After 15 SEPTEMBER 2018, the three GUERTINs (Louis, Michelle and SON Anton) were out of the picture (links below). Two had faked death and one was profiled as a poor old frail man who had suffered great loss. Right Louis? Losing your sister and nephew when in reality they were most likely your wife and son . . . alive and well.

The GUERTIN Unholy Trinity had crashed.

From this point forward (mid-SEP 2018), New Partners (CSIS) took over.

Character Luke BOUVIER (CSIS) was the front-man claiming CSIS was protecting Mark SMITH while BOUVIER would represent him on abuse case against specific family members (mother, sister).

From this point forward up until 19 OCTOBER 2018 (when it stopped), whenever I seeded doubts or questioned too much, BOUVIER (CSIS) would dish out shocking reports by profiling me as threat to SMITH which most often led to sickness. That’s how they shut me down.

“not complying Champagne? No problem, we will shock him so much that he will be sick for rest of the day / evening – Getting weaker urinating/defecating on self then crying in despair.”

Psychologically broken –> They were sitting back e-listening and vetting for destruction, listening to suffering and misery . . . Ahhh, a good sign the target is going down and listen to that cvnt (me), cry bitch. . . and that went on for months, could you do it? Then go home and enjoy your life with your family (if have one). feed your cat or goldfish . . . Have any kids? Leading a double life. Psychopaths can do without missing a beat.

By this time, I was caring for Mark 24/7 – on demand “on call”.

To validate the claim of protection –> Black helicopters started to regularly fly over over the house, most often in line with calls from BOUVIER (CSIS) or based on in-house conversations related to current issues – Fly-overs and calls of assurance strengthened the illusionary protection perception. Refer to September 2018 – Digest of Events (link above).

By 8 NOV 2018, BOUVIER (CSIS) announced Mark SMITH had won his case. Then stalled to meet and stopped contact on 23 NOV 2018.

On 29 NOV 2018, Mark SMITH was admitted to the hospital. Twelve days later, once they discovered someone from outer family circle wanted to speak to me, they convinced SMITH he had terminal cancer, a lost cause – He bought it hook, line and sinker no questions asked and agreed to be transferred to a palliative centre to go die.

On 2 day of admission (13 DEC 2018), he wanted out. He didn’t trust the (killing) nurse and as he violently held her by the wrist shaking her, he demanded that I take him out of there – On day 2, he was walking, strong, very conscious.

I SHOULD HAVE LISTENED AND TAKEN HIM OUT THERE (13 DECEMBER 2018).

That was the last time we spoke – He was angry at me. Next day, he was in a coma state, on a ventilator and died two days later (16 DEC 2018). Twelve hours before he died I took a bio-sample for future forensic analysis.

About black helicopter fly-overs . . .

After mid-September 2018, I would frequently voiced out:

“If it wasn’t for the fly-overs I wouldn’t believe you BOUVIER.”

Often after voicing this, BOUVIER would call and a fly-over would occur or just a fly-over no calls (Nov 2018 and beyond).

I trusted CSIS.

Spoiler Alert –> 6 FEBRUARY 2019, trust was shattered. I called CSIS and the moment I said my full name, without hesitation, the CSIS operator sarcastically responded “BY-y-y-ye” then hung up. It messed me up for a few days.

After Mark SMITH’s death (16 DEC 2018), fly-overs continued.

I wondered why were they protecting me?
Wasn’t fly-overs to protect Mark SMITH because of his (fake) inheritance?

Spoiler Alert –> 12 FEBRUARY 2019, I discovered via Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), fly-overs were not for protection but for surveillance “not friendly” – They made me a person of interest – Put me on a watch-list.

Once it was known (via OPP), those specific black helicopters stopped . . . however, other types of aircrafts appeared based on what I would upload to GDrive . . . and I continued to communicate with them via SKYPE or using the descriptive area in GDrive (Google Drive).

Now that we know it was NOT for protection, one has to ask . . .

Why did they continue to fly over after his death?

Well, the only thing that sounds logical –> I had/have over 145 recordings and of these, I had over 70 recordings they didn’t know yet existed. They would find out sometime in April 2019. These newly discovered date-stamped raw recordings are not online (only recs dated Jan to April 2018 are in GDrive) – However .mp3 clips have been extracted from these recordings and inserted in respective posts for May 2018 & beyond.

- 14 MAY 2018, Summary of Events was uploaded to GDrive. I knew they would read it.

  Sure enough, next day (15th), an individual claiming to be RCMP called to announce –> Michelle GUERTIN had been arrested and detained. They had also found diaries with mantras such as: “Die Die Die Mark Smith” – They knew what she had done – her and “their” SON – She was portrayed as unstable and dangerous (I agree).

- And to put weight, LOUIS GUERTIN called to confirm it – He would sustain / keep the story alive for weeks.

Recordings and the fact that I was organized/prepared were the only things that logically made sense to explain continued surveillance, smearing me in databases . . . continued monitoring (2025).

If that’s not the reason, then what is it? Ego? After all, New Partners (CSIS) was obsessed with playing out a crime of passion (Nov 2017 to April 2018) and they failed. That would piss off, I will venture they don’t fail often – Then discovery I recorded, I told people, uploaded online stuff, counteracted, didn’t comply, one psyop after another, etc.

Revenge? –> When New Partners (CSIS) joined with GUERTIN and took over operationally, FIRST CHOICE was to terminate me –> 2016. By February 2018, they were frustrated enough to demand that I kill myself . . . “come on, kill yourself! DO US A FAVOR and kill yourself” voiced as if they were entitled. Incredible.

And since it had failed, now I had notes, kept track, details, recordings that showed the trail of events, and here we were in 2019 –> surveilled, put on a watch-list, in databases.

Black helicopters are costly assets to operate – Used to carry out criminal agendas? Who paid for this? Canadian taxpayers? CSIS operational resources and assets are federal government property. Overall, this operation became costly. Remember . . . they started in 2016 – and here we were in 2019.

Technically it took two years to terminate SMITH (he was the primary reason for all of this) and the reason for delay is that they focused on my termination (they wasted time).

After showing them I recorded (13 FEB 2018), they repeatedly showed that recordings were a problem.

For instance, both GUERTIN faked death a few days after we threatened to use the recording material against them. There were many more instances when recordings influenced their course of action (oops . . . psyop change “let’s do this, let’s say that”).

Mark SMITH had no idea I was recording, communicating via SKYPE, uploads to GDrive. The mind games (psyop) kept changing as I kept counteracting/influencing – Mark SMITH was clueless.

JANUARY 2019 – HOW IT WENT DOWN . . .

My illusions:

I was clueless of real reason for black helicopter.
I thought CSIS was on our side. I didn’t like BOUVIER but I trusted him as it related to CSIS (because of black helicopters . . . bravo).
I believed the family had lost in court against Mark SMITH.
I believed he had an inheritance.
I thought the GUERTIN were dead.
I believed the (suicided) SON was his biological child.

2 JANUARY 2019

In mid-afternoon, I went out for errands. Few minutes after entering the store, a bald guy entered and walked fast-paced with a determined serious look, following in my path – I sped up and I stopped at the end of the aisle out of view and turned around waiting for him, come face-to-face – Surprise motherfvcker! Here I am! When he saw I was waiting for him, I believe that the element of surprise might have freaked him out because he immediately entered the next aisle, kept the pace and exited the store.

Holy shit . . . I was stalked by the same people who stalked and attempted grabs in 2018 . . . What was going on here? I thought this was over . . . tied to (dead) GUERTIN.

During investigation, I nicknamed him “The Walker” because eight days later, on 10 JAN 2019, I re-encountered him in another city 40km away. He did the same thing.

I will assume his role was to intimidate me? On 10th, as he walked fast-paced towards me, I was sure we were going to collide. I stayed put/solid like a statue no expression “not moving for you pal, not intimidated” – In my mind I was a brick wall – If he touched me, he would go down, fall on his ass. I was ready. Here he comes . . . the Walker passed 5-6 inches away from touching me. A close call.

10 JANUARY 2019 – reconn at the jazz dive

So it had been 8 days since the stalking. Something was definitely wrong.

MUST DO SOMETHING.

So I decided since they monitored and followed me, I would use it to my advantage. I would do a reconn –> Let’s see who will come out of the woodwork.

Via SKYPE I announced where I would be at 9pm (10 JAN 2019) – I gave them the coordinates in latitude & longitude – I chose an obscure jazz club.

And to think that a year earlier (2018), Michelle GUERTIN was doing everything she could so that SMITH would bash me with Nicole PERIARD waiting in the sideline making it seem she was innocent (pure evil) >> January 2018 – Digest of Events

Who did I recognize at the little jazz bar?

There was a lot of people. I arrived late. A full crowd. Some were regulars and some were just out of place.

So who did I encounter? >> The Walker and then . . .

The guy who hand delivered the false written statement to COURT on 9 MAY 2018.

After brown nosing the guy sitting in the back who seemed to be a boss of some kind, he made it a point to come toward me, eye contact and do the same facial expression he did on 9 MAY 2018 before he entered the COURT room (restricted doors). I immediately recognized him. His ego gave him away. I nicknamed him “Prince Cockatoo”.

The guy sitting in the back against the wall with the blond female. “big chief” attitude, the boss in the back – cool, calm and collect. People report to this guy.

Cockatoo was overly nice with this guy, overdoing it. Several people hovered around him. I nicknamed him “Errol Flynn” because the little moustache and hair style.

Being compared to Errol Flynn is not a compliment. Errol was a pedophile par excellence, a voyeur who drugged young girls, sexually molested them while people from his perverted entourage watched. Gee . . . not to far from truth with boss-dude when we consider his association to the perps >> Mark SMITH agenda, human trafficked and pedophiled. What a go dude.

There were also three young men from the CSIS group? most likely.

Just before I left, I walked over, they tensed up. I acknowledged them.

Ok . . . so that was an enlightening evening. What next?

18 JANUARY 2019

On this day, I had an appointment at the Bank. I wanted to meet an advisor in order to give him or her, a copy of Mark SMITH’s death certificate. I was ushered in an office and well . . . I recognized the individual as a Freemason – I recognized the energetic signature of Freemasonry.

After a long conversation with door closed, this individual persistently insisted that I visit the family . . . go see for myself. He was so persistent that he convinced me to do so. He also added >> “you’re retired? you have time to investigate . . . “

After the appointment, I went to Michael Trepanier’s house (Mark’s brother). Keep in mind, Michael had been tricked by Nicole PERIARD to believe that I was a retired cop who, if I saw him, would not hesitate to shoot him.

I was not well received. I announced that Mark had died on 16 December 2018 (I RECORDED my visit – audio exists in post below).

After I left and returned home, police came to my house. Nicole PERIARD to perpetuate her innocence called police. Most likely to make it seem she didn’t know Mark was dead, when in reality she was informed most likely on a daily basis. SHE KNEW as she was associated to GUERTIN and CSIS handler BOUVIER.

But by dramatically faking not knowing and sending police over to confirm his death –> It was entered as a call in the system. Police clueless (Constable Petit), found it awful that I had not told the family of Mark’s death right away but waited one month.

IT WAS ALL AN ACT FROM PERIARD. HEY CONSTABLE PETIT, I HOPE YOU GET TO READ THIS.

PERIARD passed the rumor that I had installed cameras in Mark’s room at the palliative centre to watch him die.

Now folks, they often project WHAT THEY DO. It wouldn’t surprise me that they had installed a hidden camera to watch him. Right PERIARD?

How interesting that you, PERIARD should have told this horrible lie because it places you in conspiracy with GUERTIN and your CSIS handler. Yes-s watching the fvcking killing nurse doing her bidding . . . pure evil.

20 JANUARY 2019

Two days later . . . a knock at the door. It was Nicole PERIARD’s son Anthony. They sent him to come and snoop and also to perpetuate even more that they (PERIARD) wasn’t involved.

The reason why they chose him to come over is they thought he was my favorite nephew.

But her autistic son talked too much. He confirmed that Michelle GUERTIN and the SON “Anton” were not dead – faked death.

He also confirmed that they (family) went to court in Fall 2018.

He confirmed with a big smile knowing BOUVIER and the moment he said he knew him, he stroke a pose (change in body posture) and like an intelligent grown-up said –> “After all, we don’t know if it was his son, a DNA test was never done.” Not his words.

When he confirmed he knew BOUVIER it triggered him. PERIARD’s autistic SON imitated the one he saw and heard –> body posture and word for word.

To close off . . .

On 2 FEBRUARY 2019, I started full-time investigation – I started to assemble recordings, putting / assembling the material in a chronological manner – it took me 12 months to do this phase – assembling everything.

I spent 2020 to 2023 – investigating.

I was locked down in 2019. When year 2020 started, I was facing isolation while the world would be free roaming about.

Ahhhh but then EVERYONE on the PLANET was in lock down by 12 February 2020. I didn’t feel isolated. Thank you for giving me this opportunity – So this is what I did during the global lockdown. Great timing – I had all the time I needed. The universe works in mysterious ways, hm? right.

ADDITIONAL NOTES

About the Freemason encountered at the bank (yes I know his name but will not publish it) . . .

Sometime in April/May 2019, I came out with newly discovered recordings for MAY 2018 and beyond. I told them via SKYPE or Google Drive (Descriptive area).

However, I never uploaded the raw recordings to GDrive like I had done with recordings for January to April 2018. Instead, I showed them a snapshot (image) of File Explorer.

So stalking / being followed resumed.

One day, I went to McDonald’s (Orleans, Ontario). I was followed into the restaurant. The bald guy (Freemason), entered and sat down in the eating area. with a newspaper.

Then suddenly . . . look who comes in! –> it’s the guy from the bank (18 JAN 2019).

He made a silent gesture of acknowledgement with the bald guy sitting in the eating area. It was very obvious that split second eye contact, the subtle distinct nod.

After making subtle acknowledgement, he walked towards me with a big smile, faking surprise. He overdid it with open arms and verbal exclamations as he held my hands. He insisted we get together, made me promise, big flirting “let’s get it on babee”.

I never contacted him.

However, I just want to add that this guy on 18 JAN 2019, opened Pandora’s box that led me onto an investigative quest. I will venture that in April/May 2019, he never expected me to pursue true investigation. He didn’t know I was organized, had notes, kept SKYPE screenshots and had recordings of what happened after the psychopaths hung up. . . .

His words 18 JAN 2019 >> “you’re retired? you have time to investigate . . . ” indeed.

WORD OF ADVICE

Using “honey potting” was a big mistake / faux pas – Wrong approach just like the dude did on 12 OCT 2017 (Plan A: my removal) – Don’t use that approach with intelligent people – it’s a blatant insult to intelligence. If he had not done honey potting I would have likely contacted him.

About 12 OCT 2017 (PLAN A) . . . As if honey potting would be the best way to attract someone to join Secret Space Program (SSP). Right. However, I know that method has worked with other people (mostly females).

A genuine SSP would not be going for ass but rather for intelligence / added value to the team. A genuine SSP would not approach someone clandestinely in a freakin’ store but rather in a suitable secure environment.
