By 21 September 2018, he was in bad shape – If BOUVIER (CSIS) intel reports were too nasty, Mark would get weak, whimpering, crying and defecating/urinating on self – I washed and changed him, while these psychopaths were sitting back listening to the suffering . . . Pounding day after day, into weeks to months to almost a year.

After 21 SEPTEMBER 2023 – BOUVIER stopped intel reporting because NOW he claimed to represent Mark SMITH in COURT against his family for life-long abuse using the pending abuse case of 2007 (Treatment Centre) and what they had done in 2018 – No point pursuing GUERTIN became they were dead (faked their death discovered on 20 January 2019 after Mark’s murder 16 December 2018).  After 21 September 2018, BOUVIER was Mark’s supreme savior – anything this clown said was the gospel. When I didn’t behave accordingly, BOUVIER would dish out disinformation about me which in turn, made Mark sick.  So I learned to stay quiet.

THE PSYCHOPATHS FROM HELL LED TO HIS HEALTH DESCENT – Sickness started  after the LASER SHOT OF 22 JANUARY 2018.  First seizure occurred next day (23rd).  Then they maliciously rode him into health decline.

In this clip (link in next paragraph), Julie is telling us about being lased through the window (just like Mark on 22 January 2018).  Her husband was lased multiple times and became erratic – the Dr. Jekyll & Mr. Hyde syndrome.  He eventually cut his throat in front of her a few months before the SON faked suicide and used the same suicide excuse – that was stupid because it placed the same people who were after me into the picture.

Once her husband was dead, they became her handlers, it got so intense that by Fall 2019, she left Canada permanently as means to escape >> (multiple laser shots) >> JULIE-SSP-HANDLERS.mp4 – I also know another lady who was harassed/stalked by illegal SSP –  her husband was murdered.  He also was affected by the Mr. Jekyll & Mr. Hyde syndrome.

In my case, SSP was a lure to make me disappear as a means to isolate Mark for GUERTIN whereas for Julie and April, they got rid of the men as means to isolate the females – the reverse. The men in our lives were all afflicted with sudden personality changes – Dr. Jekyll/Mr. Hyde syndrome – if you didn’t know better you would think they were demonically possessed – switch on / off.

On 16 September 2018, a new strategy began.

GUERTIN no longer in the picture (just lurking in the background).

CSIS represented by an individual called Luke BOUVIER came in as savior with aerial cavalry (black helicopters) who they claimed was for Mark’s protection until he got his (fake) inheritance.

One of the first things BOUVIER (CSIS) established, was to get MARK to agree to be fully monitored – in-house, online, satellite on property and the new addition >> INFRARED view inside the house.  What a farce because we were monitored since 2016 – the new addition was the infrared.

I clearly remember being at the kitchen counter and overhearing their conversation – BOUVIER was saying where I was in the house and what I was doing . . . . Mark confirming and relieved –  “oh thank you Mr. Bouvier for doing this,  I felt better knowing that CSIS is protecting us”  then wait for it . . . Wait . .  Ahhh here comes a black helicopter low above the house – Then Mark would turn to me with a big smile  “you see, we’re protected”.

Here are the types of questions/discussions that were most often interrupted by black helicopters – Keep in mind we were fully monitored – BOUVIER became Mark’s number 1 person – The more I questioned, the more BOUVIER (CSIS) dished out nasty intel reports about me – I became an outsider.  BOUVIER controlled Mark.

ASKING TOO MANY QUESTIONS?

Black helicopters flew above the house several times daily.  Most often in line with in-house discussions, phone calls from BOUVIER (CSIS).  It got so aberrant that the neighbor across the street, a farm, was convinced they were watching his farm.  He was very upset – we talked about it.

 

Mark was not well.  By 21 September 2018 they stopped the game of grabbing and now deceived him in thinking BOUVIER (CSIS) was on our side – waiting for his OK to go to a hospital  << I will venture they were hoping he would die in the house – I would be charged with neglect. 

On 29 NOVEMBER 2018, Mark was still waiting for BOUVIER’S approval to go to the hospital  –– On that day, I overrode and called 911 (ambulance) –  He would recuperate – be fine.

But on 10 DECEMBER 2018, they realized, I was about to uncover what they did (fraudulent court ) .   The next day, on 11 DECEMBER 2018, GUERTIN got involved, implicated doctors WILLING to do their bidding. The doctor told him he had terminal cancer – There was nothing I could do – Doctors equaled the word of god.

Who alert the GUERTIN that I was about to uncover?

New partners (CSIS) told them.

How come New Partners (CSIS found out? because I wrote it ONLINE on 10 December 2018, that’s why = date stamped document exists.

On 13 December 2018, he wanted to come home – he was strong, he wrestled the killing nurse – he read right, she couldn’t be trusted.  When they realized  >> he couldn’t be controlled, they comatosed him and killed him a few days later (16 December).

Who euthanized Mark Smith using the medical system?  The GUERTIN with doctors who willingly aided and abetted using a specific nurse which I met – the one Mark wrestled as he shouted: “Take me out of here now!”

That was quite the incident, it’s fully documented.

A few hours before he died, I cut 6” strands of his hair. Total length equals to 15 months of forensic analysis – the guy didn’t have cancer.  It was just the excuse to kill him off – not a misdiagnosis, it’s was a cover for his premeditated murder.

GUERTIN organized medical crime signature.

IN EARLY NOVEMBER 2018, THE COURT PROCEEDINGS WERE OVER.  BOUVIER (CSIS) ANNOUNCED MARK HAD WON.  NOW MARK WAS WAITING FOR THE INHERITANCE – BOUVIER STALLED THEN  STOPPED CONTACT ON 23 NOVEMBER 2018.

ON 20 JANUARY 2019, NICOLE PERIARD (SISTER) SENT HER SON TO MY PLACE. HE ADMITTED THE FAMILY HAD GONE TO COURT IN FALL 2018 AND THEY KNEW BOUVIER (CSIS).
