Since 23 APRIL 2018, MARK was living at his sister & mother’s house.  We had no clue (yet) that Family was with GUERTIN.  A No-Contact Order was in place until his first Court appearance (9 May 2018).

On 24 April 2018, I set up an operation centre in the middle of the house – Ready to organize recording material for the Crown Attorney.  Peace and quiet – not disturbed –> focused to do the List of Recordings.  I had two weeks.

On 25 April 2018, by late evening as we rolled into 26 APRIL 2018, I had the first two pages done.  I uploaded them to a Google Drive. Here’s what I uploaded  (FIRST TWO PAGES of this document) >>  List of recordings dated 22 May 2018

I knew they would intercept.   Let them see what they did – Let them read it.  Read what you’ve done.

And, I believe they panicked. A series of kidnap attempt ensued.  He must never see Court.

HERE’S HOW IT WENT DOWN

On 26 APRIL 2018, I continued to work on the List of Recordings for Court on 9 MAY 2018 – My goal was to have a flash drive and printed documents to support that Mark SMITH was NOT GUILTY  –> They were.

I was confident. No interruptions.

Around 9pm, I went to the back porch to admire the clear night sky.  At the time, we lived in the country, no light pollution, what a celestial treat.

As I gazed in the general direction of Ursa Major “Big Dipper”, I vowed to NEVER LET ANYONE do what the psychopaths did.  Within 1-2 seconds,   I saw a flash then a ship  (I call them “ships” instead of UAP or UFO or object . . . all of the above are called “ships” by 2017)

As the flash appeared within that split second when the ship appears, it said loud and clear in my mind (not my thought):

The female and her son are incarnate demons.

It caught me off-guard.

26 APRIL 2018 @ 9pm (EST)

 

Two days later, on 28 APRIL 2018, Mark would make contact with me because the FAMILY was acting very strange (sister & mother) – something was terribly wrong. Then he proceeded to tell me about Michelle GUERTIN and the SON who assaulted him in a parking lot on 26 APRIL 2018 in late afternoon.

I immediately thought of the mental download that occurred on same day as the assault.

• We strongly suspect the plan was to grab him and shove him in a vehicle.  What’s interesting too, is he was drastically weaker than when at home (and we will come back to why that is).  Michelle GUERTIN burnt him with her cigarette, then took one of her shoes (STILETTOS) and hit him on the left temple – She broke his glasses.

  How it was stopped –> Uncle Marc Trepanier who had been sitting in the kitchen of PERIARD saw him leave to go to the shopping Centre. After MARK left, PERIARD called to give the signal to his location.
  .
  Marc Trepanier (brother of Marcel) overheard and discreetly left to protect MARK.  He’s the one who stopped the GUERTIN.  As he was giving them sh!t, LOUIS GUERTIN called the SON’s mobile phone.  When MARK returned to his sister’s house, they didn’t want to hear it (what happened).  They completely ignored him as if he was a ghost.  That was the start of realizing something wasn’t right here.

  On 26 APRIL 2018, MARK had not seen both GUERTIN (in person) for over 10 years.  From this day forward, they could NEVER AGAIN use the SON as bait to have him leave.

27 APRIL 2019 (not 2018)

One year later on this date, just after midnight I published this post (link below) which I’d been working on since 25-26 APRIL 2019, in memory of the previous year and the demonic puppet, the GUERTIN.  After publishing it, I went to bed.  I had a lucid dream of car failure and death (me – I died in the dream) .  Next morning (27th), my car was inundated and more.  In addition, my dog Louie died.

28 APRIL 2018

Mark was getting weaker with new symptoms.  I strongly believe Nicole PERIARD gave him one of her potions.  She knowledgeable in pharmacopeia – Measured doses to get the sickness effect desired.  This is known information.  A poisoner.

New Symptoms >> Acute abdominal pain and white foam coming out of his mouth with difficulty focusing & to stand up for an extended period of time. In my books, he was poisoned – measured doses – a Nicole PERIARD’s signature.

Purpose for making him sick was to get him to agree to see a physician.  Clinic near PERIARD’s home.

The physician alarmingly told MARK, reason why he was sick and unable to stand for more than a few minutes was due to the blood clot behind his skull which he described as a ticking time bomb that had increased.  It would only get worse – Mr. SMITH! PLEASE LET ME CALL AN AMBULANCE IMMEDIATELY! (pushy insistent)

MARK refused because he knew hospitals were a GUERTIN trap . . . and two days earlier Michelle GUERTIN and the SON came after him at a shopping mail parking lot. . . He refused no matter how much fear that physician pushed.

• About that imaginary blood clot  –> In February 2018, the SON came up with the blood clot story-lie  . . . that physician on 28th, continued the lie and alluded to it having expanded?  Increased in size?  Hey pal!  you’ve just put yourself in league with the GUERTIN.  There was no blood clot behind Mark’s skull.

When he was back at PERIARD’s house, everyone was in a bad mood, as if disappointed – ignoring him  That’s why he called me >> “Nicki and mom are acting strange.  Nobody wants to talk to me “i’m a ghost” – Something’s wrong” 

WTF – WHY WAS THE FAMILY DOING THIS?  AND WHY WAS HE SUDDENLY SO SICK?

• It was not in my consciousness that his FAMILY was with GUERTIN all along.  In fact, when I started investigation on 2 FEB 2019, I thought the FAMILY had been blackmailed in 2018 to work with GUERTIN.

  On 19 NOV 2019 I finally uncovered they had sold him under guise of fatherhood in 1979 and sealed enslavement using legal medical (psychiatry) marked as dangerous, dissociative personality disorder / multiple personality disorder – volatile, unpredictable.  In 1992, his sister was appointed legal caretaker by Michelle GUERTIN who had tricked him in giving her full Power of Attorney over his life.  Legal enslavement point in time is 1992.

• Another interesting point is that they did not want him to find his birth certificate – He did in 2007 Treatment Centre – Prior to that they provoked suicide (2006-Jan 2007). And how he got registered as an infant is quite the story.  He was slotted to be sold at birth but it was stopped by his great grand-father G. SMITH who behind everyone’s back, registered himself as the infant’s father.  After great grand-father passed in June 1978, the youth, age 12-13 was back on the human auction block. Recurring character in ’65, ’78 & ’79 is LAVERGNE Senior.  After he failed to sexually influence SMITH (age 12), he put him up for sale, GUERTIN (high likely father of Michelle GUERTIN) responded.

29 APRIL 2018

In early evening, I was relaxing and about to work on the List of Recordings.  Out of the blue in mind, in a pressing manner –>  “Get him out of there or else he will die“.

At first, I resisted.  Then it became more pressing >> “Do it – Move it or else he will die” – So I did.  I breached the No Contact Court Order.  Without warning/notice, I extracted him from his sister/mother’s house.

• After full investigation, I strongly suspect Nicole PERIARD the poisoner would have given him a dosage sufficient to render him unconscious.  Then, she would call GUERTIN and they would arrange the ambulance trip to the hospital of their choice, right GUERTIN and PERIARD?  Right. Just like it was suppose to happen on 28th.
  .
  High likely psychiatric hospital –> Dr. Bryan Alexander BOYD, former psychiatrist (experimenter on SMITH in 1990s), was on stand-by to receive him IF any kidnaps / grabs had succeeded.  This perp showed his cards on 10 SEP 2018 >> 10 September 2018 – Dr. B.A. BOYD Former Psychiatrist Greets Mark in Last Attempted Grab Operation

When I got there, he came to the car, sat in the passenger seat.  He looked worn down, weak, worst that when he was at home. Radical health decline was apparent – it’s the poison from PERIARD.  He told me he was afraid, something was wrong with his mother and Nicki.  I immediately told him to grab his stuff and we left. The family didn’t contest, they feared me – never had the audacity to confront me.

My stance was  >> please go ahead, call police and tell them I have breached the No-Contact Court Order, I dare you.  As days progressed, the List of Recordings was growing.

At the time, I thought they would have called police but they didn’t – In retrospect, they couldn’t.  PERIARD most likely called Michelle GUERTIN or her CSIS handler.  By next day (30th), they came up with two tactics – They had the resources and were relentless.

1st TACTIC –> Using Court to order psychiatric institutionalization – My case moot.

By this time (28-29th), I was doing March 2018 period (List of Recordings).  The entry for 3 MARCH 2018 was entered – that’s the day Michelle GUERTIN had called to decree she was going to use the Court to have him forcefully institutionalized.

And just to show how they use, steal and copy then twist  . . .

On 30 APRIL 2018, Mark’s mother called to announce that  on 9 MAY 2018, the Court would order he be mentally evaluated – it apparently didn’t look good and Court would mandate (psychiatric) hospitalization – my case would be moot.  So they were going to use the Court to have him forcefully institutionalized.

(I always got the feeling they got the idea to use Court when they read the latest version of the List of Recordings which by 29th, including entry (full-length) and summary for events of 3 March 2018.)

HERE’S THE ENTRY DONE on 28-29 APRIL 2018 >> 20180303-list-of-recs-extracted-pages.pdf – was it their inspiration to pull the COURT stunt again?  I believe so.

2nd TACTIC –> Kidnap by first incapacitating him for easy abduction (no resistance)

Also on 30 APRIL 2018 in late afternoon, a team tried to abduct him in a store while I had my back turned – Five bald men and one female with a clicking device. When she used it next to SMITH, he faltered almost lost consciousness.

On 7 MAY 2018, the same female was used in another kidnap.  Same tactic with different team.  She freaked when she saw me and gave the abort signal to a guy waiting in a white van. I crashed the operation.

30 APRIL and 7 MAY 2018 – same kidnap strategy.  She incapacitates, they take him away, transportation waiting outside.
