This post is to show points in time when recordings, directly or indirectly, changed the course and most often not in our best interest especially between February and May 2018. During that period, I was communicating and uploading mostly in SKYPE – Google Drive storage started in late February 2018.
NOTE: There are 149 date-stamped full-length media files – 55 hours. A small fraction has been extracted as .mp3 clips and uploaded to the site – These clips were done in 2019. I could go back and listen to everything again and most likely uncover significant pieces – They sure seemed to think so. As well as media files, there are SKYPE screenshots and incriminating files like the December 1979 photo taken a few minutes after the human trafficking sale was sealed.

There are close to 100 recordings that they have NEVER heard in their totality –> only a few clippets (MP3 extracts). That was done on purpose.

- 22 JANUARY 2018 – First recording – A video – Rec started right after he hung up with SON who called soon after he was lased through the front window. Altered personality (ex-convict recently out of long term jail) with false set of memories – I’m a cheater and a rat (jail sentence) – Betrayed – Murder and ideally suicide – Crime of passion – Open/shut case.
. - 24 JAN 2024 >> 22-23 January 2018 – Lased through Window – Ex-Con Personality w/t False Memories – Deep Sense of Betrayal – Setting Stage for Crime of Passion – first recording in collection of recordings.
. - 2-8 February & 11-12 FEBRUARY 2018 – Many recordings – A video, mostly audio. In late February, in haste, I deleted audios dated 11-12 February 2018 – But between 24-27 February 2018, they were uploaded to SKYPE.

GROUND ZERO –> 13 FEBRUARY 2018 — Day They Discover Recordings
What did they do? Changed Reliable Source Program to Crime Setup Program “If we can’t get him to kill you then we will get an arrest warrant to forcefully remove you”.
- How did they find out about recordings? I told them and at the same time uploaded a few recordings in SKYPE.
. - Why did I do that? I didn’t have a choice, I was going to be killed. Since I knew they monitored, I figured this could be a way to stop them. I also told I knew they monitored.
. - Did they stop? yes. It stopped the “Reliable Source Program” running since 10 February 2018 and started the Crime Setup Program.

After 13 February, they quieted down giving the illusion it was over – They even ushered in a character called Terrence LEPAGE, claiming to be a Private Investigator who would look into who was causing issues for MARK “if it’s not Lyn Champagne . . . ” – This character was from New Partners (CSIS)’s team – Might have been character BOUVIER the infamous voice impersonator.
. - How did I find out about the Crime Setup? Three days later, on 16 February 2018, I crossed a hallway to get a pencil and overheard Michelle GUERTIN with Mark – She was impatiently asking for a shipping bag from Thailand (online clothes order late January 2018) << Which means they were even checking postal services or what came in at CBSA (Borders). Watched from all sides. By the way she was asking, it showed she’d been asking for this bag for a while.

24 FEBRUARY 2018 – Uploaded to SKYPE an audio where I’m asking Mark what does Michelle GUERTIN want with the shipping bag from Thailand? (it had my DNA and prints).
What did they do? 20 minutes after uploading the recording, they changed Crime Setup Program to Full Force Kill Program (FFK), a very dangerous period. However, it was better than being forcefully removed –> Loss of control similar to being abducted.
At least during FFK, the battle was in my face – I would fight but had to flight on 26 February 2018 when it got too dangerous – The fvcking SON was the main instigator. A real piece of shit . . . going for the kill.
Uploading this recording canceled the Crime Setup Program and ushered in Full Force Kill Program – It was so bad that at one point I wrote “Please help me” at less 80-100 times. When they saw this, fhey amp’d up. “we got her boys, she’s falling to pieces”.
- When did I do this recording where I question Mark about the bag? It was recorded on 23 FEB 2018 in late afternoon.
. - Why did I do that recording? Since 16 February 2018, I knew they wanted to set me up. Knowing wasn’t enough, I had to do something. I had uploaded many things to SKYPE on 18, 22, 23 February 2018 but they were not reacting, they were quiet “uh-oh”. I had to find a way to cancel the notion of falsely arresting me.

- Why did I upload it to SKYPE on 24 February around 6:30pm? In an attempt to shake them out of doing that crime setup – they were too quiet and that meant they were up to something (not good for me). Although they didn’t have the bag in their possession, it meant they could concoct another crime setup as means to frame me. This was a rude awakening to NEVER put your garbage and recycle bin outside at night – it’s the perfect opportunity to lift off prints and DNA and create a crime scene.
. - What happened after I uploaded that recording (2:47 min) to SKYPE? About 20 minutes later, Terrence LEPAGE called claiming I was setting MARK up as well as Michelle GUERTIN and the precious SON – A trap from me to have them arrested for planning to frame me – they turned it around.

A few minutes later, Michelle GUERTIN called, shouting >> “She’s going to jail! Not me!” – Mark sided with her. He trusted her with his life – disturbingly unnatural kind of trust. Included claims I wanted to hurt the SON. Mark flew off the handle.

In my mind, her behavior confirmed EXACTLY what they were aiming for with the crime setup >> having me arrested, forcefully removed, put me in jail, and high likely effect an organized suicide in jail cell stunt (only 1 day is required to pull it off).
. - Why do I highly think they would have done an organized suicide? Because that was the initial plan in 2016 – killing at a distance via suicide. AND >> during the Full Force Kill Program that ensued (24-27 FEB 2018), the SON and Hag GUERTIN repeatedly demanded impatiently as if entitled that I kill myself.

I strongly believe they wanted their suicided pudding as promised since 2016 and more so during the Crime Setup Program – high expectation. Angry >> She’s (me) suppose to be dead! Suicided by now! “kill yourself kill yourself .. . awwww come on do us a favor and kill yourself . . . she’s suppose to kill herself!”.
. - What happened after LEPAGE and GUERTIN called? It was the start of the Full Force Kill Program, which lasted three days and nights and ended on 27 February 2018 when he collapsed to the floor having a full blown seizure.

On one evening, 25 FEB I believe, I uploaded many RECORDINGS to SKYPE. In retrospect, it fueled them. SKYPE screenshots are in the post link below (22-24 February 2018)..

That was the moment, I knew without a doubt, they not only wanted to terminate me, they also wanted this guy dead. If I had called 911, I was delivering him to GUERTIN. Also what was very telling is that MARK was scheduled to move out the next day (28 FEB). Why not wait until he’s moved out in order to grab him? hm? illogical. They wanted both of us dead.

26 APRIL 2018 – In early morning hours, uploaded to Google Drive the first two pages of the new List of Recordings.
What did they do? By mid-afternoon, GUERTIN mother & SON attempted to kidnap Mark SMITH – PERIARD gave signal to his location – Kidnap stopped by his Uncle Marc Trepanier – Where did Uncle Marc come from? Came from PERIARD’s house, he overheard her, then left and decided to follow Mark from afar – He intercepted them.
- After 23 APRIL 2018 (when I called 911), I gave a police video statement and MARK was sent to live at his sister/mother’s house – A No-Contact Order was set – First Court date: 9 MAY 2018 – My case, I’m the complainant.

ON 24 APRIL 2018, I set up an operation centre in the middle of the house, secured all points of entry and started to listen to recordings (with headphones) – got off the INTERNET and started to create (in WORD) a List of the Recordings with a quick summary about recording content.
. - On 26 APRIL 2018, past midnight, for the first time, I uploaded the fruits of my labor, first two pages of the newly created List of Recordings . . . now they knew what I had been doing for past two days (silence in the house for two days, no INTERNET).

What was my stance when I uploaded the two pages? Yes, read them and see the depravity and cruelty you instigated like mentally insane psychopaths aka fvcking demons. The two pages covered period 2-9 FEBRUARY 2018 – seizures, etc.
. - I believe they had a knee jerk reaction when they realized I had kept and catalogued all recordings – Listening to each one and creating the List of Recordings – Now they were on a mission to kidnap him to never see COURT – Attempted twice on 26 & 28 April 2018- Poison by PERIARD highly suspected to carry out second kidnap (28th).
. - On 29 April 2018, I extracted him from his sister/mother’s house – I breached the No-Contact Court Order. Mark had new sickness symptoms >> Foam coming out of his mouth with acute abdominal pain (poisoned by PERIARD? oh yes, definitively, it’s one of her signatures).
.- 26 April 2018 – GUERTIN Assault & Attempt to GRAB Mark – The plan was back to kidnap – They realized I was creating List of Recordings – it led to 4 kidnap attempts, 1 poison & lure attempt & last resort was falsifying my police statement for Court

Next day (30th), after failed kidnap at a store, later they decreed my COURT case on 9 MAY 2018 would be canceled – My video statement 23 APR 2018 annulled, never to see the light of day –> Change 9 MAY COURT case to their advantage to hospitalize him (GUERTIN territory) – We both felt this was the end –> “Mark’s worst fears was to wake up strapped to a medical bed at the mercy of GUERTIN”

What I did –> On 2 MAY 2018, well knowing they could hear in-house, I threatened to use/release the recordings if they didn’t drop the medical bullshit.
What did they do? Next morning, on 3 MAY 2018, they dropped it – They used Mark’s mother to announce the “good news” – yes-s. Then PERIARD pressured Mark to return to her house and she tried to lure him to return.
PERIARD claimed she also had recordings on GUERTIN “come back Mark I have recordings on GUERTIN . . . come back because you are breaching the no-contact order!”

My stance? I called PERIARD – She admitted she didn’t have recordings against GUERTIN (it was just a lure to get him to return to the house of PERIARD “the poisoner”).

- WHAT ELSE HAPPENED? We uncovered Mark’s mother Theresa LAVERGNE and sister Nicole PERIARD were working with GUERTIN

Although we didn’t know it at the time, I believe Luke BOUVIER was the FAMILY’s handler, their CSIS point of contact which most likely started in Winter/Spring 2017 after Nicole was on-board with them (May 2017). Right BOUVIER (CSIS)?

On 3 MAY 2018, Mark severed contact with his mother and his sister. It didn’t seem like a surprise to him. Keep in mind he didn’t have a relationship with his mother until Carmen Chenier (grandmother) on her dead bed (30 OCT 2010) ask him to try to have a relationship with her. On 29-30 August 2018, when he wanted to have them with Michelle GUERTIN criminally charged for abuse, he would tell me –> “I shouldn’t have listened to Lil’Nanny” (I think we have that recorded).

I told Mark not to worry that I was giving flash to Crown Attorney – plead NOT GUILTY – The recording material with my video statement (23 APR) will bring the point across quick enough as to what la vieille plotte “old cunt” Michelle GUERTIN and your SATANIC SON did << I remember on 23 APRIL 2018 telling Constable Marc Leblanc that Mark’s SON was satanic.
WHAT DID THEY DO? They barred me from COURT premises threatening to arrest me for contravening the NO-CONTACT COURT ORDER which did not make logical sense. Once I was gone, they replaced my VIDEO statement (23 APRIL) with a false written statement and it was so horrific – they projected themselves in it – talk of satanism and more (their kind subconsciously mirror themselves in that putrid document) – Mark was facing 5 years in jail.
Now that should have made MARK feel I had deeply betrayed him. But instead of leaving court premises I waited over 4 hours for him. I GOT TO HOLD THE FALSE WRITTEN STATEMENT – They affixed the one-page Constable Leblanc and I had signed to confirm that the video statement was the truth.

15 MAY 2018 – THE DAY BEFORE (14th), I had uploaded an Executive Summary that complemented the List of Recordings. Although on 9 MAY 2018, they sabotaged my COURT day, I was staying the course. I was getting ready for second COURT day (9 JUNE 2018) – the Summary of Events would be the cover document to the List of Recs.
What did they do? They called and impersonated RCMP with claims Michelle GUERTIN had been arrested. Also claimed she was on a watch-list, they knew what she had done to us. LOUIS GUERTIN called afterwards to support the claim – (how comforting . . . we bought it).
- 14-15 May 2018 – Uploaded Executive Summary (included herein) – Next day RCMP Impersonator Announced Michelle GUERTIN Arrested & Detained
. - Today when I read the Executive Summary “summary of events” I have to admit I wasn’t too far from the truth. At the time, it was not in my consciousness that New Partners (CSIS) existed and was directing the operation. Interestingly the first thing I mention in the summary document is illegal monitoring – the summary was done on 14 MAY 2018 while the operation was still active.

22 MAY 2018 – Although RCMP had apparently arrested Michelle GUERTIN and LOUIS GUERTIN maintained the narrative, I had continued working on the List – On this day, I had completed the first final version of the List of Recordings, the Executive Summary was done – It had taken me 29 days (24 APR-22 MAY 2018) – I was ready for second court appearance (9 JUN 2018). 22 MAY 2018 was a magical day to say the least. From a spiritual standpoint, I felt unconditional love and supported – Wow.

9 JUNE 2018 – Second Court appearance – My next chance to give recordings to Crown Attorney – We were made to believe that RCMP were investigating Michelle GUERTIN.
What did they do? They down played – Mark who was facing 5 years in jail – only got a $100 fine and one year probation. Mark didn’t want me to shake things up because of his (fake) inheritance. LOUIS GUERTIN was the prime influencer – subduing the matter by supporting the RCMP arrest narrative with fake updates.
After 16 JUNE 2018, we wanted to move ahead and have them criminally charged – Supportive material were the recordings and related documents as well as my police video statement (23 APR 2018) and Mark was willing to come forth and give a testimony.

18-21 JUNE 2018 – Since they could hear in-house, they knew we wanted to press criminal charges against both GUERTIN, mother and son . . . I monologued a lot in the house “talked to them” and they sure listened because they did exactly what I told them would happen. Told them they (Michelle and SON GUERTIN) would be arrested on the 22 JUNE 2018.

22 JUNE 2018 – GUERTIN DUO arrested? –> They sent two so-called INTERPOL agents with a OPP Officer well known in the community (which put validity) to announce that both GUERTIN had been arrested and deported to France. They warned me to destroy recordings and related material and claimed I was no longer monitored.
What did I do? First off, I didn’t believe they were arrested – They played out what I voiced in-house for past week. I didn’t destroy the recordings, instead I started to deep dive in certain periods with the psychopaths.

27 JUNE 2018 – On this day, they came back to get the two fleur-de-lys swords they had left on 22 JUNE 2018 – a gentlemen closure from Louis GUERTIN (fuck you Louis). Since 22 JUNE 2018, I’d been working full-pin on recording material – but on this day, MARK SIDED WITH THEM PRESSURING THAT I DESTROY RECORDING – Also I was stalked.
WHAT DID I DO? At 8:40pm, I sent an email to a few people (2 in UK, 1 Canada) – Briefly explained my life was in danger and appended handwritten notes in which I was blaming Knights Templar (GUERTIN). I GAVE INSTRUCTIONS TO DOWNLOAD ALL THE RECORDINGS FOUND on GOOGLE DRIVE. If something happened to me, look no further.
WHAT DID THEY DO? 3 hours later >> At 11:29pm, Mark called me to let me know that I didn’t have to worry anymore of getting killed and more. Yes I have theory why they down played and it most likely points to the fact that the person in the UK was also monitored (British Intelligence). Knights TEMPLAR? trying to kill me? Most likely not – I think it roused unwanted scrutiny. New Partners (CSIS) hiding under that cover . . . . “blame the Templars”.
I don’t know about you . . . but if someone was using my name to kill people I would want to know.
Interestingly, on 13 NOV 2016, I contact same people in UK to request help for my son who was on the brink of suicide. Although my contact did not read the email immediately, the suicide program was immediately stopped. Since my son was just about to do it . . . why stop? They were high likely forced to stop . . . which led them to use a conventional method to get the job done – no neuro-technology (lost access?)- And, first choice, just like in 2016, remained removing me (termination). The old-fashioned way involved first reeling in PERIARD (Mar-May 2017) then the SON to foster father-son trust bond (Aug-Oct 2017) then Plan A – my removal (12 OCT 2017).

MARK >> “My son killed himself because of your INTERNET stuff – PLEASE GET RID OF THE RECORDINGS . . . it led to my son to kill himself”
Did I delete the recordings? Of course not. Out of respect for Mark, I stopped working on them. On 6 JULY 2018, I had the foreboding sense the day would come when I would be so pressured that I would have to delete them, so I did a full backup in a sub sub folder and never returned there. Out of sight out of mind. Hoping they hadn’t clued in.

What did I do? I delete the recordings and all supportive files stored on GOOGLE DRIVE. Made a performance out of it.
EVERYONE SEEMED SATISFIED.
No one had noticed the full backup of 6 JULY 2018.
The backup was insurance.

- On 29 AUGUST 2018, they realized I had tricked them (10 AUG) to think recordings were deleted.
- That evening right into early morning hours, I worked non-stop on revising the List of recordings – I would stop once I was done.
- It was at finalized on 30 AUGUST 2018 at 3:57AM >> last time I pressed SAVE (Word).
- Within a few minutes, MARK woke up swearing he was awoken by people about to engage in sexual foreplay, giggling, etc. – He searched the house and outside.
- I TRULY BELIEVE THEY USED V2K ON HIM.
- That’s the short version for 30 AUGUST 2018. I’m convinced they retaliated as I pressed SAVE for the last time.

A FEW DAYS LATER, THEY FAKED MICHELLE GUERTIN’S DEATH.
Just like the SON . . . when I didn’t destroy the recordings as warned by so-called INTERPOL (22 JUNE), they faked his death.
5-11 SEPTEMBER 2018 – After they killed her off, LOUIS GUERTIN called for 6-7 days insisting that MARK attending her (fake) funerals. By the end, LOUIS was passive aggressive and Mark noticed

14 SEPTEMBER 2018 – ON THIS DAY I TOLD THEM I WAS KEEPING THE RECORDINGS – At the time, they thought there were just 40-some recordings. On 29 August 2018, they had discovered I had never destroyed them and a few days later killed off Michelle GUERTIN.
FOR PAST two weeks, the game between BOUVIER (CSIS) and FAMILY changed – now the family was the aggressor who had allied with a biker gang known as the 81 percenters. They also included Mark’s ex-wife, Cynthia Rosebush who was in conspiracy with GUERTIN and PERIARD since 1990s. Apparently, Rosebush and her son were members of the biker gang.

The FAMILY had sided with bikers, and they were after us. That sent Mark in a bad spin – I was angry because I strongly dislike biker gangs.
Almost every day, bikers, ranging from 7 to 15 in numbers, would pass in front of the house, slow down and stare.
