BRIEF RECAP – September 2018

Since 30 AUGUST 2018, everything was ready to press criminal charges against Mark SMITH’s family and Michelle GUERTIN. 

• In addition, Mark would bring up the casefile prepared in 2007 while he was a Treatment Centre.  In 2007, he stopped counselors from pursuing criminal charges against his close family (mother, stepfather & sister).  We would bring casefiles 2007 and 2018 together.

  2007 – Family Confess to Abuse After Mark’s Suicide Attempt – Grandmother Chenier Contact Treatment Centre  – Throughout 2009 and 2010, several times in my presence,   Theresa and Jean-Paul had no choice to admit/confirm abuse they committed (details in post).

Why not also press charges against the SON “Anton GUERTIN”?  At the time, we believed he had committed suicide (2 JULY 2018, link at end of post).

But we had a problem –> Where to go? Who to contact to press criminal charges against them?

They were always one step ahead of us because they monitored phone calls, internet communication and in-house conversations including geo-location.

• By this time, I was over tired – Since October 2017,  I’d been counteracting, dodging being killed, dodging being falsely arrested, insulted, lured, threatened, smeared, you name it  . . . you get the picture.

After 9 May 2018 (Court fraud) and in late August 2018, Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) clearly showed they would not help us – They had sided with the perps and protected the family (Aug 2018). 

THE MORE WE WAITED, HIGHER CHANCES THEY WOULD RE-ORGANIZE.

And they did . . .

Five days later, on 4 September 2018, LOUIS GUERTIN announced that Michelle GUERTIN had died that morning at 04:44am.  To make it believable, various so-called high ranking officials (or impersonators) called to confirm she was dead.  The last caller was someone who claimed to be OPP.

• He called to ask if we had comforting words for the family, to which I replied:  “Yes, good riddance” – He warned me that I could be arrested.  To which I replied:  “Please sir give me your email address so that I can send you material that will show what she did.”  He hung up.

But in our minds it validated she was dead.  It was real.  We were relieved and elated.  The demon-hag, the monster was permanently gone.  What a blessing (I’m sorry).

Then, for next 7-8 days, LOUIS GUERTIN called everyday pressuring Mark to attend her (fake) funeral.  And, on 10 September 2018, Mark’s former psychiatrist (1990s) attempted a meet and grab.  Those were the last Lure/Grab attempts by GUERTIN – The former psychiatrist (Dr. B.A. BOYD) is tied to GUERTIN.

In our minds, only FAMILY would be criminally charged for life-long psychological and physical abuse  – We would bring casefiles 2007 and 2018 together.

• By 16 September 2018, they sent LOUIS GUERTIN in the background with a cock-a-ninny story  “poor frail old Monsieur Louis” (link at end of post).  The three GUERTINs “unholy trinity” had crashed and burned.

WHO WILL SAVE THE DAY?  –> NEW PARTNERS (CSIS) 

By 16 SEPTEMBER 2018, LUKE BOUVIER (CSIS) came in with the aerial cavalry (black helicopters) claiming CSIS was protecting Mark SMITH.

On 20 SEPTEMBER 2018, BOUVIER pulled a safe house lure and used me as the threat agent.  It almost worked.  That was the last time anyone tried to make him leave.

NEW STRATEGY – 21 SEPTEMBER 2018

BOUVIER (CSIS) announced that on behalf of CSIS, he would represent Mark SMITH in Court for the psychological abuse case against his family.  Apparently, the family were contesting that he gets his (fake) inheritance.  While Court was in progress, black helicopters continued to fly over the house, surveilling the property.  CSIS protection.

BOUVIER convinced Mark he had to wait until COURT was over to get medical help.  Logically, it didn’t make sense because if CSIS was protecting, then put a guard at the hospital.

• When I questioned too much and seeded doubt, BOUVIER would either (1) call to re-assure and have a black helicopter fly over or, (2) would dish out nasty intel reports, making Mark sick.

OCTOBER 2018

As we entered OCTOBER 2018, COURT WAS IN PROGRESS.

BOUVIER (CSIS) dished out daily COURT updates.  Claimed that Mark had a 6-inch thick file whereas the family’s only had a small file.  As per BOUVIER (CSIS), Mark was sure to win, the family had no leg to stand on.

Then by Monday, 15 October 2018, BOUVIER (CSIS) claimed I would be profiled in COURT on Friday, 19 October 2018.  During the week, all kinds of bullshit reports were delivered.  Interestingly even from his family (calls from family) and it made him sick – sufficiently to then have to go to bed.

I called that week “Bash Lyn Week” sure go ahead.

BOUVIER (CSIS) assured us it was just a formality.  Nothing to worry about.

• 15-19 October 2018 – COURT Profiling Me – Black Helicopter Surveillance

On Friday, late afternoon, BOUVIER (CSIS) called to announce that I had passed with flying colors (BOUVIER’s words).  Within a few minutes, a trolley of helicopters passed on the South side of the house.

As we stood on the back porch, one helicopter passed super low over our heads and the moment it got closer, I raised my hand to my heart in salutation.  Instinctively the pilot violently tilted the helicopter in the opposite direction – I immediately thought “He thinks I’m pulling out a weapon?! . . .  ok stop being paranoid, BOUVIER said I passed with flying colors”.

Well folks, reality is they profiled me as some person of interest, dangerous, weapons.

A few months later, in February 2019, an OPP Constable asked my daughter (then a Military Police),  WHERE was I combat trained and not IF I had combat training – He thought I WAS combat trained (wow) – link at end of post.

• 19 October 2018 – FALL Court – Profiling me? | Helicopter Pilot instinctively shields himself thinking I was pulling out a weapon

The good part about us believing that they had profiled me as having a good character, reliable, stable is that it lifted the notion that I was a suspicious character for Mark SMITH.  From this point forward, BOUVIER (CSIS) no longer dished out nasty Intel report against me. However the reality is that they profiled me as dangerous, undesirable character, weapons, some sort of mercenary, a non-investigative subject but at the time we didn’t know that.

• I would find out only in February 2019 – and that was a shock.  Keep in mind that after Mark Death, black helicopters continued to surveil me . . . and to think that my neighbor across the street thought his farm was under surveillance.  These neighbors would find out only by end of FEBRUARY 2019, that the helicopters were for us not them.

So Mark SMITH no longer doubted nor feared me.  Good.

AFTER 19 OCTOBER 2018 . . .

Almost every day, I asked that BOUVIER (CSIS) show MARK the VIDEO Police Statement I gave on 23 APRIL 2018. The statement that they, on 9 MAY 2018, replaced with a false written statement  (link at end of this post).

• 9-10 MAY 2018 – Infamous COURT Day – Last Minute Strategy Avoid Exposure – What Kind of Human are you? She Dropped the Act – they barred me from COURT under threat of arrest which allowed them to replace my VIDEO statement with a false written statement.  It was so bad that MARK was facing 5 year in jail.

After a few days, Mark wanted to view the VIDEO but BOUVIER (CSIS) persuaded him that he didn’t need to see it,  because BOUVIER was confirming it was a VIDEO.   So if BOUVIER (CSIS) was confirming it was a VIDEO then no need for Mark to see it.  “Lyn is telling the truth, it was a VIDEO statement”.

BUT I KEPT PUSHING THAT HE SEES IT – DON’T JUST TAKE BOUVIER’S WORD AS VALIDATION – TRUTH.

“Mark. don’t you want to view the VIDEO and prove to yourself that the content, the TRUTH is a NOT what they presented in COURT on 9 MAY 2018?”

“LET HIM SEE THE VIDEO POLICE STATEMENT, BOUVIER”.

On 30 OCTOBER 2018, MARK WANTED TO SEE IT.

On 30 OCTOBER 2018, early evening, I went for errands (Wal-Mart), I was stalked.  When I came back I told Mark.  Next day we would tell BOUVIER (CSIS) . . .

Later that evening, I was distressed and made a plea that they hurry as Mark needed medical attention.  I knew they could hear me and just to make sure I recorded myself.  I haven’t listened to that audio in 6 years and 4 months.  It’s in the post below.

• 30 October 2018 – Stalking after week pressure show VIDEO Statement of 23 APRIL 2018 | Audio Recording: Plea to Hurry Mark in Need of Medical Attention

Taken 26 Oct 2018 – They could hear everything, Mark SMITH was going down health wise, sometimes urinating on self, mostly laying down, retching, gagging, vomiting.

Question for the reader:  Could you monitor and listen to suffering, misery, influencing for a kill (me), traumatizing for months on end into years? Then at the end of your shift go home. feed the goldfish and carry on with your life – People like neighbors unsuspecting they are really monsters?  They could.

There is no cure for psychopathy.

. . . and this was CSIS?  You can’t impersonate CSIS for two years and get away with it, then what about all that technology, unlimited monitoring, satellite feed on the property and black helicopters on-demand.  Also think of the encounter on 18 APRIL 2018 with the guy who hunted me down in a store on 12 OCTOBER 2017 (PLAN A – My removal), he was wearing a jacket with a CSIS logo.

• 26 Oct – 1 Nov 2018 – Dramatic Health Decline – Pressure to release VIDEO Statement – Stalking – BOUVIER Do You Want to See Some Stalking Reports?

So I asked BOUVIER (CSIS) if he wanted to see my notes regarding the stalking/surveillance day before (30th), he said yes.

I spent that evening preparing an electronic version (I always journal with pen and paper never online) so I created a PDF file for BOUVIER (CSIS) and sent it to him.

After I will assume he read it (30 October 2018 stalking (post above), I asked him if he wanted to see notes for another stalking.

He said yes.

So I worked on it that evening – putting in in PDF.

1 NOVEMBER 2018

I sent him the stalking details for stalking of 12 OCTOBER 2017 when I was hunted down in a store by an individual who worked at CSIS (discovered 18 APR 2018) – It’s quite the story as to how that individual reacted when he realized he had failed – unusual behavior.

Perhaps one hour after sending it to BOUVIER (CSIS), he called and was seemingly upset.  He basically asked that I NEVER SEND HIM NARRATIONS OF STALKING.  He was stringent about it – It felt as if I was being scolded, I had done something wrong.

His reaction puzzled for a long time.  Why would CSIS not want to know about the stalking on 12 OCTOBER 2017?  Why is that?

• What I didn’t tell him at the time  –>The individual who hunted me down was re-encountered on 18 APRIL 2018.  This guy was wearing a jacket with a CSIS logo on upper sleeve.

  And I didn’t send him the facial composite of the individual (found in next link below)- I just gave him the raw handwritten notes as to how it went down.

It quite obviously bothered him that I had taken full details of the incident.  

I’ve come to call the 12 OCTOBER 2017 stalking incident –> PLAN A:My Removal. 

• ON 12 OCTOBER 2017, they were super confident that it would work.  The individual portrayed being from Secret Space Program (SSP).  They thought I was going to fall for it.

  What they didn’t know at the time is that I perceived the SSP faction as fake and criminal.

  They didn’t know that’s how I saw them and that I had clued in that on 12 OCT 2017, the guy was impersonating SSP – So they tried the same tactic on 9 MARCH 2018 –> The SON announced that the Secret Space Program wanted me to join them immediately  (as if it was a honor) – I refused to join anything.  So they had tried twice using the SSP lure because after failing the first time, I shut up about it.  They didn’t know I knew.

He instructed me not to send him anything.

On 31 October 2018, I remember thinking how much he looked like his great grandfather, George Charles Smith.  Mark was the son of one of his sons (incest).  Here’s a photo of George taken the eve of his passing.

In June 1978, George died in his sleep.  At the time, Mark was living with them (papa and big nanny). When George died, Mark lost his protection. Old man Lavergne, pedophile vampire swooped in to scoop up the boy.  Mark (12) refused to sexually participate while living with old man LAVERGNE’s family (this is recorded in casefile 2007).  The boy demanded to leave.  So Old man Lavergne put the boy for sale on the pedophile human market and GUERTIN bought him (1979).
