JANUARY 2018 – Major Highlights

On 7 January 2018, Michelle GUERTIN started to call.  We hadn’t heard from her since end August 2017.  We thought she was away on cancer convalescence.  She faked cancer.

The first things out of her mouth were hair rising horrific disinformation against me – Apparently, I had a very colorful past, a female who swindled rich men “honey potting”, a black widow, gold-digger and more.  To put weight as to how dangerous I was, she had CSIS intelligence reports to support her claims and was expecting more intel.

She was angry, outraged and vowed to protect him from me –> “If she tries anything against you Mark, I swear she will be dealt with @#*% !!”.

Intervals between calls varied from 5 to 40 minutes, it all depended on the gas-lighting game in progress – Calls would usually start after 6pm and could run into wee morning hours.

After hanging up, in-between calls, they overheard what was happening in-house –   shock reaction, rage confrontation, privy to the whole in-house conversation.  This kind of intel was key when they called back – They used it to validate his fear-based in-house voiced-outs and enraged accusations, feed it, amp it up.

Michelle GUERTIN crashed/assaulted our lives like a demonic psychopath from hell.  I was living in a nightmare, stuff we see in movies.  This was real.  This woman was doing everything she could over phone to have him assault me.

By 18 January 2018, she quieted down.  I strongly suspect, it was to organize/coordinate the LASER SHOT Operation scheduled for 22 January 2018 – New Partners (CSIS) led.

In evening of 22 January 2018, Mark was laser shot through the front window.  Soon after, the SON called – After hanging up, Mark was a different person with false set of memories.  A very dangerous individual recently out of a long jail term who had just discovered I was an informant – He went to jail because of me.  First recording in the recording collection is a video that starts right after he hung up with the SON.  The altered personality was captured on video.

Next day (23^rd), I unintentionally broke the hypnotic trance and when I did, he immediately fell to the ground in full seizure.  There’s a 911 call in archive. The first seizure of many more to come.  The laser shot triggered the start of health decline.

After breaking the trance, GUERTIN didn’t call for three days – disorganized.

On 26 January 2018, Michelle GUERTIN returned and for next 4 days she lashed directly at me – I called this period (26-30 January 2018), the Worthlessness Program.

Her vulgarities and threats ranged in three categories:  Accusations, Worth, Fate.  She tried to provoke me to participate / be emotionally affected.  It didn’t work and as she tried and tried, she showed she was mentally ill – perhaps showing off / performing for the monitoring people “oh listen to Mrs. GUERTIN wow”.

But the more damning thing is talking too much and showing that the GUERTIN high likely organized a life-debilitating surgery on Nicole PERIARD – affixed with fecal bad and rectum sewn.  Why?  To support accusation that I was responsible for PERIARD getting that operation.

On 22 JANUARY 2018, I realized that they wanted to kill me.  I hadn’t yet clued as to why – In February, I realized that I was the obstacle “in the way” to get Mark SMITH.  They opted to terminate me as means to permanently remove me.

Keep in mind that GUERTIN had been at it since I came in his life (2009) – Modus Operandi was to have us break up then they resorted to crime setups (2011).  In 2014, I did something that stopped them in their tracks, finally peace and quiet.

By Fall 2015, influential New Partners who used CSIS for operations took over Directorship of the Mark SMITH operation.  Their first choice was to permanently remove me / exterminate.

FEBRUARY 2018

After 30 JANUARY 2018, Michelle GUERTIN and her SON quieted down.  Throughout January, the SON was more her sidekick, corroborating her claims – He played the poor boy stuck in the middle between mom and dad “Dad, we are a family, you, mom and me . . . oh dad, please come home, we are your real family”.

In February 2018, their approach changed.  The objectives remained the same (1) my removal and (2) get SMITH if he didn’t commit suicide.  But this time, they would play out different story-lines – When one method didn’t work or was counteracted, they would change to another tactic – They did this four times.  To simplify things, I called them programs (psy ops).

2-9 FEB: FaceBook Cheaters Program – GUERTIN reports on CSIS Intel received about my activities on FaceBook in Fall 2017.  Four seizures during this eight-day period. ON 9^th, he was leaving next day to join them – Done deal. Job done.

10 FEB: The Fork in the Road – They canceled his leave and came after me (death).

10-15 FEB: Reliable Source Program –  They used the names of two close family KINs who apparently, had uncovered I was organizing a trap – High Chance of Death “one knows”– On 13^th, they stopped when I uploaded two recordings to SKYPE and told them I knew they monitored, please stop.

When they realized I was recording what was happening after GUERTIN would hang up, they changed strategies by planning to set me up with a crime as means to remove me.

16-23 FEB: Crime Setup Program – They went quiet, underground, giving the illusion they had stopped.  They were planning to set me up with a crime “frame me”.  Element of surprise.  How did I find out?  On 16^th, I was crossing the hallway and overheard him with Michelle GUERTIN.  It took me 9 days (24 FEB 2018) to trigger a change in course.

24-27 FEB: Full Force Kill Program – The trigger that changed course was when I uploaded to SKYPE, a short audio where I ask questions about the crime setup, Michelle GUERTIN’s involvement, etc.  – Thirty minutes after upload, all hell broke loose.  Panic calls from the new character Terrence LEPAGE, Private Investigator (CSIS Team) who came in on 13 FEB as well as a panic call from Michelle GUERTIN screaming: “She’s going to jail! Not me!” Then multiple phone calls to gaslight, shock that ran into early morning hours for the next 4 days (audios and SKYPE screenshots exist).

During this program, they repeatedly demanded that I kill myself as if they were entitled, as if they had been promised my suicide by their New Partners (CSIS) –> In 2016 and also to be my fate if crime setup had worked, such as an organized suicide in jail cell.  And now, they were clearly frustrated and impatient “oh come on, kill yourself, do us a favor” –  Also, a big shocker was claims that I wanted to hurt his SON.

This went on from 6pm until 3-4 am next day for 4 days.

On 27^th, he collapsed having seizure #5 – intense.  I knew if I called 911, I was delivering him to GUERTIN.  He was scheduled to move out the next day (28^th), they didn’t want him to move, they wanted him suicided or charged for my murder – A crime of passion.

The GUERTIN were directed on what to say and not say and when to say it.  Do I think they were always privy to raw first-hand monitoring intel? No, they were coached – They became puppets – I suspect they were most often unknowing what was really happening after they would hang up.

From monitoring directorship to the GUERTIN >> “Tell GUERTIN what you need to tell them so that they do what we tell them to do”. The GUERTIN especially the SON reminded me of a programmed automaton because of lack of continuity / cohesiveness in flow of disinformation – Obviously coached and high likely not privy to first-hand communications.

In early January they were super confident the job would be done within few days – Here we were going into February 2018.

2 FEBRUARY 2018 – Start of the FaceBook Cheaters Program

In early evening, Michelle GUERTIN called and with outrage claimed I had a whole life on Facebook – Various men – An experienced player, deceitful.  In addition, claims that I was developing a dating website.  I was creating a website for Canadian Connecting Consciousness members, a spiritual community.

Each time, I would work on this spiritual website, they made it a point to use it by inverting this work as perversions – this was a continuous thread and by 17 February 2018 escalated to a porn site where I was doing live sex shows for money after he went to bed.

After he hung up, I immediately started to record – Here’s the recording (video) – You will get to see what they caused.

After over 5 hours of multiple calls and intense conflict, on 3 FEB, early morning hours, the moment it dawned on him that I was most likely telling the truth, as if their hold had broken –> BANG! he had a seizure.

4 FEBRUARY 2018 – Using a trigger song that was implanted in 1992

They used the song they claimed he did with a band – I have the video link in post below – that song in 1992 was used to break up with his fiancée and subsequently institutionalize him, thinking they had saved him, he appointed Michelle GUERTIN Power of Attorney over his life and agreed to have his sister Nicole PERIARD appointed as his legal caretaker.

This is when he was psychologically re-wired with multiple personality disorder, addictions, dissociative personality and triggers.  This is where (psyche ward Royal Ottawa), he met Dr. Bryan Alexander BOYD.  This individual did unethical experimentation on Mark.  Refer to post >> 10 September 2018 – Dr. B.A. BOYD Former Psychiatrist Greets Mark in Last Attempted Grab Operation

Song is called “Love Don’t Live Here Anymore” – In the mornings, he would listen to it multiple times, as he sat on the sofa, rocking back and forth while singing along (disturbing to see), then the SON would call followed by Mark’s mother then he would pack his stuff, boxes everywhere – He was moving out because . . . love don’t live here anymore.

• Although the song in 1992, pissed off his ex-fiancee, in my case, I took opportunity to question and learn what happened in 1992.  As he told me everything that happened then, he was still convinced that the GUERTIN and PERIARD had saved him from ex-fiancee.

Still was appalled as he told me that as he was leaving for good, the ex-fiancee, shouted “Tell her (Michelle GUERTIN), that your FVCKING SON . . . she should have called him Damien!” – I know who the ex-fiancee was and sometimes I feel like contacting her and letting her know what they did.  Michelle GUERTIN tweaked ex-fiancee into homicidal rage using the “fvcking son” – dished out threats IF SHE EVER TRIED to go after Mark again.

• I will venture that once he was institutionalized “melt down”, Michelle GUERTIN would have concocted horrific stories and claims she would protect him if he appointed her with Power of Attorney.  Pure evil.

4-9 February 2018 – Trigger Song 1992 Gives Momentum to Leave & Join Them – Successful But Then They Canceled his Leave to Come After Me for The Kill

This song ties with the breakup and institutionalization in 1992 >> GUERTIN Containment Area was Mental Hospital – Set up in 1990s – FAMILY in conspiracy – 1992 is the point of life enslavement – Psychiatry to psy re-arrange and mark as dangerous

He was scheduled to move out on 10 FEBRUARY 2018.  I was looking forward to it. Nicole PERIARD was going to pick him up.

• During this period (2-9 FEB 2018), I was repeatedly threatened that Nicole PERIARD would come in my house and take whatever she wanted and that I would not be able to stop her.  Oh yeah?  I don’t think so, I was ready for her.

10 FEBRUARY 2018 – Moving Day

By mid-morning, the SON called and alarmingly announced that he couldn’t leave!  It was dangerous, it was a trap.  Trusted family KINS “uncles” had discovered that I was a mastermind, leader of an organized gang.  My so-called people were waiting for my signal to trap them, take the money (fake inheritance) and dispose of them (jail, institution).  The SON with drama claimed my people were stalking him.

They canceled his leave to come after me.  I came to realize via investigation that I was New Partners (CSIS)’s kill prize whereas Mark SMITH was GUERTIN’s prize.

“No no no Mr. and Mrs. GUERTIN, you do not get your prize until we also have ours”

10 February 2018 – The Fork In The Road – They Canceled His Departure Instead They Turned Around in Attempt to Kill Me – They Went Down The Rabbit Hole

It got very dangerous – High chance of dying. They thought he had firearms – If he had, I believe he would have shot me (easy and quick) then most likely turn the gun on himself.  But we didn’t have firearms, however, he had a collection of knives, machete and swords.

(I sold the sword in 2020) – If I didn’t do something to change the course, I knew in my heart that I was going to be stabbed multiple times and impaled out of rage – that’s how I was going to die.

• Picture this >> While he is stabbing me multiple times, impaling using sword, cutting with the machete – hearing my cries until you don’t . . . well folks, they are sitting back, listening to it all.  Most likely celebrating . . . the job is done.  Could you do it? –> sit there and listen and revel that the job is a success?  They could.

• Why did they think he had firearms?  Because that was one of the deterrents (lies) told to FAMILY to make sure they didn’t do a home invasion.  Nicole PERIARD believed we had firearms.  After all, before 2007 Mark had illegal firearms, it was well known.  Also, late Michael Trepanier (brother) had them also.  In fact, in early 1990s, he had put a gun to PERIARD’s head and had to be talked down from shooting her.  Both brothers at one point played with hand guns.

If I didn’t do something, I would die on 13 or 14 FEBRUARY 2018 – How symbolic it would have been to have a perfect crime of passion on St-Valentine’s Day.

13 FEBRUARY 2018

On 13 February, past midnight, I decided to upload two recordings to SKYPE to show them I was keeping tab of what they were maliciously provoking/doing and told them I had more recordings.  The two recordings that I had uploaded were just the tip of the iceberg and, I also told them that I knew they monitored – please stop.

Lo’behold, in early afternoon (13th), Michelle GUERTIN was the first to call and announce that they were no longer sure that I was a threat – So uploading those recordings had changed the course – I thought it was over.  Then she suggested that MARK contact a private investigator called Terrence LEPAGE . . . Apparently very ethical and discreet.

Mark got in touch with this guy who, in reality, was part of the CSIS Team.  It would not surprise me that it was BOUVIER (CSIS) doing one of his voice impersonations.   LEPAGE character had a slight British accent and kept his calls short.  After 23 APRIL 2018, this character was distrusted. He could never again be used in the Mark SMITH operation.

Another important point to include here is that although they canceled his leave, Mark found a small rental unit.  He was scheduled to move out on 28 FEBRUARY 2018.  He was already packed (2-9 February 2018).

They knew he was moving at the end of February. 

15 FEBRUARY 2018

On 15 February, they had to do damage control because if the Family kins “uncles” uncovered their names had been used to tweak Mark into homicidal rage . . . holy shit.  Let me put it to you this way >> “How would you react if you learned someone was using your name as threat agent to kill people?”

So damage control before GUERTIN is exposed such as the human trafficking sale in 1979, then we have the false fatherhood cover, and I strongly suspect GUERTIN was/is behind the death of Marcel TREPANIER and his girlfriend in 2013 or 2014.  Pulling on threads.  They hated Michelle GUERTIN, they knew her.  These kin folks were tied to Marcel TREPANIER who at age 16 had been tricked to believe MARK was his son.  Mark is a product of incest (great uncle SMITH side).

What damage control did they do?  They, via Theresa LAVERGNE (Mark’s mother), contacted the two kin folks (uncles) who then told them that people (but we don’t know who they are)  were after Mark and to be on the lookout – Both individuals called Mark telling him they had his back, one of them said that when he would find out who it was, that a-hole was getting a shot in the head – very clever twist ( audios in post below).

16 FEBRUARY – CRIME SETUP PROGRAM

In mid-afternoon, I was in the front room – I got up to get a pencil or paper and as I crossed the hallway, I overheard Mark with Michelle GUERTIN.  He didn’t see me.

The conversation was hush hush . . . He was telling her – – > “Yeah Mitch, I have the bag yeah yeah, the one with the clothes she bought” then impatiently, “ye-es Mitch *sigh* the bag from Asia, I got it . . . F*** Mitch ! $&%. . . yeah, yeah F***. . . “

I quietly walked away as they continued. He didn’t see me.

She had been asking for that bag well before 16 February 2018.

The shipping bag came from Thailand – Clothes purchased online and received mid-late January 2018.  I strongly suspect they were going to do a drug related crime setup.

• Now folks, what I suspect would have happened, is that they arrest me (forceful remove from home), but then perhaps a note to file to contact someone from the rogue CSIS team who then comes and gets me . . . then from that point forward it’s free game – at the top of list as to what they would do?  >> organized suicide in jail cell.

When I overheard, I returned to my front room – Shocked – But knowing was gold.  I thanked God.  I was given the opportunity to change course before it was too late.

A gift – It’s what I’d make of it.

FIRST PRIORITY >> FIND THE BAG – It wasn’t thrown in the trash, find it – silence until bag is secured.

And off I went — Where had I opened the package? – – > In the parking lot of the post office, back seat, bag is under the driver’s seat. And there it was.  Wow.

So he lied to her. Good. It bought me time to think what to do next but don’t take too long.

They didn’t have the bag, but it didn’t mean they would stop.  Other crime setup scenarios could be concocted.  I had to figure out how to change the course.

17 FEBRUARY 2018

They didn’t know I knew yet but on 17^th the SON pushed it too far . . . He was back at dishing out shocking disinformation using sexual perversions . . . This time he escalated the disinformation for greater shock value – Apparently, I was not developing a dating site, I was developing a porn site and, at night, once Mark went to sleep I was doing live sex shows for money.

Starting early evening (6pm-ish), the SON started calling – The information was so vile and shocking that we suspected it provoked a mild heart attack.

After they hung up, Mark ran quickly to my computer to catch me working on the so-called porn site.

Frequent calls to feed the story-lie? Then monitor/listen to what happens, call back to stoke the fire, to adjust the chaos levels. Why were they doing this?  >> At the time, I couldn’t understand because HE WAS LEAVING at the end of the month (28^th) – He was moving out.  Why continue?

Because of the cruelty, malice to provoke sickness, I had enough.  It was time to tell them I had the bag and knew what they were up to.

18 FEBRUARY 2018

Next day (18th), I wrote in SKYPE that I had the shipping bag and uploaded a photo of it – I told them I knew they were conspiring.

18 February 2018 – Continuation SKYPE message – “who the hell are you to monitor” read on

Now they knew I knew.  That was a start. 

At the time, I thought “they” were the GUERTIN (Michelle & SON) – New Partners (CSIS) wasn’t in my awareness, not even the cover of Knights Templar (Freemason) – too early yet – Only by mid-March 2018, did I start to believe Templar were the ones helping GUERTIN (e.g. monitoring, henchmen, stalking).

After uploading/write in SKYPE, I was expecting GUERTIN phone calls but no one called.  The last time they had been able to trigger intense rage was on 12 February 2018 and heart-break on 17th (don’t get me started as to their satanic putrid behavior) – But 12 FEBRUARY was a very dangerous day which had led me to upload recordings to SKYPE on 13 February in early morning hours.  Since 13^th, calls had been calm, whispery and far in-between.  In reality, they were prepping for a crime setup.

But on 20 or 21 February, Michelle GUERTIN gas-lit him (urgent, pressure, insistent) – – > Trying to persuade him that he was very sick and needed to be hospitalized right away.  She wouldn’t take no for answer, it took him a while to shut her down.  She didn’t come after me, she urgently (panic) wanted him to believe he had to leave because he was sick.

• I got the sense that he had been through similar pressures with Michelle GUERTIN in the past.  It became apparent when he was talking to her on 3 MARCH 2018 (audios exist) March 2018.

On 22 February, I uploaded to SKYPE the 1979 celebratory photo And also wrote (SKYPE) about Michelle GUERTIN the pedophile female who entrapped Mark at age 13.

Keep in mind, Mark didn’t know I recorded nor that I communicated with them via SKYPE, and they were not telling him either.

The only GUERTIN who called was the SON to ask if his mother had called.   In SKYPE, I wrote that his mother hadn’t called (Skype screenshots in posts below date-stamped).

Crime setup risk over looming – they were too quiet.  Last time it had been that quiet, a few days later, he was lased through the front window (22 JAN 2018).

On 23 February, late morning, I tried to provoke Michelle GUERTIN by uploading to SKYPE the photo of a female with her heart out of her chest – Michelle GUERTIN was the “Heartless One”.  I wrote that law enforcement would now know what she was up to – How they must have mocked that statement.

By late afternoon, no reaction, no calls.

Michelle GUERTIN should have been all over this, lashing out (uh-oh) – We hadn’t heard from her since she had called pressuring for hospitalization.  At the time, I thought GUERTIN had access to live first-hand monitoring feed.

So I decided to do a small recording of me asking Mark, why did she want the shipping bag from Thailand?

• They would have overheard in-house but didn’t know I had recorded it.   No one called afterwards – No reaction.

Next day (24th), early evening, I uploaded to SKYPE, the small audio (2:47 minutes) – Within thirty minutes, Terrence LEPAGE called dishing out shocking repulsive disinformation (audio exists) – Next call was Michelle GUERTIN.  She was seemingly in a panic state and shouted I was going to jail, not her!  – Mark sided with her.  Apparently, the claims brought forward during the Reliable Source Program (10-15 FEB) were true.

BOOM! That’s how the course was change from Crime Setup to Full Force Kill Program – Don’t stop until it’s done – Killing me, high likely followed by a suicide – If not suicided, then immediately institutionalized where they would eventually kill him.  Closed as a crime of passion.

Although it was extremely dangerous from 24 to 27 FEBRUARY 2018 at least I could see/face what I was up against . . . crime setups are dirty, sneaky, cheater and low-life just like poisoners, right PERIARD?  Hope you’re reading this.

24-27 FEBRUARY 2018 – FULL FORCE KILL PROGRAM

In early evening (6pm-ish), I uploaded the 2:47 minute audio where I asked Mark why Michelle GUERTIN wanted the shipping bag from Thailand.  The audio was recorded day before.

Within 25-30 minutes, calls began.  First call was Terrence LEPAGE who based on his investigation, confirmed I was indeed the culprit who was out to trap them all.  Soon after, Michelle GUERTIN called and in obvious panic state shouted “She’s going to jail! Not me!”  wow wow wow.  Then the SON started to call and in distress claimed I was out to hurt him.  My so-called people were stalking him.  He was afraid.

So Mark lit up in shock . . . I was a snitch (audio) and he had just received confirmation I was the predator in his life and to top it off, I was out to hurt his precious fvcking SON.

For next 4 days, the SON was the main caller.

Several times, they demanded I kill myself.  I uploaded many recordings to SKYPE to show them I had more than two recordings (13 FEB 2018 upload). It got so bad that at one point, I wrote 80-100 times >> Please help me Please help me, etc.  It was a shot in dark, my logic was, what if someone ethical eavesdrops my pleas?  Of course no one responded.

On 26 February, I was sure I would be assaulted, so I left home and parked a block away.  Then using my smartphone, I texted (myself) and said that IF THEY DIDN”T STOP WHEN I RETURNED, I would go to police.

Then I waited 10-15 minutes and returned home. Mark asked me if I had gone to police.  There you go.

But they didn’t stop, they carried on from early evening until wee morning hours – we were sleep deprived.  So much that on 27 FEBRUARY 2018, he collapsed to the ground in full seizure No. 5.

They didn’t want this guy to move out (28^th), they wanted him to assault me or rather I should say “kill me”, then commit suicide.  If not suicided, then picked up and there you go job done.  A perfect crime of passion.

A FEW MONTHS LATER . . .

After 16 JUNE 2018, we wanted to have GUERTIN criminally charged.  But on 22 JUNE 2018, an OPP Officer (Flint) with two so-called Interpol agents announced that the GUERTIN duo had been arrested and deported to France.  I was also advised to destroy all the recordings and that I was no longer monitored (lol).

I didn’t believe it.

On 27 JUNE 2018, I feared for my life and contacted (emailed) people – At the time, I thought New Partners (CSIS) were Knights Templar (Freemasons), so I blamed them.  Three hours later, Mark got a call (Louis GUERTIN) that I was no longer in danger of being killed.  Gee . .. thanks for confirming that you wanted to kill me.  wow.

Then I started to focus/target the putrid SON.

On 2 JULY 2018, I uploaded to SKYPE and Google Drive, pieces of the Full Force Kill (FFK) Program (24-27 FEB 2018).    Two days later (4 JULY), LOUIS GUERTIN called to announce that the SON had committed suicide on 2 JULY 2018.  He claimed I had triggered the SON to kill himself.  Mark would go to his grave believing this.

How interesting they should use SUICIDE as means to fake his death.  They used what they were demanding I do during the FFK Program.

When we asked, how did he kill himself.  Apparently, he had cut his throat in the bathtub.  If we profile the SON, he’s a pill head – cutting his throat takes bravery and guts.  This is a wimpy fuck.  But here’s the thing, a few months earlier, a lady I know had her husband cut his throat in front of her.  And this couple was psy-op’d / harassed by the same people who were tied to New Partners (CSIS).

Talk about lack of imagination . . . using the method of a REAL suicide they provoked.  Disrespectful creatures they are.
