That’s why my real last name is “Smith” not “Trepanier”, hey mom?  Papa named me, hey mom?

mm mm yes Mark mm mm

Hey mom, tell her . . . papa said as long as he was alive he was going to protect me, hey mom?

mm mm yes Mark

Right Lil’Nanny?  yes.

When he died, mom didn’t want me, hey mom?  I almost went to live with Uncle Louis (Smith) <– his biological father (Great-Uncle) – Uncle of Theresa Lavergne one of George Smith’s son.

I immediately thought “How did he get this information?“  Surely not the family.  It was CARMEN CHENIER, Grandma who told the counselors at Treatment Centre in 2007.

Through mediation, the family faked remorse for abuse he suffered at their hands – Also faked regret for triggering his suicide journey at Christmas 2006.

WHY ON EARTH, WOULD THEY  WILLINGLY ADMIT TO SPECIFIC ABUSE EVENTS and FAKE REMORSE?

During mediation with counselors at the Treatment Centre.  The only family contact Mark trusted was his grandmother Carmen Chenier, she told them everything EXCEPT the human trafficking transaction in 1979 with GUERTIN.

Carmen also kept secret about the 1992 false flag caused by Michelle GUERTIN and Nicole PERIARD.  It was the means to get him to trust them and subsequently appoint Michelle GUERTIN with Power of Attorney and Nicole PERIARD as his legal caretaker.

She blackmailed them.  GUERTIN and Theresa, Jean-Paul & Nicole were afraid of Carmen.  GUERTIN stayed away – Carmen thought they were a thing of the past.

 

On 29 AUGUST 2018.,  Mark said:   “The fuckers didn’t change, I knew it“

In 2007, IF grandma had told Mark and the counselors about the 1979 human trafficking secret, it would have been the game changer.  In 2007, the counselors wanted Mark to push family abuse charges.  The family were able to dupe Mark to thing they regretted the past and were remorseful.

IMAGINE IF THE 1979 GUERTIN DEAL and the use of PEDOPHILIA to slap father-son cover had COME OUT >>>  Very likely, Mark would be alive today.

Carmen Chenier died 30 October 2010 – Mark, Theresa and me were with Carmen, five minutes before she passed.  She asked Mark and I to look over Michael’s children.

Mark whispered in her ear “I’ll be ok now Lil’Nanny – don’t worry”.

By early 2011,  family abuse began such as setting me up to get Marcel Trepanier arrested (February) – Mark’s forged arrest warrant (March) – Mark did extensive jail time up into December due to forged charges.

Then, on 21 December 2011, Nicole  attempted to set me up with violent crime – by replacing someone on site – calling police and insisting I be charged and immediately brought to the police station (jailed).   Twenty minutes before, I had told Jean-Paul Lavergne that they couldn’t wait for him to die (sources verifiable – witnesses).  Jean-Paul died six months later – His suddenly health decline had started at the same time that Mark was arrested on forged charges.

The GUERTIN and family seemed to be on a countdown.  There seemed to be an agenda to ensure Jean-Paul died before the Lavergne Estate became available (death of his ailing mother).  And in addition, an agenda to isolate Mark Smith by removing me from his life.

2011 game purposes was to remove me from his life – not kill me but to isolate him >> 2011 – GUERTIN w/t PERIARD – Organized Operations – Forged Arrest Warrant & 2 Attempts to Set Me Up

Game plan to terminate me began with the New Partner(s) in 2016 and stopped in August 2018.  Instead, of trying to terminate me, they character assassinated me with law and intelligence agencies.

We met the day before he re-appeared in the family’s lives unannounced. 

The universe sure works in mysterious ways.
