August 2018 – Monitoring INTEL Inspired by this statement to lure Mark Smith to a (fake) SAFE House – Greatest Threat to this Planet and Humanity is Thinking Someone will Save Us

What follows narrates a point in time when they used Intel from online monitoring as inpiration to scare Mark to go to a safe house “a lure to grab him”

This incident is one of many.

After mid-August 2018, once they thought I had destroyed recordings, BOUVIER from CSIS and the FAMILY became the oppressors at forefront >>  They replaced Michelle GUERTIN and her SON Anton who had faked suicide on 2 JULY 2018.

I was blamed for his suicide because I hadn’t destroyed the recordings as per warning by two Interpol agents and OPP who announced the GUERTIN duo had been arrested on 22 June 2018 – “Ma’am get rid of those recordings we do not need them – keeping them would be a sign of ill intent.”  I didn’t delete them because I didn’t believe they were arrested.

But in mid-August 2018, there was so much pressure by BOUVIER (CSIS) that I destroyed all recordings on Google Drive that I did– Keep in mind I had done a full backup a few days after the Son’s suicide on 6 JULY 2018 – Nobody at the monitoring station noticed or remembered.  Once I did the backup, I made it a point never returned to the obscure sub-sub-folder.

On 30 August 2018, they discovered recordings were still in Google Drive storage – just like in June 2018, we wanted to press criminal charges for abuse against the Family and Michelle GUERTIN >>> A few days later they faked Michelle GUERTIN’s death (4 September 2018).

After mid-August 2018, BOUVIER (CSIS) with LOUIS GUERTIN’s backing, often attempted to persuade Mark to go to a (fake) safe house . . . .

Yes-s a lure to a hell house “a grab scam”.  Sometimes it was so credible that it provoked sickness and fear of me . . . Imagine you are afraid of the person who will take care of you when you get sick.  And you are unable to detect the maliciousness, the underlying threat of the one taking care of you  . . . But but it must be true if BOUVIER from CSIS says so.  It’s CSIS! Come on . . . And it’s based on intelligence reports with LOUIS GUERTIN substantiating that it’s true.

During summer 2018, I was developing a website for a spiritual group called Connecting Consciousness.  One evening (10pm-ish), I was searching for a great quote to put on the front page and I had found it.  It was:

The greatest threat to this planet and humanity
is thinking someone will save us.

So I inserted it on the Frontpage of the website.   I had a great sense of accomplishment and was pondering on the profoundness of this statement . . . . 

Then Mark’s phone rang – Mark answered:  “Hello?”

The person claimed to be a CSIS operator – (this stunt happened a few times – August 2018)

Operator:  “Is this Mr. Smith?”  Mark:  “yes?”  (operators always identified themselves with a formal tone)
Operator:  “Are you ok sir?  Can you talk? If not, just answer Yes or No”
Mark: “Yes, I’m fine . . . Yes, I can talk”

Operator:  “Where is Lyn Champagne right now?  Where is the female?”
Mark:  “Next to me”
Operator:  “Are you sure you are safe?  We have a safe house ready for you.  We can pick you up tomorrow by 7am – Are you sure you are safe Sir?

Mark:  “Yes”.

Operator: “are you being forced to say you are safe?”  Mark:  “. . . Huh . … no?”

Operator:  “we can come tomorrow . . . Will you be safe until tomorrow Sir?”

By now into conversation, Mark was faltering – the operator seeded doubt and fear, now he was getting weak in the knees and turning is back away from me. The operator wouldn’t let him go – Eventually the conversation ended.  Mark was sick for the rest of the evening.

Now think about this, I had just uploaded >> The greatest threat to this planet and humanity is thinking someone will save us . . .

And change it to >> The greatest threat to Mark Smith is thinking someone will save him.

It blew my mind as to how twisted they were to twist my quote and use me as threat agent  – This was a classic example of using monitoring intel on the fly and coming up with a psyop coup on spur of the moment – so the strategist was up late that night?  (monitoring in real-time) . 

They inverted good and wholesome into evil and depravity at a snap of a finger.
 

The  strategist had/has an instinctive satanic mindset . . .
That’s his inner wiring.  How about that.
