BRIEF CONTEXT

After a botched kidnap (1 APR 2018), the SON was no longer trusted.  There was no way he was coming back in our lives no matter how much they tried (full details in posts at top).

As time passed, the harder it became to re-insert the SON at forefront to lure-bait. 

• The SON was REQUIRED because no one else could convince him to leave like they had done on 1 APRIL 2018 – botched kidnap.  He was to join his so-called “real” family, “his SON”.  PROTECT his large inheritance ($$$) from me the gold-digger, the black widow.

MARK’S PERCEPTION OF MICHELLE GUERTIN’S INTENTION

• He thought she wanted to marry him because he was going to be rich.  Through the years, she always faked being obsessed with him  “madly in love” ruining relationships except with Cynthia Rosebush, a covert organized marriage (audio) >> 20180417-5-1.21-her-hunger4money.mp3 – In early January 2018,  Michelle GUERTIN played out the marriage tactic, even claimed they were married (April 2018).
  .
  If she couldn’t have him, nobody else would that’s what he thought.  She reminded us of Glenn Close in the movie Fatal Attraction with Michael Douglas. Criminally insane.

HOW NEW PARTNERS (CSIS) GOT THE SON BACK IN

18 APRIL 2018  – Callers of the day in order of (strategic) appearance:

1. Terrence LEPAGE impostor private investigator (New Partners CSIS)
2. RCMP impersonator called “Luke” (New Partners CSIS)
3. The SON “Anton GUERTIN”
4. John from Cornwall Island (Mark’s AA Sponsor since 2007)

***Soon after, I went to town and had a surprising encounter. ***
which is detailed later in this post.

Caller #1/ Terrence LEPAGE (New Partners CSIS) – He ushered the SON back in – Content of call

The trustworthy private investigator hired pro-bono on 13 FEB 2018 announced:

• Official report of investigation started in February 2018 will be completed — > 23 APR 2018  – Finding out who was after Mark and his (fake) inheritance.
  .
• Reassured Mark that the SON is harmless.  Just a poor man under the influence of his mother Michelle GUERTIN.
  .
• Not to worry the SON is not a threat.  Full report to come on 23 APRIL – LEPAGE was on the case since 13 FEB 2018.  Yes-s  that’s the day I told them I was keeping tab and recording and to stop because they were going to get me killed.  Written online.  Let other intelligence services/ monitoring agencies see it.

Caller #2/  RCMP impersonator called “LUKE” (New Partners CSIS) – (First RCMP fakery – 1 of 3)

This call was to emphasize that RCMP was collaborating with LEPAGE.  This Con was done to gain trust and to make him think they were on his side by establishing a sense of chummy-ness.  It put weight on the validity of LEPAGE’s claim that the official report was coming out on 23 APRIL 2018.

The recording below is two-fold:

1. In first part he talks of Dr. Levasseur who had inherited his psychiatric file in 2010 when Mark applied for ODSP (Disability) – what was the disability?  psychiatric  (psy re-arranged in 1992 for GUERTIN / BOYD’s Creation – legally marked as mental “multiple personality”)  – LEVASSEUR is a psycho-therapist.  Apparently, “some people” (GUERTIN) attempted to hack in Levasseur’s patient files more precisely Mark SMITH.  The same situation was signaled with Dr. Ning (general practitioner).

2. In second part, you can immediately see how Mark (and me) were hoodwinked – Thank goodness for LUKE the friendly RCMP (impostor).

I strongly suspect this phone-call character RCMP impersonator was likely the guy known as LUKE BOUVIER.   We would know character BOUVIER after the SON faked suicide in early July 2018.

Caller #3/ The SON (GUERTIN)

The man-child was now calling Mark “Dad-dy” and pressuring Mark to co-sign for the purchase of a house.  The SON claimed it was urgent, he needed MARK’s signature.  Mark the future multi-millionaire.

• I’ve concluded it was to reinforce the PERCEPTION that release of the (fake) INHERITANCE was imminent.

  IT PLAYS WELL INTO WHAT CALLER #4 WILL SAY.

CALLER #4/ JOHN from Cornwall Island (Mark’s AA Sponsor)

JOHN claimed he had figured out that the people who were a threat to Mark were the GUERTIN, more specifically Michelle GUERTIN.

• In 2007, John was a member of the medical team at Treatment Centre who was pushing MARK to criminally charge  certain family members for life-long abuse.

  Just imagine if he had known the truth “. . . not his kid . . . . that’s the lie they, family and GUERTIN, used to traffick him ($) in 1979 as means to keep him enslaved to them . . . you are a father go with your new family.”

JOHN didn’t  know much, he thought they were  greedy, money-hungry and just wanted Mark’s (fake) inheritance.  In a way, he’s right.  The GUERTIN needed to release whatever was riding over Mark SMITH “Trepanier” identity.

• In late April 2018, I think JOHN might have been threatened / scared away.  We would not hear from JOHN until August 2018.
  .
  It’s easy to scare someone away, if they have skeletons in their closet – – New Partners (CSIS) can dig up dirt very easily and use it against the target like they did with NICOLE PERIARD (Mark’s sister).

CHANCE ENCOUNTER with TWO CSIS PEOPLE
(A gift of knowledge)

Soon after all those calls, I went to town.  On my return trip, I decided to stop at the gas station.

Well, well look who’s there . . . it’s the 12 OCTOBER 2017 guy (PLAN A: Remove Champagne / disappearance that failed) —  What a surprise.  He freaked and dramatically turned his head to stare at a brick wall, he was stuck in a car.  TOO LATE.  I almost knock on his window but I was too stunned – today I would.

His partner was in the store.  In fact. he had opened the store door for me. I knew he was from CSIS.  He reverently opened the door for me to which I responded (French) >>  “Oh merci monsieur vous êtes très aimable”  (Oh thank sir you are very nice).

I’d just seen October dude and he was wearing a jacket with a CSIS logo on upper sleeve.  The only variance in the logo was it was missing the Crown.

It was a holy sh!t moment  –> “Eh! that’s the guy who hunted me down in the store (2017) and he’s from CSIS – there’s no crown”.  He was stuck in car waiting for his partner, he tried to hide his face by facing a brick wall and I was standing no more than 4-5 feet away as I gassed up.  For several minutes, I stared at him and examined as much as possible “stuck between me and a brick wall”.

I think they might have come to town to strategize, plan the calls (LEPAGE, RCMP IMPOSTOR, the SON).  They were returning to headquarters – just putting gas before they hit the road to Montreal 100 km or to Ottawa, 40 km.

And if they were in town, now that’s quite interesting . . . why come to our little town of Clarence-Rockland?  The perps were monitoring closer to home than what we thought? 

It wouldn’t surprised me that character LUKE BOUVIER was also voice impersonator for TERRENCE LEPAGE and perhaps the RCMP caller iidentified only as “LUKE”.

Now you would think that would be the end of it.

Shhhh . . . don’t say a word, don’t validate, don’t expose yourselves as being involved, associated with GUERTIN and family, right?

But they would and in the process involve the family to excuse why they were in town.  It would have been better to shut up.

In retrospect, it’s as if they wanted to cover / dissociate from the late morning callers and the new strategy to bring in the SON.

SO HERE’S THE EXPOSURE MISTAKE THEY DID NEXT DAY

19 APRIL 2018

That morning, Mark’s mother called to tell us that two CSIS Agents had showed up at her house requesting to do a bug sweep.

Gee. . . what a service.

They apparently walked around with goofy devices and found listening devices “bugs” – Then, they announced that they didn’t know who had put them there and they made sure to say “It’s not CSIS”  ; – D  . . . who on earth would want to wiretap Theresa LAVERGNE and Nicole PERIARD.

After this encounter, I hadn’t told anyone.

By involving FAMILY they showed association.  This was the guy who tried to lure me –> PLAN A: my removal 12 OCT 2017 . . . WTF.

Why did they feel they had to justify (for me my benefit) that they were in town?  It also confirmed they were from CSIS.

IT WOULD HAVE BEEN BETTER TO NOT SAY A WORD.  THEY OBVIOUSLY DIDN’T THINK IT THROUGH.

• Since Winter 2017, we all (entourage) knew that LAVERGNE / PERIARD (who lived together), their phones were tapped.
  .
  During Winter 2017, while CSIS was tweaking PERIARD onto their side with GUERTIN, every time someone called them, Theresa LAVERGNE and Nicole’s son would warn callers their phones were tapped by CSIS because of Nicole PERIARD.

Gee . . . when I sent the narration of the hunt (12 October 2017), the infamous PLAN A  to BOUVIER (CSIS), he scolded me as if I had done something wrong “never send me things like this again”. wow, ok.

Too bad because the next narration I was planning to send him was about 4 MAY 2018  (he would have lost it because he was impersonating the Bell technician) and on 4 MAY I took photos (oh no-oo oh yeah)

1 November 2018 – Hey Bouvier do you want to see narration of a stalking? Sent 12 October 2017 PLAN A, he was clearly upset after reading it – Next one that should have been sent was 4 MAY 2018, after mid-September 2018 he bragged impersonating Bell IT Supervisor

By 21 APRIL 2018, the SON was in full bloom – He claimed I was prostituting.

• When and how? Well, since SMITH went to bed early and I was a night owl, I was apparently doing live porn shows ($) on the Internet while he slept.

The SON will come to convince Mark that I had made him HATE him. 

He convinced SMITH that for past two weeks, I brainwashed him “pulled the wool over his eyes”.

The Sex key would again be used by the SON . . . pushing that we have sex. 

How twisted >> The so-called abuser (me) having sex with the abused, right Anton?

On 23 APRIL 2018, SMITH had pure hatred on his face . . . convinced I must be criminally charged for psychologically abusing him  “I should break your neck like a twig” << Similar statement made on 22 JANUARY 2018 when SMITH was triggered / implanted with a killer alternate personality with false memories (soon after the laser shot). 

ON 23 APRIL 2018, I called 911, it broke their demonic groove.  It was the last time, they tried to play out a crime of passion BUT would not be the last time they convince SMITH I was the threat agent and that I should be arrested.
