2009, 2011, 2014, 2015 – FALSE FLAGS & CHAOS by Family with Guertin lurking in background

I met Mark on 23 December 2008 – On 29 May 2009, we started to live together.

By September 2009, the family started to create chaos in our lives such as involving my ex-husband to trigger conflict – They would put Mark down as a nobody, an underhand bum, drug addict, using the smearing tactic  – a triangle: ex-husband against Mark and me standing in the middle.  Ron knew Mark – he was not easily swayed.

My former husband and I owned the rental building where Theresa and Jean-Paul Lavergne lived.  In July 2009, I made the mistake of allowing them to be our tenants – The Lavergne paid well but they were dangerous – They were  one of the incentives for selling the building.

One day Ron with shock:  “are you sure that’s his mother, his family??  they are fucking evil with him” .  Soon after we sold the building.  <<  this is verifiable information with ex-husband.

In late December 2009, I received a medical letter urging me to seek a new physician to treat my condition – the signature was from a doctor I hadn’t seen since 2005 – the letter was a forgery most likely from GUERTIN.  For details:  GUERTIN medical crime >> 2009 Forged Medical Letter (photo included).

Now why do such a forgery? Two plausible reasons >>  (1) need me back in the medical system to then mess with me – I had not renewed by health card; and (2) medical manipulation “mess with me”.  The GUERTIN were/are influential at most levels of the medical system (as demonstrated repeatedly throughout this case from 911 alerts to ambulance coordination to medical professionals in conspiracy).

As to “my condition” >> If they were alluding to the terminal test results of 2003, little did they know those test results were false positives.  On 31 October 2003,  as per physician, I had 18 months to live.  I was scheduled to die by February 2005.  It took 11 months to discover it was false “not true”.

GUERTIN seemed to have unauthorized access to the provincial health database.

In mid-April 2018, she was venting not being able to locate my medical records (audio exists).  Why couldn’t she locate them?  since July 2008, I was no longer in the provincial health system.  How come?  Because of the suspicious circumstances surrounding the 2003 misdiagnosis “18 months to live” – After discovering it was false, three months later attempt to kidnap me (CUBA).  Somehow it felt related. 

I couldn’t trust the health care system (still cannot) – It is compromised.  That would become an understatement after GUERTIN came in our lives. 

Without the help of new partners, the GUERTIN revolve around legal and medical crimes – Combining legal and medical to commit crimes is one hell of an enslavement – it’s actually a crime against humanity.

And here’s an anomaly >> On 29 November 2017, I emailed a detailed account about period  “18 months to live’ – It also detailed what happened a few days after my father died, my son was kidnapped for execution (1999). 

What’s the anomaly? >> 29 November 2017, the day they stopped daily black helicopter flyovers which were ongoing since 26 October 2017.  You see, I have come to question >> if New partners (CSIS) saw some of their handiwork in that detail document and had a knee jerk reaction “feeling self-conscious invisibility & secrecy be might compromised”  They stopped flyovers – Just an hypothesis.

After 30 October 2010, they became dangerous.  Calling our house daily and creating conflicts for the day until the next day.

Carmen Chenier (grandmother) died on 30 October 2010.  They were afraid of CARMEN CHENIER because she held many things above their heads. TWO FALSE FLAG OPERATIONS in 2011

In 2011, they pulled two major false flags involving local law enforcement.

March 2011 – FALSE FLAG #1 – ORGANIZED by GUERTIN and Family aiding and abetting.  The end game was for Michelle GUERTIN to come in as his SAVIOR lawyer once I was outcast from the trusted circle outside Theresa and PERIARD’s grip.

In early March 2011, Theresa Lavergne called our house in distress.  Mark was in a panic to hear his mother crying and begging me to use my cell phone to call police while she stayed on the line with Mark.

What was the problem!?

Apparently, Marcel Trepanier from Michael’s house, was calling her and telling her how much he loved her.  Begging that she leaves Jean-Paul Lavergne.

LYN! LYN! PLEASE HELP MY MOTHER! CALL 911 right now!

I didn’t.  Instead, I dialed Michael’s house. 

I discovered that Theresa had just called there 10 minutes earlier and all was fine – just small talk.  While she was on the phone with Jennifer (Michael’s partner), Marcel just said “Hi” in the background. He had just arrived and they were going to party the night away (coke, weed, beer).

When Theresa realized I hadn’t phone 911, she hung up. This false claim of distress, freaked out Jennifer and Michael.

Why in the hell would Theresa do such a thing?

A week or so later, on 11 March 2011, police came to the door with an arrest warrant for Mark. What was it?

For two missed weekends in the 1983 case, Michelle GUERTIN had defended.  Two missed weekends 28 years ago (from 1983 to 2011).  Mark claimed those weekends were approved.  Each time he presented himself at the jail door, the guard told him it was OK to leave – most likely jail overpopulation and he was a first time offender, 18 years old.

Think about this . . . . 28 years later, you get arrested for missing weekend that were approved at the time but you have nothing to show to prove it.

Michelle GUERTIN used the weekends as means to make it seem he had run away from doing the last two weekends of his 1983 sentence.  She forged one of her cases.  Much safer because had someone else been the defending lawyer, she would have not dared fabricate an arrest warrant.

Let’s say I would have called 911 – picture this . . .

Police go to Michael’s house and does a CPIC  – The name MAR(k) Trepanier appears . . . . oh oh wait a minute . . . there’s an arrest warrant for Mark Trepanier.  While MAR(cel) TREPANIER tries to explain that he hasn’t called Theresa – totally clueless – but told Lyn Champagne called police to report you.

Too late !!

The house would probably smell of weed which in turn would have led to busting them and discovering . . . as I know Marcel . . . I would say most likely 7 grams of coke.

Then police would have come back to our house and arrested Mark Trepanier (Smith) while Marcel, Michael and Jody (Candy’s Son) were going down for illegal drugs.

Then consider the children in the house who were playing in their room with the nintendo or xbox (whatever).

Throughout the years, PERIARD has pulled false flags on Michael and Jennifer as means to get custody of their children – This was a recurring danger – Nicole the witch who steals other people’s children using police and CAS – a recurring threat.

When Carmen  Chenier was on her death bed she asked Mark and me to look over Michael’s children – to protect them from Theresa and Nicole PERIARD.  I had no clue how dangerous these two females were to the rest of the family.

Because I hadn’t called police on Marcel Trepanier, the warrant stayed in the system and a week later, on 11 March 2011,  police came to our house and served Mark with the warrant – he was immediately picked up and jail for the next 3 weeks . . . just the beginning.

Suddenly MICHELLE GUERTIN was nowhere to be found – unreachable.  The false flag to expulse me from Mark’s life and trust circle had failed.  But if, it worked, she would have come in to rescue him – probably point out the error that those weekends were in fact approved.  What a easy SAVE when one is the PREDATOR.

So she didn’t play out the SAVIOR role.  Instead, Mark did extensive jail time up into December 2011 as punishment – GUERTIN the enslaver – pure evil.

Oh, and why did I not believe Theresa – after all she was crying and begging?

Because Marcel Trepanier did not trust her and PERIARD.  He despised these two ladies.  Let me tell you what Marcel would say about them in “good French Canadian” >> “C’est deux tabarnak de grosses plottes, tiens toi loin d’eux, hein la p’tite? ok?”  and my reply to Marcel:  “Je le sais Marss, ne t’inquietes pas“. (which translate to:  “These are two fucking cunts, stay away from them, ok?”  my reply: “I know Marss, don’t worry”).

Marcel Trepanier trusted me.  Like he once told me affectionately:

“Toi la p’tite je ne t’aimes pas, mais je t’aime, sais-tu pourquoi?  Parce que tu es bonne pour mon gars.”  (it translates to:  You, small one, I don’t like you, but I like ya, you wanna know why? because you’re good to my son”)

Then he hugged me.

He hated Michelle  GUERTIN “parle moi pas d’elle, cette esti plotte là” (translates to:  “Don’t talk to me about that fucking cunt”)

So imagine Mark getting arrested for 1983 case which at the time also involved Marcel – I believe Marcel did jail time for 1983 – A Michelle GUERTIN special.

21 December 2011 – FALSE FLAG #2 –  ORGANIZED by GUERTIN and Family aiding and abetting. GUERTIN protected NICOLE PERIARD who felt  confident enough to pull it off – PERIARD at Forefront with Theresa and Bobby Lavergne supporting her false claims.

The purpose of this false flag was to have me criminally charged and immediately arrested  – PERIARD called police and gave a dramatic performance (crying and begging) with claims that I had gone to Theresa and Jean-Paul Lavergne’s house in order to beat them with a baseball bat but then changed my mind and left.

It failed because police didn’t believe her.  Why?

I have no history of violence nor a criminal record but more so because a witness warned police before they responded to the call.  The witness told them that PERIARD had replaced someone who had just left before Police arrived.  (source verifiable – two witnesses including police)

On 21 December 2011, Mark was under house arrest – the end of that fraudulent claim “1983 missed weekends”.  Theresa Lavergne kept calling over and over, claiming distress, asking Mark to come and help her.  She knew he was under house arrest and every day she pursued to try to get him to leave home.  Get him in trouble.

I decided I would go see her and explain that she was causing issues and turmoil for her son Mark.  When I got there, Bobby Lavergne was openly aggressive, he thought I was there for what they had just done to Jennifer and young Mary-Ann (6 years old) << I was clueless.  Whatever had happened with them, occurred while I was driving to their house.

But since Bobby was overtly aggressive, I had a little stick, the length of my forearm and I put it on my person.  Just in case, he decided to assault me (he has a history of hitting females).  At the house, there was Theresa, Bobby, Jean-Paul and Jessica (Bobby’s girlfriend).

When Bobby saw the stick, he started to scream obscenities at full blast.  I remained calm.  Jean-Paul tried to tell him to shut up and listen to what I had to say but to no avail – Bobby stood less than 3 feet away from me screaming and flailing arms in the air.

So I spoke over him and told him he should shut up because many in town knew  he sold ecstasy to young girls and then tried to have sex with them.

Then I turned to his new girlfriend and told her to watch herself because NICOLE PERIARD was telling everyone that she had stolen $60 dollars out of her purse.

Bobby quieted down – Then I looked at Jean-Paul and told him “Jean-Paul, they can’t wait for you to die”.

Then I left.  I was totally clueless that they had verbally aggressed Jennifer and young Mary-Ann just moments before I arrived – we missed one another by 5-6 minutes.  While I was there, Jennifer unknowing I was at their house, called Mark crying to let him know what they had done to her and Mary-Ann.

After Mark hung up with Jennifer and Michael (outraged), his mother (Theresa)  called him and told him I had just been there to beat them up and that  NICOLE PERIARD was calling police.

Upon hearing that, Mark immediately called Jennifer to go and to stay close (outside) and to warn police before they responded to the call.

When Jennifer was outside,  Nicole had just arrived and Jessica the girlfriend rushed out.    Jessica was afraid of Nicole rightly so.  Jessica saw Jennifer in the Giant Tiger parking lot (adjacent to their house) and showed her the bag of Ecstasy stashed in her purse – she was leaving because Nicole was calling police to claim I had been there to beat them with a baseball bat.

Police arrived and Jennifer warned them that Jessica had left and Nicole Periard had replaced her  – whatever the claims PERIARD would make would be lies.

The police responded to the call.  No matter how much PERIARD insisted, the police didn’t buy it.  However, she insisted they at least give me a “no trespassing” fine – although there is no sign that says “no trespassing”  – I believe the police just wanted to close the call with this woman.  I was astounded to the maliciousness of PERIARD.  I’ve kept a copy of the ticket, click here to see it.

After leaving their house, police came to our house.  One of the first things they said was:  “what were you thinking going there with the four worst people in town?”  then they asked me to name who was there:  “Theresa, Jean-Paul, Bobby and Jessica his girlfriend”.

DING DING DING – It supported what the witness had said.

In January 2012, Jean-Paul confided to Mark and I that he suspected they wanted him dead – what I told him on that fateful 21 December 2011 simply validated what he already suspected.  He died 6 months later.

Jean-Paul told us that he tried to stop Nicole Periard, but they shoved him in his room and told him to close the door.

When police came, he came out of the room and they talked over him and returned to his room.  Now folks, imagine the emotional horror Jean-Paul must have felt.  They were calling police on the one who had told him what he suspected all along.

That’s pure hell bullshit – I’m so sorry you had to go through this Jean-Paul.  May you rest in peace.  I know in my heart they had something to do with your health decline – they premeditated your death.

JEAN-PAUL experienced sudden health decline at the same time period that Mark was served with the fraudulent arrest warrant.  GUERTIN prides herself for being effficient.  They needed to get Mark isolated and rescued by her while at the same time they began Jean-Paul’s health descent to his death – he had to die before his ailing 93 year old mother, Mrs. Anita Lavergne.  Her death released the Lavergne Estate.

When he died on 6 JUNE 2012, Theresa and PERIARD reminded us of winners.  They were relieved that he had died before his mother Mrs. Lavergne.  She died three weeks later.  Other people noticed their relief that he died first.

Why in the hell would they be relieved that he died first? I say it had to do with the Lavergne Estate.

Since 2010, they were the direct cause of chaos and abuse in our household.

On 13 July 2014, Nicole Periard ran to my car, flailing her arms in the air, shouting:  “Lyn! Lyn! Did you know you cured me of three cancerous tumors?? hm?” – I didn’t respond.  I turned to look at the other person who heard Nicole.  Then we left.  Thirty minutes later, people came to our house to inform us that NICOLE PERIARD was slandering me big time on FACEBOOK with Cynthia Rosebush.

While she was doing that, Mary-Ann, 9 years old was sitting at the kitchen table.  PERIARD turned to the child and with a snickering evil grin said:  “So-o did your Aunt Lyn exorcise you?”  – – – What a creepy statement to say to a child.

I COULD NO LONGER TAKE THEIR BULLSHIT – I had to do something – I had a “What would Jesus do” moment and this came to mind “LUKE 6:41” which reads:

Pourquoi regardes-tu le brin de paille qui est dans l’œil de ton frère, alors que tu ne remarques pas la poutre qui est dans ton œil? Comment peux-tu dire à ton frère: “Mon frère, laisse-moi enlever cette paille qui est dans ton œil”, toi qui ne vois même pas la poutre qui est dans le tien? Hypocrite, enlève d’abord la poutre de ton œil et alors tu verras assez clair pour enlever la paille de l’œil de ton frère.»

So I did something that would stop the family and GUERTIN from using us in false flag operations ever again (so I thought).

HERE’S WHAT I DID
On 13 July 2014, I sent an email to one of PERIARD’s cousin, click here to read the email. 

Although the email was marked with “Confidential – do not distribute”, the cousin forwarded it to Bobby Lavergne.  Bobby has a love/hate relationship with his sister PERIARD.  Bobby sent it to at large including their landlord.

Within two weeks, they were evicted and expulsed from the community.   The email read like a list of crimes committed by Nicole Periard.  I will venture that some of these crimes were handled by GUERTIN – pulling legal strings so that PERIARD avoided prosecution.

Although my name appeared in the first paragraph of the email, NOBODY approached me to ask who was Tony Savage – How did I send it to them?  I created an account on FACEBOOK as means to send the email to the cousin.  The next day, I sent an email to the cousin thanking her for her discretion (chuckles) and that the matter would be dealt privately.  The account was terminated two days later.

The next day (14 July 2014), all hell broke loose in Theresa’s and Nicole’s world.  They called Mark to ask if he knew Tony Savage – they didn’t mention my name.  No one asked me.  Everyone ignored me and stayed away from us for the next 1 1/2 year until the new partners with CSIS allied by late 2015.

December 2015

In mid-December 2015, I was doing online research about shadow people – I had also contacted an aunt to confirm who was Dr. Charles Katz.  The research had to do with an experience I had in 1963, at age 4.  That evening, I experienced shadow people.  My stance?  “gee, talk too much about something or someone and there they are.”  When I went to bed that night, I could have sworn there were three shadow figures at the bedroom entrance.  So I told them (something like):  “Take a hike, and by the way, go see your kind of people, and try to be constructive for once, will  ya?!” then with the wave of hand: “va va bon parti!”.

Next morning, Theresa called in distress to recount the most elaborate shadow people story  I’ve ever heard.  In distressing tone, she told us that Bobby Lavergne had been awoken by a shadow figure who, at first, presented itself as deceased Jean-Paul Lavergne.  The shadow man was very talkative.  It told Bobby that he was in big trouble if he didn’t change his ways.  But that, *snicker* it was just a question of time.  Right now he was lucky but it wouldn’t be long *sinister snickering*.  Bobby was freaked out and open the bedroom light and the shadow man disappeared.  Theresa went on and on and at the end said:  “It’s an omen”.

Gee. I’d never heard of talkative shadow people – they don’t – this one had the gift of the gab.

Now folks, I was perplexed, did I send the shadow man to Bobby?  After all, I had told them go see your own kind and be constructive for once.

NO NO NO – that was orchestrated by new partners.  They most likely used my online research as inspiration point – that was a big mistake because at the end of the day, it puts them in partnership with GUERTIN and FAMILY.

In mid-December 2017, I decided to put together a docu-presentation to describe all my shadow experiences. When I started to work on this presentation, the SON announced he was leaving for Christmas holidays.  I say they sat back to see what I was going to write.  Most likely mocking to admire their handiwork.

The family again, were put in the picture during Christmas period 2017, by mocking and using what I had put in that document.  They showed they had electronic monitoring INTEL.

On 21 November 2015, I strongly suspect that Mark was lased behind the leg.  What’s interesting is the instinctive response from Theresa “as if she knew” –  Please read:

Then, suddenly by 21 December 2015, NICOLE PERIARD insisted that I come to their Christmas gathering on Christmas Eve.  She made a big fuss about it.  She was suddenly nice and full of compliments, laughing, amiable, greeting me with arms wide open.

When I got there, it was day and night, she totally ignored me.  It was so apparent that we wondered why the hell did she so much insist I attend – we left early.  I had made plates of sandwiches – the next day we heard how some people were very sick after eating my food << Nicole tainted my food (I am 100% convinced – she has a reputation of doing it).

Here’s what I think >> I think it was a ploy to have us leave the home so that listening devices could be installed in the house or around the house.  Since 2015, they (new partners with CSIS) were electronically monitoring online but not in-house.  I strongly believe that in-house monitoring began after 24 December 2015.

Now Nicole did was she does best >> CHAOS >> Because she didn’t want Michael and Jennifer to attend their New Year’s Eve party, Nicole faked a serious medical injury and made us all think that she was in the hospital because her fecal bag affixed below her navel had caused hemorrhaging on 30 December 2015.  I prayed for her well being – I was devastated that she was in the hospital on New Year’s Eve.

On 1 January 2016, Theresa made the mistake of talking too much – She started to tell Mark how much fun they had at their New Year’s Eve party. Ding ding ding . . . “where was Nicky mom?”  OOPSIE. 

By 2 January 2016, the family were back at creating chaos in our house – Nicky on the phone tweaking Mark as I removed the Christmas decorations and tree.  They pitted him against me.  I got so angry that I told PERIARD: “Each time you will lie, you will gain 3 pounds”.

By summer 2016, she had gained over 60 pounds – from afar one couldn’t tell the difference between Theresa and Nicole – Both were obese and from afar looked like twins.  That gain weight statement was taken seriously by other people.  A few months later, these people would tell me how they had lost weight since they had stopped lying.

Folks, between you and I, that was just power of suggestion and guilt. 

Since PERIARD’s out of the blue intestinal surgery, the rumour was that I was a witch with super powers.  And to make things worst, I would tell them:  “no no, not a witch.  I’m a chaos magus.  I put order where shit disturbers have created chaos.”  << that didn’t help.  After her unexpected surgery (2013), they blamed me for cursing NICOLE.

Why?  Because two weeks prior, she had created chaos conflict in the family and I said in the presence of people >> “Nicky is full of shit and for once needs to regurgitate her own shit” – someone reported me to Nicky.  Two weeks later, bang! Intestinal operation, her rectum was sowed shut and she was affixed with a fecal bag for life.  I was blamed.

Interestingly, between 26-30 January 2018, Michelle GUERTIN, the demonic creature, came out of her skin, she accused me ferociously of being responsible for PERIARD’S condition.  She insisted and even threatened to have me criminally charged – Insisting – GUERTIN knew intimate details using PERIARD language of expression. 

I came to wonder if the GUERTIN were not the ones responsible for PERIARD unnecessary operation, just to make it coincide with my comment two weeks before her operation. 

I strongly believe that they did – waiting for the moment when she GUERTIN could blame me.  She sounded like a nut to say the least.  I would come to baptise her / name her “Exorcist Girl” from the movie “The Exorcist”.  A mentally insane woman – keep in mind that three days prior (23 January 2018), I had broken the hypnotic state of Mark – That personality was suppose to kill me – I will venture not many targets have broken such a spell in the past.  GUERTIN was livid – she seeped psychopathy.  She was angry with me – hated me.

With a vengeance, the family had returned in our lives by 2 JANUARY 2016 – with attitude of bravado.  No longer afraid.

1. THIS IS THE RUN FOR OUR LIVES >> Timeline of Events for 2016 to 2019.I’ve concluded there was a hidden agenda riding under the GUERTIN’s Mark (Trepanier) SMITH agenda.

2. CSIS might have portrayed me as a person of interest and asked GUERTIN to participate in a covert operation.

3. In 2016,  FAMILY and GUERTIN stayed in the background, letting the new partners use covert means to eliminate me – by end of 2016, they prepared for a new strategy to be played out in 2017.

4. By 2017, the Family and GUERTIN were brought at forefront and more so throughout 2018 >> they went down the rabbit’s hole in order to satisfy the New Partners elimination operation which in turn, incriminated GUERTIN and FAMILY.I protect his life and counteracted them from one psyop tactic to another.Since they were unable to capture SMITH and terminate me,  CSIS took over to dissociate Mark Smith from the family – So if they dissociated him from the family, it is most likely because of what was running under the name “Mark Trepanier” in the Lavergne Estate.

5. By legally “divorcing him” it released back to the family whatever was riding under his name and then subsequently it was  handed off to the GUERTIN (Fall 2018).By this time, Mark was in urgent need of medical care.  We didn’t have a choice but to get him to a hospital – CSIS and LOUIS GUERTIN made us believe that the mother and SON GUERTIN were dead.

6. The hospital was the ultimate death trap – which is what we avoided since 27 February 2018.  At end of the day, they used the medical system to kill him.As for me, new partners with CSIS marked me on a criminal watch list – under constant surveillance.

Marcel Trepanier died in 2013.  It was a suspicious death.  So unexpected that his girlfriend CANDY was blamed by entourage – At the time I was paying half attention to the allegation that Candy was responsible.

Here’s the thing . . . Candy did not take it lightly “being blamed for Marcel’s death” . . . .  She started to probe/investigate. 

She must have gotten very close to the truth because 3 weeks later she died the SAME WAY as Marcel. 

NOW I FOUND IT SUSPICIOUS/ NOW IT GOT MY ATTENTION.  People (entourage) who  blamed her, shrugged it off . . . Oh well, we suppose it wasn’t Candy fault after all.  Case closed.

IF MARCEL HAD BEEN ALIVE?   He would have been a problem. 

They had to get him out of the way – “can’t incarcerate him?”  then kill him off – BAD DRUGS “poisoned” – Marcel and Candy were seasoned users not amateurish nor stupid. 

CANDY died the same way three weeks later – too much probing – Candy was intelligent, street smart and very clever “Hard to pull the wool over her eyes”.

I stand firm >> they were high likely killed.
