I believe New Partners (CSIS) did.
Bottom Line: I believe GUERTIN were discovered in 2015 – A Youtube comment I posted might have attracted attention -> I was scrutinized which led to SMITH and to GUERTIN.
- Keep in mind, I was targeted well before GUERTIN came along. Last attempt was in 2004, it failed. GUERTIN agenda was an opportunity to terminate me and I will venture lucrative “piece of the action $$$”. They were frozen, kept at bay until New Partners (CSIS) appeared with the best gift they could have ever asked for >> “Mr. and Mrs. GUERTIN we will remove your obstacle and you will have your human prize Mark SMITH”. wow. Can’t say no to that. They’d been trying to get rid of me since 2009 – the difference is that now they were in agreement that I be exterminated (death). New Partners (CSIS) first choice for removal.
Theory how New Partners (CSIS) and GUERTIN made contact
Without their knowledge, the GUERTIN would have been monitored the moment their criminal agenda was discovered – Gather everything you can about them before you approach them.
- Human trafficking, medical atrocities, illegal operations, etc. Then consider what was riding over Mark TREPANIER (SMITH)’s name. High likely lots of dirt and criminality >> blackmail material above and beyond Mark SMITH.
I will venture, to this day, they’ve remained electronically monitored as they were throughout the organized criminal operation.
Did the new partners (CSIS) make up a story such as “we are monitoring Lyn Champagne, she’s a person of interest” – Make the GUERTIN believe they are part of a homeland security operation?
That would suit the GUERTIN just fine because the new partner would most likely allude to the fact they want to remove Champagne and that’s what the GUERTIN wanted since I showed up in Mark’s life (2009).
It’s difficult to think that the GUERTIN would have approached CSIS to work with them to achieve their criminal agenda. It would have to be the other way around.
They were approached, perhaps lured (something like) >>“Mr. and Mrs. GUERTIN we will remove your obstacle LYN CHAMPAGNE”
It would validate why the GUERTIN agreed without fear of retribution to have me terminated – the order of termination did not come from GUERTIN but from new partners with CSIS at forefront.
What could go wrong?
GUERTIN would become future puppets in no position to negotiate one’s way out other than let them in on the action.

Michelle and Anton GUERTIN sure did. They were pushed to the brink of psychopathy, mentally insane behavior . . . that is a lot of psychological tweaking all in the name of doing new partners’ bidding of terminating me.

The GUERTIN should have taken their prize on 10 February 2018 when he was willingly leaving to join them. I wonder what made her and the SON turn around? New partners? FEBRUARY 2015 >> HOW GUERTIN MIGHT HAVE BEEN DISCOVERED BY NEW PARTNERS (CSIS).

In October 2015, New Partners (CSIS) was detected in our lives.
I always wondered if they discovered the GUERTIN because of my Youtube comment sometime between 10-12 February 2015.
- After posting the comment, I felt something/someone breathing down my neck – bad energy >> I had a “Uh oh” premonition that I should not have commented at all.
I will venture I attracted attention and then I was scrutinized. Then they checked out who I lived with, Mark SMITH formerly known as Mark TREPANIER and it led to the GUERTIN.

About the 2015 YouTube comment, it was just two words: “Prejudice blinds” on a podcast to do with specific off-world races – I believe the podcast presenters were two Secret Space Program advocates.
What was the Youtube video about?
A fearmongering video regarding reptilians, alpha draconis, Anunnaki including any hybrid from those species – a fear preparatory campaign for a future alien false flag invasion? sure sounded like that. Use the prejudice key most humans carry – freak them out. Keep them prepared for the future? Fear / Prejudice / Exo-racism especially if they don’t look human.

At end of day, GUERTIN’s criminal agenda was discovered – I might have been the point of entry.
Do I think the Youtube comment deserved that I be executed? no. no no.
I think they had forgotten about me. The YouTube comment put me back on the target list. The last attempt on my life was in 2004 and obviously (since i’m here) it failed.
With them it’s always just a question of time until next opportunity arises.

So I believe when I hit their radar again, they investigated my surroundings and found out about the GUERTIN . . .. perfect. let’s use that criminal agenda to terminate the baggage (me).

The 13 November 2016 email had too much information about me, more than just describing what was happening with my son. Think about this >> I send an email with too much information and POOF! it stops but then the agenda changed. Before doing a suicide program on my son, they ran it on me from June to first week October 2016.
