10 January 2019 – I Did A Recon – Organized Evening at a Jazz Venue – It Paid Off

 

 

On 2 January 2019, I decided to run errands.  Within 3 minutes of entering the store, a stalker followed and performed for my benefit.  I nicknamed him “The Walker”.  On 10 January 2019, we would meet again.

“How come I was still being stalked?”  Weren’t stalking due to GUERTIN?  But they were dead right?  Something was wrong but I pushed it in the back of my mind . . . For now.

Logic stated that if Mark had won his family abuse case and had an inheritance, someone would have contacted me by now.

10 JANUARY 2019

Eight DAYS LATER . . .

After the stalking from people from the past, before Mark’s death, something was terribly wrong.

No one had contacted me.

In addition, black helicopters continued to fly close to the house within few minutes, after I would step outside or after texting anyone about anything (e.g. pic of dogs).

Mark SMITH had passed away on 16 December 2018,  why were they still surveilling?

• Black helicopter started mid-September 2018, BOUVIER (CSIS) claimed the flyovers were for SMITH’s protection while he would represent him in Court for the release of his (fake) inheritance – Court case involved charging his family for lifelong abuse who were now contesting / holding back his inheritance.

I TOLD THEM WHERE I WAS GOING (BAR), WHEN AND AT WHAT TIME.

I needed to do a recon –> See who would show up? 

I chose a random location and time.  I wrote in Skype the latitude and longitude of where I would be and at what time (Skype, 0 participant group).

It was a Wednesday, the place was a little dive.  A bad jazz band playing with a wall full of pinball machines. The place was crowded.

Many people looked out place as if waiting . .  .for my arrival?  Most likely. I purposely came in late  . . . Let them arrive before me.  It proved electronic monitoring was active with live real-time interest.

Why were they still interested in me if the GUERTIN got their prize?  I strongly say it is the recordings.

Keep in mind, each time, we threatened to come out with the recording material and pressing charges they killed off a GUERTIN – First was fake suicide of SON then the next time we threatened, they killed off Michelle GUERTIN.

On 10 January 2019, the only thing I had as material were the following documents (below)  and date stamped recordings.  Last time, I’d touched the material had been on 30 August 2018 – quite the story – they did voice projection on Mark just after I press SAVE for the last time at 03:57am – All hell broke loose.

(1) Document dated 14 MAY 2018 >> Summary of events. pdf –  And when I uploaded this document to Google Drive on 14 May 2018, next day, they impersonated RCMP over the telephone to announce Michelle GUERTIN was searched, arrested and jailed. The document was an overview of what they did for past months as well as a page on illegal monitoring.  It was to be the cover document to the List of Recordings – Done on 14 MAY 2018 while still having them looming over us.

(2) List of Recordings (January to April 2018) in PDF – I’ve included links to the raw recordings, click here.  Total of 40 recs out of 149 – The other 109 recs have never been uploaded to Google Drive in raw form –> they cover May up to Jan 2019.  However .mp3 clips have been extracted and inserted in Time modules (in 2019).

The List of Recordings was originally created between 24 April to 22 May 2018 in 29 days.   In mid-August 2018, they thought I’d destroyed the recs only to discover on 29 August 2018 that I had not. There they are.   In Spring 2019, they discovered over 100 additional recordings existed – surprise!  . . . And stalking/being followed resumed.

On 10 January 2019, little did I know a month later I would embark on  a full-time investigation.  Gee . . .  I still thought they were dead, I still thought the SON was his real kid, etc.  I knew nothing in mid-January 2019.

AT THE JAZZ VENUE . . . 

So I arrived later than expected.  There were three types of crowd:

1. The regulars
2. Those who looked out of place (CSIS) – too properly and well pressed.
3. And those associated with FAMILY-GUERTIN – Looked like the local little mafia or from the seedy side of Freemasonry.  Also keep in mind, that Nicole PERIARD’s younger husband (12-14 her junior), that his father is a con man associated to local criminal circles.

The seedy side carried the same energetic signature as the team assigned to kidnap Mark on 7 MAY 2018 at Giant Tiger, Rockland, ON.  Interestingly, the female on 7 MAY 2018 was “loaned”  on  30 APRIL 2018 (working with freemason bald guys).   She has a similar signature as Nicole PERIARD, I will venture they know one another.

Keep in mind, day before (29 APRIL 2018), I had breached the NO-CONTACT and without notice, I had removed him from PERIARD’s house – a grab attempt was tried day before and poison was suspected – he was going down.  They had him since 23 APRIL evening and now they had lost him  – From 23 to 29 April 2018, there were 2 grab attempts and poison.

Who did I recognize at the little jazz bar?  

The Walker who was first encountered on 2 JANUARY 2019.  He was sitting in the back close to the guy (pic below)  who looked like one of the bosses (seedy side)  – I nicknamed him Errol Flynn  – dark thinning hair parted on the side, thin mustache.  Did you know Errol Flynn was a voyeur who liked to lure and watch doped up underaged girls being debauched – The Jeffrey Epstein of his time.

This guy was sitting against the wall,  “big chief” attitude, the boss  – cool, calm and collect. People report to this guy .  – the fat blond most likely his wife.

Several people hovered around him like a little godfather – that’s the man in their little world that they don’t want to piss off.

Then, look who comes in . . . It’s the same guy encountered at the COURT house (9 May 2018)  – the one who delivered the false written statement (wow look at that).  I nicknamed him Prince Cockatoo – He walked up, talked, stood there for a good while,  smiling, gesticulating, brown-nosing, over friendly – then I realized he was treating this guy as if he was a powerful client.  If not, then Prince Cockatoo has a bad daddy complex.

Overdoing niceties like a paid contractor?  most likely.  Gesturing with his hands, postulating, etc.  Almost bowing. White gloving as if an honor that he be able to do so  .  .  . representing his bosses perhaps and feeling privileged?

In the image below, face on left side is what Prince Cockatoo looked like on 9 MAY 2018 – Right side is 10 January 2018 –  His hair was just fluffier and he wasn’t wearing glasses (most likely contact lenses).  He made it a point to be recognized  >> After he finished blah blah-ing with Errol Big Boss, he went out of the way to come towards me, stroke a pose and made the same face he did on 9 MAY 2018.  SAME GUY.  What an idiot.  Prince Cockatoo’s  childish arrogance gave him away.

On 9 MAY 2018, while in the Court waiting room, he made it a point to stare at me, do a pirouette with papers in hand (false written statement) and go through the restricted Court room doors.  He performed and did the same facial expression on 10 January 2019.

He is tied to New Partners (CSIS).  So the 9 MAY 2018 false statement stunt as means to get Mark to fear me, total distrust (lies in false statement were horrific – accusing him of being a Satanist  . . . how ironic considering that’s the signature they, GUERTIN and New Partners carry  – so the point was that he would be shocked and  run to GUERTIN – that was organized by New Partners (CSIS).

So, perhaps I should be lenient towards Crown Attorney Raphael Feldstein, L’Orignal Court, L’Orignal, Ontario.  I will venture he was in no position nor the Judge, to refuse New Partners CSIS.

Retaliation if you don’t comply perhaps blackmail who knows . . .  New Partners (CSIS) has a similar energetic sig as SS Third Reich.  Malicious, perverse, underhand, satanic.

On 9 May 2018, the Court Administrator was appalled – I spoke with her the next day, click here.  The Constable who did the genuine VIDEO interview with me was not in conspiracy.  I truly believe both individuals would attest under oath to the replacement of my Video Statement for the  false written statement they presented in court that day.

Back to 10 JANUARY 2019, at the Jazz bar . . .

Soon after Prince Cockatoo left, I changed spot. I decided to stand up and watch the band.  Suddenly here came the Walker, he was associated with Errol Big Boss.

How much do they pay you Walker?  $60? $100? A gram of coke? A bald thug from the seedy side gang . . . . Hey Errol you look cheap “seedy” – I bet that female with tombstone eyes with the clicker reported to you (7 May and 30 April 2018 grab operations).

Walker had the same resolute walk (as 8 days earlier), looked at the floor as he paced towards me.  But this time, I was sure we were going to collide, hitting my shoulder – I didn’t move –“I am a brick wall”.  He passed 3-5” from my shoulder.

Three guys which I assumed were with the CSIS team saw the Walker would know it was organized.  I was watched the moment I got there – observed.  So I went out of my way to acknowledge the three guys  – As I walked towards them, looking straight at them, I could sense uneasiness.  They tensed up  (that was funny).

They were young, inexperienced and emotionally unprepared.  I fixated on one of them, I could almost hear his elevated heart beat.   I stopped 2 ft away (stood in his bubble), and with a big smile (showing teeth), I saluted him as he held his breath and anxious.  Then I left the club.

These guys looked alike – dark brown hair with blue eyes, just like Prince Cockatoo as well as as the young guy who was spying on 15 December 2018 while I was in the room with Mark who was comatose.

10 JANUARY 2019 was an enlightening reconn.  

And to think that a  year earlier – Psychopath Michelle GUERTIN had crashed our lives 7 January 2018  “as the frontman”>>

BUT AFTER 10 JANUARY 2019, WHERE DO I GO FROM HERE?

So now what? I was being watched from the air, online, in-house . . .  I didn’t know yet that I was under  surveillance >> put on watch-list (not a good one)  – I  would only learn this in mid-February 2019 (OPP).

Eight days later, on 18 JANUARY 2019, I met a man who, at the time, I suspected was a Freemason (energetic signature).

This guy was pivotal as to what I would do next.  I followed his advice.

He encouraged me to go see the FAMILY. . . . Said I had the time to investigate.  Go see the family.  He insisted.  So I did and I headed  to Michael Trepanier’s house (Mark brother).

Keep in mind, I didn’t know yet, that Nicole PERIARD had warned him in summer 2018 that I wanted to shoot him – PERIARD spread the rumor in town that I was a retired cop, who had to retire early because of a melt-down – I was unstable and dangerous with firearms.

On 18 January 2019, at Michael’s house, I started my recorder.

They were hostile.  They didn’t believe me Mark had passed. I was thrown out.  I returned home.  Within the hour, a Constable showed up.

Nicole PERIARD to show her non-involvement and innocence called police asking for confirmation of Mark’s death.   I also recorded the encounter with the police officer.

CASE OVERVIEW – PART 9 – January 2019 – 18th – NICOLE calls police to my house – 20th NICOLE sends her son to my house >> Involuntary Info Slip-ups >> QUESTIONS opened full-time investigation 2 February 2019

But the clencher is  . .. . to look innocent and uninvolved, PERIARD sent her SON to my house two days later (20 January 2019) and her SON talked too much.

On 2 FEBRUARY 2019, at wake up, I knew both GUERTIN had faked their death,  the SON wasn’t his kid, BOUVIER (CSIS) was a con, CSIS wasn’t protecting us, they were surveilling us and last but not least, the FAMILY at gone to COURT in FALL 2018.  However, Mark had not won his case of family abuse, they did an inversion as means to dissociate Mark SMITH from the family.  THIS WAS most likely how they were able to release whatever had been riding over Mark’s identity and tied to the LAVERGNE Estate.
