Then on 31 OCTOBER 2018, I asked BOUVIER (CSIS) if he wanted to see my handwritten log entry for the stalking (day before), he was amused, said YES.

Then I asked him if he wanted to see another stalking narration.  Again, amused, jovial BOUVIER said yes.

Next day, on 1 NOVEMBER 2018, I sent him the narration of events of 12 October 2017 . . . how it went down without conclusions>> 20181101-LYN-MARK-IPHONE-4-BOUVER-DubiousEncounter-12OCT2017

Without including the fact that this guy was impersonating being with Secret Space Program (SSP).  And because I didn’t, they tried the same LURE (SSP) on 9 March 2018.  

Also in the 1 November 2018 narration (above), I purposely didn’t include the facial sketch (found at the end of this post).

After he saw/read the document, he told me to NEVER again send him anything like this again!  He seemed angry, clearly upset, emphasizing:

“tell her to never send me things like that again”

The document was the narration of the PLAN A Lure to make me disappear on 12 October 2017.

In my mind, I immediately thought >>wouldn’t CSIS want to see it?

Considering a CSIS guy did the job on 12 OCTOBER 2017 – how do I know?  because I re-encountered this guy on 18 April 2018 and he was wearing a jacket with a CSIS logo on upper sleeve.

The fact that he freaked when he saw/read this document puzzled me for a very long time.

After investigation, here’s my take why he freaked out after reading it.

PLAN A: Lure, Kidnap and remove me failed.  But then the guy had to explain to his superior(s) WHY he failed in his mission, right?

I think that the guy might have been BOUVIER (CSIS).  He read the narration and then realized that everyone at the monitoring station, peers and bosses would NOW KNOW WHAT REALLY HAPPENED.

I will venture, he told another story as to why he failed “cover his arse”.  And now it was out in the open.

Uh-oh.

I provided a lot details such as his unusual reaction at the cash – as he stood his back to me, 10-15 ft away, he was motionless facing a wall and when the young cashier (my cash) asked if I wanted separate bags for the meat, I replied very loud in a syllable manner.

Now the above is eight syllables . . . and at each syllable, the guy twitched (jerk movements), alone motionless facing a wall.

What a thing to say . . . considering this guy had just failed his mission. Oh my.  He sure wasn’t efficient that day.

On 1 NOV 2018, everyone at the monitoring station knew exactly how it went down.  I wonder if it unraveled the lies HE told to provide excuse for his failure.

How embarrassing to get caught lying to peers and boss and giving a story-lie to cover one’s failure.

Busted.

But on 12 October 2017, when he finally decided to leave, I ran after him with Mark trailing behind me.  I am convinced there were people in his hummer-like vehicle.  He was high likely suppose to get me to his vehicle . . . close enough so that people would jump out and kidnap me.  Goodbye.  This is very easy to do.  I have experienced it in 1973-74 snatched off the sidewalk – takes 3 seconds, like this >> Organized-3-Second-Grab-.mp4.

Easy to get me to his vehicle >>>  He impersonated Secret Space Program (SSP) – Once he would have established contact in the store then you say something like >> come to my vehicle and I will give you a business card.  It’s easy.

On 12 October 2017, I knew he wanted to establish contact.  I believed he was from the SSP.  What they didn’t know is that I perceived SSP as a criminal fake faction.  Not the real thing.  And also, why the hell would you want to make FIRST contact in a store.  And why would you use honey potting tactics.  It was an insult to my intelligence.  Get bent mickey mouse motherf&cker.

The ones who were highly waiting in the vehicle with the dark tinted windows saw me run after him as he ran to the vehicle.

He quickly got in his vehicle and sped off.

I can just imagine, the questions:  “what happened?”  how come she was running after you with the GUERTIN human stock trailing behind . . . what happened?  Why did you fail?

His ego would surely make him dish out some story-lie to cover his failure – protect his ego.

Just to clarify, when we arrived at the store, Mark was stopped at the doors by family members he hadn’t seen in a very long time.  I think it might have been on the LAVERGNE side.  They kept him outside for at least 20-25 minutes.  That was done on purpose so that the guy from CSIS who may well be BOUVIER has the time to lure me.  Family was in conspiracy for PLAN A.

The guy lost me in the store because I didn’t push the cart with me.  I would park it and just head in the aisles to get stuff and I was doing it quickly with no given pattern.  I evaded him – his persistence was disturbing to say the least.  SSP my eye pal.

By then, I had everything in the cart, Mark came to join me inside and I was ready to go to the cash – then suddenly the guy, the lurer found me but it was too late, I wasn’t alone anymore.

I rushed after the lurer in the store – now I was hunting him.

I will always remember he had a bottle of tomato juice in his hands.

All to say, that only the guy that hunted me down (PLAN A) would know the full details of events “the truth”.

SO >>  I strongly suspect that this guy in October 2017 was most likely BOUVIER. 

And that’s why he was so upset on 1 November 2018. 

My narration of events for 12 October 2017  would have unraveled the story-lie excuse he gave to his peers and bosses as to why PLAN A failed.  Monitoring team got a hold of the document.

How embarrassing, caught lying on the job.
I wonder what kind of bravado story-lie he dished out to cover his arse.

On 18 APRIL 2018, when we came face to face, he immediately turned his head away stuck sitting in a car.  I was putting gas in my vehicle, perhaps 4-5 feet away and I fixated on him.  He was wearing a jacket with CSIS logo on upper sleeve.  Well. Well.

I drew him with the smirk of confidence he carried until he realized he failed. I wrote several posts about 12 OCTOBER 2017,  posts done after investigation.  Here they are:

AFTER MID-SEPTEMBER 2018 (AFTER COMING AS SAVIOR WITH CSIS PROTECTING US), BOUVIER (CSIS) BRAGGED THAT HE HAD IMPERSONATED THE BELL IT SECURITY SUPERVISOR ON 4 MAY 2018 . . .

WHY DID HE TELL US? BECAUSE HE THOUGHT IT WOULD REASSURE MARK THAT CSIS HAD BEEN PROTECTING HIM FOR A WHILE NOW.
