JUNE-JULY 2018 – Digest of Events

After 23 APRIL 2018, GRAB strategy no longer involved permanently removing me.  They directly went after him via kidnaps, incapacitation – it was rush >> don’t let him see COURT (my case – VIDEO statement – Recordings supportive material).  

After COURT (9 MAY), although they replaced my statement with a written statement horrific content.  The plan didn’t work (it was a grab). I got to hold that false statement in my hands.  I contacted the Court Administrator who was in the Court room at the time – Through our conversation, she came to be on my side and talked too much – they overheard because they intercepted all my communications – They knew.

So after 9 MAY 2018, they laid low. Disorganized.  Too much exposure.

• New Partners (not CSIS) just New Partners avoid any kind of exposure – They energetically remind me of the Cabal group in The Blacklist and in the X-Files – similar philosophy – psychopaths, thugs in expensive suits who hate humanity – see us as stupid livestock.

For JUNE-JULY,  disorganized – watching from afar & monitoring me and Mark (apartment) – The three actions below revolved around recording material and pressing criminal charges against GUERTIN,

1. Fake arrest by (fake) RCMP
2. Fake arrests by so-called INTERPOL and OPP
3. Fake death of SON via SUICIDE and I’m blamed. 

In July 2018, BOUVIER (CSIS) was introduced at forefront (fake referral from LOUIS GUERTIN).

August 2018 >> Safe-house lures and arresting me for imaginary psychological abuse.  Those lures seemed credible . . . using so-called CSIS Operators to freak him out that his life was in danger.

AUGUST 2018

Since early MAY he was alone/isolated at his apartment but they were disorganized – However, the moment he announced he was moving to the house for 1 SEP 2018, it became dangerous.  He had to be urgently moved out of his apartment on 27 JULY 2018 and they had lost opportunity to get him (the guy was isolated but they took too long – disorganized).

By 2 August, BOUVIER (CSIS) and Family (mother / sister) had replaced the GUERTIN psycho duo.

• 2 August 2018 – He’s Back At The House – Family Violently Against It Although They Knew There Was No Inheritance – What Was At Stake For Them?

BOUVIER (CSIS) came in our lives a week after the fake suicide of the SON – Keep in mind, he was most likely, since early 2017, Nicole PERIARD’s CSIS Handler – He knew all about PLAN A (12 OCT 2017) – On 1 NOV 2018, he actually freaked when I sent him a detail narration of how PLAN A went down from my perspective –

He most likely freaked because NOW they (anyone who monitored)  knew the truth as to how it went down.  Don’t forget that the PLAN A perp failed so I can just imagine what story bullshit he said to cover his failure – there you go pal now everyone in your circle knows now what really happened -> why YOU failed.  Bien bon esti.

In early July, BOUVIER (CSIS) had replaced LOUIS GUERTIN to maintain a narrative / updates on the status of the (fake) inheritance.  The story-lie –> Michelle GUERTIN was institutionalized,  mad as a hatter, an alcoholic – She had spread the inheritance in various accounts – She was withholding the release codes – playing mind-games.  It was a good story for sustainability . . . keep it going.

Then, the recordings again,  get rid of them and she will release the codes.  Sure.

• 10-14 August 2018 – Get Rid of Recordings & Inheritance Will Be Released – OK No Problem

Ok recordings are gone, where are the codes? Oh no, they tricked me.

Then, they convinced MARK to go to a safe house – I was marked as the threat.  He was afraid of me – He had a special number (from BOUVIER) to call to have me arrested.

Which means IF he would have called, he was by-passing genuine LAW ENFORCEMENT – It was the  perfect way to permanently remove me . . . organized suicide in a jail cell?  most probably or becoming a “missing person”?.  No one would question it or do full investigation to discover foul play.

But the safe house lure was canceled out when I reported via SKYPE deaths involving the FAMILY.

• 17-20 August 2018 – Recordings Deleted – Safe House Lure & Arrest Threat – SKYPE Upload Changed the Course? (screenshots included)

A few times, so-called CSIS Operators would call, very formal tone and trying to convince him he needed to be rushed to a safe house “Mr. SMITH were is she (me) right now in the house?”.  Here’s one of those instances:

• August 2018 – Monitoring INTEL Inspired by this statement to lure Mark Smith to a (fake) SAFE House – Greatest Threat to this Planet and Humanity is Thinking Someone will Save Us

On 20 August 2018, course of action changed – Interestingly, they never used those tactics again (arrest me). I counted 5 times being at risk of being removed under guise of being arrested.  MARK just had to call a “special” number to deliver me to New Partners (CSIS).  Wow.

Since I spent most of my evenings into late night outside, it was difficult for BOUVIER (CSIS) to instigate conflict just like the SON had done from Fall 2017 to April 2018.  I wasn’t there.  I had 15 acres, find me if you can. The night and forest were my friends.

Hmmm . .. need me confined to the house at night?

On 24 August, BOUVIER (CSIS) claimed that I had men outside and was having sex at night.  A ploy to try to keep me in the house – it failed.

By 26 August, Mark avoided BOUVIER’s phone calls.  Since they monitored in-house conversations, they knew.  Next day, they retaliated.

• 26-27 August 2018 – MARK Avoids BOUVIER (CSIS)? Oh yeah? They Retaliated By Faking a Supernatural Event

On 28 August, Mark was at the end of his rope. He asked that I take charge to get his inheritance released but also to go ahead and have his family and Michelle GUERTIN criminally charge for abuse including life endangerment, provoking health decline, etc.

And that’s when I showed him ALL the recordings. Nothing had been lost (deleted).  I worked into early morning hours until everything was completed (January-April 2018 period). When I pressed SAVE for the last time, a few minutes later all hell broke loose in the house.

• 28-30 August 2018 – Mark Put Me In Charge – Family Panicked – Those Who Monitor Retaliated at 4am – Voice To Skull Technology? Most Likely (audio clips)

Everything was ready but we had a major challenge . . .

Anyone we would contact they would counteract “shut us down” – They were always one step ahead because they intercepted all our communications – one step ahead >> tarnish our credibility – No one wanted to go against New Partners (CSIS) – Above everyone’s pay grade.

The more we waited, the more time it gave them to come up with a new psyop.

And they did by faking Michelle GUERTIN’s death and more between 4-14 September 2018.

• 4-14 September 2018 – Last GUERTIN-Led Grab Lures – New Partners (CSIS)’s New Psyop That Got Mark Killed – They Tricked Us

By 16 SEPTEMBER 2018, a new strategy would be played out – the one that would work.  Imagine that . . . since 2016, they’d been at it.

The gist of the new psyop is to make Mark (us) believe that CSIS is protecting him and BOUVIER (CSIS) is going after the FAMILY in COURT – fighting for Mark.

By 20 SEPTEMBER 2018, no again would try to make him leave. On the contrary, make him wait at home while they are doing an inversion in Court.
