FEBRUARY 2019 was full-packed. Here’s how it went down . . .

2 FEBRUARY 2019

On this day, I started full-time investigation. It had to be done as if it was part of a grander scheme. At wake-up, it felt as if I had been ordered. GO start now.

These psychopaths showed experience, being organized and abusing their position of authority to commit organized crimes –> No conscience, cruel, inflicting suffering, psychological torture and despair, those were key to successfully achieve getting the job done. I classify them as enslavers. eugenicists, serial killers. Psychopaths. Satanic.

Quite obvious –> We were/are not their first nor would we be their last . . .
In our case,

They premeditated his death (11-16 DEC 2018). GUERTIN alone had been at it since mid-1990s. Suicide provocation 2007 almost died – SMITH psychological disorders (Dr. BOYD/GUERTIN) most were removed (2007-08) – Meets me 23 DEC 2008 – They resumed grab op in 2009 – I stopped them in 2014 (they were screwed afraid of me). But then new partnership by 2016, first choice –> my extermination as means to get SMITH. But then psyop failures in 2016 & 2017. In JANUARY 2018 it became hard-core.

From that point forward, it took 12 months without stopping, days into weeks into months – relentless. Laser shot – Health Decline – Seizures. Gas-lighting, coercion, psychological torture, intimidation, aiming to provoke suicides, attempts to get me killed, planning crime setups, threats of arrests for psychological abuse, lures for abduction, abduction attempts, using the medical system as GUERTIN’s crib.

They crashed our lives to destroy both of us.
.
How I saw it on 2 FEB 2019 –> They killed him but I counteracted /evaded them. Since 2016, first choice to grab SMITH was by permanently removing me (disappearance via setups and lures, death) and they failed.
.
They were/are relentless and don’t accept failures – They don’t give up.
.
Like I have experienced in the past (before SMITH), it’s usually just a question of time –> Just like the two CUBA abduction attempts in 2004, and before that in 2003, and before that in 1999.
.
Then in 2015, next opportunity came along –> GUERTIN Mark SMITH agenda . . . They targeted me for two years 2016-2018. I still shake my head when I think –> “What were the odds I should meet someone (SMITH) who was also targeted for termination” Too uncanny. It feels like it was organized but not by usual human suspects. Feels (in my gut) pre-planned. I agreed. (It deserves a whole post).

The point is –> Will there be a next time?
Let that sink in.

2 FEB 2019 – Assumptions – What I knew / think I knew & what I didn’t know:

Black helicopter are still flying over although Mark SMITH is dead “Why were they still protecting?”
Michelle and Anton “the SON” GUERTIN were not dead – They faked death.
The SON wasn’t his biological child.
Family was blackmailed in 2017-2018 to work with GUERTIN (wrong). At the time, my rationale was that they had discovered through time the SON wasn’t Mark SMITH’s biological child but kept quiet about it and now they were being blackmailed to work with GUERTIN. Also suspected Nicole PERIARD had a lot to loose and Theresa LAVERGNE had chosen to protect her daughter over her son MARK.
The Family went to Court but I did not know what they did in Court.
The Family knew Luke Bouvier (CSIS) – PERIARD’s son on 20 JANUARY 2019 got excited as he acknowledged knowing BOUVIER, then instinctively, out of the blue, volunteered information about the SON –> “After all, we don’t know if it was his SON, a DNA test was never done” – Where had that come from? –> Knowing BOUVIER triggered PERIARD’S son to imitate the one he saw and heard say it. PERIARD’S Son gave the impression he admired BOUVIER . . . Perhaps BOUVIER was nice him, made him feel intelligent? Her son is autistic and has a speech impediment.

There was no inheritance however there seemed to be link with the LAVERGNE Estate because they used it / dangled it from 2012 to 2018. They created the expectation. The FAMILY started to dangle the golden carrot “inheritance” soon after old lady LAVERGNE (93) passed away in July 2012, three weeks after Jean-Paul LAVERGNE died (organized, premeditated). Then on 25 OCTOBER 2016, Mark SMITH contacted Michelle GUERTIN to help him release his share because FAMILY were playing mind-games. FAMILY and GUERTIN went along with it.

2 FEB 2019 – Full-time investigation would be done using a phased approach.

Phase I –> Collect all material such as recordings, Skype screenshots, journal notes, etc. and assemble chronologically by date. I was assembling by time period (months). I focused on 2018. Years 2015 to 2017 & 2019 were done in 2020-21 including 1979 up to 1990s and beyond when he met me (2009). It all came together.

Phase II –> Start TIME MODULES – Written like a witness statement. No investigation, not making the connections . . . just laid out as we lived it. Time modules done mostly in NOVEMBER 2019 (following link opens GDrive FOLDER where Modules are stored) >> 0-TIME-MODULES 2018 (done 2019).

At the time, I didn’t know about New Partners (CSIS) – Not until 14 MAY 2020.

I thought it was all GUERTIN’s doing and that the FAMILY had been blackmailed in 2017-2018 – no notion yet they were allied since 1979 and conspiracy alliance sealed in 1990s with Nicole PERIARD who became the family point of contact.

About the FAMILY –> Human trafficking discovery was made on 19 November 2019. This knowledge changed the dynamics of the investigation. I was shocked because it was not in my consciousness that the family would have done this, it blew my mind. But now many pieces of the puzzle made sense / came together.

Among many other family incidents, it explained why the family provoked suicide during holidays 2006 into new year 2007. Interestingly, Mark SMITH then “Trepanier” was putting pressure to find his birth certificate . . . something GUERTIN and FAMILY never wanted him to find. His mother avoided the question and Michelle GUERTIN, brilliant lawyer played stupid.

As long as he didn’t have his birth cert, he wasn’t in the system (no bank accounts, no driver’s license, etc.) – He didn’t exist. Perfect situation for them. Too much pressure to want to find it? Asking too many questions? oh yeah? –> provoke suicide and they did.
.
He almost died on 15 JAN 2007 – Saved by a stranger who didn’t know his name – No alert protocol on 911 call – Ethical Treatment Counselors (2007) helped him FIND his birth certificate – Now in the system (bank account, driver’s license, legitimate SIN number, etc.) and as if that wasn’t enough for them –> He met me, the obstacle to be removed.

As I wrote at the start of this post –> I had to do investigation because –> “. . . it was as if it was part of a grander scheme” –> What grander scheme? At the time, I had the overwhelming feeling it was part of something much bigger than just our case – There were others. They were too experienced and organized, not their first time.

Today, I strongly suspect this case has attracted unwanted attention such as the abuse (covert) of CSIS and/or Intelligence agencies’ assets and resources to commit organized crimes, slack internal security protocols –> Old adage “who’s guarding the guards”. This case would be a red flag warranting a deep dive in other suspicious activities, other cases, internal suspicions . . . Internal Affairs.

In addition, how did they get around all the “paper work” and authorization signatory process to approve electronic surveillance especially for an unlimited time period? Apparently, you have to go through hoops and loops. Was that by-passed? Or perhaps they don’t care because maybe it’s from a very influential source (a special hush-hush project . . . only designated staffers know), everyone else is clueless, below the tight circle of miscreants’ pay grade . . . they look the other way. Don’t say a word, you’ll get in trouble.

Also, you can’t have large staff turnaround for monitoring especially to monitor atrocities, listening to people suffering, screaming, crying, falling to the ground in seizure, gauging when to call back to amp up despair, aiming for violence, provoking sickness, privy to GUERTIN being coached and hearing them in action (phone calls) . . . days in, days out into weeks, months into years? I’m just saying.

Then think of the black helicopters daily frequently on-demand priority (Fall 2017) and in Fall 2018 –> concurring with BOUVIER’s calls or with in-house conversations, CSIS aerial protection (the lie we believed). SOMEONE had to give the approval – on demand, a priority flying by within minutes?

Then we have the GUERTIN clan . . . What were they hiding over / under Mark “Trepanier” SMITH? What’s the deal with this guy? Yes to Human trafficking and pedophilia connections but why buy this guy (age 13) with the eventual intent to kill him?

And, to keep a legal enslavement grip on him –> In 1991-92, at age 27, to enslave using psychiatric MK-ULTRA techniques (on a normal guy) to create mental disorders, multiple personality / dissociative, triggers, trust fixations (for control) for specific people –> GUERTIN.

Michelle GUERTIN was appointed Power of Attorney of Mark “Trepanier” while he was being psychologically re-arranged (1991-92) – No birth certificate – He didn’t exist.

If you were an investigator wouldn’t you want to (instinctively) deep dive, check out what GUERTIN were/are up to? What were/are they hiding? I can just imagine.

But as an investigator, I would also venture if you got too close, you’d be told to lay off or else not from the GUERTIN but from New Partners (CSIS) network who were/are more powerful and influential than GUERTIN.

Perhaps this case has been added to an existing pile of similar cases?

They had access to technologies that GUERTIN didn’t have. Also, the GUERTIN didn’t have the experience to pull it off on their own. Since I’d been in his life (2009), GUERTIN had been at it up until I scared them off in July 2014. Then, New Partners (CSIS) were detected in Fall 2015 and by 2016, the SMITH operation resumed. First choice? Permanently remove me “terminate”.

5 FEBRUARY 2019

Since 2 FEBRUARY 2019, I spent days and evenings assembling material. I also updated the Summary of Events document and uploaded it to GDrive @ 3:58am on 5 FEBRUARY 2019. (I was a night owl).

First version of Summary of Events was uploaded to GDrive 14 MAY 2018 –> Next day (15th), a RCMP (impersonator) called. RCMP had arrested, detained Michelle GUERTIN – Louis GUERTIN fed the narrative for several weeks – We believed it until 16 JUNE 2018 when I convinced Mark SMITH we had to independently press criminal charges against GUERTIN –> Let us contact RCMP (links end of post).

The updated version is in the post below. If you read it, keep in mind, there are many things I didn’t know. For instance, the existence of New Partners (CSIS) “Directors of the operation”. Also didn’t know that CSIS was not on our side and black helicopters were not protecting.

In early evening, I went to Walmart.

I was stalked, hostile glares by 2 males and 1 female. By this time, I was bold. When they were at the cash and couldn’t walk away (hehe . . .), I turned around and started to take photos (found in post below) – When I exited the store, I waiting outside and was able to take a photo of the license plate. There you go pal.

5 February 2019 – STALKING -Uploaded SUMMARY CASE document same day at 4am (photos included herein)

At the time, in my mind, I associated stalking, surveillance, hostile stares with the work I was doing. I knew they had access to GDrive – I wanted them to read / watch / listen to whatever I uploaded.

Four days into assembling material together . . . updated summary of events . . . hostile stalking day before? It’s time to contact CSIS. I trusted them.

I called the general line. The moment I said my full name, the operator without hesitation responded “BY-y-Y-ye!” while I shouted: “Hey! Hey! Wait!” then he hung up.

I was shocked. My cognitive dissonance regarding CSIS was knocked out of me – It hit me at solar plexus “Ugh”. How naïve of me.

The CSIS guy didn’t even hesitate, you know, like look up my name in a database or put me on hold. He immediately responded sarcastically.

Now . . . keep in mind, I had to look up their phone number using the INTERNET. I was monitored.
.
I would venture, they expected my call and told whatever needed to be told to the guy who answers the general phone line – Prepare him with whatever story line needs to be said . . . “just hang up if she calls, her name is Lyn Champagne” . . . and that’s why the CSIS guy without hesitation responded the way he did.
.
Golden tool –> electronic monitoring . . . always one step ahead of the target(s).
.
Why did I trust CSIS? Because I used to work with these people “inter-colleagues” when I worked in IT Security jobs and Internal Affairs Divisions in federal governmental critical agencies – Above Top Secret clearance.

It messed me up for a few days.

9 or 10 FEBRUARY 2019

I called RCMP . . . yes, avoid OPP because they showed being in league with the psychopaths. OPP made it quite clear when they allowed my VIDEO statement of 23 APRIL 2018 to be replaced in Court 9 MAY 2018 then didn’t follow up (stayed silent about it, ignored my phone calls, no call back). Also, in AUGUST 2018, we called OPP for help. They refused to help us claiming I WAS THE PROBLEM. Audio exists but I have not published it.

Again recurring dates -> 9-10 February . . . what happened a year earlier (2018)? –> 9 FEB 2018 – Agreement with GUERTIN he’s leaving next day – All packed ready to go – PERIARD pick-up.

THIS IS WHEN THE TIDE TURNED – THEY HAD HIM – JOB DONE.
.
Next day (10th), the GUERTIN canceled his leave, dished out horrific disinfo, using names of (clueless) trusted Family KINS to put weight including CSIS reports –> In the attempt to have me killed.
.
They thought he had guns (PERIARD always believed it). He didn’t but he had a collection of knives, a machete and a sword. I knew if I didn’t do something I would die. It lasted three days non-stop sleep deprived.

A gun shot to the head would have been more merciful that being stabbed multiple times in a frenzy by an angry assailant – cut to pieces – blood splashing everywhere, cries until there’s none – Afterwards, would he kill himself? Or would he call his SON?

The Crew Picture this –> As blood is splashing everywhere with cries and gurgles, the monitoring team is sitting back.

Let’s see if he kills himself . . . wait for it . wait . . . He’s calling the SON! We got him! I think she’s dead or will be soon – If he calls an ambulance we can finish her off during the ride “she died due to her injuries” – Everyone will believe it. We got him.

So why did it fail? Because past midnight on 13 FEBRUARY 2018, I communicated with them using SKYPE. I asked them to stop, I uploaded two recordings, told them I had many more. They gave the perception of stopping but instead changed psyop to do a crime setup (frame me). FEBRUARY 2018 was one hell of a month (link at end of post).

12 FEBRUARY 2019

On 10 FEB 2019, RCMP kept referring me to OPP. I had no choice to contact OPP – There was nothing I could say to the RCMP officer to convince him why I couldn’t/shouldn’t contact OPP . . . without sounding like a nutbar (loss of credibility).

So I decided that I would not call OPP but instead walk in the OPP station. Constable S. Lamarche greeted me. Constable M. Leblanc was sitting at a computer, red as a beet, ashamed (I felt sorry for him, compassion) –> He was the Constable who had interviewed me on 23 APRIL 2018, we did the VIDEO interview together. It was replaced by a horrible false written statement on 9 MAY 2018 at Court.

On top of the false written statement, they affixed as first page, the one-pager Constable Leblanc and I signed confirming the VIDEO was the truth. They not only mocked me but also the Constable.

This is also when I realized that black helicopters were not flying for my protection. Apparently, I was entered in criminal databases. Keep in mind that I don’t have a criminal record, not on social media, no association to organized crime nor dubious people – Law abiding citizen.

Constable Lamarche contacted my daughter. She was a military police and they had common friends – they knew one another.

One of the questions he asked was where had I gotten my combat training . . . Not “If”. My daughter was caught by surprise.

When my daughter started to ask too many questions, Constable Lamarche convinced her that I WAS SCAMMED BY MARK SMITH. OPP dismissed me – insulted my intelligence.

Throughout 2018, after the court scam 9 MAY 2018 replacing my statement . . . the OPP refused to help us – I have an audio dated August 2018 when we called them for help. Our call for help was dismissed, the Officer >> Sargeant Flint claimed I WAS THE PROBLEM to the FAMILY.

ABOUT BEING SCAMMED –> MARK SMITH WAS SCAMMED, NOT ME.

THE FLAW WITH THEORY I WAS SCAMMED IS THAT, SMITH HAD NO WAY OF KNOWING I COMMUNICATED WITH THEM ONLINE AND THEY WOULD AFTERWARDS REACT (HE HAD NO WAY OF KNOWING – I.E. FINDS OUT ABOUT RECORDINGS IN EARLY MAY 2018. I NEVER GOT CAUGHT RECORDING.) – IN ADDITION, WHO ON EARTH WILL MAKE ONESELF SICK WITH SEZURES BY FAKING PHONE CALLS . . . GIVE ME A BREAK WILL ‘YA.

INSULT TO INTELLIGENCE – HIDING / COVERING SHIT.

MARK SMITH WAS SCAMMED FROM 1979 TO HIS PREMEDITATED DEATH 2018.

Later that evening, I emailed Constable LAMARCHE and sent him a diagram related to Targeted Individuals >> 20190212-first Gmail to OPP Lamarche – targeted individuals.pdf.

At the end of this post, there are additional notes about a meet-up with two OPP Constables on 17 OCTOBER 2019 – I called them. Not good.

13-14 FEBRUARY 2019

Based on yesterday’s meeting with Constable S. Lamarche, OPP, I knew I was put on a watch list. I started sending him others things via email.

On 13 February 2019, I sent him another email with references of people in the federal government with high security clearances who could vouch for me, be used as strong references.

I also worked on pulling out everything / anything to do with BOUVIER (CSIS) – So I created a new folder for the “NEW HANDLER” (yes, new handler BOUVIER who replaced Michelle GUERTIN and the SON) – The link below also contains observational notes on what happened on evening of 14 February 2019.

What else did I do that evening? I added narration of 30 OCTOBER 2018 stalking at the end of the 12 OCTOBER 2017 handwritten notes (digitized) which was the version I had sent to BOUVIER (CSIS) on 1 NOVEMBER 2018.

At the time, when BOUVIER read my original notes for 12 OCTOBER 2017 (PLAN A: My Removal), he demanded that I never again send him anything online. It was very puzzling, didn’t make sense . . . but in retrospect –> Too close to home? Most likely, since the perp on 12 October 2017 was re-encountered on 18 April 2018. He was wearing a jacket with a CSIS crest on upper sleeve – He awkwardly tried to hide his face.

15 FEBRUARY 2019

I went for errands.

Staring Contest – At Walmart, this individual and his wife were stuck at a cash station and so was I. Only one cash station separated us – we stood face to face. His wife leaned into him and in a loud whisper said in French –> “C’est elle hen?” (translates to: “It’s her eh?”).

He tried to ignore her, to discreetly push her away but it was too late – He looked at me well knowing I had seen/heard – Then we went in a staring match while she tensed up knowing she messed up. The composite shows the look he had as he stared back.

What did I think at the time? I associated him with the GUERTIN network. Louis GUERTIN boasted being high-ranking (generational) Knights Templar (Freemason).

Since 20 January 2019, I knew the GUERTIN had faked death. They got what they wanted . . . So why were they surveilling / stalking me?

In my mind –> I was surveilled and stalked because of the material (i.e. recordings) and doing the investigative phases – collection, piecing together, etc.

–> I didn’t hide what I was doing/working on. They were privy to everything not because they monitored but because I uploaded to GDrive (draft versions, SKYPE screenshots, etc., you name it).
.
“yes go ahead, I want you to read / watch / listen to what you did/caused – the truth”.
.
I often communicated with them using the description area of uploaded files in GDrive or SKYPE.

AFTER SUCH ENCOUNTERS, IT WAS MY STYLE, ONCE HOME, TO TELL THEM I HAD THE ENCOUNTER. . . DRAW THE COMPOSITE AND UPLOAD IT TO GDRIVE SAME EVENING.

I thought the work I was doing with my daily uploads & writing to them in SKYPE and/or GDrive were cause for these encounters.

That’s how I sensed / felt / perceived it (15 February 2019).

It motivated me even more to stay on course.

16-21 FEBRUARY 2019

By this time, black helicopters had stopped flying regularly – It happened once in a while but not over the house with walls vibrating. However, local aircrafts (twin & single engines) took their place as well as drones. These local flybys were after I would write to them in SKYPE or after uploading to GDRIVE.

Log entry dated 16 February 2019 – In this entry, I’m talking about the flyovers. I’d just learned a few days earlier (walk-in OPP Station 12 FEB 2019) that these flyovers were not friendly. I was being surveilled not protected.

At the time, I thought GUERTIN were aided by the organization which LOUIS GUERTIN boasted having a high-ranking status >> Knights Templar.

But by mid-MAY 2020, I realized / uncovered that the third party, an alliance (formed in 2015) was those I call New Partners (CSIS). They became the director of the operation (2016), they had authority for flyovers, gadgetry and intelligence technologies which GUERTIN didn’t have until alliance was formed New Partners (CSIS) hid their identity by claiming to be Knights Templar.

After 2019, I started to diligently document all flybys including what I was doing before they flew by and at what time. I always document by hand (pen and paper, never online).

22 FEBRUARY 2019

Stalked, followed, surveilled, attempt to intimidate (photos exist) – Interestingly, they were two (male and female) – The female was first encountered on 30 OCTOBER 2018 on another stalking.

On this day, at Walmart, the female went out of her way to cross my path and tried to intimidate as we were about to cross. When she realized, I was not intimidated but grinning at her like a wolf showing teeth with direct intense eye contact, it caught her by surprise, she immediately looked away and rushed to find her counterpart.

I followed them asking –> “Hey turn around so I can get a good photo of you”

When they realized I was not going to stop, they headed for the exit and just before they stepped out, the male made a phone call . . . must be something like “yeah boss, she was onto us and hunted us down in the store, we have to go” – I took photos (link below)

What did I do earlier that day? I had uploaded to SKYPE the 1979 photo taken less than 10 minutes after the FAMILY received a well garnished envelope $$$ >> sale closure of young Mark “Trepanier” SMITH.

MARK thought his life was over . . . he was right.

“go go with your new family . . . you are the father of Michelle Guertin’s infant . . . you have no choice”.

Why did I upload this photo on 22 FEBRUARY 2019? –> It was the one-year anniversary of when I had uploaded it in 2018 same day.

And why did I upload it first time on 22 FEB 2018 to SKYPE? –> I was trying to shake them out of executing a crime setup against me so I started to upload incriminating things. I had discovered on 16 FEB 2018, they were going to frame me by fabricating a crime scenario then arrest me as means to forcefully remove me.

27 FEBRUARY 2019

On this day, I had an experience which was made to seem SUPERNATURAL, but it wasn’t. It was technology. It’s a classic example how a victim or target could be tricked thinking it’s supernatural “demons” oh-no . . . and also be perceived as woo-woo.

Here goes . . .

Each time, I mentioned GUERTIN being DEMONS in my car, soon after, sometimes within minutes, I would experience car problems . . . I know how it sounds.

It happened four times. This was the second time. Here’s what happened.

27 FEBRUARY 2019 was the one-year anniversary when Mark had fallen to the ground in full seizure and that was after three grueling days and nights with the demonic GUERTIN – I called period 24-27 February 2018, the Full Force Kill Program. It had replaced crime setup. 27 February 2018, was also the day, we both realized that going to a hospital would be a GUERTIN trap. That’s what they wanted.

So in mid-afternoon, 27 February 2019, a friend and I were sitting in my car. I was recounting what had happened a year before on this day. I referred to the GUERTIN as incarnate demons and much much more. Satanic. Pure evil.

After my rant, we got out of the vehicle and went to a store – We shopped for about 40 minutes. When we returned, the vehicle was in total lockdown.

It was very likely done remotely, zapping the car’s computer at a distance. Lockdown mode is a safety feature but it needs to be serviced in order to be re-animated.

It had to be towed across town (50km away) – My friend had CAA. Without it, it would have cost close to $300.

It was the second time, this happened. The first time was on 27 August 2018.

The next occurrence was on 27 APRIL 2019 because of what I was doing late evening 26 APRIL 2019 into the 27th. Yes, GUERTIN and demons but I wrote a parody mocking them big time.

Next day, my car was inundated with 2″ of water (all windows closed). In addition, I died in a staged lucid dream involving my car falling in a body of water (what a coincidence, right?) . . . and as if that’s not enough, later that evening (27th) my dog “Big Louis” died.

I guess the demonic “cartoon” parody, hit a nerve or two?

Now why do a parody on 26-27 APRIL 2019? –> Because it was the one-year anniversary when during a sighting, at the same time, I got a mental download which was:

“The female and her son are incarnate demons”

So it now begs the question? Why DO THIS and do a mental download? Hey? That’s the $65,000 question. Sometimes I got the impression other factions did some things (to go against them) – and about mental downloads? –> V2K technology. in video link above, go to >> 1:08:55 – ‘Voice of God’ Weapons.

Another example, where it was surely not from them but high likely man-made (another faction against them) >> few seconds re-enactment animation: 17 SEP 2017-animation.mp4 – When you view the video, you’ll quickly understand why it was unlikely New Partners CSIS’ network.

Two days later, on 28 APRIL 2018, I would learn that “the female Michelle GUERTIN and her SON Anton” on 26th had assaulted him in a shopping mall parking lot, man-handling him most likely to shove him in a vehicle.

At the time, MARK was living temporarily at his sister/mother’s house. Nicole PERIARD called GUERTIN and gave his location. The GUERTIN duo were stopped by his uncle “Marc Trepanier” who had overheard PERIARD. When he did, he immediately left and caught the GUERTIN in the act.

Poisoning by PERIARD highly suspected to render him sick and agree to see her physician. This guy attempted to trick him making him believe he was about to die “Let me call you an ambulance right now!” If he had agreed, the job would have been done – He refused because of GUERTIN’s grab attempt two days earlier. He knew hospitals and ambulance rides were GUERTIN traps.

26-28 April 2018 – Family Poison suspect – Foam out of his mouth – 6″ hair strand 12 hrs before he died

Next day (29th), I breached the no-contact order and without notice, I extracted him from their house. Next day (30th) kidnap attempt (failed) and threats of using COURT to institutionalize him (GUERTIN medical trap) – failed.

26 APRIL 2018 –> Both GUERTIN permanently distrusted. Could never call again to influence – Crashed – Burnt.

Back to the GUERTIN, demons and cars . . .

The last time it happened was 29 July 2020 <– Same problem as on 27 August 2018. In 2020, I was writing about 27 August 2018 . . . what a coincidence, right? Uncanny.

How uncanny? Reality is –> When one is monitored, it’s easy to synchronize supernatural-like incidents or encounters . . . . “oh no, the demons are after me. Sure.” << But it’s not too far from the truth because they are demonic but they are flesh and bones – Puppets.

FOUR TIMES >> 27 AUG 2018 — 27 FEB 2019 — 27 APR 2019 — 29 JUL 2020

IN ALL FOUR INSTANCES, it was technology-based, not supernatural.

Now imagine victims / targets trying to explain their experiences. Most people will dismiss branding these targets as woo-woo. That’s to the perps’ advantage . . . They want victims and targets to lose credibility, to sound like nutbars, unstable. That tactic is part of any good smear campaign so that victims / targets are not taken seriously.

Also, consider that I’m not prone to fantasies, do not fear the unknown nor the supernatural, no ties / adherence to religious beliefs . . . nor am I bound by any spiritual contracts – no superstition or fears – I am bound by Natural Laws – Love is the governing Universal Law – Prime Directive is Life. I’m a sovereign Being hosted in a Human body – My Consciousness “Being within” is a spark of Divine Consciousness (and so are you). They hate “our kind” –> Harder to control, more difficult to hoodwink – There’s nothing they have to offer that I want or need.

ADDITIONAL NOTES – OPP

On 17 OCTOBER 2019, I called OPP. I wanted to show them some of the material I had assembled – Last time I had been in contact with OPP was in February 2019 – I mainly wanted to show FAMILY abuse involvement conspiracy with GUERTIN.

OPP sent Constables Lamarche and Laroche to my house.

These Constables covered for the perps – Things like what?

One of the Constable demanded that I tell him in FIVE words why I was convinced they had killed him. Each time I started and passed the FIVE WORD mark, Constable Laroche would interrupt / cut me off – snickering dismissive air of authority arrogant –> Five words, go! no no no only five words! The objective was to shut me down and belittling my intelligence – Disrespectful. How dare you be police officers. Shame on you. Disgraceful.

Giving me a look of disapproval and of wrongdoing for having taken one month to inform family members of Mark’s death. Reality is –> Nicole PERIARD (sister) aided and abetted GUERTIN since 1990s. PERIARD was high likely informed daily and knew of his death probably got a call after he died in early morning hours. But she had to fake it and to show innocence – by calling police on me 18 JAN 2019 –> Call recorded in the Police system – then it can be twisted just like PERIARD also did on police call 21 DEC 2011 (a record in the system that was twisted as if I was a problem to the family when in reality it’s the reverse) – For 2011 details, click here.

Then they claimed not knowing BOUVIER (CSIS) – How it went down –> The moment I asked if they knew BOUVIER from CSIS, both Constables assumed a “Police on guard” posture, like soldiers, and immediately in unison replied: “NO!” as they looked straight above my head. I felt like telling them “at ease gentlemen, at ease”. Not good liars.

With Constable Lamarche –> I told him about the laser shot incident on 22 JAN 2018, start of seizures and sickness. The moment I told him what happened, without hesitation he fervently replied –> “NO! IT’S NOT TRUE! NO!” << He answered so quickly that he looked/seeped guilt. Holy shit, this guy knows about it! To which I immediately replied: “OH YES IT’S TRUE!” –> He replied back “NOT IT’S NOT!” again I replied: “YES IT IS!” (that was disturbing) –> I wondered if he had been part of the 4-man team on 22 JAN 2018, moonlighting. Or perhaps he knew some of the men that were involved in that operation.

Then, when I told him about the black helicopters (two years in a row) he immediately replied >> “You have no proof about the black helicopters!!” . . . well that was disturbing again. This guy is covering for them – To which I replied: “Oh yeah? Go talk to my neighbor across the street, he thought his farm was under surveillance not only in Fall 2018 but also in Fall 2017″ when I told him this, he shut up, he looked away with eyes like saucers as if he had just had a “uh-oh” emotional moment.

At the end of it all, the constables tried to discredit me by saying: “Yeah, but you claim to see UFOs” to which I calmly replied: “In addition to this case, yes I do” >> it comes back to what I wrote earlier about discrediting victims and targets, loss of credibility, woo-woo.

Then for next few days, I sent via email photos, videos and links on the subject. It’s in the post below:

17 October 2019 – A Cop said with unease “you see UFOS” – Sent him photos/videos of UAP sightings (included herein) – I Called Police because Investigative Material showed Family (Guertin in background) Abuse as early as 2009 – He had to remain single, I was the obstacle (photos and videos included)

From 2016 to 2018 the psychopaths with technology and monitoring access created supernatural-like events to discredit me. How interesting that OPP would use that line.
