20 December 2018 – Four Days After Mark Euthanized – Stalking In Orleans – Photo Included

Mark had passed away four days earlier  (16 DEC).

I was in Orleans, Ontario, Metro Grocery Store – This individual followed me throughout the store, keep eyeing me with hostility – When we got to the meat section, I had enough, so I turned around, stared at him, took my smartphone and took snapshots – Oh please yes look directly in the camera pal, I don’t care.  Strike a pose.  He walked towards me and I went click click.

He stopped within 3 ft stared at me with hostility (2 seconds – it’s long), I stared back.  No one spoke. He then turned around and left. 

I was tired.  When I look back –> They had been in my face since mid-October 2017 and it became life threatening by 6-7 January 2018.  By 22 JANUARY, I knew they wanted to kill me, get me out of the picture one way or the other – preferably death if not then crime setup.

For Mark SMITH, I would say his starting day is 22 JANUARY 2018, the day of the laser shot. Next day was the start of seizures and rapid health decline as they hammered viciously at us – Golden tool?  Electronic monitoring and the fake inheritance as means to keep him hooked in.

• (2016 + >> in-house, online, satellite feed on property, infrared red in-house highly suspected since September 2018).

My thinking at time:

The FAMILY had lost in COURT, right?

Why was I being stalked if Mark was dead?

Why is BOUVIER (CSIS) not in contact with me?

Was it the recordings and other material?
I kept track of what they had done – it’s all on this website.

In my mind >> “But the GUERTIN are dead, right?”
(They were not dead, they faked it >> discovery on 20 JAN 2019).

I was clueless New Partners (CSIS) were the driving force behind it (since 2015).

At the time, I thought this stalker was tied to the family, or the local organized crime outfit of the area associated with family.  But later on, when I closely examined him, he could have been an operative (New Partners (CSIS) circle).

I remember noticing his hands were in his front pockets (I found it odd) and was immediately looking for any unusual bulge (weapon such as gun, knife, syringe filled with a disabling payload).
